Vi-Poi fixed his ki analytics on the new Oozaru who joined the fray. Obviously not of the Imperial variety, and his signature was vaguely familiar. The tribal. He gave the Oozaru a cold smirk, blue hair fluttering in the wind against his pale face. This tribal was yet another self-proclaimed protector of the Earth, with that all-to-familiar rigid sanctimony. “I have faced the end.” Vi-Poi agreed to Zucceta and Pieter both. “And in doing so, found a new beginning.” He took responsibility for what he could, but he would not live his life making excuses for the mad thing that had hijacked his body. The memory of the entity that called itself Realigner Red, the possessive obsessions of the Red Ribbon Army, their greed and lust for power, all of it would be obliterated by his hand. It’d taken losing control, losing his existence to realize what it was all for – for moments like these. For making order when there was none. For fighting the apathetic and unfeeling entropy of the Universe. He floated beside the wounded Cipher, hovering protectively near his KAOS comrade, giving a firm nod to Reikiko.
The faraway crumple of artillery fire gave the moment its own ominous heartbeat as he coolly faced the great Super Oozaru. The ghostly light of the Blutz-made moon strobed through the dark and leaden maelstrom of ash above, and Vi-Poi’s large blue eyes searched its source.
Zucceta’s words rang in his ears. Was that what Vi-Poi was? A freak, a strange and incidental phenomenon? Probably. The thought didn’t bother him in the slightest. “I’d destroy your source of Blutz, but I want you to know you were at your peak when you lose.” Vi-Poi said, arcs of electricity crackling from his body before a neon blue aura began to ripple away from it. His circuitry was singing with positive ki, the energy made clean by a kinder courage and an open mind. How his spiritual reckoning with the ghost of Poi during his rebuilding had so greatly changed his power was astounding.
He was ready to stop Zucceta, but he would not be the first to strike. He would listen to the feelings inside of his robotic heart. They would guide his way.

Post by Reikiko on Oct 15, 2015 6:33:38 GMT
If there was one way to describe the emotions within Reikiko, then the word 'chaotic' might had been the perfect term. She was genuinely confused at Bing's concern for Zucceta's survival, a noble yet foolish thought to possess yet at the same time she recalled how forgiving Scargot had been. Yes, the previous Kami had even taken a monster like her under his care, trying to raise her as if she was his own daughter. Perhaps it was something similar with Bing? Still, it would be difficult for the people of Earth to forgive Zucceta for her crimes. She still remembered the backlash she had to endure from her own actions within West Capitol. The innocent citizen she had absorbed that day, and the destruction of the legacy of the first super saiyan of their generation, an event that seemed to had been the source of the outrageous sense of hatred Natto possessed toward her. Even if she was guilty of devouring the super saiyan, few actually stood still to look at the crimes those so called 'heroes' had committed that day. What about all the soldiers and mercenaries that were murdered in cold-blood? What about Vipoi who had fought alongside her against Athren? It was almost as if some people were trying to make her into a scapegoat for the events of that day.
Still, she had other things to worry about right now. There were Zucceta's words, the description she was given making her cringe lightly, both out of disgust but also because of her annoyance at the term. For someone who had been trying to 'be more human' in nature she certainly had a habit of being described as a monstrous entity quite often, not that her current form helped really...
"What Earth needs is prosperity, not destruction! Instead of considering a possibility of coexisting alongside the people of Earth your greed and arrogance made you desire this planet on a silver plate, without even thinking of the consequences for its current inhabitants or your own followers! I guess it's not that a surprise that the Solar Saiyan Empire's finest ended up defecting so easily when their minds were already wavering from the start!"
Still, the thing that really caused her emotions to finally get out of control was when Kaula addressed her. She seemed surprisingly adamant about continuing the battle, despite her severely injured state. She doubted the girl even had enough strength left to properly challenge Zucceta, or even maintain her transformation for much longer. Nevertheless, she still desired to fight, even with the odds against her like that she still wanted to throw away her life.
"Baka!"
Reikiko's voice had been raised into a shout, her hand raised into the air as she attempted to lightly slap the Super Saiyan's cheek. Tears of anger and frustration started to flow down her cheeks as she continued, her tone clearly shaking both from anger and sorrow.
"Is this battle really that important for you? Is the desire to die in a glorious battle really all you can think about?! What about those you're going to leave behind? Are you really going to throw away your life and leave me behind for the sake of that glory?"
There was only one thing that Reikiko feared aside from dying a pointless death, and that was the idea of losing Kaula, especially in a way like this. She shook hed head repeatedly, trying to calm down while she averted her gaze from the Saiyan.
"You're the only one I have left... If you throw away your life like this I'd have lost everything dear to me!"
