The Western Capitol exclusive hotel was one of the largest buildings and the newly rebuilt city. From the apex of the tower like building one could see the entire city and further beyond in its entirety. On another day, Kiara may have noticed how truly beautiful the sunset was or even how the temperature was perfect even for one such as herself. But her crimson eyes could not hold a view on such things or it would soften her heart for what was to come. She knew she was not the strongest yet so for that would call for secrecy on her part for now.
Donning a black demonic mask with red presumably blood stains on it before tying her newly dying crimson red hair into a ponytail. She wore black steel toed combat books with lose but form fitting pants and with a simple black shirt. She was not going for style or even renown right now so there was no need to be flashy. Over the past months, Kiara has been working not only siring many but having them infiltrate key locations as well as siring their own children. Her father would be proud of the hard work and reward her well upon his summoning back to the Earth realm of existence.
In her ear was an ear piece that would allow her to coordinate the usurping of the city. She had her strongest warriors within the streets walking about as they normally did while her fastest warriors would relay information to those who did not wear headsets as well as alert Kiara of the surely approaching defenders. A beep into her ear confirmed the connection between her and the rest of her thrall as they signaled in their positions. Now it was time for things to begin as Kiara would begin by stepping off the edge of the building into the sky.
As she pressed a button to signal her men and women within broadcasting to switch every feed within the city to start broadcasting her as she prepared a brief statement. As her form began to pop up on tv screens all over Western Capitol she began to hear the collective reactions but she continued on by beginning her speech. “This city now belongs to the Vampyres. Now obviously, they’re some of you who will doubt my words and will even fight against my claim.” She extended open her hands as if to say ‘bring it’ before laughing a bit to herself at the situation.
“Within a few seconds; your lives will be turned upside as you find out some of you neighbors are now my children or grandchildren. And to my children! Tonight is our night! I want you to turn and feed to your hearts content but leave every non-human alone. You see this is not a war against the Vampyres and the universe but against the Vampyres and our cattle the humans. Stand with us or be drained of your blood. Good feasting my children.” And with that she arranged for her children to immediately start targeting the power stations intending to bring the city into a sheer state of darkness.
She could already begin to hear her children feeding and gorging themselves to their hearts content. And she also began to hear the beginning of the inevitable rebellion as well. For now she was content to sit on the roof-tops of the hotel crossing her legs while smoking a cigarette awaiting someone to come as they surely would.
“ This city is mine.” She laughed to herself while also taking a drag from her cigarette.

Articho stood in the sandwich shop in Ginger Town and had finally reached the counter. He licked his lips as little as he began to order. "I would like a sandwich on white bread with—" he stopped short. His sense were picking up something or rather, were losing something. Multiple life forces, too many to not be random, were quickly vanishing. Multiple others who weren't too much larger than the ones vanishing were around the same area with one power that was a somewhat stronger also there. The hybrid looked away from the counter, his expression grim. Without a word, he left the sandwich shop and quickly took off into the air. He quickly took off in a burst of speed towards the area his senses were picking up. The West Capitol, it seemed. He grit his teeth as more lives were ended and he flew faster. He needed to reach the city before the loss of life was too great.
He could see the city in the distance. The energies rising from the Western Capitol felt evil and demonic. He had only felt energy similar to this from one person and she hadn't seemed all that bad. This was completely different. This person was clearly complete evil and they would pay for their senseless killing. As Articho grew closer, he could hear shouting from the city. His eyes narrowed into a glare as he reached the capitol and he could see a masked figure sitting on the rooftops. They were yelling about how the city was their's, her and her children's, and they would be feasting on the citizens. Wait, feasting?! What kind of monsters were these?! "Hey!" the hybrid shouted at the figure on the roof. "Just who the hell are you to think that you can do this? This city is not yours and those lives are not yours to take." He landed on the roof and took his fighting stance. "Leave now and never show your face around here again if you want to keep your life." He kept his harsh glare at the figure, his muscles tensed and ready to kill. Not fight. This person didn't deserve to live if they didn't heed Articho's warning.

