(Thread PL: 188,730) ( Bing Gan) Raisu stood at the base of the tower and looked up, whistling as he did. Damn, he thought, this is a tall tower. He supposed that was the point of it. It wouldn't be much of a lookout if it wasn't tall, would it? And he was supposed to climb this thing? Why couldn't he just fly up? The answer was probably something about traditions or rules, or something. Apparently atop the tower sat Kami. Really, he thought. Was Kami just sitting up there, chilling out? Somehow, Raisu found that hard to believe. Raisu had always thought of Kami as this intangible being, like some kind of presence among the clouds or something. Not as a dude sitting on top of tower. Well, he thought, there was only one way to really find out. He stepped up to the base of the tower, gripping onto it, arms grasping the pole. This was going to be interesting for sure, he thought. Slowly, he inched his was up the tower. The distance seemed to decrease ever so slowly. This would be slow going. Maybe he should have brought a book or something, anything to kill the time. But no. He had to climb this damn tower, and with his hands no less. "Freakin' Kami and his tower..." He mumbled to himself as he continued to climb. This had best be worth it, thought Raisu. If he had spent all of his time climbing this tower and there was nothing up there, he thought as his blood boiled... Well, he would at least be mildly upset. He forced himself to climb a little faster. It was just like climbing a tree. A really big tree, though. Raisu paused a moment and looked about him. His mouth dropped a little. It was a lovely sight that laid before him. The landscape all around him looked quite lovely from this height. Kami was a lucky guy if this was his view everyday. Raisu imagined it must look even better from the top. Now that was a reason to keep climbing, he decided. And so he did, moving as he quickly as he had before. The surface of the tower had begun to wear on his hands. He knew he should have worn gloves. That's what you were supposed to do when you went climbing, right? How long had he been climbing anyway. It wasn't as if he had a watch. He supposed he could gauge it by looking at the sun, but he did not particularly care to. For now, it was all about reaching the top of this tower. He cast his eyes upward and squinted. He was almost there now. About time, Raisu thought. And he was so close now. He just had to surmount this last hump, the bowl of the lookout. How in the Hell did someone expect people to climb this thing? It was a good thing that Raisu was more than human, else he might have a problem here. He looked about him and finally he noticed the ladder along the side of the bowl. Grunting, he swang for it, his hands grasping around the cool metal of the ladder. Raisu pulled himself along, reaching out and grabbing the rungs like monkey bars. He swang from bar to bar until he came to the curve of the bowl. He twisted his body about and changed directions. With a sigh, he began the final stretch. This was easy. Grip don't fail him now, he prayed. And finally he came to the lip of the lookout. He pulled himself over, slightly panting. His eyes glanced over the lookout, back from whence he came. His eyes widened. Now that was a long climb. But thankfully, he was done now. He pulled himself to his feet, and looked around the lookout. A nice place, he decided, but he wasn't here to sight see. He was here to meet Kami. "Kami?" He shouted.

[Thread PL: 266,397 | Enlightenment (x16 Perm) Active! Current PL: 4,262,352 | [SU1] Ki Suppression Active! Current Sensed PL: 10,000] (Inviting Vi-Poi Zexama Kaula . Let's get together and make a grand wish!) The Lookout floated gently above the clouds, as it had done for ages. The current Kami, a young man named Bing, was currently deep in the large palace, reading an ancient tome. This particular book seemed to hold a bit of knowledge on the Dragon Balls, but nothing Bing didn't already know; he was aware of the dragons name, and how many Dragon Balls there were, but the one thing he wanted to know -how to find them easily- wasn't here. Though he had the Dragon Radar, it took weeks at a time to find the balls. He was hoping to find some easier way, but it seemed there was none. He sighed as he closed the book, standing up from the musty desk in the library. It was then that he sensed something interesting. Someone was climbing the tower; someone very powerful. He pondered for a moment on who it might be, but this particular energy was one he never sensed before. He assumed it must have been someone who was aware of the Karinga Tribe's traditions, as not many who ventured up the tower actually took the time out to climb the thing. He smiled at the thought; perhaps the one climbing was like himself. Kind, polite, and caring. There was only one way to find out though, and that was meeting the fellow. Bing exited the Library. Ascending the many flights of stairs that lay below the surface of the Lookout. As Bing approached the surface level, he heard a shout come from outside. It seemed the climber had reached the top before Bing did. The Guardian exited the temple, the shadowed doorway slowly revealing Bing to Raisu.
He spoke in a calm tone, addressing the new arrival with a friendly bow. "Greetings. I could sense you climbing the tower. Not many people take the time out to do that nowadays." He smiled at Raisu before continuing. "Tell me, what brings you to my Lookout?"
Dangling from Bing's belt were three small leather pouches. From one of them, a faint beeping could be heard, but for the time being he ignored it.