Scargot had been missing and Hikari had been in a comatose that might possibly be without any cure... If she was indeed going to lose her then...
"Let's just end this conflict and go home..."
She turned her gaze upwards toward the golden Oozaru who was visibly charging up her energy, causing the Homunculus her eyes to soften almost in a hint of sorrow while her own energy started to spike upwards into a visible silver aura.
"One with your potential could make a powerful rival someday Zucceta. Turn back and I I'll provide you a worthy rivalry to hone your skills again, but do not throw away your life in a way like this. You might stand a chance against Vipoi, but the combined strength of the two of us will just turn this into a repeat of the events of West Capitol."
Still, the arrival of a large canine had caused Reikiko to briefly blink in surprise, recognizing the presence as that of the tribal warrior.
"He has been rebuild as Vipoi, one of the good guys. If that was Re-Aligner Red we wouldn't be having a little moral talk right now."

Kaula continued to growl out softly, her right hand coming over to her left to crack her knuckles in a long and loud process. She winced lightly before she moved to wag her hand lightly. It seems that was hurting as well. She frowned, thinking about how much these injuries would hurt after the fight was over and her adrenaline wore out. However, she was soon torn from her thoughts when she felt a sudden slap against her face. She winced again as she turned her teal eyes to glance towards Reikiko.
She stared at her for a few moments, glaring at her. "You know nothing of the Saiyans." the girl growled out before crossing her arms. She looked away for a moment to glance at Vipoi. Her eyes then turned to look towards Cipher and her Oozaru transformed mother. The injured super saiyaness sighed out loudly. "But for you, I shall.. Put my honor aside." the girl said slowly. She eventually looked at Reikiko and smiled before moving over to her slowly, wrapping her injured arms around her woman and giving her a kiss on the cheek before sighing out.
"I'll stop my mother and cipher." she stated before letting go of her. The battered and bruised super saiyaness moved to float back into the sky, aiming to get between Cipher and her mother. Her eyes first settled on Cipher, "If you try to lay a hand on her.. I'll put you in the ground." is all she said to Cipher. The girl seemed serious. A hand came to hold onto her side as she looked towards Radasha, "How about.. We sit the rest of this out, mom?" she asked.

"HYAAAH!" "KYOOO!""HRAAAH!"The determined yells of a single combatant echoed throughout the ruined city. Bing had already taken out a handful of Oozaru, each with only a single strike. He had to use immense precision along with his strength to ensure the Oozaru were defeated, but not killed. The Guardian wasn't here to commit mass murder, he was simply defending his planet. Another batch of Oozaru were felled as he dashed past them, crashing into the demolished city streets as they returned to their normal forms. He breath began to come to him in heavy bursts. Though he had been healed, his Ki was still drained. He took a short moment of rest as he began to devise a battle plan. "So many of them... At this rate, it's gonna take all day to get rid of these guys! I don't have that long before they make it out of the city, either; some of them are already leaving the ruins! I need some help with this one..."He hopped from building to building, surveying the ruins in search of an ally to assist him in this endeavor. His search turned up little, save for an ally who was engaged in combat with Radasha! Cipher was dueling with Kaula's mother, but the Saiyaness had intervened just moments ago. If there was a better time to ask for assistance Bing wouldn't know it. He focused his ki on Cipher as he sent the android another telepathic message. "Cipher! The Oozaru are starting to spill out of the city... Or rather, the ruins of the city. I can't take all of them out myself, I need your help! Leave Radasha and Kaula alone for now, the rampaging Oozaru are our top priority!"His message sent, Bing went back to searching for Oozaru. There were quite a few not far off, along with a familiar Ki: Maeve! She was still locked in combat with that Saiyan from before it seemed, though her power had skyrocketed to new heights. It was doubtful that the dragon-spawn would lose her duel, but it was always better to be safe rather than sorry. A burst of Ki wrapped around his form as he took flight, heading towards Maeve Rakshasa, Queen Habana, and a group of Oozaru...

Post by Radasha on Oct 17, 2015 1:18:09 GMT
Radasha chuckled, narrowing her eyes at the pale man....Machine, if that noise was anything to go by when his arm was ripped away. Didn't matter in the long run. With a burst of ki, Radasha darted at Cipher, ready to bring her large palm in to smash him when Kaula moved between them, first threatening Cipher, then asking Radasha to stand down. Radasha huffed, leaning upright as she looked down at the girl. "Oh? So I'm supposed to listen to my DAUGHTER when she asks me to stand down but she ignored me when I asked her to? Seems you'd rather follow bug-girl than heed the word of your mother. Hmph"
Suddenly a calm washed over her face. No grinning. No growling. A mask of no emotions. Radasha began to float back as she started grabbing at her armor. First she took each of her wrist guards off, throwing them down to crash into the ground before they snapped to their pre-oozaru size. She then grabbed ahold of her torso armor and just ripped it off, her aura flaring up as she did. Now clad in just her suit and boots, the Oozaru rolled her neck again, before she kind of leaned forward somewhat limply. She glanced around the area, noticing the new arrival. An Oozaru obviously not on the side of the SSE.
