KEY "Capper's Normal Dialogue" 'Capper's Telepathy' 'Capper's Thoughts'
HEARTS RACING (huehue racing puns huehhue) It had been a week since Capper's encounter with the Premier of Earth, a rather strange tennenman, a brutish saiyan, a weird blue bio-android, and his friend, Collan. What a group! But what took priority now was the fact that Capper had proclaimed that he would be hosting a kart race. And he meant that! He would be leaving the Earth very soon- the saiyan glanced over at a half-built basic spaceship parked behind the barn, sighing. He wanted to see his family again, but he would miss the people he met here. Jor, Collan, Rafar, Etoru... Would he ever see them again? Capper had no plans to return to Earth after he left. He would return to Vegeta and everything would go back to normal, right?
Well, he would be going out with a bang. The saiyan had put up hand-drawn fliers for the event, which were actually drawn pretty well! Clear effort had been put into making the fliers, which included the location of his barn, where the race would start. Many of Capper's Plexbits scampered across the farmgrounds, carrying banners, snacks, and much more refereshments and props. He still had to plan out the actual track, maybe set up some vehicles for those that didn't have any, or set up some more devices. He had already been planning on using the holgraphis screens his robots could produce to put up a leaderboard above the barn for all to see. Dozens of his little robots beeped amongst each other, setting up the farmground for a proper event. Wiping his hands together and sliding out from under his motorbike, which was being.
With a checkered banner hanging over the entrance of the small farm, Capper was plugging in several Christmas lights he had found in the dumps, just to liven the place up a little. Plenty of pulleys and levers were set up across the barn to move things around, since Capper was too weak to do most of this work himself. The small Saiyan boy had grown... tolerant of the green and blue marble he was forced to temporarily call "home." He did not like the Earthlings, but the planet itself was much more beautiful than Vegeta, with it's barren red wastelands.
Taking a step back to marvel at his work, Capper looked at his home. The place was lit up with all sorts of lights, the inside was as clean as can be- there was a large table set up inside with all sorts of refreshments, and several televisions he made were set up against a shelf inside, recording what some of his robots were seeing- he was planning to mount one on each participant's vehicle, so spectators could get a first-person view to see who was doing what. Plenty of pulley systems were st up about the barn, some lowered ladders, others raised platforms, and one of them even triggered some killer music from a boombox he... borrowed.
Capper walked to his motorbike, revving it up and popping it into a wheelie as the bike took off- but not before he put on his helmet. Safety first, kids! Doing a few laps around the barn, while looking for a good place to pave a large dirt path for the track, the saiyan's scouter let off a few high-pitched beeps- someone was nearing in! Maybe they saw his fliers in the city and wanted to participate? For once, the saiyan did not fear the coming of a stranger. Looking up as he biked back to the barn, the saiyan tried to spot whoever was nearing in on his humble abode, which was soon to become the grounds of the oncoming race. His heart was racing already in anticipation. Just how many people would he attract?

Collan had been taking his usual stroll, whistling a certain tune. His whistling was mediocre at best, but that isn't the point. He had continue to walk around, until something had caught his eye. A building was in the distance, it looked old. Either that or it was still being built, he had sensed an energy in the distance. A small one, it was very familiar too.
It was Capper! He hadn't seen the small Saiyan every since the beach! Collan quickly took off, flying to the small Saiyan as fast as he could. "Heeeeey! Capper!" He had shouted, landing in front of him. He crouched down to get to his level. "It's great to see you again!" A big smile went across his face, he didn't see friends too much when he went on simple strolls. In fact he rarely kept running into people he has met before. Well with the exception of Jor, but only Capper really likes Jor.
Collan had stood back up, looking at the large building. "Is this your place?" He walked over and tapped one of the walls to check how sturdy it was. When once again, something caught his eye. It had been one of the posters Capper made, Collan quickly took it up and read the details. "Your holding a race!?" He said in shock, Collan never thought Capper would hold any sort of event. Especially from how are Capper even talked to anyone.
He turned back to Capper, grabbing his shoulders. "Your holding a race and you didn't bother to invite me!?" He then dropped the Saiyan. "Well it doesn't matter. I can just enter anyways right?" Collan had asked, glee in his eyes.