(Thread PL: 6,332,560)
The scooter was a lemon, Vi-Poi decided, as he dusted off the last of fix for it.
It'd been attacked by yet another pterodactyl. He was sure that Dragon Ball Reikiko had gifted him, always snug next to the Dragon Radar in the satchel at the small of his back, was the heart of the problem. It seemed to draw the interest of every sort of absurd chaos.
His repaired armor had drained the last of his funds, and he'd need to put in more overtime.
It wasn’t all bad. He was working with his old boss again -- Mister Bancha whom he held a high respect for -- as the Barn had been taken over by the omnipresent McBao’s franchising corporation. The rotund Majin fellow’s current addiction to Cold Duck wine and odd smelling cigarettes made him more interesting to work with, loose and lighthearted, spontaneous. He seemed to think his surviving the merger and getting promoted to Manager was of equal magnitude to Vi-Poi becoming de-facto head of Earth.
He put down the wrench, frowning.
There was a high power level rising into the air near Kami’s Lookout. He threaded the information through his analytics and the few of BBA’s satellites that had survived the Saiyan invasion, triangulating the exact position. It was Kami’s Lookout alright. The signature suggested someone he’d never met before, and he couldn’t detect anything beyond that at this range.
Hikari strode up to him, throwing a heavy oil cloth across one shoulder. “I sense it too.” The woman said, peering up at the ghostly blue rod and bead rising above the edge of the horizon. Being a former BBA officer and Reikiko’s companion, she was one of the few Saiyans – or half-Saiyans – that he still held a high trust for. When Reikiko disappeared, she’d started following Vi-Poi around like some attendant. Probably hoping for her friend to return.
“I wonder what it is.” Vi-Poi said thoughtfully.
“Going up there?” She asked. “Want me to come with?”
“I’ll radio you if I need you.” He said. “In the meanwhile, can you find a bottle of Cold Duck wine? Mister Bancha wants me to bring him some more.”
Hikari grunted and nodded. Vi-Poi waved and blasted off into the sky, shooting through a cloud and parting it wide before landing quickly on the edge of the Lookout, smoke from the heat of his journey whistling from his armor.
He saw Bing, the Kami, speaking to a red-haired fellow he’d never seen before. His Scan Mode sniffed out Saiyan DNA.
Vi-Poi stood on the edge of the Lookout as his ears attuned to the conversation, his power unreadable unless there was a scouter involved, though sharp ears might have heard his landing.

Kaula sighed, a hand coming up to rub at her face as she sat on her overturned couch. Her lonesome home on the southern isle, now trashed. Furniture had been flipped, glass had been broken. Walls? Who needs a wall on their west side of the house. What it looked to be here was the category five hurricane that was known as Kaula's temper tantrum.
Now, of course, if she lived in a populated area people would be wondering what went wrong, alas here she was usually all alone - save for when Rei was here, but that has all changed. Reikiko had left. Again. She was alone. Again. And apparently she wasn't coming back. She had thrown a tempertantrum and tried to destroy the one thing Reikiko had left her; the Dragon Ball. That damn, six starred son of an inanimate object. She couldn't seem to break it. So now it was currently wedged into what was left of her door.
She blamed the people of Earth. A booted foot slammed down for a moment, roaring out as she stood, "BULLSHIT REI!" Of course, no one was nearby to hear her. The Hybrid Saiyaness began to trudge forward, her aura flaring up as she approached the door. A gloved hand extended outwards, gripping the orange orb and yanking it from the wooden door. "Why do you have to be so thin skinned!? HUH!?" she roared out at the mystical artifact, tears starting to stream down her face. She didn't stare at it for long, because she started to smash it into the wall next to the door again.. And again.. And again..
She started to growl out, starting to calm down as she slowly stepped back from the wall. What could she do? It's not like she.. Knew a lot of the people here.. On this stupid planet.. She knew some.. Could they help her find Rei or.. Kaula sighed out, closing her eyes as she tried to think. That's when it hit her.
The Saiyaness wasn't too sure why, but she felt like.. The lookout. That's where Bing was, right? Bing. A hand came up to rub at her eyes for a moment, taking in a breath before she went to fiddle with some cord, suppressed her power, and took flight towards the lookout!
Of course, as she approached, she had noticed someone - someone strong - climbing up the tower. Kaula, of course, decided to hang back a bit, watching before she moved her hand back, slipping the dragon ball necklace around her neck finally before she moved to land behind Raisu, unsurpressing her power.
However, upon noticing Bing was here, all Kaula did was offer him a bit of a wave while she stood behind the red-haired Saiyan. Too bad she didn't have her scouter on - maybe then she'd notice Vipoi not standing too far back.