With a sigh, she lifted her head up to look at Kaula and Cipher. They.....were pretty outnumbered and over powered by her estimate. Another glance revealed the human had turned his attention on the weaker Oozaru. Too little, too late, Radasha would say. The city was already rubble. It probably looked like bombs had dropped on it. Would take them a long time to rebuild. The Saiyans may not have won but they had inflicted a wound. It just might leave a scar.
Her gaze returning to the two in front of her, she let out another sigh. Slowly beginning to lower to the ground below....Only to suddenly shoot back up in a burst of ki, under Kaula, towards Cipher. Seems she was attempting to ram her head into the pale robot. If she hit him and he didn't push back, she'd continue on until they hit something, probably one of the buildings still standing. It probably wouldn't be standing for long afterwards.
(I'm gonna headbutt ya! @ Cipher)

It didn't look like Zucceta was going to back down from the fight, just as Cipher predicted. The Saiyan Queen appeared beyond reason at this point. This was only going to end with her face down on the floor in a broken wreck. A part of Cipher had wished there was another way, but he had to be realistic about this.
It seemed Radasha was happy to capitalize on Cipher's loss of limb, and the android was more than ready to respond in kind when Kaula suddenly appeared out of nowhere, moving between them. The Super Saiyan coldly threatened Cipher about attacking Radasha before turning to her mother to try and convince her to stand down. The android shrugged. If the Oozaru stood down, Cipher would gladly allow this to end. But he wasn't simply going to sit there and allow the Saiyan to continue attacking him.
As the two Saiyans faced off, a voice spoke in Cipher's mind.
"Cipher! The Oozaru are starting to spill out of the city... Or rather, the ruins of the city. I can't take all of them out myself, I need your help! Leave Radasha and Kaula alone for now, the rampaging Oozaru are our top priority!"
Cipher recognized the voice as Bing and nodded. It made sense after all. While their queen was still a threat, leaving the Oozaru to rampage across the planet was something Cipher could not tolerate. He could easily handle them, even with one arm.
He glanced back over at Kaula and Radasha. At first it seemed like Kaula's words had worked, but that was quickly dashed by the Oozaru slipping by her daughter and suddenly charging towards Cipher. She just didn't learn did she? The android didn't move as the Oozaru closed in.
"Rodin's Gate."
Radasha would not slam into the android as she had planned, but instead slam head long into the ki shield Cipher through up. Think of it like running headlong into a wall...that didn't budge. Cipher could imagine the Saiyan would be having a major headache later. From behind the barrier, he glanced over towards Kaula, with a look that said 'I did what you said. Didn't lay a hand on her'.
"If you don't mind," Cipher spoke up, "I have more important things to take care of."
Dispelling the barrier, Cipher shot off, heading towards the outskirts of the city. He could spot, just ahead of him, a pack of Oozaru making a run for the countryside. With the city in rubble, they were looking for more things to destroy. Not on Cipher's watch.
"No you don't!" Cipher almost seemed to appear in front of the lead Oozaru, delivering a sharp kick to the side of the gigantic ape's head. The beast seemed to flip in the air, despite its large size, before crashing to the ground. All the other Oozaru suddenly paused, looking at their fallen packmate before looking at the pale android who attacked him.
"I don't know if you can understand me or not, but..." Cipher sent a sharp glare to the Oozaru, bringing his remaining hand up, "Bring. It. On."

It had been quite a travel, even in his newly adopted form (which he wasn't much a fan of; he'd debated trying to cover his new eye with some sort of makeshift bandana), but he could finally see the outskirts of North City off in the distance. Having left the Gorgon Unit in South City with some last orders to commence mopping up the last straggling Oozaru left a bitter taste in his mouth; he didn't enjoy being the one to give an order to harm anyone, even if he knew it was the right thing to do. He'd fought bravely and helped to stem the tide in the South and turn things around, and his form showed it; small bits of his fighting tape wrapped around his legs and arms were missing, torn, and frayed. Small scars dotted his person, a few lacerations riskily bandaged with even more of the tape as an emergency measure. He didn't have time to make a stop to recover when there was still a battle to be won. His form was marred by dirt, sweat, and small dot-like patterns of blood, both which were and were not his own. Stopping briefly along the outskirts, he closed both hands together in a meditative pose and closed his primary eyes, the third on his forehead easing shut as he sensed the warmth of the high power signatures around him. He couldn't account for Vi-Poi or Cipher, being androids, but he could at least try and check up on everyone else. Reikiko and Vi-Poi had a knack for teaming up, so it was likely if he could sense her, he wouldn't be far off. As the signatures began to rapidly grow his third eye darted open wide, quickly flitting its gaze between the general locations of the other warriors. He could recognize Bing, Kaula, Reikiko, and several other more non-familiar signatures. He wished he could sense Cipher so he could have his back, but the next and equally best thing would be Bing. During his approach he'd felt his particular energy rise and wane several times, causing him no small amount of worry.