(Thread PL: 3,421,632)“Why does it always have to be West Capitol?” Vi-Poi asked as he sped towards the city, shooting towards in like a blurring bullet. The Earth fell away before him, revealing the shining jewel of metal and concrete that hugged the shimmering harbor. Chaos was coming in from all the Blue Banner special detachments in the city.
Vi-Poi accessed the emergency files and broadcasted a widebeam channel to all forces.
“This is Administrator Azure, declaring an emergency for West City and its surrounding districts. Level One Alert.” He said, relaying the code for a threat level for Blue Banner core interests. The Ki Assault Operations Squad would be activated, along with the heavy iron hand of the Army’s war machine. Blue Banner Army was much upgraded since it last fought in this city, and it would be interesting to see how better it fared against the new threat. He could sense in the wide net the pieces falling together, fast reaction squads that would be dropping in from high altitude to combat these Vampyres that had begun attacking the city en masse.
The Special Corps, Blue Banner’s spy division, had precious little to say about them, other than they were surprised by their attacks and they appeared to have a global vision. The Science Corps reported that their energies were amplified through a special kind of hematophagia. There was no deduction of the processes involved yet, but their latest reports suggested some sort of strange necro-regenerative energy carriers in their cells.
Vi-Poi arrived far ahead of all his forward units, given the tremendous speed he could employ when necessary. He quickly found the highest power source, above The Exclusive, one of those jetsetters havens rebuilt for the new intelligentsia following the War. The blue-haired android already recognized the energy, and the face on the large screen displays. It was Kiara, who’d he met so very long ago, a mere two days after birth. It had been a different setting then – that Kiara seemed not the sort to attempt a global revolution, but then again, Vi-Poi wouldn’t have thought it of himself, not back then. The world had a way of shaping the individual. No one began with the same value set that they ended up with.
Vi-Poi moved at his highest speed, appearing behind her in a flash of kiai. “I believe you were informed that smoking was bad for you.” The blue-haired android said in a jovial manner. White crosshairs in his large blue eyes locked onto her as he folded his arms across his chest.
((Lock-On/3D Scan Mode [SU3] used) Vi-Poi is able to see the full EM spectrum in a 360 degree shortband (~20 meters) and his attacks are much more accurate)
>(6,267)<
Vi-Poi let his eyes drift away to the city below after he established his lock. He could hear the screams from here. It would take a lot of cleaning up. “Speciation. The rise a new biological entity. Is that’s what is happening here?” He asked, his voice taking on a curious tone. “Or are you a migrant, seeking a port in the storm? You must know that I cannot allow you to subvert the order of lifeforms or destroy civilization. Earth is a realm of balance, and it must always remain so. Surrender now, turn your Vampyres dormant with whatever connection or means of persuasion you might hold over them as their leader, allow them to be captured, and you will have my word that you and your species will be treated fairly. I will not be your destroyer -- I will work with you. You will learn to live within the balance, just as all biologicals must, less they burn through the world and leave nothing to persist with.”
Vi-Poi blinked slowly, his eyes refocusing on the Vampyre woman. “Or if you insist on a struggle, if you insist on trying to massacre and enslave the population, then you have summoned your destructor. You will be killed, and your race will be one of shadows, hiding under the pitiless eyes of a super-predator. You will be treated with the contempt that doctors treat viruses, cleansed from the sphere for the safety and stability of all.”

Zexama was walking along a path, not bored, but wanting something to happen, she wasn't too sure on what she wanted but just something would tick the box and make her happy. She was chewing on some of her arm, oh don't worry, it was bubblegum after all. She added a bounce to her step to see how high she could jump without flying, and not to her surprise she jumped onnto a building and continued walking, then she saw a massive billboard that was previously advertising some cereal go fuzzy before showing a familiar face, she smiled before she heard what she had said.
A great amount of fury built inside of Zexama, also a hint of disappointment as Zexama thought she could be better than this. She looked around to try and find him but was interrupted by a flash of blue light, Zexama was hardly able to keep up with the figure but after it came to a stop, she realised it was her good friend Vi-poi, Zexama also saw another person shouting at Kiara, Zexama slowly made her way towards the area at which everyone was gathering before a Vamp jumped at her, she quickly span around and kicked it in the face sending it flying way away and into a building, it didn't look like it was going to get up but it was a being of evil, so it was still ok.
