5) Bad behavior in the c-box will not be tolerated - treat it as an extension of the site. If requested by staff to stop a given discussion in cbox, you are to do so immediately - if requested by a fellow member, then you are also to respect their wishes unless staff expressly say otherwise. (Sometimes cbox is not the right place - If it is truly a discussion you wish to pursue further you should instead create a thread for it.)

His ban there will expire 11 am EST tomorrow) Reason for Warning: Every time he comes into the cbox it is for the soul purpose of being abrasive towards other people having a conversation or merely attacking them or something they like. Doesn't matter who he does this to to him, as he has done this to myself more than once. One of those times was also to the head admin of the site, Zucceta , while we were talking about a game. This usually kills the activity of the cbox and puts a damper on the whole mood there. He even comes in the cbox going on about how much he dislikes DB/DBZ. Why are you even here if you dislike the setting? On this particular day, earlier, myself and another member were talking about an anime when he came into the chat and started talking shit about it, causing us to drop the conversation. Later on, he came in the cbox and started complaining about his character being denied for it's appearance (despite it was what I was trained to do by Hyoza) and I told him if he wasn't such a jerk, I'd have been more willing to overlook it. He goaded me into an argument where he continued to act abrasive. Needless to say, I am not surprised.

Ontop of that, he went about underhanded methods to get people to leave the site - and when they didn't join he would try to coerce them into leaving via bullying/harassment. We are not standing for this. My suggestion, if he is doing this to you now or in the future is to just block him. He doesn't want to be your friend, he just wants to get you to leave Souls. Needless to say, I think that the site is doing pretty good. Worry about Beryl's own site, which last I looked, only had one person on in 24 hours.

Member Name: Android c-25x Warning Amount: [0] -> [10] (5 minutes)(cbox ban for 1 hour) Reason for Warning: Player was in the cbox (earlier C-25x was arguing about the god hierarchy of gods in the DBZ universe and getting all caps mode. He had been asked multiple times to not use caps), asking Zucceta if their character could be a future-seeing saiyan. Rev said no and explained why the only future-seeing Saiyan, Habana, had it was because of stuff that happened due to site-wide plot and that, ontop of that, they had been watching them very closely. Moderatore Kizuki stepped in, gave his two cents, also said no because C-25x was still going on about it. I looked into the cbox and noted that he was still going on about it. Told him, his fifth time being told no by the way, that he coudln't have future vision as the way he was explaining it sounded like he wanted to use it as a way to explain godmodding (something both me and kizuki pointed out), and if his arguments continued, he was told he would be met with a (temp) ban. He decided to respond in a sassy tone to have the last words in the argument. I will want to take this time that if you have a grievance with a moderator's ruling on something then maybe you should take it to the grievances board as moderators can explain the whole process as to why we're saying no without spamming the cbox - also your arguing won't be front page for all new members to see. However, not a moment after I sent him a PM, he responds in the cbox with a very rude, unacceptable accusation. I was not accusing him doing anything unsavory. Perhaps the question wasn't worded properly but the point of the PM was to understand what he was trying to accomplish. If he hadn't deleted his post there would be no need for me to ask what his intentions were. When a staff PMs you with a question to avoid the conversation in the cbox, you are expected to answer the question in the PM and leave it out of the cbox completely. This is ontop of continuing to push the envelope in the CBox with an overly aggressive tone towards Zucceta and myself, when he was told to stop taking things to heart and to calm down. His response was this:
We advise all members to remember to act politely and maturely in the CBox and in thread posts, and to not take things to heart.
3) No public sexual content, even in roleplay. If you so desire, this can be pursued off-site with another member. The site must remain friendly to 13-and-unders.