His third eye then picked up packs upon packs of energy readings, and he realized then that these were the Oozaru, and they were slowly getting closer to his own position. They were spilling out of the city! A horrified expression momentarily seized his facial features before he opened his two primary eyes once again, burning with a warrior's fire. ''I've stopped you monsters once! I swear i'll do it again! ''HAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!'' Coiling his hands into tight fists at his waist, he let his aura surge out wildly, creating a faint orange pyre of energy in the distance for any onlookers. As his energy enveloped his body, he made for the outskirts and landed in the streets just in timing with an encroaching, destructive pack of Oozaru. Plucking the Satya Yuga from his rope belt as the first took notice of him and began to advance in a giant's frenzy, he whirled the weapon around his body before spreading his feet wide, one forward and one behind, and sinking into a low posture with the staff between his hands above his head about shoulder to shoulder width apart. As the beast approached and lifted its foot to stomp down on him and create some human paste, he used his low-focused stance to bound off and to the side to dodge the blow before recoiling right into the back of the ape's kneecap, causing its standing form to buckle. Zipping around it as it reared back, he'd whirl the weapon above his head before bringing it down in a hard slam right on the top of the creature's skull, accelerating its fall and causing it to smash into the ground; the bigger they are, the harder they fall!
Assuming a renewed ready posture, his three eyes flitted between the remainder of this one's squadron as they now took a very sudden notice and interest in what he was up to. Drawing the attention of the pack, he would quickly seek higher ground, where he could match up Bing's reading with the sight of him in the distance.
The South had been liberated; now the North would be free.

North City was a ruin. The mechanisms of the BBA had not been able to match the power or numbers of the Oozaru, particularly when aided by Radasha, and thus the city did burn. Many civilians had managed to flee; others had not. A helicopter had been swatted from the sky like a fly, crumpling in the paw of a raging beast who lived for only war. Even with the Oozaru now being KO'd and contained by Bing, Liang and Cipher, the damage had been done to this city. Zucceta had fulfilled her part of the invasion, at the very least.
Her eyes narrow at Virtual Poi. "If you want to fight me at my best, then why don't we fight one-on-one? Or do you need to hide behind that divine insect?" The queen nods at Reikiko. The queen wheels around. "The same offer extends to anyone here; you, Kaula, Reikiko. Face me like true warriors, damnit!" she roars.
She glances at Reikiko. "You shut your dirty mouth, you godly whore! Your 'wild card' act gets old reaaaal fast. You were so willing to stand by me just weeks ago! I don't exist just to be a rival to you, you arrogant ass! We exist outside of your constellation, you fickle tramp!"
"Cowards, all of you!" she spits, beating her hand on her chest. "You're ruining this planet!" And with that her aura erupts around her, as her body begins to charge with angry potency.

Vi-Poi and Reikiko, at the same time, responded that Vi-Poi had been rebuilt, cleansed of some sort of Virus that infected his systems. Though, to Pieter, his existence alive was unacceptable... That is, it wasn't as unacceptable as the saiyans that assault Pieter's homeworld! All at the sake of the Queen, whom he realized now was the solo single beast in front of him! Her power was astounding, but she was alone. If the android was indeed here to help protect the planet, then Pieter would simply have to take out one thing.
The Queen would have to be distracted by someone. But, if Pieter could at least take out the orb above, the saiyans' battle power would drop dramatically and leave it fairly easy to take them down. The hunter huffed, shouting, "Fine! You will be hunted down for what you've done eventually, if you are indeed here to help us... Allow me to make this easier on you...!"
Pieter leapt up into the air, bolting towards the giant orb up in the sky! He brought his hands together, holding his hand together and poured energy into them rapidly. The energy erupted into a massive, shining grey Tomahawk. Pieter had to make this count...! The massive orb was even larger than Pieter was and seemed to be seething with as much, if not, more energy than Pieter's full strength!
"Shatter it, King Tomahawk Slasher!"