Jormungandr wandered the streets of West Capitol, then frowned as she noticed a flier with a picture of Capper on it. She tore the flyer off the wall it had been affixed to, and quickly skimmed it. "A race....." she murmured, intrigued. She looked back at the flier, then nodded as she saw the location of Capper's barn listed. She took one last look to make sure she had read it correctly, then shot into the sky, her eyes scanning the city for something she could drive in the race. her eyes alighted upon a construction site, and she grinned, zipping down to the area. she ignored the construction workers as they stared at her as she walked over to a bulldozer, who's driver immediately fled. She put her hands under it, gritting her teeth as she lifted it over her her head, then took off again, soaring towards the place where the race would start. As she neared the area, she sense another energy sgnature besides Capper's, and sighed. She still wasn't exactly sure how things were between her and Collan, whether he hated her or was okay with her. She shook her head and descended, setting the bulldozer down beside her. "Hey Capper!" she called, grinning, happy to see her only friend again. "I hear you're organizing a race?" she looked at the bulldozer she'd appropriated and her grinned widened. Hah! I'd like to see anyone bring a better vehicle than this!

EGG had done nothing but ride his new trike over the course of the past week, as it was such an exhilarating feeling. Sure it was seen as goofing around, but the tennenman had seen this as an opportunity to relax. Over the past month, he had been training in that gravity chamber non stop, had helped save people, failed to save one innocent child and still tortures himself over such an ordeal over and over again. So much done without a real way to relax, EGG felt like he was at his wits end before this bike. Now that he can ride this amazing violet trike, EGG gave himself a vacation in order to let himself get back in a heroic kind of mindset.
As he was riding his trike all across the country, he started to sense some odd ki signatures out in the middle of nowhere. Although one was significant, he could recognize that power output anywhere... It was that one small saiyan about a week ago! Alongside that ki signature was another saiyan that arrived during that bike situation, at the same time that the smaller saiyan was at! Then there was a mystery one right beside the two of them, one belonging to something much different than either Capper or Collan, but he had no idea what it was.
Picking up speed in his trike, EGG drove himself over a hill and towards a barn which was highly decorated in odd garments, something befitting of that jovial time of year in which a fat man in a red suit decides to give people boxes for some reason. As he rode his three wheeled device closer, he could hear tidbits of information about a supposed race, which already excited the little bugger. He remembered a couple episodes of Mumen rider in which he had to challenge his foes to races in order to attain true justice, as they were the only ways to defeat certain monsters and his mortal enemy, Kamen Stroller.
Smiling to himself, he rode up to the group, hopping off of the trike, noticing the odd person holding up a bulldozer! It wasn't no steam roller, but she was still holding up a construction related vehicle. Struck by awe, he could only utter out, "ooooh."
With a quick shake of his head, he looked at the small saiyan with a wide face, waving to him as he says, "Its me, remember. I know you. Don't think caught name last time. In case I forget, name is EGG, and I hear thing about race? You charge of it I assume?"

Blasting his rap at the highest volume possible, Jax rode a couple of laps around the barn house, trying to pick up dirt to surround himself to make what he thought would be a rather epic entrance. In his mind, he'd come in from riding around in the debris, revealing himself to the group, all while looking an amount of handsome that would be thought to be inhumanly handsome to most. most. Unfortunately for him, however, the only vehicle he had found access to for the race was a motorized device with a single wheel, a leftover from his time on the "JimJohn" TV program. It was not in the best of shape thanks to his heavy use during it's use on the show, with multiple spots where it had taken damage being easily apparent, and smoke coming out in a manner that suggested it could explode at any point. Jax's grasp on the device also wasn't the sturdiest, but he tried to hide that fact, a task that took all of his acting ability to do so. But the device was purple, and he had a countless amount of memories with it, he wasn't going to give up on it when given the opportunity to finally use it again. After his fifth lap around the barn, he figured that the entrance was likely not working in the full effect he had hoped. After silencing his music he slid in where the others were grouped, a maneuver which was once again much more badass in his head then in reality, as he got up and went to greet the young man (or space monkey, or whatever, he wasn't the best with these terms) that had brought him here.
"Hey, Caparoni, guess whose here? Yup, the Jax man has arrived, your race's number one celebrity participant!" He spoke in such a way so that everyone around him could hear him, as he studied those he would be going up againist. At first he was a bit taken aback by the alien that, at least to him, looked like a living pair of human genitals, but he was then further confused by the lizard that dressed in some sort of Romanian cosplay. And of course, there was some white haired pretty boy, which Jax thought was so typical, since every time he went to one of these media events there was some sort of handsome male to attract all the possible demographics. While studying his opposition, he noticed there was a lack of cameras, or any sort of recording equipment, around the area. But before he could have a panic attack and worry that no one would be able to see his sweet unicycilar moves, he talked himself out of his fear, and figured there was probably some new future tech that allowed easier filming for broadcast. Lowering his voice to a soft whisper, he turned to Capper, and continued his conversation. "Hey bud, how ya been? So I found my way here, as you can see. So, what's the whole dealio with the race and all, like, what are the rules and such? I just want to make sure I properly hold back the groovy-sauce that is the Jax-man, so I don't do anything not properly part of the rulebook, you know?"

