Reason for Warning: Well, as some of us know, there has been a guy who would pop in and out of the Cbox every now and then. Apparently starting back in March, said person would have some type of Arabic name and would feature a picture connected with terrorism/Isis. As we recently found out, the man behind this was Orache. He got caught trying to do it then confessed to it in the Cbox.

After being banned, he continued to come back to the Cbox to try to cause disturbances, like he did when we banned him while he was trolling.

1) Act maturely, friendly and responsibly. You are expected to express yourself in a civil and level-headed manner during discussion or debate, therefore insulting fellow members or staff is forbidden, as is any kind of discrimination, overly aggressive behaviour or general actions which are not deemed by staff to be polite and proper during your daily discourse.

2) Slang words and swear words are allowed, but not used in a manner used to offend or hurt another person. Discriminatory terms are NOT allowed in any sense. Finally, if we have any complaints about the amount of foul language used this rule could be changed, so try to limit yourself.
5) Bad behavior in the c-box will not be tolerated - treat it as an extension of the site. If requested by staff to stop a given discussion in cbox, you are to do so immediately - if requested by a fellow member, then you are also to respect their wishes unless staff expressly say otherwise. (Sometimes cbox is not the right place - If it is truly a discussion you wish to pursue further you should instead create a thread for it.)

Permanent ban here, as stated by Zucceta. He has no intention of RPing here, he came from the site that Athren started when he was banned from here to try to troll us. From what I picked up on their Cbox, they seem to reward him for doing so. So that's fun.

Reason for Warning: While talking with others in the Cbox while Daiki's outburst (as seen above in Zuccetta's recent warning post about him) was going on, I ended up losing my cool while he was busy cursing and trying to misinterpert the lore so he could keep his arguement going. After which I simply had enough. I got really angry. I told him to "Shut up". I then told him to "Learn the fucking lore and stop pulling shit out of his ass."

After that I had simply left the Cbox for a while, as Rev had instructed, to calm down. When I returned, I tried to apologize but he was continuing to do what he was doing, so I don't think he saw it. Or wanted it.

I let him get to me and I lost my cool, I'm sincerely sorry to everyone that saw it in the Cbox.

Reason for Warning: This one was difficult for me. I didn't want to do this. I didn't want to be the one to do this today. It really bothers me. But all day, Daiki has been nothing but a problem in the Cbox.

Here's the most recent that Pieter and Hyoza was a witness to.
He had donated money to his old faction a while ago and was complaining about not being able to get it back when he was kicked out! He was causing a fuss in the Cbox.

Now there's a few things wrong with what he said. While he wasn't as verbally assaulting as he was earlier today, which we will get to in a bit, he still insulted me while I was trying to get him to stop. And can you believe I still wanted to be nice to him after that?

Regardless, onto the other matter. He had been told earlier today by Hyoza to stop deleting his posts, as he had been deleting posts. Like the posts where he was talking about being the Saiyan king, and most recently, a tech he applied for. These are needed for archive purposes to provide examples for new people. And what did Daiki do today, after being told NOT to delete posts? He deleted a post because he "didn't want to donate the money."

EDIT: Here is one picture of it, where Daiki had pretty much said I hated him and pretty much tried to continue the argument when I told him to stop. I didn't realize I had this picture, but as I was taking other ones of what he most recently did, I found it. Ontop of that, Leon has just stated that he got an apology from Daiki so that's good. So now this is more about deleting the posts after he was told not to.

Now let's start with what first happened that he was involved in.

This was an arguement between himself and Toma. ~~I don't know what it was about~~ Daiki had taken the thread about Toma's wanting to remove the Gi system out from the thread and brought it into the Cbox, from what I remember (If I am wrong, a mod can correct me). Daiki, from what I saw, was trying to antagonize Toma by saying he was "crying about having to pay to learn a special", among other things.

Still, it kept continuing until I told them both to stop or they would get a warning. They stopped.

Toma had decided that he couldn't handle Daiki anymore in his faction, ICly or OOCly, after he was insulted, below is links of the conversation he had with Daiki on the subject.

After that, Daiki moved it into the Cbox, slandering Toma by saying that he had hated him OOCly and that's why he was removed. He was also stating that Toma said in the message that the reason he was being removed was 100% OOCly, which it wasn't. This made a member, Ryo, change his mind about joining the Z-fighters due to the slander.

I also do not know if this is the place for it, or not, but I am putting this here anyway.

When I put my initial warning up, he had immediately went into the Cbox and started slandering me; calling me a liar. Saying I hated him. Ect.

I could have easily given him +30% for what he did today, but I was soft on him. I did not want to perma ban him. So I am VERY insulted about what Daiki said about me in the chatbox, to the point where I actually got enraged and it took Bao, Pieter, Nai, Hitora, and some of my close friends to get me to close out of the site so I didn't rip him a new one.

Below will be screenshots of this. If he sincerely apologizes, then I will withdraw this statement.

Both your BP and training thread were stolen (or 'recycled') from other roleplay websites, and both barely fit into the context of our RP universe, raising my suspicions; as well as this, the formatting on both was barebones compared to the original, better-looking text, from a Heroes RP from 2008.

He had made it a point to tell at least one person before he left (which I doubt he will) and that person went into the Cbox and started calling me out, without getting my side of the story. So he got mad in the cbox. Was "telling me off" because I was apparently too impatient with him drawing me and forcing him to quit(?), which is not true. I actually told the member to go ahead and not draw me after he had an episode in the cbox before.

So Tania had stepped in while Zero was going off in the cbox at me, while I was taking a nap, and told him to take it out of the cbox. He immediately copy and pasted the cbox messages into a PM to me and told me (see message below) before continuing in the Cbox for a little bit. I had told him I would withhold this if he gave an apology, but he did not. So, oh well, too bad. Don't want to deal with this. I'm also still willing to drop this if I get a darn dang apology, but it better be sincere. @,..@

She's correct any grievances or disputes must be filed in the grievances and disputes board. This is to avoid clutter of this board which is intended to only be a reference for warnings given. (While also containing any disputes so they don't cause problems furthering the clutter)