Pieter released a high pitched battle cry, as he attempted to assault the Power Ball! The question was, at this point: Would Pieter be stopped or would he destroy it?
(Short post. Quick and simple.)
(Pieter questions if the Android is actually assisting them or if he is pulling a ruse, but is hoping that he is. Proceeds to launch up at the Power Ball Icarus made and is attempting to smash it with a 100% charge (MP3), 1 post attack King Tomahawk slasher. Would it be enough or would he fail?)

Vi-Poi raised a finger as the great golden ape began to charge. He nodded at Reikiko’s words then floated up above Zucceta, aware that Pieter had thrown his Tomahawk, and this would probably vastly diminish her ability. He wasn’t about to be outran in the power gain game by this fierce Super Oozaru, in case it did not. A tiny spark danced on his fingertip, hopping along his yttrium nail before strobing higher into the sky, growing fat with energy as it stirred a churning soup of blue ki. The diffuse glow of energy took on the form of a tight ball, and that expanded with a peal.
“I wasn’t sure I could pull so much negative energy any longer. But it seems opposites attract.” Vi-Poi said with a smirk, a dancing shadow across his pale face as he gazed up at the growing cauldron of crackling ki. The dark clouds above began to swirl with it, pulled down from the leaden skies like a tornado, a great gray finger flowing down to touch against the widening blue pearl above Vi-Poi’s head. Soon the sphere swelled beyond the size of Zucceta herself, dwarfing the Golden Oozaru in its azure glow.
Vi-Poi’s sweeping electric aura crackled against hers in challenge, meeting the roar of her own auric blaze. The air hissed and popped where the auras met, and the ruined world below them began to shake and rattle with the gargantuan heavings of a mighty earthquake.
“I was going to be delivering pizzas after my court case concluded.” Vi-Poi said, showing white teeth in a grin as his countenance shone blue in the wildly whorling light of the Mega Negative Bomb. “Getting sued was a strange experience, and put a damper on my usual revenue streams. Accepting the rules of those weaker than me is not something I would have guessed I’d do, in my old blue self. You should try it sometime.” He told Zucceta. “It could do you some good, to live your life with some fresh parameters… I could get you a job, though I’m guessing there will be no McBao’s Two Topping Specials to deliver for a while, now.”
His Mega Negative Bomb was a great globe now, its shadow wavering over the dark and scorched city below.

Post by Reikiko on Oct 22, 2015 5:04:36 GMT
The initial feelings that drifted through Reikiko's mind was relief and happiness when Kaula decided to accept her request to stand down, although her words about her not knowing anything about the Saiyan race had genuinely made her think about the matter. It was true that she didn't possess much knowledge about the other races, but yet the same could be said otherwise. None seemed to care about taking an open-minded approach and see Reikiko for who she truly was. All they could see was the corrupted outer-layer known as her appearance. It was clear that they didn't consider her a person for the terms monster, creature and insect seemed to had been the preferred choice of words. There were only a few who were willing to see beyond what was visible and seen her for what she truly was.
But what exactly are you?
It was a sudden voice that resounded in her thoughts, and without a doubt the voice had belonged to the source of the dark blessing: The Homunculi Reinforce. It was a pretty valid question to ask, and one that actually made her hesitant for a moment. It was a question she didn't know how to answer. Certainly she wanted to declare herself a good person, almost even a hero but the words didn't dare to be formed. She could already visualize memories of her past... That time she entered the battlefield within West Capitol during Vipoi's plans to let the Blue Banner Army take control. It was at that time that she had been responsible for the death of several helpless citizen. Those poor souls had attempted to flee from the chaos of the war that was unfolding, and yet when they encountered her she had destroyed both their hope and the chances for their survival, for she had devoured each and every one of them. While one might argue that it was a method akin to the end justifying the means, it didn't chance the fact that she still devoured helpless people.
No, in a way she had become the same type of monster that Athren had been at that time. He declared himself a hero, but didn't mind using violence to get his point across. The death of those Blue Banner Army soldiers that had been dealing with the protection of the people that were helping the evacuation had been a clear sign that the Saiyan at that time wasn't a hero... Then why did some people label his death as the sacrifice of some noble figure? Even Scargot had considered the man a friend at some point, and although she didn't like to admit it... They were both the same: People who did whatever was needed to get what they wanted. In her case the pursuit of power and the desire to protect those she loved was the only thing that mattered. Even now one could have argued that the only reason she was protecting Earth was because of the desire to keep her own small paradise, the people of Avalon out of the Saiyan's tyranny.
You aren't exactly a hero Reikiko, especially when relying on a cursed power like this. Although the power of the Homunculi flows within you, it doesn't change the fact that the power you been relying on is corrupted. The power of our Makaioshin mother would never belong with the noble intentions of a hero.
