Appearance: Dilva is tall, at least six foot, with slightly tan skin. His hair is dark brown, and is short, save for three long curved bangs hanging over his face. His eyes are brown. His armor is the same style as Vegeta's starting armor, although with a black under suit. His tail is wrapped around his waist. He has no real muscles to speak of. He wears a pair of glasses, one frame has a data display, hooked up to a database that can identify most objects at a glance. His Aura/ Ki Blast color is green. Dilva has scars covering his hands, inflicted from his fathers' training.
Dilva also has a would be alternate outfit, that he prefers to his armor. For this outfit, he wears a brown tweed jacket, a bowtie, and a white button up shirt. Along with black slacks with suspenders, argyle socks, and red sneakers. His tail is not wrapped around his waist, and instead hangs freely.
History: Dilva was an extremely weak, wimpy Saiyan as a child, a trait he retains to this day. He never won a single fight as a kid, and was kicked around by the other children. He perfectly understood why, and never told them off. Home life was the same for him, with his father acting as a sink or swim mentor, and his mother avoiding him. Once again, he didn't question it. One day, he realized he would never get anywhere at the pace he was going at. There were few jobs for low powered Saiyans, and no place for them. So he tried something else. He started studying. He took every learning material he could get his hands on, and secluded himself. On top of learning several strategies that might help him make up for his weakness, he learned the inner workings of several pieces of technology. He learned the basis for his society. As he entered his teens, he started building, creating several pieces of technology, including his glasses, and the database they're hooked up to. He eventually decided to apply to Research and Development, and got a job there, after much weaseling. He was still pushed around by the others in R&D, but at least he was contributing something to the world. He was promoted to head scientist of his division at 17, and continues to work that job to this day.
