Arias floated along the wastes of Hell, thinking to herself. She felt stupid for losing everything, everyone she'd had. The two innocent children her own body had acted as a life support system for were dead, because of her. For all she knew, Fuku was dead too. Presto could be dead, Daika could be dead. If they were going to die she couldn't stop it in her current state. This was all her fault.. a cascade of events in tune with that single, stupid decision to return to Vegeta. Thinking about Earth made her a little bit worried as well. What if Celmaru wants me dead, what if Presto would want me dead? Walker probably wants me dead, I bet everyone does.. Am I better off just sitting in HFIL for eternity? Can I make things right again? I'm still loyal to the empire... they won't like it. If my loyalty lies with the empire like it does, I can at least try to make it up to Habana.. See if she'll forgive my stupidity. I never should have left Vegeta..
I owe all of this power to the friends I made. I can't believe I threw that all away! HOW STUPID CAN I BE?! I HAD A FAMILY. EXPECTED KIDS, LOVING DAUGHTERS, AND A MATE. AND I BLEW IT! Arias proceeded to berate herself mentally, until she couldn't take it anymore and the puffball released an insanely loud yell for a ball of cloud matter. " I'M SUCH AN IDIOT!!!!!" The voice would echo outwards, towards anyone who was in the vicinity... Zerori

[Mechanically PL is 0 but for story line purposes; PL is 314,133]
Since her fall into the depths of Hell, Zerori was shockingly surprised to land without any pain. Perhaps it was because she was… without a body, but it shocked her to feel nothing but maybe an ‘oof’ as she fell on her head.
Shaking off the disorientation as she got up right, the ghost Zerori would observe her surroundings with a guarded snarl. As far as the eye could see there seemed to only be strange needle mountains and blood ponds everywhere. A couple of other strange balls of gas seemed to frequent the area but they were unconcerned with the newest additional to Hell, keeping to themselves. “I guess I’m not a big deal anymore,” Zerori muttered, her voice squeaking oddly as she floated along the ground.
Close by, she felt the cry of another that seemed to curse themselves and their apparent existence. Ordinarily she would have ignored the hellion to their fate but the voice was familiar; so much so that Zerori felt herself approach the location with fierce curiosity. When ghost came within her vision, she leaned forward to get a good look at her. “A-Arias? How in the hell-? I mean, how did you get here?!” Levitating towards her, the phantom Zerori would simply cross her arms over her chest.
To Arias, she would appear to be a stark white with her upper body being almost humorously similar to what she appeared when she was alive. It was wonder they could recognize each other at all! “Last time we met, you were with child. Did… earth not pan out well for you?”

Arias continued to howl aloud in grief. The spirit of the woman had heavy amounts of pain and grief rolling off her in waves. Despair and sorrow were combined, causing the ex-mother to continue to howl in misery. "I blew it... I'm so.. so stupid.. Why can't I control myself. I have to. I must. For the- WAIT." Arias cut herself off, staring over toward another puffball. the spirit of the Saiyan hybridess suddenly gave off a wave of shock and surprise. "What the actual hell! ZERORI?! That's you?!" She asked, dumbfounded.
At the other female's voice, the question of her kids, Arias' puffball body twitched as she basically turned her back to Zerori sadly. "They... died because the Galactic Patrol sent mercenaries to kill me because I left the Earth due to being judged and disliked. I didn't want my kids to suffer that too.. Now I lost them, I lost my other two adopted daughters, I've lost my mate. Zerori, I've lost everything I stand for." The pained warrior spoke with sorrow being true to her tone.
Looking back at Zerori, she spoke with having a sadly nonexistent smile on her face, but her puffball body twitched just the same in that fashion, a sheepish, weak smile tp try and hide the true emotions raging within her. "I really am an idiot, huh Zerori.. I was powerless to stop the attack that killed me.. I was killed by a friend nonetheless.. A..as I died.. their kis began to shiver long after my own.. they died after my body shut down completely. My babies are gone, Zerori.. my two adopted daughters have to hate me by now. I guess I truly am a professional idiot.." She whispered the last part, a bit of pain evident in her tone.
Taking a moment to let it sink in, she quickly became shocked. "How did you die... is this just a dream, or illusion..? You can't be dead.. No, this isn't true. Please tell me this isn't real.. that you're still alive." Her voice suddenly turned to curious and yet denial at the same time, as if Zerori was a friend she never wanted to believe could die. Distress would proceed to waft from the warrior, evident in the twitching of her body in small, soft sobs.
"My god Zerori.. I'm so sorry.. it must not have been your time, it can't have been. Please, please tell me this is just a dream, all of it a horrible dream I can't seem to wake from! YOU CAN'T BE DEAD!" Arias wailed, the younger hybrid breaking down into a fit of denial and sorrow, but anger at herself as if she weirdly felt responsible for Zerori dying.