What could this have possibly meant? Was she bound to be evil simply because she was designed as a monster, a sentient weapon that could only find prosperity on the battlefield? She hated it, the concept of letting others decide her future, to force her onto a path that she didn't want to walk anymore!
"I'm neither divine nor an insect..."
Reikiko's response was whispered under her breath, and in the back of her mind she found herself unable to truly disagree with the taunting remark of the violent queen. No, her form was corrupted into an insect-like monstrosity, a testimony to the cursed power she was wielding.
You're almost as close-minded as those that perceive you as a monster. You seem awfully sure that the Homunculi are corrupted creatures of darkness, and while most of us do have an affinity toward evil due to our mother's genes... There is still the fact that we were born from a mother and a father.
Another cryptic message, and this one seemed to had made Reikiko even more clueless toward the meaning of it. Nevertheless, she found herself not needing to wait long for the answer she sought, for Reinforce's voice resumed its explanation, her tone seemingly a bit more gentle than before.
We were born from the twisted union of a Makaioshin and a Kaioshin. What I'm saying Reikiko is that there is a means to draw upon our father's legacy.
She remembered a tale that Reinforce had attempted to show her at one time. Of how the Makaioshin Lillim had disguised herself and attempted to seduce a Kaioshin for the wicked experiments that would lead to the birth of Reinforce, but to think that there would actually be such a power dwelling within...
It's simple really: You never made the effort to truly call upon it. Despite playing the role of a monster your insecurities always made you unable to truly decide whether you wanted to be the hero you desired to be... or the monstrous villain others perceived you as. But this is a diversion in paths without a return point Reikiko. Whether you draw upon the cursed power of our mother, or call upon the blessings of our father... There is no way to walk away from that path. So tell me: What do you wish to be?
It was obviously a decision that she had made before the question was asked. She wanted to be seen for who she truly was, to become the guardian she had desired to be. In the end although she had committed some hideous crimes, she was not a monster. At the same time those thoughts had started to conquer her mind her aura started to spark into existence, the combination of silver and obsidian hues trying to mix and blend together, one attempting to conquer the other and it was clear that there was one that was on the verge of winning: The silver side.
"I never stood at 'your' side. I stand by those who bring prosperity to this galaxy!"
A flash of light erupted from within her, and to Vipoi the scene might had likely been a familiar one, for it seemed almost identical to when she had absorbed Athren. Was she undergoing a metamorphosis? The silver aura that had wrapped around her had seemingly solidified, pulsing with a powerful surge of energy before it burst free, but what had been within was not the same creature from before.
No, instead it was an appearance that some would recognize. It was clearly a human being, the long silver hair and the raven-wings likely reminding one of the appearance she had taken as a disguise while on Vegeta. It was her Homunculus form. However, the tainted presence of her aura had faded entirely, instead having the silver aura replaced by a snow-white tint as she eyed the queen.
"My loyalty belongs to those I love! To the place I call home. That is what I am. I'm neither a god or insect, nor a monster... I'm Reikiko the guardian of Avalon!"
She could feel it, an unfamiliar but pleasantly warm surge of power dwelling within her, one that started to grow larger by the moment.
"Vipoi, I'd request that you deal with her swiftly, I'm not exactly in the mood to tolerate her verbal jabs much longer, although I should be grateful for her comments making me realize the errors of my way. Although you'd likely have a greater chance at silencing her without death chasing in her footsteps than I would. I doubt I'd be able to restrain my power enough."
Still, there was one thing that she left untouched, and that was the final comment Zucceta had made toward her, one that was simply answered in a soft whisper.
"You weren't just a rival to satisfy my curiosity Zucceta. I already abandoned that way of thinking when we met on Vegeta. Nevertheless, I guess I shouldn't have expected you to see my reasoning..."
And with those words she made a light nod toward Vipoi, seemingly soundlessly conveying that things were in his hands while she started to float backwards, ready to move over toward Kaula and her mother, seemingly content to merely spectate as Vipoi seemingly began to channel his own energy in preparations to deal with the queen.
--- 3/3 KP
Reikiko's dark ascension has been cleansed and turned her into an Ascended Homunculus. Post pretty much said enough, but this is mostly a note that Reikiko will be walking down the path of a 'neutral goodie alignment' permanently.