Zexama lifted off the ground and flew next to Vi-poi, he too threatened to eliminate Kiara if she did not stop what she was doing, Zexama knew that the three of them would easily be able to destroy Kiara, hence the fact Vi along would be able to stop Kiara dead in her tracks. Zexama was about to confront the evil being herself before she saw a large building filled with yet to be vampyres and ones that already are turned eating humans, the humans were long gone so she three Ki balls to destroy the entire building burying the vamps in rubble and killing them, she turned back to Kiara.[/font]
"You monster! Humans are not yours and they are not your cattle! You are nothing compared to them! You think you can kill so easily? Did you think you would be able to get away with such madness! You changed Kiara, you had a chance to be good, and you lost that chance, YOU ARE EVIL!" Zexama clenched her fists as smoke came out of her back in large gusts, she looked Vi-poi and the other person, she had not yet met him but Zexama would try to protect him if anything bad were to happen to him, hopefully there was still the chance to attack him.
Zexama thought to attack right then and now to end her, but she thought it better to wait for Vi-poi's command. "Tell me to attack, and I will defeat her, she deserves to leave! And never, EVER come back!" Zexama poured Ki into her hands and coordinated her arms to the left, making a small Ki ball that would eventually be the Candy Hame ha and not yet firing though it would be charging for when, or if, Vi-poi gave the word to Zexama. She would not let him ever come back, and if he were to die, Zexama would help defeat him and use herself as a prison to lock him away forever, she would help her defend anyone that needed it, she would be absorbed by her and never return, he would regret ever making this stupid decision to attack the west capitol!
Tier one Candyhameha: Charging: one turn. [/font]

[Thread PL: 7,060]
"This is Doctor Lunar Mensis, documenting my first impressions on the species dubbed "The Vampyre"."
Lunar's footsteps echoed as he calmly walked down the stairs. The place was deathly silent, with the exception of his steps and a distant pounding on one of the reinforced doors below. Lunar held up a tap recorded to his lips as he spoke.
"It hasn't been long since the Vampyres have laid siege to the Western Capitol. Well, not so much laid siege as started devouring the human residents of the city. I am currently in the Capsule Corp laboratories, where lock down has been implemented to prevent casualties. For the most part, it was successful."
He glanced around, seeing the smears of blood on the walls, showing the carnage that had happened before the place locked up tight.
"The Vampyres appear similar to humans, with the exception of sharper teeth and glowing red eyes when in a feeding frenzy. They seem to have a massive dependance on blood, making them almost dependent on humanity as a food source."
He casually hoped over a corpse, one of a Vampyre that he been completely riddled with bullets by the security team. A little bit excessive, but it seemed to get the job done. He gave it a quick glance before continuing.
"Vampyres seem to demonstrate advanced senses, as well as agility. However, their endurance and strength however is comparable to humans.
They also seem dependent on a queen to give them orders, as they have followed her "no attacking non humans" rule to the letter. As several strong powers are converging on the queen's location, it will be curious to see how her death will effect her spawn. Will they be able to continue on, or will their loss result in a mental collapse?"
He gave a small smile as he continued down the stairs, reaching the door in question. Something was banging on it on the other side. Calmly, Lunar tapped in a sequence on the adjacent keypad, causing the door to slid open. One the other side, a young man in street clothes, clearly a Vampyre, almost lept at Lunar but paused. There was something off about this man. He seemed human, but something told the bloodsucker that wasn't the case at all. Lunar chuckled. That's how the other reacted as well. His confusion prevented him from getting through the door before it closed, locking him out.
The foyer was a complete mess, blood and bodies everywhere. There were two other Vampyres in the room, looking at the newcomer with distrustful curiosity. Lunar paid no mind. They wouldn't attack him.