At her declaration, Zerori couldn’t help but flush a bit in her ghostly form as she bit out irritated, “You don’t have to be that surprised.” Answering her question however, the saiyaness hybrid was shocked to hear her tragic story. And honestly, it was frankly hard to hear! Galactic Patrol hiring mercenaries – that was almost as bad as cops being the robbers in some sort of topsey-turvey world. And worse, she hadn’t been killed on Earth either…
At her sorrow, an emotion Zerori wasn’t erudite in handling, she was left with little options, “H-hey, you can’t be that much of an idiot! I mean, look at me? I will killed as well but hardly doubt near as many care for as they do you. Dying without getting a chance to right the wrong you did… that’s pretty much why I’m here. But,” That also made her wonder, even if this woman was in great despair. “You couldn’t have been sent here just because… of that. We’re saiyans and hardly absolved of the blame of our instincts. In some way form or fashioned, you probably deserved this fate as much as I did…”
It was in that cold truth that Zerori had forgotten that Arias had lost a child just as she did and likely did not get the chance to make peace with them.
When the spotlight was reverted to her, the ghost snarled at the warrioress and raised her arm to deliver a solid rap to the back of her head. “That’s enough! None of that ‘It wasn’t your time’, shit. Sure, I died and it fuckin’ sucks but I chose my fate! Make peace with the fact that you’re here forever already and let’s move the hell on, alright?!” Looking around, she crossed her arms with a sour expression, “Our new ‘lives’ are going to be here from now on, so we shouldn’t let our emotions hold us back.” Looking back at her, she mumbled, “We should be grateful there’s anything here at all. I thought that once you died… that was it. Nothing. We have a second chance and we even have our consciousness as well.”
“Is that worth something?”
((Quick note, Zerori looks like one of the 'Super Ghost Kamikaze' ghosts, for future reference.))

Arias looked at Zerori sadly, the warrioress morphing her puffball body into something similar to Zerori's, only the warrior female had a clear pain in her eyes. "I've killed under the Solar Empire banner, I've killed hundreds to thousands of people on my missions, and caused strife on both Vegeta and Earth. I just wanted what was good for my kids.. what I thought would be good for them.. it proved out to be wrong, and.. I'll n-never g-get to see t-them born.. t-to hear their voices as they softly coo in my arms.. I c-can't ever have anything anymore."
Arias was beginning to sniffle, her mouth twitching as she fought back her sobs which were building behind her eyes, causing her painful eyes to brim with tears. "I probably did Zerori, didn't I? I never expected to go to heaven, their deaths were my fault. They did n-nothing and b-because of me t-two innocent lives were killed and I-I c-can't deal with this thing eating me away from the inside out.." She whimpered, fully breaking into tears. "A-At this p-point nobody will c-care that I'm d-dead. I wanted a f-family but I couldn't h-have it apparently.. I... I w-want my kids back.." She then howled, tears streaking down her pale ghostly cheeks.
Arias was then startled as Zerori smacked her, causing the girl to curse, and she did hurt from the backhand. "Ow, god damn it Zerori that hurt! I'm not going to stay here forever, one way or another I'm getting back to the living world and I'm going to try and get my kids back. How, I don't know. But I won't give up. By the name of my mother Shinkoi, I will not forgive myself until I have put things right. I need to apologize to everyone."
There was a sudden fire to her tone, as if her Saiyan spirit was rising, causing the warrior to glow slightly, the upper half of her torso having a glow in the middle, where her heart would be the core of her soul burned with the irrepressible amount of Saiyan spirit in the deceased hybrid. Her eyes blazed with the passion, and she spoke again. "I have a mission. And that is to set things right, no matter the consequences. I died, my kids died for a reason. It opened my eyes to what foolishness I truly committed and I refuse to fall back into that endless cycle of stupidity and poor actions."
Her soul continued to burn brightly, glowing with a near-blinding radiance as she got even further heated. "Nothing will stand in my way. You aren't the Zerori I know from before." And with that, she floated over and would proceed to backhand Zerori right across the face, meeting the other female's eyes with her own. "Now, are you going to just sit here and not try anymore, or are you going to get up, brush the dirt from your body, and train to come back to the living world? I know you're somewhat Saiyan, I saw your tail. I'm no fool, I know you have pride. Don't throw that away. Don't be a fool." The glow of her soul continued, and she bared her teeth slightly, narrowing her eyes at Zerori as she awaited a response.