Kaula tried not to glance back as she heard that tin can and Reikiko speaking. She closed her eyes, rolling her own neck as she watched her mother begin to remove pieces of her suit. Kaula chuckled out as she just smiled, "Mom. You know you won't have that fur covering you when you are back to normal." the girl stated. The battered and bruised Saiyan began to stretch her injured limbs slightly. There were a few cracking sounds here and there, though. "Well, mother.." she muttered out as she closed her eyes. She felt her mother's energy flare as she tried to charge forward. Kaula wouldn't allow this. She moved to suddenly lower, aiming on providing a downwards kick upon her mother's back to prevent the headbutt from likely connecting with what appeared to be a barrier from Cipher! Sure, the young Saiyan was clearly injured. But in her current state, she was pretty damn strong. Even in this weakened state! The girl let out an annoyed huff as she went to float back into the sky, stretching her limbs lightly before she offered a hand outwards towards her mother. "Come on mom.. Let's.. Just go." the girl said, smiling lightly. ---- Sorry for the small post. Edit: Forgot to mention, but this is my attempt to leave the saga with Radasha

Radasha's eyes widened as the shield came up. Oh crap. There was no way to stop her current momentum. She was surely going to crash head first into it. Only she didn't. A blow hit her in the back and she was sent falling to the streets below, creating a loud crash on impact. A car, which had somehow sat undisturbed throughout all the fighting, suddenly lit up and began blaring it's alarm. It continued with the noise until a large fist raised up out of the dust and debris, coming down upon it to silence the annoying noise. Radasha slowly rose up, rubbing her back as she looked up and around. Kaula must've been the one to hit her. Normally the older saiyan would have been a bit upset at her daughter attacking her but since it saved her from a severe headache, she had to thank her. Speaking of headache, the robot who had been about to give her it was now heading off to join the human in battling the Oozaru. Oh well. They're out of the battle for now. The Oozaru had already done their job so might as well let them do something else even if it was just as a distraction. They weren't killing them so Radasha could ignore their defeats. It wasn't like they'd be much help here anyway. Suddenly a flash of energy caused her to glance over as what looked like an axe made of energy was sent flying at the Power Ball. She was too far to intercept.....but she wasn't too far to go after the attack's source. Turning Radasha let out a roar at the other Oozaru. The one not on the side of the SSE. "You! The others may dwarf me in power but YOU are close enough for me to kick your ass...." she growled. He still had a sizeable advantage, but he'd be easier to handle than the robot. With a crackle, a ki blade enveloped her hand as she approached, lengthening to a certain point before she charged the Oozaru. Instead of simply charging him head on though, she suddenly leapt to the side, landing to his right before darting towards him from that side, blade primed to slash him. Seems she had completely disregarded Kaula's urging for her to leave the battle field. Seemed like a complete role reversal. Kaula not listening to Radasha when asked to stand down, no Radasha not listening to Kaula when asked to do the same......At least people will know where Kaula got it from... (Radasha is grumpy. Attacking Pieter with [N1] Risoluto Blade 33% (115371 PL) ) (Totes ignored Kaula )

The Oozaru roared liked crazed beasts (which, coincidentally enough, they were), as they threw themselves at Cipher, in an attempt to destroy the small, white android that had decided to fight them. However, there were a couple of problems with this plan. One: Cipher was much smaller and much faster, making himself a very difficult target for the Oozaru to hit. Two: The Oozaru had no sense of strategy and planning, merely attacking all at once. As a result, they were more getting in eachother's way than posing any real threat to Cipher. Finally, Cipher was several times stronger than them, to the point where their advanced size wasn't really a factor anymore. Cipher didn't even need to resort to using his ki in order to defeat them. Simple blows were more than enough to bring the giant apes down, especially since Cipher had no intention of killing them. Knocking them out until this battle was over and their transformation was over would be enough.
It was almost a humorous site. A small, white android bringing down these gargantuan apes with ease. How horrible it must be for the Saiyans, to see their once unstoppable trump card being beaten back so easily. Granted, the Oozaru could almost be considered obsolete, what with the rise of Super Saiyans. That was probably why Cipher didn't feel any contempt for the Saiyan's strength as he brought them down to earth. After all, they were just foot soldiers to their golden generals, but rather destructive foot soldiers at that. He couldn't simply leave them to their own devices.
The last of the giant apes roared as it crashed to the ground, its bellowing cut off as it left a small crater in the ground. Cipher hovered in the air as he looked down at the fallen group. About ten Oozaru in all, all now laying unconscious on the ground. They should be out of the fight until it's all over and they've reverted back to normal. He had a sneaking suspicion that without the power the Oozaru granted them, they'd be a lot less willing to fight. Especially if their queen was defeated by then.
