Appearance:
Tomoyo is a young boy of 11 years age with a relatively lean build, a height of 4'1". His messy hair is quite fluffy from due to his father's genes and spiked in nearly gravity defying directions due to his mother's. Tomoyo's eyes possess a dark brown color which for some reason becomes a lighter or darker shade depending on his mood. Due to being half-Saiyan, Tomoyo was born with a black and fluffy tail matching his hair color; however, due to not wanting to draw attention from other people or kids at school he normally chooses to keep it tucked down his pant leg. It's the perfect disguise! (Even if it's caused several situations and parent teacher meetings about him "sneaking" animals into the school.)
When not in his school uniform, Tomoyo is usually dressed in a light green sleeveless gi with a white sash, light brownish-yellow pants and black shoes with white stockings. Alternatively he also has an outfit he wears less often when he's simply wandering about resembling matching yellow gi top and pants with the top tucked under a turquoise sash, and matching turquoise undershirt with grey gloves.
He also has a set of full saiyan armor that his mother ordered for him off planet, but Tomoyo hates wearing it honestly and only does so for special events where his mother literally forces him into it. (Do not mess with the crazed Saiyan mother with a butcher knife aimed at a very fluffy tail.)

History:
Tomoyo's past is one fraught with difficulties and strife, love and loss, heartbreak but strength renewing, triumph and sorrow!
...
...
Alright so maybe none of that at all. Tomoyo was born to his loving father Satou and not-so loving mother Colla. Now, having a strict parent wasn't really anything to complain about... unless said strict parent also happened to be a battle hardened Saiyan. Tomoyo's mother, Colla, used to be quite the warrior in her youth, doing her part in fighting numerous wars and conquering mutliple planets; one of such missions however ended up taking the young Saiyan to Earth where she happened to cross paths with a then college student Satou. Somehow for reasons that even evaded Tomoyo, his father had managed to catch the eye of the warrior during one of her trips to earth and they became fast friends. Often writing to each other in the long absences between his mother's missions to earth, the two lovebirds soon became so infatuated that Colla looked for any reason at all that would enable her to either take his father with her off planet or stay on earth permanently...
You can probably guess who that reason ended up being. *shudder*
Growing up was not an easy thing for the young half Saiyan if you probably guessed. For as long as he could remember, Tomoyo found himself being constantly pushed by his mother to embrace the violence of his genes and grow stronger; maybe it was trying to push her pride onto the boy, maybe it was to relive the thrilling life she had abandoned for a family through him, but either way as the years went on it got progressively worse. At first Tomoyo's mother made it seem like a game of sorts: Let's see who can swim to the other side of the lake first! Let's see who can kill the most dinosaurs before Dad comes home! Let's see who can hit the other harder until one of them falls unconscious! Let's see if you can learn to fly before you hit the ground after being dropped from this 10 story building!
...the trend only continued though as the years went on, by the age of 7 though Tomoyo had caught on quite well to the actual purpose behind these and as such had begun to take refuge behind his father. Still though, growing up was not the funnest process with one parent cautioning you to restrain yourself and do well in school and the other practically screaming to pound the other kids on the playground into a pulp. Tomoyo survived though, and just like always he gained more and more strength until eventually his mother saw fit that he "take a break" from the whole "school thing" and go fight some strong people. Colla declared for her son that this year was his "Year of training" and she would ground him if he went to school or stopped training...
"Aren't moms the greatest? *Sarcasm*"
And so Tomoyo trained... and then he trained... and then he trained with his mom some more... and then he practically begged his father to let him stop and go back to school a few months later. Still, his father was strong in only the mind and had practically no sway over the decisions of his wife when it came to fighting; such was the downside to marrying a woman capable of destroying your entire existence. One day though a beacon of hope shined into Tomoyo's bleak future. His mother, having received a message recalling her to the battle field for continued service (that alone literally sent her into such an exited mood she broke the ceiling and several furniture), so he was cut a deal. Should Tomoyo travel with her to Planet Vegeta and sort of shadow his mother's missions as a soldier for the empire, he got a free no mom training pass for the rest of the year! You'd have to practically be an idiot to reject a deal like that! (or an idiot to believe said mom would keep up her end of the bargain.)
And so for the next year Tomoyo was his mom's battle buddy. Going off into space and leaving his father alone at first was troubling for the youth, but the belief that this time the next year he would be home playing around like a normal kid steeled him for the journey... of course there was also the ridiculously cool factor of getting to go into SPACE that helped distract him too. Initially believing that he would get to live ON planet Vegeta, Tomoyo was in for a disappointment however as the majority of his time was spent off planet shadowing his mothers escapades. The fights he watched her go through weren't in themselves expressively frightening, he did find himself at times feeling sorry for the opponents as he knew just how scary it was to deal with his mother; no the frightening part was when his mother would randomly abandon her opponent, yell out playfully "tag out" and forcefully throw HIM back out into her place! The number of times that the boy had nearly died on one of these missions counted over WAY MORE than the average boy his age should have been through; of course in these fights his mother would always jump in to deal the finishing blow, so Tomoyo never really killed another being. At least his mother had SOME decency in that regard, or maybe she was just scared that his father would find out about said killings had they happened.