Titling her head to the side at the physical changes in the ghost, Zerori was curious as to what this woman was thinking. Obviously, she was very passionate about getting changing her life but the idea that she could return to life was a foolish notion and she wasn’t going to just let it slide. What possible reason could this woman think there was a way out of death?!
At the mention of Zerori not be the same person she was before, the demoness would lean back just as the woman made to backhand her before she pushed the ghostly figure with a scowl on her face.
Unfortunately, without power, she was more or less a floating figure of plasma and the push hardly had the power of a child. “You barely knew anything about me at all!” Clenching her fists, she looked at all the souls as they just did what came natural to them – hardly existing but still aware of themselves. “First, what the hell makes you think there’s anything beyond this world? When you died, did anyone tell you there was some sort of ‘escape’ or something? My pride had nothing to do with the logic behind my words!”
Gliding close to her, Zerori stood as tall as her ghostly tail would allow, “Also, call me a fool again and I won’t hesitate to teach you what a fool is! I came here because I faced an opponent stronger than me and lost. If I ever get my body back,” She growled, “I’ll show you pride…”

As soon as she spoke again, Arias looked at Zerori as the woman clenched her fists. Arias narrowed her eyes, continuing to glow with a dormant vigor, her Saiyan pride reawoken and blazing within her. "Something, Zerori! There's a way out of everything! I can't just choose to sit here and play dead. I have to get back. I have to, otherwise the deaths of my kids were in vain, their deaths are my fault Zerori. I have to get them back! I refuse to lay down and let my enemies trample me any longer, I'm going to train until I get enough power to bust through this place to the living world or something. There's gotta be some way out." Her glowing soul diminished slightly, as she sighed. "I owe it to them, Zerori. I have to get back."
Her glow burned brightly once again and she looked directly at Zerori as the warrior tried to intimidate her. "Try as you might. I already know what a fool is, so what difference would that make? You'd be wasting your time. Now, I have a feeling if we try to get our bodies back, what do you say to a spar? You DO still owe me another good fight. I won't have to worry about my stomach this time at least. We could both become stronger and take vengeance upon our killers once we bust out of here."
Her voice softened, the glow dying down as she kept her eye contact with the other warrior. "What do you say, will you join me in the quest to return to the living world, or will you sit here and play dead, letting your enemies laugh at your defeat? Now is our chance Zerori. If Walker can come out of Hell, we can too. He ripped a hole in reality, and if we combine our strength, we can get back. I refuse to let you lay down and let them walk all over you, Zerori.. something prevents me from seeing such a powerful warrior reduce themselves to the mere ashes of the dirt." She held out her hand, and unspoken words lingered in the air, as she then proceeded to speak.
"Will you join me? I don't ever want to watch friends fall. I consider you a friend. Despite how little I know you, I feel as if we have things in common neither of us know. I extend a hand to you, not as just an allegiance, but asking you if you want me to help you. If you don't, thats fine. I just refuse to let a proud warrior reduce themselves to nothing."

By the gods, why does she sound like she’s making sense?! Zerori wondered with annoyance, closing her eyes briefly as Arias prattled on about owing her dead children that much since her death. It’s not that Zerori didn’t understand, rather she felt it was a fruitless venture. Keeping silent as Arias raved on, Zerori listened with only half attention while thinking of what she was would do if there really WASN’T an escape from this Hell. And true to the saiyan woman before her… she was drawing blanks.
It was Hell. There wasn’t meant to be a higher purpose for her.
Looking back at her, she caught the tail end of a challenge and smirked lightly at the concept. “Would that I could, Arias… but really, you think we do any damage to each other like this?” Flailing an arm about to make her point obvious, “I couldn’t really hurt you, even if I wanted to. So if you think there’s a way we can get our bodies back…” At the mention of a man named ‘Walker’, Zerori merely shrugged. “That name means nothing to me but if he was dead and returned to life… then, perhaps like Jarvis, I may also return to life.” Said softly, Zerori simply let out a sigh at her lack of options and looked at her ghostly hands with bittersweet wanting.
Resolve gradually returning, the dead saiyaness look to Arias with a feral grin, “Fine, I’ll join you. But don’t me mistaken – I have no intention of making the same mistake as last time and fighting my killer without rational thought. I’ve lived my life on edge for far too long and I… have other reasons to not desire revenge for my death.” She placed at hands at her hips, then, “I’ll find another reason to live… somewhere. Now, uh… how do you propose we get our bodies?”
This world didn’t exactly come with instructions…