HEARTS RACING
After hopping off his bike, Capper spotted a familiar face dashing near him- Collan! The saiyan boy hadn't seen him since their little run in with his new bike yesterday. Capper stood up on his tip-toes when the man crouched down to his level, trying to make himself seem a little taller. He was happy to see a familiar face, though. " Yo, Collan! I haven't seen you since yesterday! " He replied in a chipper tune, feeling some happiness inside- an emotion he hadn't felt very much ever since he was left behind on the Earth. Upon being asked if he lived in the barn, Capper spoke once more with a nod. " Mmm-hmmm. It ain't much, but it's better than living in a city with all of those dimwitted Earthlings. " A red and white Plexbit with a long antennae scampered up to Capper, beeping a few times. "Oh, shush, you. We'll get to that eventually." Capper replied to the seemingly meaningless beeps of the robot. He had programmed it with a language of beeps and whistles since he couldn't get the parts for a voice box, and managed to teach himself the language of the robots.
Capper chuckled a little when Collan spoke in shock at the fact that he was hosting a race. Hosting a big event was unlike the antisocial saiyan, but he made enough friends on Earth to change his opinion on the Earthlings to "they aren't all bad." When his friend asked if he too could enter the race, the saiyan spoke with another nod and grin. " Yuh-huh! You just need a car or something. I can always build one for you if you don't have one! " Capper spoke, standing proudly with his hands on his hips. He took pride in his work as a technician, even though it wasn't a very respectable job for a Saiyan back on Vegeta.
But soon enough, more people began showing up- first up was his friend, Jormungandr! Capper smiled, giving her a quick wave. " Hiya, Jor! It's been awhile! You... uh, have quite the vehicle." The techician spoke, eyeing the vehicle. The saiyan heard some rather loud rap music passing by every now and then- that Jax guy had been circling the barn for awhile now. He had followed him here after their encounter in Satan City. Capper shrugged it off for now, eyeing his two friends.
Their next guest was the saibaman, EGG, from yesterday. The pink and blue creature spoke in his broken English, assuming Capper was taking charge of the race, which was true. When asked for his name, the saiyan would speak in a jovial tune, tail waggling back and fourth. "It's Capper. Nice to see you again! And yes, I'm the host of the race." In a sense, he and the saibaman were both a little different from what was expected of their race. The pink and blue tennenman was an individual instead of a slave back on Vegeta, and Capper was a weak saiyan- no warrior like the rest of his brethren. He had a soft spot for the saibaman, and had some respect for him, despite his species being a lesser race back on Vegeta. But this wasn't Vegeta.
Jax finally decided to nyoom in as well, proclaiming that he would also be participating as a celebrity racer. He also called him "Caparoni", to which the saiyan responded in a rather blunt tone. " Actually, it's Capper. Capper Logan Hofferson. " Only his parents were allowed to call him small and give him nicknames! Needless to say, the saiyan still worked up a genuine smile when Jax approached. Any friend was welcome here, despite the two of them getting off to a rough start- he still had not forgiven him for calling him short.
After Jax asked about the rules, Capper cleared his throat, standing up straight and professionally. " So! Now that we have quite the crowd here, I'll explain why the heck I'm hosting this race. " Some of his friends migth have been a little confused as to why the saiyan boy was hosting a huge race for the Eartjlings he hated. It wasn't like the Capper they knew to host a huge, social event. The saiyan boy spoke once more, expression drooping a little. " You see.... I'm going to be leaving the Earth very soon. And I don't think I will be coming back. I mean, I have a family I've got to take care of back on Vegeta... " Looking back with the trio with a forced smile despite his sadness, the saiyan glanced at his spaceship, parked in back. It was finally finished. " So this is a little 'goodbye' thing I decided to host before I go for good. I mean, if I'm going, I'm going out with a bang! "