[Ki suppressed – Undetectable]
Zexama sat comfortably on the bed that she had allocated especially for her. She lifted up the trap door right above her around half a meter but a large object got in the way; Bing’s bed. She repitivly hit the wooden beams of the well-designed bed above her, after two hits, the beams shattered and Zexama jumped out of the tiny little hole pushing her straight through the blankets leaving a hole in the middle of the bed. ”How rude of Bing, putting his bed above my hole."[/color] She pulled herself through with her arms before rolling down and hitting the floor with the middle of her head causing a large crack to appear.
Zexama continued to roll out towards the exit as the orange ccandy scouter placed firmly upon her head indicated signs that people were outside. ”It seems as if, Kaula and Vi-poi are out there.” Zexama stopped rolling instantly and jumped to her feet. She was in the left side of the palace at the time being and she didn’t have time to go through the door, instead she just kept flying at full speed towards Vi-poi. As soon as she started flying she hid her PL making her ultimate sneak attack possible.
Mission: Hug Vi-poi was undergo. She continued to fly towards the wall before going straight through it and used all her power to widen her arms and to go faster before attempting to wrap her arms around Vi-poi and squeezing him as much as she could. ”Viiiiiiiiiiiii-POIPIOPIPI! I am ZEXAMA!!!” Zexama backed off before looking at Bing and showing Bing what she had found only recently, as well as everyone else.
A small cough appeared from within her, before, she coughed again, and an orange tinted sparkled appeared in the back of her throat. With a lunge of her head she spat out the Dragon Ball into her hand and lifted it up, showing the transparent feature and the nice amount of saliva dripping off it. ”Look guys! MINE HAS TWO STARS!!!” Zexama smiled before looking back at the Ball and counting each star. ”One… Two…. YUP! Two stars.” She then did a spin before looking over to Bing and in a guilty tone saying. ”Oh, Bing, I put a hole in your bed, next time don’t put it over my secret hide-out that no one knows about! Wait, DAMNIT!” She waved at Kaula and placed a smile across her face to show her kindness. ”Hey Kaula!” She also saw a new face, but that person didn’t have three knees, so she would talk to her later.

Raisu looked onward in confusion, suddenly very aware of two rather large ki signatures, one coming from behind him, and another coming from the silver haired man in front of him. Much larger than the average human's. Strange, he thought, why hadn't he noticed them on his way up? Of course, he was rather occupied with climbing the tower. Still, Raisu could not help but look at the scene unfolding with a furrowed brow. This was not quite what he had expected when he had there was a divine being atop this tower. Had he climbed all the way for this.
"Uh," he began, "A-are you Kami?" Raisu could not find the words. Somehow, he had expected Kami to look a bit more... Fiercesome? This man, on the other hand, seemed rather nice. The looks could be tricky. Raisu knew that much, thinking way back to his encounter with the robotic Doctor Breech.
Raisu was suddenly very aware of where he was standing. Quickly, he bowed deeply in return. If this guy really was Kami, he'd better show him respect. After all, how many times had Raisu invoked his name?
"S-sorry if I'm intruding on something. I just thought I'd, uh, climb the tower. You know, to meet you. And as a, uh, test. I can come back later if this is a bad time!"
Raisu bowed again. As he rised, he cast a look over his shoulder. A woman. And then he looked back towards the silver haired man and his pink associate-thing. What kind of world had he crossed into?
(I'm really sorry for the late response! My last few finals were really kicking my butt!)

