I say that those who have died, instead of waiting two months in real life, how about a week or so. I mean I understand that the second time around requires dragon balls and other methods. But two months in real life is too long and most people don't tend to stick around that long in sites. It would also reduce the amount of new created characters and having their old characters become inactive for two whole months. cause that to me feels like a wasted character if its put to the trash afterwards and all that hard work gone. This is just my opinion but feel free. open discussion guys.
and before anyone says i'm just saying this because I died. I told Daiki to be the person to kill me ic for character development purposes and for my own goals. So that wasn't an official fight but a plot one.

The original idea was you get a single 'free revive' after a certain period of time. I never got around to specifying an exact timer, so I said, for argument's sake, two months.
A week is too short. Even the first death should have consequence, and you knew what you were doing when you got Daiki to kill you.

I know you really want to get out of AL Gurin, and I understand that we have a First-Timers clause in the revival part that won't require Dragon Balls, but its only been three days. DEs are a serious thing to get involved in, and they're always official. Getting involved in one so that your character can die for whatever reason should come with consequence. I'm fine with the time limit being shrunk some, but I really think it should be longer than a few days, and longer than a week or two. I know you posted on your first one that you broke out of AL, but we can't really allow people do stuff like that (until the time limit is met). People shouldn't be able to RP their way out of game mechanics. If you keep your postings up in HFIL and let the time pass, you will be out before you know it, and you can still get gains while there.

I believe 1 month would be fair for a "get out of jail" free card. And then, a roleplay of at least 1.000 words to explain in a plausible way how you managed to get back to life.

I'm not sure if this would be helpful but to me a month seems to long. I've seen RP sites die in a month from inactivity, but not because their players dead. This site is pretty well manned and has a lot of room to grow and evolve. I would handle death and the judgment just the way you guys have been saying, yet I don't believe a month is fair to wait in the afterlife. What if they are the only person in Heaven or Hell? No contact with anyone else in the RP for a whole month? That's not really fair is it? A week is too short and you would hardly gain any bonuses during that week. I would say 3, maybe 4 weeks in lockdown, thus giving the person enough time to train. The 1,00 word story as to why you are escaping or getting out for the first time is a good idea. And I believe a person with at least 15,000 PL (maybe more) is allowed to have their body. Or you could always do something like, in order to gain your body back you have to gain at least 5,000 extra PL without any bonuses like gravity or masters. Just makes things a bit less complicated and not so boring as waiting a month with no interaction from other players

Being allowed to be revived without Dragon Balls is a mercy in of itself. Also, you can RP in AL, so...if you go inactive that's your choice.

Yea. Just because you die does not mean your character is over. That's the whole point of the After Life.

Yeah, but what's the point of RPing in AL when there's no one there to RP with. You dig? I feel like two weeks is a good limit, personally.

I think a month sounds like a decent amount of time to wait. After all, if it were that easy to get out of the afterlife, what would the actual consequences for a DE be? There's supposed to be risk involved when joining those types of threads. As it has already been stated, you can still rp in the afterlife just fine.

You could always create a second character to roleplay with other people while you wait in the AL. Soon enough there should be Kais and at least a Makaioshin to train you while you're there too.

Two months seems too long. One month seems fair. Hopefully they bank out Kais for you to train with. And you never know, I might be with ya very soon!
