PL: 4200 Tomoyo stretched out his arms with a satisfying yawn as he leaned back against the trunk of the tree he was sitting in. Due to his small form and relatively light weight, even one of the thinner branches on the great oaks supported him relatively securely without so much as even bending. Still to be on the safe side, Tomo did make the effort of resting on one of the particularly larger branches before relaxing.
Ever since crash landing back onto earth, something about the world just felt more... peaceful, to Tomoyo. For once in his life he was completely free to do what he wanted! No more mom constantly forcing him to train within an inch of his life, no more jerk saiyans with as little intelligence as they had strength, and no more fighting unless he felt like it! Still though, an itch in the back of the hybrid's head did briefly feel guilty about just running away like he did... but it was soon overshadowed by the feeling of relaxed drowsiness the nature around the boy gave off.
Closing his eyes with his arms folded in his lap and his tail nicely secured down his pant leg, Tomoyo slowly began drifting off. It was a pretty peaceful forest anyway, so there was really no reason to be cautious about anything; save his mom somehow tracking him down and punishing him beyond imagination...
Just the thought sent a shudder down Tomoyo's spine.
Duri was walking around the forest, particularly bored but enjoying the scenery. He didn't have his armor on today, but he kept it capsuled away just in case. After all, he always carried some capsules with him. He also didn't have his scouter on, as that was capsuled too. He just wore a black jumpsuit with short sleeves for today. Also his tail was wrapped around his waist. He wore his weighted clothing under his jumpsuit also. Duri continued walking forward until he heard a yawn. Duri quickly moved his head around, searching for the source of the sound.
Finally, Duri looked up into a tree and saw a small boy. He floated upwards, keeping his eyes locked on the boy just in case. Duri studied him, before speaking. "Hey, you awake?" Duri would fold his arms gazing at the boy, waiting.
Another fine day in the forests of planet Earth, a flight had dawned upon our protagonist as a perfectly acceptable idea and thus, here he was. Descended from the mountains where he'd taken up refuge; a warm sun no beamed down upon the figure of the high speed flyer.
Levlidian had found some solace in the planet for some time now, the forest tore beneath him and with a swerve of his slimmer figure, the beast drew level with the ground. The air whirled through his spined mane, his newly fitting Gi rustled and tugged, this was what it was to be a free man. Slowly, he'd close his eyes and simply enjoy the feel of the plumes of debris tearing from under him, using his ability to sense the Ki of the land to swerve in and out of the treeline. Adversity was the name of his game, to stride for greater power, greater wisdom and to finally ascend- why is that energy so much different?
Slowly he'd open his eyes, the form of a boy lay upon the ground and should he stand, he was in for a Levlidian shaped wake up call he didn't bargain for.
"Whoa, whoa WHOA!" roared the Saiyan fighting against the trajectory he'd taken only to possibly slam head first into the shorter figure if he should stand. It's always fun to run into new folks, right?
[Thread PL = 46,576 PL] [Heavy Weights Active = 11,644 PL Retsu flew through the sky quickly, He wore his weighted white cloak with broad shoulders, and in each hand he had black plastic bags. He was returning home after a long day of shopping for much needed supplies for the farm he lived on. As he flew however his scouter pinged, warning him of several high power levels not to far to his left. He slowed his flight and looked to the bags before he sighed softly. He'd land and pull out a capsule before clicking its top. He tossed it, allowing a fridge to pop into existence. He'd open it, shove the bags contents inside, before capsuling once more. After that he lifted off and zoomed off towards the group.
He'd stop above the group some ways away, tapping his scouter as he scanned the various people in the area. The child was strong enough, which was a surprise, probably a saiyan. The next he scanned was Duri. A below average warrior it seemed. He had been about to scan Levlidan before stopping. He was familiar. Where had he seen him before? Retsu's eyes widened. Right, that fight with the demon. He nearly killed him accidentally, though it wasn't his fault. He narrowed his eyes before his attention turned to the woman. He scanned her and nodded, She wasn't much of a threat, but she certainly seemed outclassed by everyone else here. Retsu weighed his options before nodding. He lowered himself and landed besides Scarlet with an Audible "tap".
"Good Afternoon." He spoke calmly. His eyes focused upon Levlidan. "May I ask what this congregation is about?"
It was a calm and enjoyable day, Being a weekend for most she had no where to go to apply for work so she found herself exploring the blue marble of a planet. The extra small dwarf would skipping her way across the forest enjoying the warmer weather and cool shade. The forest would be filled with the light music of nature, It wasn't the raging choir of rain like home but it was relaxing none the less. As the "Female" journeyed onward The sound of talking was clear to her. Maybe a camp group was out here?; It surly was pretty fare out here for a camp group though, maybe they were lost. She took a deep breath and clenched her fist, She would be the one to help them if that was the case! Raising the clenched fist up wards she would en-long gated her steps in a marching fashion as she went towards the sound. A few moments passing as she pressed through a hedge of bushes appearing to the group very clearly.
"TU TU RUE! THE HERO IS HERE!"
The lizard girl would be in a long sleeve black sweater and pair of grey shorts, She wouldn't be any intimidating force as she stood at a grand total of 4"9'. Her "horn" of sorts tucked between her arm it almost be longer then her own body, a laugh of a threat really. Her eyes would trace among the floating people among the group then down to the others on the ground. She would must up a set of a few simple words
Tomoyo was rustled from his sleep as he felt something blocking the sunlight from behind his heavily lidded eyes. "Dumb branches moving in the way." the hybrid mumbled in his drowsy state until realizing something...
He was on almost the top branch of the tree, there shouldn't be ANY branches in his way!