As Bing received a bow from Raisu, Kaula landed behind the pink-haired boy, giving a wave to the Guardian. Bing nodded at her before returning his attention to Raisu. He responded to the boys question with a polite tone, as he usually did with new arrivals to the Lookout. "Yes, I am indeed the Kami. What is it that made you climb all this way?" He arched his brow as he finished his question. As he waited for a response however, he heard an incredibly loud crash.
In the last few months, Bing never once had a moment he would consider "crazy" happen on the Lookout. This just happened to be a crazy moment. Zexama burst from the temple of the Lookout, destroying one of the walls as she flew towards Vipoi, who Bing hadn't noticed until just now. The Guardian's jaw dropped as he watched the debris crumble to the ground. He attempted to form words for a few moments, until eventually he squeaked out: "T-t-t-the Temple..."
Bing stared at the missing wall for what seemed like ages, but Raisu's question brought him back to reality. He coughed, turning around to face the pink warrior. "Ahem!-- No, you're not interrupting anything. It seems I missed the memo that today was WRECK THE LOOKOUT DAY!" He turned towards Zexama as he shouted those last few words, but his expression changed from anger to interest as Zexama began coughing up... Something.
After a few moments of hacking up a large object, Zexama finally spit out a shining orange orb. It glistened brightly in the light, and Bing's face lit up. He crouched down near Zexama, patting the girl on her shoulder as he spoke. "Well done Zexama! I can't believe you found one!" He grabbed the two pouches from his belt, showing them off to the majin as he continued. "With my two, that leaves just four more to find!"
As he was about to return his Dragon Balls to their respective pouches, he noticed that the faint beeping from earlier had grown painfully loud. He grabbed the last pouch from his belt, grabbing the Dragon Radar from within its leathery folds. He looked at the screen closely, and his eyes widened in surprise. "WHOA! My radar must be broken; it says that all seven Dragon Balls are within 100 feet!...Unless..."
He stood up, turning his attention to the other three warriors on the Lookout. He spoke quizzically as he raised his 7-Star Dragon Ball above his head. "You guys wouldn't happen to have any of these, would you?"

Vi-Poi took wary note of Kaula's presence, shuffling up his combat priorities in case the volatile Saiyan warrioress took another turn for the worse. Her mood seemed taciturn and wounded, and he judged that much like Hikari she'd been rebuffed by Reikiko's disappearance. Before he could finish loading a new preparedness schema for any potential fighting, the Magic Operating Device purred in his Megacore and something collided with him. He staggered and raised his arms defensively, looking down at his body in shock, only to find gummy pink arms wrapped around the dark armor which clad his abdomen.
"Zexama?" He asked in surprise, a strange sense of nostalgia rising up in him. These new emotions were often difficult to control, and he was bewildered by the deep sense of friendship now pulsing alongside his cold and thoughtless electrons. He beamed down at her.
Before he could respond she broke away, joining Bing and producing a Dragon Ball. His own in his back satchel was giving off an inordinate amount of heat. Producing the stone, he held it outward to catch the light and strode towards the others. Red stars in the constellation of a pentagram gleamed with an energy he'd never seen before, and as he neared them the twinkling turned into a humming heartbeat, the entire ball of dusky gold glass blazing in intervals like a waking sun.
He quickly took out his dragon radar to confirm what he was seeing. All seven Dragon Balls, aligned within a scant number of meters. In one place. And it had happened accidentally, as if the magic inside of them had willed it. The old directives came flooding back through his mind, those made in his original machine matrix, before his combination with the ghost of Poi. Crimson red mission critical symbols scattering across his HUD suddenly blipped green.
He'd finally achieved the goal, the very first goal he'd been given when he didn't even properly exist yet, so many centuries ago.
In a very human reaction to this stunning thought he took in a sharp breath. If an android's stomach could flutter, the M/AM collider at the bottom of his throat would be doing cartwheels right now. He steeled himself for some sort of Red Ribbon critical directive, some ancient stroke of bright light that would override everything in his heart and turn him into a slave to casual mechanics once more.
Nothing happened. There was no access attempts to any of his layers. He gave his oldest files a curious scan. There was nothing stirring there, not a single byte moved. Whatever Red Ribbon's obsessive directive to find the Dragon Balls was based upon, the information had died with Realigner Red, or had never been implanted to begin with.
It would be up to him what to do, he realized. Up to all of them.
"So what do we do?" He asked everyone gathered, his hand still outstretched as he pulled his legs up into the air, assuming a mantis-style meditation pose hung in midair.