Arias grinned, rubbing her hands together as Zerori agreed to join her. The grin could be taken as unsettling, but was mischievous. "How do I propose we get our bodies back? There's this thing called Shoki that I've been gathering by sniping it from other souls who already have their bodies. Not like they need it if they have their bodies to begin with. I think if you collect enough of this stuff, it will somehow give you your body back."
Arias chuckled, figuring Zerori thought she was crazy. "Hey, thats what my mom said how she got her body. My entire family is down here. Not much of a surprise considering we all had a lifetime of serving the Solar Empire. You might not be able to hurt me now, neither I you, but.." and with that, her grin widened heavily, but she wasn't done just yet. "Who says we can't spar AFTER we get our bodies back, eh?"
The hybrid grinned on, ghostly tail twitching in an excited manner. The warrior was planning something mischievous indeed, telltale by her grinning. Her eyebrows and forehead were more human than Saiyan, two thick darker white lines above her eyes being her eyebrows. "Death isn't the end, oh noooo. It's the opportunity to get stronger!" Arias laughed, her grin still wide.

Zerori grimaced at the mention of the strange new ‘currency’, not quite understanding how they could just collect something from other dead souls. “Shoki? And you just steal it from them? Well, it’s not like I can die again so we don’t have anything to lose but that just begs the question,” Zerori snorted, “-How do I keep them from getting mine? I think… there might be another way. That Red Ogre that sent me down here seemed like the big deal in this realm but I doubt he’s going to give me a body.” Floating away, Zerori started to pace similarly to way she did with actual legs, “There must be someone here that can simply give me my body back. Maybe through a trade of some sort…” So lost in thought, she didn’t catch the incessant grin that Arias kept sporting while speaking about taking more of this ‘Shoki’ from the souls with a body. Looking back at her, Zerori narrowed her eyes at her in a disturbed expression, “Uh, yeah, that’s the plan. I’m not certainly exactly how yet, but if I get my body back I’m certain the power associated with it will return.” Turning away, Zerori floated away from Arias with a wiggle of her ghostly tush, calling over her shoulder, “C’mon, we got work to do and I got questions to ask. Y’wanna go steal some from other people, be my guest!” Passing back a lake, Zerori took in a more detailed overview of the realm. As high as she could see, the yellow cloud she remember above seemed to be the sky of Hell. Below that, mountains of massive based needles that grew into a fine point reached in all different directions in a large clump. Aside from oddly paved walkways that had a few malevolent souls pacing them, there weren’t many ‘man-made’ structures. Ignoring the disturbingly numerous ponds that looked of blood, she noticed another structure a fair bit of distance away. Well… more like a mountain. Clenching a fist to her, Zerori smirked, “If there’s someone important in this realm, it’ll be there – I can feel it!” She snarled with excitement. Little did our ghostly heroine know… the prisons of Deeper Hell were no place for a powerless ball of smoke. Throwing cautious to the wind, Zerori rushed towards the large mountain. Arias lightly cackled with glee, her eyes lighting up with her ideas. "Don't worry about it. As long as you don't have a body, they can't take it from you but you can take it from them. All I do is touch them and run, gives me quite a bit of the stuff." Replied the hybrid, watching Zerori start pacing she tilted her head lightly, and quirks a brow upon being given a rather disturbed look.
"...Was it something I said?" She asked curiously, as Zerori proceeded to wiggle her ghostly tush at Arias. Arias stuck her tongue out, crossing her eyes in response. The hybrid watched as Zerori proceeded to look at a mountain, which gave Arias a shiver down her spine. Floating over to Zerori, she went to place her hand on the other Saiyan's shoulder. She was too slow, and Zerori went racing off towards the mountain.
Arias stared, and howled after Zerori. "HEY! WAIT FOR ME!" She yelled, speeding off after her comrade. "Zerori, wait! This place has bad written all over it. Can't you feel the ominous air here? Cmon.. let's go back.." She whispered, having caught up to Zerori and attempted to trip her before she got any further.