"Yeah...I uh, might take up your offer on building me one. Especially since I used a large chunk of my Zenni to buy a ship." He chuckled. Soon after he began a conversation with Capper, someone else had appeared. Someone Collan absolutely hated, but still enjoyed to see. It was Jor, carrying a bulldozer. Did she learn about the race? Was she going to use THAT slow thing?
Whatever, when she began to talk to Capper, Collan had started to look around. Which is when a small familiar looking creature appeared. He remembered it from yesterday. But didn't take too much of a mind of it. Though it was great to see a semi-familiar face. Then another familar face came in...one he wasn't too happy to see.
"That face...those clothes...your the one who tried to trick me out of my Zenni!" Collan shouted at Jax, although he had this sudden out burst. He tried his best to calm down, ignoring the purple clothed man. Until Capper had begun to speak to everyone. He gave the little one his full attention, listening carefully.
It was about why he was holding the race, at the end of it, he talked about that he's going to Planet Vegeta. "Heh, nice joke." Collan said, but then after a few moments his face turned grim. "Oh god your not joking." But then Capper got a smile on his face, even though it was sad to see a friend go. If he was happy, then Collan was happy.

The demoness chuckled and nodded. "yeah, it has been a while, hasn't it?" she said, then frowned as she saw Collan looking at her bulldozer, seemingly disdainful. What's wrong with my vehicle? she thought indignantly. I think it looks impressive... she shook her head and dismissed it, figuring she'd prove him wrong by beating him in the race. She glanced briefly at the tennenman, curious, and almost laughed when she saw that his vehicle was a trike. how was he going to win with that?! it was puny! When Capper offered to build a vehicle for the hybrid, she blanched. She liked her bulldozer, but she doubted it could even come close to anything Capper built. But she didn't linger over those thoughts very long, for then a flamboyantly dressed man on a motorized unicycle approached them and began speaking, eyeing his opponents as he did. She stared at him, never failing to be surprised at the ridiculous people who lived on this planet. Capper's response once drowned out everything else, for her. "you're..... leaving?" she whispered hoarsely. Capper was her only friend on this planet, the only one she really trusted. "When?" she asked, deciding that, if Capper was going to leave, she was going with him. She didn't really have anything tying her to this planet. She wouldn't be losing anything by leaving - and she would most certainly lose something if she stayed.

EGG only started hearing the music just now as he was in the barn, the song being played being tuned out by EGG’s own desires. Soon enough, however, EGG’s own ears started to pick up more and more on these fresh beats, which were more painful to the ear to listen to than they were bad ass. It got to the point where the tennenman lightly covered his own ears as it started to sound more annoying than anything else. Before EGG pressed his hands on his ears any harder, the music stopped as the owner of music parked his vehicle and entered the building.
However, Capper had to introduce himself to EGG while mentioning that he did remember the magenta and cyan saibaman. Smiling, the young plant-based alien chuckled as he patted the tricycle beauty right next to him, saying with a cheerful, enthusiastic grin, “Heh, sounds fun! Think room for me in there, with this trike? I been riding thing non-stop, confident in self. Plus, race sound fun in honest opinion!”
Then the owner of the loud music strolled in all cocky-like, everyone else kind of off-put and slightly angry with this guy whom they claimed ripped them off. EGG himself got a little angry at them, as he was actually a fan of this violet-suited man, a fan of JimJohn Fightingman. Hearing Collan’s little claim that JimJohn tried to hustle him out of some Zeni, the young pink and blue tennenman arched his shoulder around to face him, saying while making eye contact, “Can’t be JimJohn who did wrong to you. JimJohn Fightingman is nice guy, does that martial art show on the TV. He can’t do evil thing like that, not in nature no no.”
Being ever so confident in his assertion, EGG’s grin was ever so prominent as his eyes were glued onto JimJohn, waving at him in earnest happiness as he adored anyone he saw on the television. Almost nearly bouncing out of his carapace, he just had to say to JimJohn, “Nice seeing you again JimJohn. Last I saw you mad at Blue Hair! I want say I big fan of work, heheh… Wait a minute, THAT YOUR JAXMOBILE!? OH KAMI, I SAW ONCE AND COOL LOOK AND....”
It was getting to the point where EGG was losing his ability to speak normally, as he was getting extremely worked up. Having to close his own mouth, the saibaman decided to calm himself down, as he would regress into the psycho babble that sounded normal to him and yet everyone else would not understand one bit. It took a lot of concentration for EGG to even speak the same language that everyone else did, always concentrating on uttering things they would be able to understand.
Having calmed himself down, he was able to hear that the young saiyan was about to leave this planet after the race. Eyes widen as he mentioned the planet he was returning to was Planet Vegeta, the planet which belonged to the saiyans who once invaded Earth. EGG was unable to interfere in that invasion, as past EGG recognized that he was incapable in protecting others back then. He was not remotely strong in the slightest back then, only the smallest fraction of what he was able to do now.
Hearing the plans of returning, EGG could not help himself but say, “Why must go? Yes you have family there, but why not take them here? Earth friendliest planet of all! But if must go, I wish good travel as space is space. And I make race a race you not forget anytime soon buddy!”