Kaula simply stood there for the time being, her green scarf blowing in the breeze as she glanced around the lookout. Boy. It had been quite a while since she was last here. She recalled the first ever time she had come up here. She came to prove herself by fighting the first 'god'. Scargot. One of his students had told Kaula about him and she thought she would be the strongest if she could beat him up. Of course, when she arrived she only found another student. And that was how she met Bing for the first time. Alas, her attention was torn from her memories as Zexama burst through a wall. Kaula, chuckling, looked to Bing as she pointed towards it.
"It's no big deal, right? Now you can easily add an addition to there. Here, I can help tear down more walls if you want." Kaula joked as she cracked a smile to Bing. Kaula went to step in a bit closer as she moved to flex lightly at Raisu, her tail wrapping around her waist. "Pff. You wanna train with this chump? I'm just as strong, if not totally stronger then him." Kaula continued to joke.
Still, eventually the Saiyaness took note of what Zexama had. It was a dragon ball. Similar to her's. That's when Kaula likely noticed that the parting gift Reikiko had left her might have actually been one of those mystical orbs, and not just a knock off. Still, as Bing asked the question, Kaula moved to lightly tap at the dragonball resting on her chest, that was secured around her neck with some cord. "I got this one. So.. What. We got all of 'em here or somethin'? Really?" the girl asked as she tilted her head.

Zexama was quite excited by what was happening at the moment, everyone’s radars had been going off the charts while beeping constantly. ”Hey! My body is beeping too!” Zexama then shoved her hand down her throat before pulling out the dragon radar that was causing prior beeping effect from inside her earlier. ”LOOK GUYS!” Zexama pointed at the 7 dots that were all stockpiled in the small grid where she was. ”CAN WE PLEASE WISH FOR EVERYTHING TO BE CANDY? PLEASE? We can revive namek latterrrr!”
Zexama shrugged her shoulders as she knew that her begging would be for nothing so she just went off the wall before eating one of the blocks whole and repaired the whole in a puff of golden sparkles. ”ALL FIXED BING BING!” Zexama looked at Kaula and ran up to her before leaping forward and trying to give her a big hug. ”Hey Kaula, How you been these days?” She then span around after listening if she said anything and then looked back at Bing. ”So what happens now, Super Kami Guru Bing?”

Raisu's stomach dropped. Wait, these people had Dragon Balls too? Suddenly, the weight of the two Dragon Balls in his bag felt very heavy, like they were made out of lead. Could they make a wish? Hell if Raisu knew. Jarvis had never explained how to actually make one. But if anyone knew, it was going to be Kami...
As the people around him continued to speak, Raisu pulled his bag from his shoulders and began to rummage through it. And then his hand wrapped around the two balls and he drew them out, dropping his bag to the ground. It didn't matter what else was in his bag. He was too excited. He held each ball out in front of him, one in each hand. Three and four stars each, Raisu had been proud of his little collection of orange baubles, but if they were so close to wishing back Namek...
"Yeah, I've got two right here. Could we really, you know, make a wish? Is that something you can do Kami?"
Raisu looked to each person in turn. Was this some kind of fated meeting, or some kind of weird coincidence? Somehow, Raisu wasn't going to complain. He only hoped that he wasn't dreaming. A wish, magic... It might only be a few short moments away. His heart was practically leaping into his throat. Now this, he thought, was the kind of stuff his journey was all about.

