MONKEYING AROUND
Capper had wandered into Fukurou Forest after his encounter with Duri, deciding to explore the Earth one last time before his big racing event started. He was heading off to Vegeta very soon, and was eager to see the Earth one last time in it's entirety before he left. Wandering through the dense forest, swatting away some branches in his way, the saiyan pushed away two final limbs of the bushes in front of him, the saiyan stared agape at the hidden sanctuary he found in the deepest reaches of the forest. There was a GIANT tree in the very center' reaching up and scraping the clouds above. The clearing was laced with white dandelions, their seeds being blown off and carried away in the gentle winds of the dawn. Giant mushrooms were scattered across the mills leading to the colossal tree, with some smaller trees here and there on the way to the massive growth. Capper's starry eyes analyzed the magnificent land- there was nothing like this on Vegeta!
Trotting across the vast meadow in the forest's deepest reaches, the big tree in the center piqued Capper's interest. Boucning on a few mushroom tops on his way to the colossal trunk, the saiyan dashed through the grass that reached up to his torso, some dandelions seeds flying above the small saiyan. The temperature wasn't too hot or too cold- it was a perfect day for the Solar Saiyan.
Halfway to the giant tree, while he was considerign maybe building a giant treehouse in it's branches with a slide, a fire pole, and maybe even a rock climbing wall, Capper's scouter released a few alarmed beeps. Another power was nearby, and it was one that could snap Capper like a twig, as usual, Turning around in the approaching power's direction, the dark clothed saiyan stood out like a osre thumb in the light green fields. Who was this?

In all of her travels on Earth, Hinawa had never really visited the Western Regions. She didn't know why, really - the place didn't have any bad connotations to her. She had even visited many places of the Eastern Region over time, despite being the place where her parents were murdered. Maybe it was simply that nothing really drew her to the places here... The cities were nothing special, and no amount of rumors about fortunetellers would get her to visit the desert. But when you got sick of training in the frozen north, you had two options: moan and complain, or actually find a better place to train. And maybe she had found one deep in this forest. She wasn't moving through the thicket too fast - floating above the ground to avoid the underbrush, the kitsune was rather relaxed and calm today, not even being in her true form, but instead appearing completely human. Her bright blue eyes widened when she finally broke out of the thicket, though, to overlook a truly amazing sight. Maybe she would've spotted it earlier if she had been flying above the trees, but like this, it appeared far more majestic and incredible. A tree, reaching up to the sky, touching the clouds. Yeah, she could easily fly up into a cloud too if she wanted to, but this was still insane. The tree was utterly gigantic - she didn't even know that plants like this existed. And to make it more incredible, the other trees near it seemed well on their way to reach the same height... In a few more centuries, of course. Trees weren't exactly known for growing fast. Flying a bit faster towards it, her watchful eyes spotted incredibly large mushrooms, too - though she wasn't too sure if giant mushrooms were poisonous, so she didn't want to get too close to them. But then she spotted something out of place in the very tall grass. Standing out like an elephant in a pink tutu was... a Saiyan? He certainly had the tail, even if she could only barely see it with all of the grass in the way. He was rather short for a Saiyan... and looked rather young, too. As she spotted him, Hinawa gave a short wave to the young one, before simply landing in the grass near him, her pale blue aura disappearing from around her as she relaxed her Ki. Her eyes shone red for only a slight moment as she looked upon the boy - incredibly low power. Without him standing out due to appearance, she would've easily mistaken him for an animal in the grass and ignored him. Her eyes instantly went back to blue, though she was relatively sure that the Saiyan was simply hiding his power. Not every one of them broadcasted their power levels like Levlidian did, right? "Yo. Didn't expect to run into anyone this deep in the wilderness." Greeting the Saiyan with a nod, her eyes were still focused on the giant tree. Hopefully it didn't have giant spiders in it. She wasn't exactly squeamish, but nobody liked giant spiders. "Hey, you're a Saiyan, right? Ever seen anything like that on any other planet?"

MONKEYING AROUND
For once, Capper did not even flinch as this new presance landed near him. He had grown used to Earth's bountiful amount of fighters, all of which could crush the little saiyan like an ant. The apparent "human" didn't seem like a threat- if she wanted to hurt him, Capper figured this lady would have done it already. Assuming all earthlings were bad was like how they assumed all saiyans were bad, and now Capper refused to stoop down to that level! So he would give this lady a chance, and decided to act friendly around the seemingly human woman.
"Oh, uh, howdy!" Capper spoke in a meek, but yet tone. His tail waggled to and fro ever so slowly behind him before coming to a complete stop, just curling a little every now and then at the tip. The still nameless human asked if Capper had seen anything like this on any other planet as she looked at the giant tree, which Capper figured was what she was addressing. Nope- there certainly were not any giant trees on Vegeta. Or... many trees at all for the matter. It was all mostly barren, boring wastelands, scarred with many craters and dents from battles past. Unbeknownst to Capper, he had been to one other planet besides Vegeta when he was an infant, which the child saiyan quickly blindly oozaru'd and destroyed to claim for the Empire. Not that he could remember if it had any giant trees, but it was another planet Capper had visited. Shaking his head, Capper spoke in response to Hinawa. "Nope. I mean, this thing must'a been around for a good millenium to grow so tall and thick! We've got nothing like this on Vegeta, that's for sure." Rolling his eyes, the saiyan spoke once more in a somewhat bummed tone as he recalled his home. "There's just a buncha barren red and dusty wastelands there... It's kinda boring."
Capper stretched, moving his arms behind his head with a quiet yawn as he closed his eyes. Opening one eye, Capper lowered his arms after his little stretch in the early morning light. Well, he might as well introduce himself. Tail swaying behind him, the saiyan spoke in his usual professional and dutiful tone. "Yup, I'm a saiyan. I am Capper Hofferson- Technician and Mechanic of the Saiyan Solar Empire."

"Capper, hm? I'm Hinawa Hyoukai, traveling Martial Artist. Which really is just a fancy way of saying that I don't have a job, really." Looking back at the small Saiyan with a grin, she was quite happy to finally meet a Saiyan that DIDN'T tower over her like he was built out of bricks. So their homeworld was basically nothing but a crappy collection of destruction? No wonder that all Saiyans seemed to be meathead combatants. Or maybe them being like that had turned their world into a wasteland - the powers of Ki using humans was already immense, a whole race of Ki manipulators could easily lead to a world being left in ruin, especially if they liked to fight. But this little one seemed very relaxed and actually somewhat nice, so obviously not all of them were like that! "I've never been here before either. Around a millennium is probably right, this thing is huge." Agreeing with the Saiyan, Hinawa almost laughed at how her old self would've probably tried to hurt this mechanic. To hate all Saiyans... that was just idiotic. Though she did feel a slight tinge of worry at him being part of the Saiyan Solar Empire - at least Lev didn't seem to have any affiliation with them. "Well, seeing as you're already here and so am I... Why don't we see how high it actually goes?" She took a few steps towards the tree that seemed bigger than most mountains she knew. "Gotta be more interesting to explore this world compared to declaring war on it, right? Come on, seeing things up close is far better." --- Sorry for the shit-tier post, I had no idea what to write.