“Woah, calm down there buddy!” Backing up a bit with his hands put up in front of himself as if to shield himself from the accusations being thrown at him, he around at the others to make sure the boy’s allegations weren’t causing him to be seen in negative light. “I never intended to steal your zenni! Gee didity, I even fought off the space monkey who was going to attack you!”
This was all technically true. Jax wasn't planning to steal the hybrid’s money, and he was planning to go through with his promise and actually show him a few moves. But, it was true that he was only doing so for some quick zeni, and he likely would of only taught him the easier and more manageable skill. Calling him an outright their was misleading. On top of that, Jax was currently an unemployed wandering fighter/protector of all mankind, with barely any cash to his name, and whose main living situation was a portable cardboard structure. He deserved some slack. Especially since he did defeat the actual thief who was threatening the teen, even if he wasn’t really a space monkey but a space panda. But that was just pragmatics. What mattered to Jax was that he was getting treated like dirt, and after being a cool heroman he felt as if he had earned better.
As if hearing his inner cry for the recognition he deserved, the walking testicle creature came to his aid. Once between the two of them, Jax realized he had met before the humanoid somewhere before. "In fact, this would the be the second time the alien would come to Jax's aid after his past mistakes return to haunt him one way or another. The sentient plant defended the former television star, and after telling the pretty boy off it went on to comment on just how much they admired the “fightstar”. Jax found himself warming up to the little fella.
“Heh, well thanks kind friend. I can’t thank you enough for helping me, once again, You’re truly a hip dawg, man.” A smile found it's on way onto Jax’s face, as he was unable to resist sharing the joy with the creature as it noticed the famous vehicle. “Ah, yes, the Jaxanator. What a beauty, eh?”
He was about to share the story of how he had ended up with the “one wheeled wonder” after the cancellation of JimJohn, but before he was given the chance, Capper dropped the news of his upcoming departure.
Jax knew of this already, of course. He had met the Saiyan during the advertising for this very event, and was even told the reasoning of why it was being held in the first place beforehand . Yet he still felt a bit of disappointment that the taily was going back to Planet Vegetable so soon. He had felt a sort of bond with him during their first meeting, a relation to the monkey’s situation and desperation. It was also Capper who was partially the reason he ever got off his perfectly refined buttocks and decided to try again at the fighting lifestyle he gave up on. Their interaction helped lit the fire inside Jax’s soul, and he felt like he owed a debt to Capper because of it.
“Heh, well then, kid…” Capper’s shoulder was met by a comforting hand, and upon looking up the young technician would be greeted by the “educational fighting hero” giving a thumbs up while tears mysteriously found their way streaming down his face. “...I'm going to miss you buddy. I feel as if our paths are destined to met again, this will not be our final crossover. But since we're here now, we'll make this the most radical damn race the galaxy ever seen, and we'll do it all for you!”