"Exposure to illusions resulted in a similar effect as it would to humans. Panic, confusion, possibly moreso as the subject believed herself to be superior."
The Vampyres watched in confusion, clueless to what he was talking about as he approached the elevator. Gripping the doors, Lunar heaved them open, looking down with a small smirk on his face.
"This resulted in the panicked Vampyre falling down an elevator shaft, resulting in grievous injuries, leading to death."
One of the Vampyres looked over his shoulder and stepped back in shock. At the bottom of the elevator shaft was a female body, her head smashed as if from a great fall. Blood coated the bottom of the shaft as her broken body was twisted in odd angles.
"Overall, first impressions place the Vampyres as little improvement onto humanity. An evolutionary dead end as one might say, based on their dependency on the older generation. However..."
Lunar slowly turned towards the other Vampyres. The bloodsuckers began to back away, seeing Lunar's eyes glowing behind his shades.
"As is my basic practice, further experimentation is, and always will be, greatly encouraged..."

Articho kept up his glare towards the queen of the monsters. Queen seemed like the best way to describe her given her control of the beasts in the street below. A few voices above his head drew his attention away from the hooded woman in front of him. The hybrid's glare persisted towards the floating figures above. One he couldn't sense and the other a Majin girl. The android, he assumed, looked and sounded like he was BBA. It made sense for him to be there and protect the city, though it didn't mean Articho had to like it. He wanted to fight the monster one on one without any outside interference, partially because he knew he could take her alone, partially because he wanted to be the hero. The queen had made the monsters and ending her might have killed all the monsters killing the humans. But he would never know.
The queen was in the same spot as before when the hybrid had looked away. She hadn't budged an inch and was completely motionless. He couldn't see her face behind the mask she wore, but she seemed to be contemplating her options. Articho was growing frustrated. The longer she took, the more people below were killed by the monsters she had made. It was time to act.
While the queen hadn't attacked him, she also hadn't backed down and called off her monsters. Articho wouldn't kill her, but it didn't mean he wouldn't attack her. With a blinding dash of speed forward, the young hybrid bridged the distance between him and his opponent in the blink of an eye. He hoped he would be too quick to react to as he swung his hand open palmed at the point where her neck and shoulder met in a swift chop. He planned to knock her out for the time being so he and the others could deal with the far more pressing matter in the streets below. The BBA could make her their problem now for all he cared.
After delivering his knock out blow, Articho ran to the edge of the roof and leapt off. He somersaulted in the air and landed on the ground lightly. He looked out at the street around him, gritting his teeth in anger. He was too late. The monsters were alone on this street, with no humans to be seen. They hungrily feasted on the corpses scattered around the mostly empty road. "Disgusting creatures," the hybrid hissed before raising his right hand to the sky. A green ball of ki charged his palm before he quickly dropped his hand to a position extended in front of him. The monsters were weak, too weak to have a chance of survival if Articho's Heaven Piercer struck them. "Have fun in hell, you bastards!" Articho shouted as he fired his ki blast. The monsters looked up from yet dinners to see the large spiraling drill approach them at high speeds. They barely had time to cry out in fear for the blast overtook and vaporized them.
The energy dissapated into the air as Articho dropped his hand. He could still sense multiple evil presences around the city. There were so many. How long has she been building up this army? It was absolutely insane how quickly she had caused this level of chaos. The hybrid floated a few inches off of the ground, looking back at the other two as he did. "We need to split up," he shouted at them. "Android, take the north part of the city. Majin girl you get the east, and I'll get the west part. We meet up back here once we're sure they're all dead. Good luck!"
He didn't wait for a reply. Articho quickly picked up speed in his flight. He glanced down at the bodies of the citizens, a shiver crawling up his spine. Whatever these things were, they weren't natural and they sure as hell didn't belong on Earth. He ascended up into the air and picked up speed towards the western fourth of the city. To his relief, he could hear screams, human screams. That meant there were still survivors, people who he could save. It was do or die time now. He needed to get to his section quickly before the screams finally died away.

The android smiled at his pink friend. “Zexama, it is good to see you. I don’t think we’ll be getting a useful negotiation out of her, so you’re welcome to it.” He told his friend, giving her a wave of assent.