It was almost like a dream come true. The Dragon Balls were really here, and they were about to summon the Eternal Dragon! Bing couldn't contain his excitement as each visitor revealed their Dragon Balls. Zexama's excitement rivaled Bing's own, but her wish was a bit out there. He knelt down next to her, wagging his finger disapprovingly. "Although that does sound delectable, we can't leave the Namekian's hanging! They're dead; we have to get them back, okay?" Bing stretched out his hand, asking for the Dragon Ball in Zexama's Hand. Should she hand the ball over, Bing would place his own along with hers on the ground, moving away to collect the Dragon Balls from the others.
He moved towards Vi-Poi first, a smile on his face as he spoke to the redeemed android. "I hope bringing back the Namekians will absolve you of any guilt you might possibly have. Let's get this wish done, shall we?" If the android accepted, Bing would take his ball, adding it to the small pile on the ground (or allow the android to add the ball to the pile himself).
Next, he moved to the newcomer: Raisu. He spoke politely to the pink-jacketed warrior, asking for his duo of Dragon Balls as well. "Sorry if things are a bit confusing for you, Raisu. I'll make sure you're properly introduced to the others once we've finished up this wish!"
Finally, he moved to Kaula. The hybrid woman also had a Dragon Ball, presumably Reikiko's. He could only assume it was originally owned by the Homunculus girl, but due to her disappearance she must have given it to Kaula. He placed a hand on her shoulder, speaking somberly to the girl. "I know it must be difficult to give away that Dragon Ball... But there is an entire race of people who are gone. We need to bring them back." He hoped she would understand, but if not, he'd have to try some more guilt-tripping to get the girl to give in.
Hopefully, the seven balls would be set down perfectly next to one another in the exact center of the Lookout. Assuming they were all in place, Bing would wait for the others to gather around, so that he can summon the mighty dragon: Shenron!

(sorry for the wait and shortie yall, bussssy days around xmas)
Vi-Poi let his Five-Star Dragon Ball fall from his outstreched hand, the orb rolling forward towards Bing. "Revive Namek." He agreed, tilting his head towards Zexama. "The Namekians are great magicians, and from what another Majin told me is home to another set of Dragon Balls. I am sure that they can devise a way for your wish to be granted."
"Kaula is right to ask how we proceed. I'm not sure if there is any special procedure to summon this dragon. Is there a magic word?" He asked Bing, expecting the new god of Earth to know these answers. He was, after all, tied to the stones.
Just in case, Vi-Poi silently layered a targeting solution against Raisu and Kaula, knowing that a saiyan stranger and a proven wild card were the most dangerous factors in this even.

Kaula glanced at all the others for a few moments. A hand came to the bright orange orb, adorn with six small stars as the others spoke. So they wanted to use these.. To help the slug people? Kaula sighed at the thought of it. She wasn't exactly happy with that idea. Like she'd want some boring green planet back. Everything was just.. Green there! She'd rather put Reikiko's dragon ball to better use. Like.. Getting stronger. Or becoming immortal or something. ... Yeah.. Immortality sounded cool.. Kaula tried to think for a few seconds. Well.. She could let them summon the dragon and take the wish for herself. What could they do about it? She'd be immortal. They wouldn't be able to kill her or anything like that. Because, well, immortal. Her thoughts were torn from her head as she felt a weight on her shoulder. Her emerald green eyes were torn from the small orb to look up at the grey haired human. Her lips curled up to a smile, "And if I let you guys use it, what exactly do I get out of it? Do I get some money? I'd like some of that." she said as she tugged the dragon ball free from her neck, the cord snapping as she went to hold it out, offering it for the Kami to take. Still, that devious thought of stealing the wish for herself lingered in her mind for a few moments before she looked towards Raisu Hanamura. She inspected him a few times before she moved to simply shrug lightly. ((Raisu, I suppose we should skip Zex. She's MIA))

It seemed everyone was giving up their Dragon Balls. Well, thought Raisu, when in Satan City... And besides, it was just the right thing to do. Quickly, he stepped closer to the man who was Kami, holding the two orange orbs out to him. Once upon a time, when he'd heard of the mythical little orbs, he'd have been tempted to seek them out for his own gain. And maybe that was only human, but how quickly he realized that he needed to try and make something right. He just wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing he'd have delayed the resurrection of an entire race of people. "Please, take them. I just wanna try and help," said Raisu. Slowly, he looked around the gathered crowd. Quite the motley crew, but they all seemed like good people. And what's more, he could have sworn he'd seen some of these people before. On the TV perhaps...? Not that it mattered. They were here now. And what's more, there was about to me magic in the air. Maybe climbing that stupid tower was worth it after all... ((Alright, skipped Zex. Bing Gan Not sure if you want to proceed or not.))