When not parading around with his mother on interstellar "torture" sessions, the young Saiyan boy found himself trying to fit in among the other boys his age. Adapting on the battle field was one thing, but when the battle field followed you into the school house, that was another thing altogether. The children were ridiculously more aggressive than that of the earth kids he used to know, and there wasn't a day that passed where Tomoyo came home to his mom with a black eye or some form of injury. Seeing him walk through the front door of their home with his stuffy and uncomfortable armor on, his mom would always ask the same stupid, unimpressed question without fail:
"Did you win?"
Starting Planet: Vegeta
Unique Characteristics:
Part-Saiyans: A slightly weaker version of the Zenkai Boost, and Tail Weakness (Trained away at 10,000 PL).
Part-Humans: Gain techniques every 5000pl instead of 6000pl, +250 extra starter Zeni
Transformations:
Hidden Potential (x4*): A hybrid can tap into a new level of power when angry or desperate. This is a simple 4x boost to power, without any changes to appearance. Like in the source material, this boost can be hard to control, often being used for only a single attack or burst. REQUIREMENT: DESPERATION
Offensive
[N1] Overdrive Fist Times One Million! (Ki-Infused Melee Attack): Tomoyo's signature attack that he came up with himself, name and all! Charging his ki and focusing it onto his fist, Tomoyo fires outward an explosive burst of red energy around his hand upon striking. Can also be used in a way that instead fires out an extended Ki manifestation of his fist from his arm in a straight line. (Spoiler: There is no x1-999999 version, Tomoyo just calls it that because it sounds cool and to mess with people's heads. Sometimes he takes liberties with the "multiplier" in the name, but it rarely is any stronger and merely situational naming.) Charges at 33% per turn.
- (5k Slot) [UP2] Super Overdrive Fist: The upgraded version of Tomoyo's signature attack! Charging his ki and focusing it onto his fist, Tomoyo fires outward an explosive burst of red energy around his hand upon striking. The resulting impact detonates on contact with the opponent, sending a wave of Tomo's own ki rippling through their body at the point of impact. Can also be used in a way that instead fires out an extended Ki manifestation of his fist from his arm in a straight line. Charges at 66% per turn.
- (10k Slot) [MP3] Raging Fist Overdrive: The ultimate evolution of Tomoyo's signature attack, the Overdrive Fist! Charging his ki into his form, Tomoyo's arms are fully engulfed in a scarlet red aura before he bears down on his opponent, both of his appendages charged with an overbearing aura as his strikes blend together, weaving the faint outline. Each blow landed on his opponent will cause major damage as Tomo's explosive red aura splays through their body before rippling out through the other end entirely! Additionally, Tomoyo is able to now fire out multiple projections of his punches in the form of a long distance attack, each explosively charged scarlet fist able to bear down on that foe with hypersonic speed. Charges at 100% per turn.
- (15k Slot) [V2] Bamboo Slicing Strike (Piercing): A variation of Tomoyo's Overdrive fist that he learned and adapted from a technique from his friend at the time, Tulip. Charging up an immense load of ki within his hand, Tomoyo is able to extend the energy outward in the form of a yellow blade of solid ki energy; the buzzing beam sword, though short, capable of slicing through solid bamboo shoots without any resistance... in practice. Since Tomo hasn't exactly gotten the move down pat... he tends to sometimes lose control of his ki and more often than not result in the blade dispersing into a tiny flurry of piercing blasts, but the effect remains mostly the same. Charges at 33% per turn, Ignores half of a Barrier's Power.
Support
[SU1] Afterimage: Through a sudden burst of speed, Tomoyo can leave behind a static image of himself to distract his opponent. This technique allows Tomoyo to completely dodge techniques beneath 100% of Tomoyo's PL. This technique uses 1 KP in KP Battles and cannot be charged.
Utility
[UT] Energy Sensing: Via some method Tomoyo is capable of feeling the natural energy of living beings, he has an understanding of the power level of other non-android warriors and can feel the power of the attacks they are using compared to your own. This technique is Passive not requiring activation and uses 0 KP in a KP Battle, Energy Sensing does not work on Androids.
(20k Slot) [UT1] Multiform!: If you thought one Tomoyo was hard enough to deal with, well now you've got double the trouble. Powering up his energy until it's practically breaking free of him, Tomoyo's body and power is split into two identical beings! This art of channeling is ki, a fluke some might say due to his normal inability to even control a simple ki blade, allows Tomoyo to effectively become two people, albeit each with their own power levels at half of his own. Both versions can act independently of each other; however, should a Tomoyo be exhausted of energy, disengage the technique, or one is killed, he will automatically fade away with his full power returning to the remaining Tomo; the surviving one inheriting all of the sensations and memories that the fallen one had felt.