When the human suggested that Vi-Poi handle the north, he responded with an affirmative, and sped off the rooftop, leaving Kiara in the hands of the little Majin. Vi-Poi accessed his widenet, directing incoming BBA littorals to not drop zonal ordinances, and to only pick off large packs of Vampyres when they had clear shots that didn’t endanger any civilians. He also pulled up the operation response team leaders and ordered them to deploy at the largest intersections throughout the city, to begin creating a dividing line between the city so that the creatures could be more easily corralled and destroyed.
He sighed and went to work. It was not an enjoyable experience. He never reveled in killing, though he didn’t shirk away from it either. If it needed to be done, it was done as quickly as possible. This was a species that was treating humans as beasts to be slaughtered, and needed to be dealt with in the same manner that dangerous viruses were dealt with. With pitiless zeal.
He delivered a bright fan of ki that killed several dozen packs roving down a main thoroughfare, before finding their center of mass in the north of the city and landing dead center among them. “I’m afraid you must all be extinguished.” He announced, throwing his arms out on either side as cracks appeared in his body. He clamped off his heat sinks, letting the energy explode outwards.
(Superhot Steam Clean [MP3] used) A blistering bulb of steam encompassed the intersection, rolling through the grid of streets, annihilating the vampiric spawn. He clipped it shut before the wave of heat could reach areas still populated by panicking civilians. Those would be ushered by the Army forces, which were presently dropping into the city from planes and helicopters that were now flooding the skies.
He ordered the First Cybernetic Division to advance into the city center as well, to provide the hard hammer to his anvil. This would be an eradication, not a battle.
(Let's clean up the town and shut this down )

HOW DARE YOU! How do you face us and still put killing first? Fool!
Zexama thinking things in her head about stupid and evil Kiara was, she would pay for what she had done, she killed so many people before and that is not ok, she closed her eyes and continued the energy flow into her hands, the already existent ki ball expanded in size before stopped at the size of a large basket ball. Zexama's arms were slowly shaking before she took control of it, she remember Ninjin's words as she was teaching her this powerful attack, then just before she shot, it seemed that the other guy had knocked out Kiara, she fell down to the ground and made and made a small crater.
To be sure she did not hit the new comer, Zexama waited for him to move before releasing the attack, and now was the time to use it, she exteneded both her arms with lightning speed to send the incredible blast to the villian, the evil one that would never again be a good person, not in Zexama's mind. The candyhameha traveled across to her, reducing the space between them before it exploded underneath her, Kiara's near lifeless body flew into the air like a rag doll before Zexama put her hands together and hit her straight in the face to put her back on the ground.
She pulled out her candy cane knife and extended it into a sword twice the size of her, doing all this she also cut off her flying so she could let gravity help her, when she was in range of Kiara, she swiped down with the sword and swung it with all her strength, she even used the nimbus cloud inside of her to propel the speed at which she traveled. When the sword hit the neck of the foul thing, it was pieced without ease, almost as if Kiara had given up, well too late it was, as Zexama had already removed her head. "This is why you don't do bad stuff, I will lock you inside of me forever, you will NEVER escape." A fragment of Zexama's skin jumped off and surrounded the enemy before engulfing it as a whole, no one else was around to stop her, even see her, so the chances of this failing were slim.
The pink goo filled with Kiara flew into Zexama and wrapped around her body, giving her a major boost in power, it was around her body and was slowly shifting, some areas receiving large hill like shapes before turning normal, this last for roughly a minute before she took in all of Kiara, she had taken her inside her body. When the goo cleared away Zexama's muscles expanded before made them back to the original size, just to look like a little kid again. She now felt a new strength in her body and she was delighted about saving this city, she was already in the east side of the city so she put both hands on the ground to send candy across the entire eat side, it slowly spread around Zexama before picking up the pace and zooming everywhere! All the vamps that were unfortunate enough to be touched by the candy cane candy were turned into candy themselves, turning all the vamps in the area into candy let Zexama go rapid an eat everyone, she lifted off the ground and quickly ate them one by one, tasting each one as a different flavour of candy cane.