HEARTS RACING
Capper glanced over to Egg when he asked if he could participate with his tricycle. Capper... wasn't sure how he would work against motorized vehicles with that petite ride, but he couldn't turn down one of his friends! "Yup, I've made room for nine to twelve people, excluding myself. I'll be hosting it and making sure everyone follows the rules on by Blaster Bike over here." Capper spoke, turning his head to his motorbike. It could fire rather weak blasts of energy from the skull on front, and the Plexbits could attach to it to it to serve as repair units and boosters. He was proud of the machine, but the Aurora was what really took the cake. His spaceship was his greatest invention thus far!
Collan accused Jax of trying to steal his Zeni, but before Capper could say anything, Egg chimed in and dismissed the idea that Jax could do such a thing. The purple-suited man was nice enough to Capper, despite the two of them getting off to a rough start. Jax appreciated the little tennenman's efforts, and introduced the group to his vehicle, the Jaxanator... 10/10 name there, Capper thought sarcastically. Folding his arms for a moment, he then told the group how he planned to leave soon.
Collan thought he was joking for a moment, but soon realized the saiyan technician was dead serious. Jormungandr seemed shocked too, asking when Capper would take off. Taking a deep breath in, he figured maybe he should have saved this big shock for later... "I will depart right after the race. I won't have any more reason to stay on Earth after that. And don't think of following! Vegeta is not a place for you guys. It's harsh there, but I can cope better there. Earthlings like you aren't welcome on Vegeta, like we saiyans aren't welcome on Earth." Capper spoke, crossing his arms. He was just worried the snake lady might want to tag along with, but someone like her wouldn't last on Vegeta! She was too weak- the saiyans would tear her apart! Capper was just concerned for his friend- knowing how she was... attached to him, Capper found a chance that she might tag along. The only hope the snake had to follow Capper now was to stow away. Vegeta sucked, but it was home. At least he would have his parents... Right- his parents! "I mean, I-I'm finally gonna get to see Mom and Dad again! I... just hope they haven't forgotten about me or anything. I sure hope nothing happened to them..." Capper's eyes darted away from the group. What if they were dead? What if they replaced him? What if he was just forgotten? It was concerning...
When Egg spoke up, wondering why Capper couldn't bring his parents here, the saiyan shook his head with an uncertain frown, speaking in a shaky tone. " I... I just can't stay here. Solar Saiyans like me aren't welcome here. As craptastic as Vegeta is, it is my home. Earth is your home, Vegeta is mine." A little smile replaced Capper's frown when the tennenman wished him good travels, and assured him that he would not be forgotten. "T-thanks..." Jax was the next to wish the saiyan adieu. Looking up to the man, Capper's face whitened out when he saw the earthling crying. Capper barely registered what he said-- was it something he said? Did he do a bad? Was he just sad that he was leaving? But they just met?! Shaking his head, Capper held his arms out, trying to comfort his friend. "Oh stars, I didn't mean to make this into a teary goodbye thing-- Stop standing here all sad like that, human! That's an order!! I'll beat the sadness outta your face if you don't stop that!!" Taking off his Scouter, Capper's inky black eyes met that of Jax's, despite his blurred vision without the Scouter. Tapping a few buttons on it, the saiyan spoke once more. "A-and, u-uh, we can still keep in touch! I can give you all my Scouter's contact number!"
After that little episode was resolved, Capper took a few steps back while putting his Scouter back on, the saiyan pulled out a small piece of paper from his pocket. "Ahem! Anyways, the rules..." Capper spoke, clearing his throat. " One- you must have vehicle! No running or flying the course. Two- you must suppress your power so that everyone is equal in strength. Three- Ki blasts and attacks may be used to hinder or help other racers. And four- I am going to request you pay a five-hundred Zeni fee to enter. The winner will get all of the money pooled in! Five- while you can hinder vehicles, don't blow them up! If you have any problems, my Plexbits will come over to fix your ride right up!... So, any questions?"

Collan just continued to listen, he didn't care about what the little creature had thought of what Collan said. But that's not what matters, he was listening to how excited Capper started getting about going home. Collan smiled at this, continuing to watch until the same man who tried to trick Collan had started getting super emotional about it.
Now this just wanted to make Collan join in and cry, but he couldn't. From what he knew, heroes couldn't show sadness or any signs of weakness. So he just continued to stand. When finally Capper had started getting to the rules, Collan simply nodded after each rule was listed one by one.
"I guess I'll just pay up now." Collan handed a small bag of Zenni to the little Saiyan. After it had finished, Collan raised his hand to ask a question. "Yes I'd like to know one thing, will suppressing energy really be enough? I've recently learned how to do it and as soon as I use any sort of strength my power rises back up." Collan waited for a reply.
Now I myself have a question as well, do I send said Zenni to your character? Or do I still keep it and wait till the race has ended?

