Appearance: Svid has long blonde hair flowing all they down her back. Her face is round, her eyes bright blue. She has a small but sharp nose. Her body is toned to perfection, displaying lean muscles gained from a life of training and fighting in the wilds. She towers over most at a height of 7 feet and 2 inches. Her dense muscle mass also lends her a weight of 230 pounds. Her attire consists entirely of two pelts of a pair large panthers she killed. It's worn as a two piece top and bottom. The top's tail acts as a muffler while the bottom's hangs from the back. A pair of crude armbands were fashioned for her wrists and a pair of boots for her feet. Having grown accustomed to it, she prefers it or similar ‘clothing’ over more traditional options.
History: Svid lived a fairly ordinary life to begin with. She had two parents, went to school with her friends and grew up as one would expect a human girl to do. And she hated it. School bored her. What others pined for, she resented. Getting a stable job, having a relationship and possibly children. None of that interested her.
There was an entire world out there to explore. A myriad of experiences one could enjoy. She did not wish to root herself. Denying her those experiences. She sought freedom.
Looking towards the various fighters of the world, both in history or legends and those active today, Svid felt that the way to true freedom was strength. If you were strong enough you could go anywhere. You could do anything. Rules applied to you only if you wished them to.
For this reason Svid studied martial arts at a very young age. She went to a local school. It wasn’t remarkable in any way. But its teachings were solid and the masters genuinely capable. For this reason Svid tolerated the rigid codes she had to follow as a practitioner. At least for as long as she felt she had to. Once she acquired control over her Ki, she simply left. In fact she left civilization entirely.
She hitchhiked for a while until got to a faraway country. At that point she set out for the nearest jungle, which has been her home for several years. She couldn’t tell you how many years it' been. Maybe 10 or more? She could tell you one thing though. That despite the harsh living conditions, what with the various ways in which you could die, she loved it. Life was brutal but simple. But most importantly, she was in charge of herself.
Svid had showed an enormous aptitude for martial arts. She learned to control her Ki exceptionally early. The only reason she survived at all was because of her strength. But she was far from the strongest in the jungle. She quickly discovered this and learned never to get to confident. There would always be someone stronger.
The wilds served to toughen Svid. She regularly fought with savage beasts even as she continued training on her own. Svid’s fighting has thus developed to be brutally efficient, if rather wild. Though one can still see remnants of a proper martial arts form.
