Well, this one is new. Not half an hour after I posted this, Kaile came into the cbox. A member had been asking for a mod, so I responded that I was one and I could help answer. Not long after that Izana decided to challenge that, attempting to provoke me into an arguement by saying I wasn't. While she was misinformed her comments were extremely spiteful, tactless, and just all around rude and unacceptable behavior in the cbox. I challenge this claim for the matter that, the thread in question was spawned by a player who had only just joined the forum and had immediately written up an idea, without necessarily giving our own system of mechanics. Yes, we are entitled to debate, and whilst it may or may not be a childish response, this is, by far, not something that is breaching the rules of the site! We have seen examples of people who've not acted maturely before, as evidence of the existence of this thread!
Compared to these things, Hyoza is guilty of this claim. Nor is the thread starter or any of the participants in the thread. Overzealousness is a common thing to come across on here. We will continue to observe real infractions, as staff members that have been working our butts off for the past 2 years since the creation of the site from Resurrection and its parent site and its parent site before that, of this site we've spent so much time on!

It is not okay, plainly, simply, and extremely hypocritical given your recent tirade on Hyoza about respect. You claim that the staff are in no way above the average member, and yet use the additional powers I gave you when we made this site in such a manner? Disgusting, frankly.

If a comment is inflammatory, we move them. We have a place for them in the staff board. Hyoza's 'no' is not inflammatory or inherently offensive. You yourself said that staff have to be held to a higher standard, and you have broken these standards more aggressively than anyone else on the site thus far. This is the type of stuff that causes members to leave communities, not abrupt responses to suggestions. This seems to be an immature response to the general reaction to Hyoza's warning, and I hope that you can clearly see the irony of your actions in the face of your new warning bar.
You're making members of all types distrust you with your unethical behaviour.
The second, lesser offense was part of your response to Pieter's demon skill suggestion. While many of us actually agree with the content of your message, one line in particular was offensive to Pieter -

This shows a clear hypocrisy in response to a suggestion you disagree with. Longer than Hyoza's 'no', perhaps, but probably more inflammatory due to this very fact.
Take a step back and look at what you're doing. This is advice you have given many staff members in the past, and I reflect it at you.

Over the course of the next twenty years, it grew from mere strands of DNA into something resembling a humanoid floating in its large test tube.

2) Slang words and swear words are allowed, but not used in a manner used to offend or hurt another person. Discriminatory terms are NOT allowed in any sense. Finally, if we have any complaints about the amount of foul language used this rule could be changed, so try to limit yourself.

Generally being a pain and spammy in the cbox. You need to calm down; the cbox isn't your personal chatbox, its a shared space. You're "loud" and obnoxious within it, often.
