So, as you know Mazoku-class Namekians are basically just evil Warrior-clan Namekians - they get the Great Namek transformation like their "good" counterparts.
My idea would make them a more unique classification of Namekian and encourage villainous play - give Mazoku a free minion or two. This would play into King Piccolo spitting out his goons in his Dragon Ball saga.
The staff, if I recall correctly, was all for it, but I forgot about it, so I'm bringing it up now.
Via the revised implementation mechanics I cannot simply add this in - so I've decided to skip to votes.
If you believe you have a better suggestion for Mazoku, feel free to suggest below.
This could, effectively, just be an "opinion" poll, but I'd like to see thoughts as numbers + any comments below.

Suggestion: Make Mazoku be Namek/Demon hybrids, as a unique exception to Nameks not being part of Hybrids. They Get Namekian Regen and the Demonic extra tech slot to start, and have their Transformations based off of Namekian.

I am voting 25% because with heavy weights on if it were 50% the maz would be weaker than his minion in pl.
My off-poll idea would be to allow for the mazoku to buy minions with their pl as if it were zeni.

Personally, I think any of the minion choices are okay, but I'd like the more limited 25% - its still a very useful, powerful, free boon. The more powerful ones (50/2*25) might encourage more people to make Mazoku, true, but it could potentially make the other two Namekian types unfavorable, if you see what I'm saying (although I do want more villains anyway).

I also think 25% would be good because if you are running with weights in the early game you can thread with an ally at your level. Which I think is still not as good as the x4, but when the x4 falls off as relevant you'll still have a minor boon.

Definitely going for the 25%, cause the alternative of 15k of freebies might overshoot the other two Namekians. 25% is great too. 50% is imo too large a boon because it's saying you will always be (functionally) +1/2 your PL and be able to attack twice with 6/6 KP.

They have their own KP, PL, transformations and techniques. They can be used both in and outside of threads of your main character (such as Zarbon and Dodoria acting on Frieza's behalf).

But my mind immediately goes to a scenario where two equally matched fighters square off. One has a handful of 75% minions and the other doesn't. The one with minions could potentiall keep the one without busy all on his own while his minions charge their MP3s and fire them once the other guy is out of KP to defend himself. The 75% minions cost 22.5K. You're thinking of guards Nic.

staff chat spoilers here, but we are working on a limit to how much total % in minions someone could have. Right now 100% and 150% are being tossed around.
I would point out that if they were equally matched fighters, if the other had taken pl instead of the zeni to get said 3-4 75% minions... they would be possibly in the range of 100,000 more pl higher than the opponent (really rough estimate). So it isn't quite fair to argue equal footing imo- The guy who did grind for all of those minions had clearly put much more work and effort into the rp.