Articho flew towards his section of the city as fast as he could. There were so many people who needed help. The monsters didn't seem to stop their assault on the humans in the city despite the power level of their queen having disappeared. It didn't matter. He needed to move as quickly as possible to save as many people as possible. He focused on the closest sounds of fear. It was two high pitched screams, one sounding like a woman, the other a child. The hybrid tore through the sky as he quickly descended towards the alleyway that the screaming originated from.
The woman and child stood with their backs to the end of the alley. Six of the hellspawn were closing in on them, licking their lips as they approached their prey. They were taking their time. They were entirely sure of themselves and were completely assured in getting their meal. The woman clutched the child close to her chest, tears streaming down her face as she cried for help. The lead monster bared his fangs as he laughed. "No one can save you now," he said to the pack's prey.
"I guess that makes my name 'No one!'" Articho shouted as he flew down and grabbed the leading monster's head in his right hand. He plunged the creature's head into the road, cracking the concrete and crushing his skull. The hybrid let go of the body and looked at the other monsters. They stared at him in fear and shock as he raised his hand to the sky and charged ki into his hand again. "Look for a meal in hell!" he shouted before dropping his hand and vaporizing the group with another Heaven Piercer. The large ki drill quickly disappeared and Articho was flying through the air again once he was sure the woman and child were safe. His blue aura left a glowing trail behind him as he flew off to the find more survivors.
The young hybrid was left flying around his section of the city, systematically killing every one of the monsters that he came across. They were never much trouble, even in large groups. One well placed ki beam ended most of them and their strategies rarely varied. That didn't mean the creatures never got the spring on him. Surprise attacks caught him off guard fairly often and his arms and face were covered in jagged cuts from the monsters' claws. They were wickedly sharp, though Articho never let it go unpunished. Every vampyre that he encountered ended up the same: a pile of ashes that scattered in the wind.
The young hybrid followed after every scream he heard at break neck speeds. Buildings, alleys, the streets, everywhere the creatures were about to kill a human, Articho was there to end them. Slowly, the screams of fear in the area ended and were replaced with sounds of relief. Articho floated over his section of the city for a moment before taking off back to their starting point. He wondered how everything was going for his allies, but given that the evil power levels he was sensung were rapidly vanishing, he felt that everything was working out for them. The hybrid arrived at the building the queen has been standing in when her attack had started, though her unconscious body was no longer there. He raised an eyebrow in confusion. Where had she gone? Did she wake up and get away? He didn't know and that made him worry. Articho floated down to the roof and waited for his allies to return. He would ask then about the woman's fate then.

As expected all of the pretend heroes gathered before her in what seemed like a short fashion. The first one being a hybrid of some kind because he did not smell like a pure Saiyan. He seemed to go through the same monologue the other pink one did as to telling her she was evil and must be stopped. Unfortunately, for both of them; neither of them were much of a challenge alone so of course in deus ex machina fashion appeared the 'final' member of the advancing force. She actually was not that surprised to see Vi-Poi though Zexama was the most surprising one as she spat hypocritical nonsense about how evil Kiara was.
Fact is, Zexama has turned plenty of people into candy and ate them. She was pretty sure all people whether the supposedly now only killed 'evil' people still were considered murderers. This too much of the sting out of her words; but then briefly she began to wonder how Zexama even knew who she was. She was in complete disguise and had only met Zexama once but Kiara figured the total believably of this situation was stretched enough without her questioning it. And apparently none of her Vampyre's some who have been alive almost as long as their maker remembered how to transform. Transforming to a state which would put them close to the level of Zexama or Articho but that too was also fine. She ordered her people to scatter and survive shortly before Articho took her silence for an answer and attempted to knock her out.