Jormungandr sighed and nodded as she listened to Capper. She found, somewhat to her surprise, that she understood all of her little friend's concerns. She would still stow away, of course. After all, from what she'd heard of Vegeta, he'd need a bodyguard! It might be a little difficult to sneak in right after the race, but she figured she could do it. When Capper said they had to suppress their ki, the serpent grimaced. "I don't know how to do that" she admitted as she handed him a pouch of Zenni. "should I just refrain from using my ki altogether?" other than the saiyan technician, she was the weakest person there, so she didn't think it would be too much of a problem, but she wanted to make sure

(OOC: What I figured was that, before the race begins, Capper opens an Item shop page and tags everyone competing, telling them to confirm their payment of 500z)
After helping out Jax, EGG nearly lost his footing as he was taken aback by how one of the heroes he watched on TV straight up called him a 'hip dawg' and a friend. Smiling, he rubbed the back of his head with such an innocent smile on his face as he could barely utter out, "Erm, uh, thanks JimJohn!"
Hearing what the small saiyan had to say about saiyans not being accepted on Earth, the pink and blue tennenman shook his head as he says, "I don't agree there friend. I self not accepted here, and people still give look of anger at me. No idea why as I never do wrong to them. But I still live, and I make friend with good personality. Cap, you good person, and I say you can live here no problem. But your choice, and I respect it." As he says this, he gets a small idea in his head, remembering reading about something about a saiyan invasion, which nearly caused the end of Earth. The saiyans were, for the most part, evil; specifically the saiyan solar empire. Ideas floated in his head as the friendly Capper started explaining the rules to the race.
Smiling, EGG reached into his cape with his claws, digging around in the fabric for the little slot in his shoulder pad which held any spare money he had on him at that moment. Although he ran out of Zeni in his left shoulder, he dug into his right shoulder pad, finding a huge wad of Zeni. He handed Capper a thousand Zeni slip, saying with a shy smile, "I think this cover it all?"
He still had a problem with figuring out the currencies of Earth, as that was one thing the old man hadn't taught him at all. He kept every bit of currency, and only guessed that was the right amount of zeni as it was a big bill. After handing his entrance fee, he says with a smile, "We able to use power however wish, as long it hurt no one?" He was also getting ideas as he was already starting to draw on inspiration from the Mumen Rider series in how he could use his powers in order to get ahead of the others in such a race.

This was too much. Jax had come here expecting the most epic race of the century, with plenty of vehicular damage, massive explosions, and plenty of news coverage. Instead, Capper was riding the "feels train" and driving it straight through Jax's heart. The emotions Jax was experiencing were simply just too much. For some reason while he listened to his newest friend explain why he had to go back to his home planet, the image of his little friend finding his way home to his monkey papa and mama, and running into their arms while some unbearably cheesy music played on in the background, popped into his head. It was too sweet, and too much for the former actor's soul to take. Then the Saiyan went on to explain how he felt that Earth was too hostile to his kind, and that he couldn't stay without more problems arising for him. And to be honest, Jax couldn't help but partially blame himself. After all, it was the citizens of his self-made city who had harassed Capper. Even the "J-Man" himself had been guilty of being more then judgmental of the planet's outsiders, often picking fights with them for his own rushed judgements and the assumed agendas of those not from his home planet. Another wave of tears made their way down his face, as he ran up and hugged the space monkey, and continuing to avoid his hair.
"WE'LL RACE PAST THE SINS OF THE UNIVERSE, PAST THE PROBLEMS THAT PREVAIL US ALL. WE'LL RACE TOGETHER-" During Jax's rambling, Capper had began stating the rules, and the one guideline that happened to immediately stick out to the emotional wreck of a fighter was the fact that their was money to be won at the end of this whole thing. This was a fact that he had been oblivious to, and once coming upon this newfound information, the entire game was changed for him. "-WE'LL RACE AGAINIST EACH OTHER. AND THE BEST PERSON WILL WIN ALL THE ZENI!"
Jax's intentions for this race had completely flipped. No longer was this the race of a man saying goodbye to his friend and playing casual kart bumpers with friends. This was a man who had lost everything, with nothing to his name, willingly to do whatever it took to get whatever scraps he could to get himself forward in life. Reaching into his shirt, he grabbed his money which he had somehow found a way to store within the hairs of his chest, and handed the required amount to the host before running to his beaten down vehicle. Stepping on the pedal to make sure it was in proper function, he looked up at the others with a smile that would make the average person's skin crawl off and run away, without ever looking back.
"You ready to get giggy with it?"