Popping open his eyes with a worried expression, Tomoyo was nearly startled out of his tree as he suddenly met the gaze of a very large adult in an intimidating black jumpsuit.
Hey, you awake?
"Wha?! Who-Why-AAAAAAH!" Tomo just screamed in surprise as the startling sight caused him to stand up fully from his branch in surprise... right into the path of another falling Saiyan as Levlidian practically headbutted him off of the structure. Clutching his forehead in pain, Tomoyo could do nothing but cry out as he fell fast through a layer of very pointy branches and leaves until he slammed into the dirt below. "huuuuuuh~" the boy whimpered on the ground, tears forming at the edges of his eyes as his body was now completely covered in scratches his clothes dusted with broken leaves and twigs.
AND THEN ANOTHER PERSON SHOWED UP!? Staring out in complete terror now at the new lady that had shown up now, something about her just screaming dangerous to him for some reason. How had all these people found him?! What had he done to them!?
"Wait..." Tomoyo stopped his thoughts upon hearing the womans' words.
Soooooo, I take it you're all saiyans then.
They were Saiyans... they were real Saiyans that had tracked him down! His mom had somehow found him and was gonna take him back! "I'm not going back!" Shouted Tomoyo, as now a look of determination overcame his face. He had worked to hard to get back to earth, he wasn't going to let a bunch of scary random people take him back now!
At the sight of the newcomer though, Tomoyo heart almost jumped out of his chest. There were 5 of them... wait, something didn't add up. "Why would mom send 5 people just to get me? ...then again, why would she send any?" Pondered Tomo in his thoughts as something came to his mind now... What if these people weren't sent to take him back...
Still, something tugged at the back of his mind. How did the girl even know he was a Saiyan? His tail was still in his pants! What if they were trying to gang up on him and beat him up because he was a Saiyan or something?! Widening his legs while spreading his arms from his chest in an obviously amateur fighting style, Tomoyo started slowly backing away from the growing crowd. "I'm not afraid of you! Don't think just 'cause I'm small I can't beat you all up." His obviously bluffing tone accompanied by the hybrid's fierce gaze did not do much to send a friendly message.
Duri smirked as more people showed up. One looked to be a saiyan, as he knew most saiyans had spiky hair. Duri examined him for a brief moment. Duri would confirm this was a saiyan, well in his thoughts it was. The physic was on point. Also a Gi... Duri payed no real attention to this, as it was normal for saiyans to be dressed like humans on Earth. Then, a what seemed to be a female arrived. One with an attitude to be exact. Duri would turn to her and reply to her comment. "Plenty." Duri wasn't one for many words, and he didn't have a specific number as he wasn't on tabs with every single damn saiyan on Earth. Then, time for a reply on the next comment. "I was just walking around and bumped into these guys..." Duri would examine her physique, as she was a female... and Duri wasn't the one to get accused of 'checking someone out'.
Then, another questioner came. A arcosian, Duri knew all about this race. Especially after the empire had invaded Arcose, he wondered if this saiyan was on good accordance with saiyans. Duri then scanned the arcosians appearance, before replying to his comment, even though he was directly talking to Levlidian. "I have no idea what its about." Then a absolute weirdo popped up out of nowhere, which Duri just ignored. Duri quickly turned back around while floating, as the boy made an outburst. Duri waited for his outburst to be over, before commenting himself. "Who the hell is your mom? Also no way in hell am I afraid of you, kid." Duri would then pause, waiting on anything else to happen.
Vigorously, levlidian rubbed his crown as he strode back towards the group gathered about the young child; "Are you alright there little one?" he muttered, the beasts complexion painted with a look of aggravation despite the appearance of many of all races and...sizes? The boy certainly had some vigot, thus he strode to him and peered down before elaborating his usual cruel, condescending grin and sought to ruffle the mane of the boy; "Relax, I'm not here to fight you or anyone else. I was just passing th- the heck is that?" his brow rose to the arrival of the odd little creature and its horn.
Tearing his eyes off it, the beast glanced about for those who regarded him so easily as a Saiyan and pumped up his chest with pride. "Aye, I'm Saiyan, but I have no idea what we're all doing here. I was passing by and flew into the runt here," adverting to jab a thumb to Tomo' he then crouched beside him; "From the way you act, little man, i'd assume you had some actual muscle behind that clothing of yours; do you fight? How strong are you?" slowly he'd actually take in those about him and offer a mocking salute; "How about you all, the name is Levlidian; you all bump into this lot the same way I assume-," he spied the Retsu. "We've met before haven't we? This your woman?" he asked.
Retsu looked towards the Reptillian thing that hopped out from the bushes. He blinked, more confused than anything before shaking his head. His attention was then focused on to the child everyone seemed to be here for. He looked between everyone as the child said his threats. He tapped his scouter, scanning everyone's power level before he shook his head.
"I doubt anyone here would have a desire to punch a child, let alone one as weak as you." he spoke. He looked towards Duri. "Well maybe him. He looks like the kind of person who would punch a child."
His attention immediately turned towards Levlidan as he spoke. "We have met in passing. I was in another form when it happened, but you were in that battle against the Demon I slayed. He tried to kill you with the resulting explosion of my Death Bullet." He smiled. " You should thank me. Because of your near death your power has grown exponentially."
He looked to Scarlet as the second half of Levlidan's question came up before clearing his throat. "No. She is not. And it is rude to assume so..." He looked away. " No matter how attractive she may or may not be."
He nodded at Scarlet's words before blinking at being asked what he was. "Me? I am an Arcosian. We are sometimes referred to as Frost Demons, or Changelings." He shook his head before bowing to them all. "I am Lord Retsu. Ex-General of the Arcosian Empire."