Yes, the hand chop did hurt considerably but thankfully her body did not work like a humans so she remained awake. Playing along at this point as she began to fly towards the ground about to make a decently sized crater. It was here that Kiara took off her weights allowing her power level to spike up to its base power before slamming into the ground. Then Zexama proceeded to scream more hypocritical nonsense at what would appear to be an unconscious body or perhaps she was screaming to some invisible audience that all thirsted for Kiara's downfall. And to think all Kiara had wanted was a home for her people who'd be cursed to remain in Hell. And it's not like everyone her people attacked truly died as some of the newly born Vampyres would begin to rise from their 'deaths'.
Before, Kiara knew it she could feel a beam of rather sizable power speeding towards her body. And in those few seconds Kiara began to think maybe allowing her body to be destroyed wouldn't be so bad. It wasn't like it would truly kill her; she'd simply have her soul ejected back to Hell and could come back and try again. Yes, she could enjoy a break back among her family now that she was stronger. Unfortunately, the blast did not seem to be heading for her instead for the ground underneath her. So Kiara merely offered the world a giant middle finger before beginning to step into the blast of the Candyhameha until something stopped her. She felt as if her father grabbed her by the shoulder and with only a feeling she could understand his words. "I'm not getting beat by an eight year old." She thought to herself as the blast threw her body into the air and it was then that she began to transform.
For a Vampyre their base transformation was nothing flashy at all. Her irises became bloodshot and her skin began to harden as she was brought within Zexama's embrace in form of absorption. Kiara's power began to skyrocket. It completely passed Zexama's climbing into the the range of 100,272 and with a mighty scream she'd expel her kiai in a general manner to escape out of Zexama's stomach.

((Putting this here because the situation needs to be known. Kiara is not getting a "second chance" after he had quit the site only to come back days later and be all "no i am not dead, she can't absorb me." So pretty much, Kiara is dead and is being nommed up by Zexama now. All of you have a good day and continue. Sorry to you, Zexama, that you had to deal with some of this bullhockey.))

(okay)
Vi-Poi moved towards the city center in synch with the First Cybernetic Division, having cleared the north. It appeared that his forces were already doing well, working in tandem with the city police that had been flagging in the face of the Vampyre scouring. The blue-haired android had to dodge a crashing Z-TV news van, but beyond that there were few issues. The cyborgs were designed and built to handle ki sensitives, and so they proved more than a match for the average rampaging meta-human.
He issued orders for a complete annihilation. He’d given Kiara fair terms, but they were rejected. He knew this wouldn’t be the end of this new aberrant race, but it would be the stunting of it by a superior lifeform, just as occurred naturally.
A dark-armored commander gave Vi-Poi a crisp salute as he approached the ad hoc command center that had been established in a fire-wrecked city square. “Administrator.” The commander said. “The enemy is being corralled into kill zones and exterminated with high efficiency. It won’t be long now. The new response units were a complete success.”
“Good.” Vi-Poi said, reaching up and clapping a hand on the man’s pauldron. “They have met an unanticipated problem, one they cannot find a solution for. See to it that their survival rate approaches zero as closely as possible. Establish a large sample pool of their blood, along with some cadaver specimens. I want anti-cellular options if they ever return.” The man saluted in acquiescence.
Vi-Poi let go of his shoulder and moved down the line. Tens of thousands of civilians were huddled in these streets, protected by the gleaming new phalanxes of Blue Banner steel. Vi-Poi amplified his voice, so that a good portion of the swelling crowd of refugees could hear him. “This is the outcome of our preparations. Only a year ago, the city would have been overrun and the military defeated by such a monstrous threat.” Vi-Poi swept an arm back at to the city center, where the heavy fighting of the extermination squads still crackled and boomed with immense energy. “Now look at how swiftly the monsters are dealt with. Blue Banner rose to power on the promise to ensure that humanity remains strong, and Earth remains protected, no matter the threat. See for yourself. We’re keeping our promises. There will be those among us who have lost. Lost family. We must let them know, as they grieve, that they have a family in us. We are strong, together.”
With that, Vi-Poi blasted off into the air, swinging high over the skies of West Capitol. He monitored the battle for any high level threats, as he waited for the inexorable conclusion of Blue Banner’s high tech slaughter.