Speaking of which, Cipher looked up to see the giant golden ape, bellowing her challenge to Reikiko and Vipoi. This was starting to remind him of the Western Capitol Conflict, one Saiyan challenging the two. And the android had a feeling it would end the same way. He could see that Radasha was no longer targeting him (though he did notice this since she didn't attack him during his fight) and was now targeting the Oozaru Peiter. Oh well, she was his problem now. He was sure he could handle himself. He could also sense Bing taking part in a battle elsewhere in the ruined city, as well as Liang battling Oozaru on his own.
The android glanced over at where his arm used to be. It was still amazing that he was able to fight despite the loss. But he wasn't a fool, he knew he couldn't keep it up forever. Even with most of the bleeding stopped, blood still dripped from the wound, staining his clothing. He was beginning to feel woozy from the blood loss as well. He knew he would have to withdraw, get repaired from all this. Besides, Cipher had already done all he could. Now it was time for him to let the others step up and battle.
"Good luck..." the android murmured as he turned, beginning to fly away from the city. Though the city had been reduced to rubble, he was confident that in the end, they had won. In the other cities, they had stopped the Saiyan war machine. Now all that remained was the defeat of their queen, and then this whole insanity would be over...
--- Took down the group of Oozaru Cipher was challenging.
Attempting to leave the DE

The Tiger had continued to fight on, with the squadron of earlier mentioned ape-beasts having finally been outlasted. Through clever use of their battle-rage and berserker tendencies, he had used his wits and brawn both to turn several attacks of their own against their fellow numbers, saving his dropping stamina. He was still plenty exhausted from the battle in the South, and it was beginning to show; he'd hardly taken the time to address his wounds, however minor they were, and the rags he'd sloppily patched himself up with were now becoming loose and a little damp. Throwing caution to the wind, he took to a vantage point on a nearby roof in attempts to catch any other packs of the beast-men trying to trickle out through the outskirts of the city. It seemed that with his prior actions of single-handedly taking out a squadron, that several squads had decided to either head back through the city and continue their rampage, or simply try and find another route to the outskirts through the ruined, trampled, and burning buildings. With a few heavy and ragged breaths, Liang gripped the Satya Yuga tightly in his right hand. Now that he had made sure this exit was secure to keep the Oozaru from spilling into the countryside, he had an opening to provide his assistance where he could. As he bounded from roof to roof, he finally laid eyes on the colossal creature off in the distance; a golden great ape!? That could only mean one thing; the Saiyans had found a way to merge their Super Saiyan state with the Oozaru form. Luckily, it seemed whatever Saiyan the beast used to be was the only one in their midst displaying the transformation. He turned his head midway through a roof traversal to catch sight of Vi-Poi and Reikiko, and it brought him back to the days of the first Super Saiyan threat, where the two stood shoulder to shoulder in a very similar battle.
His third eye locked once again onto another barely familiar signature; he knew it was one of the beings from the lookout meeting, but he couldn't match a face with the energy. Finally as he flashed past a skyscraper, he could make out a large and rather outstandingly powerful enemy Oozaru, but before he had time to investigate what was keeping her occupied, he bumped into another group of apes attempting to flee to the outskirts to continue their rampage. Unwilling to permit them another step, he leaped from a rooftop and accelerated in flight, driving a knee into the back of a straggler's head. Normally with the size difference it would have felt like a mosquito bite, but with his new form's hugely increased power output, he felt the skull crack against his strike, causing the ape to barrel forward and knock over one of his comrades. Whirling his staff above his head at blinding speed, he hurled it straight at the newly downed Oozaru, landing on its top after a blindingly fast dash with the impact against the foe's head leaving a small crater beneath. Balancing on the weapon with one leg, he raised the other and adopted a peculiar looking variant on the Tiger stance as his three eyes flitted from target to target. As soon as the first of the remaining three rushed in, he leaped from the weapon into the air, avoiding a huge-handed swipe, before curling forward and slamming his leg down on the top of his enemy's head; he followed this up with a vicious combination of kicks to the face before finishing off with a roundhouse, just in time to see and cover himself from a swipe from one of the two still up and about. Bracing his arms across his chest, he was sent through a nearby office building leaving drywall, debris, and glass littering in his wake. As he exited the other side, he planted his feet against the next building and bounced off high into the air.
Keeping the third of his eyes on the giant Golden Oozaru, his primary two circled around to his cone of vision in searching for him. Drawing both hands back, he let loose a volley of ki blasts that cut down one, and created a smoke screen to allow him to strike the last remaining scouter-less ape. With a soaring punch he flashed past it, then once more bounced off of a neighboring building to coil up into a lashing spinning kick that landed the not-so-great-ape in a heap on top of his comrades. Resuming to watch the battle with the Golden Oozaru from atop his previous perch, he took his opportunity to catch a breather for now...
[Liang continues defending the outskirts!] [Sorry for the late post guys]