The new power that was flowing though Zexama was brilliant, she could feel Kiara's energy flowing inside of him, she hadn't explored the powers recently given to her but she thought they had to be great. She had eaten all the nearby Vampyres and soon realised that no one would had taken the south side of the city, therefore she decided to clean it up herself, it wouldn't be too hard really, the southern side was as long as the rest from where Arti had directed them to go, she flew over to the area and lifted her arms into the air before running into about ten Vamps, easily decapitating each one with a swipe of her arms. She looked around some more to be sure that she did not forget to kill any of the evil monsters, if these things really could reproduce as quickly as they did to day, then they could not be trusted to live, she saw two humans being rounded up in a corner by one of them, his eyes were visible glowing red and his teeth were trenched with blood, obvious this Vamp was unable to contain his hunger for blood, this must be a new guy just experiencing the life of a beast.
Zexama raised a single had while flying over to the danger scene at full speed, it almost at the people before Zexama released the single ki blast the beast and it went flying into the ground, its face was forced against the ground as it the force made his face dragged for a meter. She held an arm around the two people and spoke in a calm reassuring voice to try and make the not freak out at the dead monster or even Zexama, that seemed to be happening recently. "It's ok guys I may look like a useless kid right now but I'm your best hope, I'm gonna get you guys out of here alright? You just need to hold on. You will meet some Blue banner army people, they are your friends right now." Well that was boring, speaking nice took so much effort, you had to think of everything you said before you said it. She slowly lifted off the ground and traveled slowly into the air, one of the humans was amazed in excitement, however, his human friend was freaking out and shaking Zexama around. She continued to fly over to where the blue banner army's machines were located and flew over to it.
She dropped off the people and saluted them as they walked over to one of the heavily advanced hover-copters and went on aboard. She went back up to the meeting point at which they were all suppose to come back when they were finished killing the vamps in their area. If there was someone else there or when someone came while she was there she would say. "Hello guys, how are you? Was it fun cleaning up Kiara's mess? I was fortunate enough to get an awesome power up from Kiara, he gave me new strength, and I feel great! How about you guys? Anything interesting happen to either of you?" She waited for them to reply if they came back, however if neither of them came back she was shrug her shoulders and maybe thank Vi-poi and Arti another time for helping out, but until then she would just fly off into the sunset like an awesome hero of awesome-ness, with a lollipop in her mouth of course.

Articho sat down on the roof of the buildings, his arms and legs crossed and his head bowed. His eyes were shut as he kept searching through the city with his senses. He worried about any possible monsters that were hiding or any that rose back from the grave. His muscles remained tense as he could still feel evil presences out in the city and he nearly took off for his section again when he felt a few in his section. They, surprisingly disappeared almost as soon as they appeared, killed either by the BBA or the citizens who decided to fight back. Slowly, his arm and leg muscles relaxed as the very last of the vampyres were killed.
The young hybrid breathed a heavy sigh of relief. It was over, the citizens are safe, and by the sound of it, the BBA were rounding up the survivors. Articho spotted the BBA android who had been there at the beginning with him. He appeared to be their leader and he watched the android in interest for a few moments as he subtly bragged about the BBA. Though, they did back it up given how effectively they killed the creatures. Articho smirked, then winced in pain as he unfurled his arms and legs. His cuts were stinging now. He needed to get them treated, most likely by his mother as she fussed at him about doing something so dangerous.
The hybrid looked over at the Majin girl as she landed. He smiled and waved at her before she began to speak. "So you absorbed the queen, huh? I was wondering what happened to her," Articho said. He shrugged in response. "Just what you would expect: Killing monsters and the like. I got cut up pretty badly, though," he raised his right arm to better show her the three jagged claw marks on his forearm. "They have some wicked sharp claws on them. But now, they're back in hell and out of our hair, just the way it should be." The hybrid stood before facing and bowing in respect to the little Majin. "I am glad you came by to help defend the city. More life would have been lost if you weren't here," he said before straightening. "Might I ask what your name is, as well as the android from the BBA?" He would wait to hear her answer before saying "It was a pleasure to meet you," and zipping off for the sandwich shop. He was starving.