As she raced to the mountain, passing by other ghost with a speed she didn’t think this body possessed, the saiyaness could hear the cries of her new companion behind her as they closed in on the intimidating landmass. Looking over her shoulder, ignoring anything else in her wake she would yell, “C’mon, didn’t you JUST say that I needed to find some sort of purpose or somethin’? This is perfect and we can’t die so don’t get your tail in a twist!” Looking back in the direction she was facing, Zerori’s face would immediately morph into one of a shock and fear as a large ogre seemed to appear out of seemingly no where to in front of her.
Turning around, hefting an insanely large club over his shoulder, the red-hued guardian of Hell would let out a sound of surprise before the ghost girl would smash right into him.
Unfortunately, since they didn’t really have any ‘legs’, Arias’ attempt to trip her would only pass right under her – and it was pity because from the looks of things… it might have prevented the collision!
Bouncing off the large being, Zerori fell onto her back and gave a groan at the pain. “Shhhit, why do I feel pain?” Leaning back up, she’d rub the back of her head with a slight tear in her eye, “Ain’t that an oxymoron? Feeling pain while yer dead?”
A loud growl caught her attention, reminding her of whom she ran into, “You feel pain because this is Hell. How else will be feel eternal damnation?” The Ogre in front of her stated with an intimidating prowl. Pulling his club from his shoulder, he would smash it into the palm of his hand and grin at her. “Well, look what we have here? New arrivals just begging to get special treatment? I’d ask yer names, but-” In a surprisingly swift motion, he swung his weapon into the air, “-I DON’T GIVE A DAMN!” Before viciously slamming his club right where Zerori lay.
Diving out of the way, not nearly as fast as she once was, the saiyaness let out a cry as the rock, dirt and fire seemed to explode from the impact against the ground. Turning around, breathing heavily, Zerori would swallow before declaring at Arias, “Okay, so you were right! Want a medal or do you mind helping me out of this mess!?”

Arias yelled back at Zerori with a slightly irritated tone. "I DIDN'T MEAN COMMIT SUICIDE WHILE YOU'RE DEAD!" She snapped, freezing as the ogre reared his club, frozen in place in fear of the massive creature. Upon Zerori asking why she could feel pain, Arias quirked a brow. When the massive beast slammed his club into his own hand, Arias narrowed her eyes, tail lashing. "I don't give a damn either." She replied cooly. As the ogre went to slam the club on Zerori, Arias could only sigh as the other hybrid thankfully slid out of the way in time to avoid getting crushed by the club.
Zerori would then look at Arias and admit the younger hybrid was right, which made her smirk as Zerori also proceeded to ask Arias for help to get out of the mess Zerori herself had made. Narrowing her eyes at the red ogre, she floated beside Zerori and gave her an 'I warned you' look before turning back up the way they came, flicking her tail in a gesture for Zerori to follow. "You really should listen to me next time."

Crouched as low as her awkward limbs (or lack thereof) would allow, Zerori would glance between Arias and the enormous Ogre quickly before the younger hybrid would speak. In a surprising act she seemed to float next to her, leading Zerori to think that she was going to help her try to escape this adversary… when she seemed to simply turn around and walk off.
Huh?! Caught entirely off guard, the ghostly figure would simply turn to look at Arias over her shoulder and pay no attention to the Ogre. “Wh-What?! You’re just gonna leave me here!?” At a loud growl from the Ogre, she’d look back at him with an untrusting expression. Staring at him, waiting for his next move, Zerori would yell, “I’ll listen to you when you actually come up with a less COWARDLY idea! All your talk of ‘finding a new purpose’ and you decided to go play ‘Duck, Duck Goose’ with those whom already have a body?” She didn’t bother to hide the anger from her voice, feeling as if the woman wasn’t making any sense.
Taking his cue proactively, the Ogre seemed to chuckle. “I don’t know what sort of issue you two woman have with each other, but it’s really starting to PISS ME OFF!” Raising his club once more, Zerori would likely felt herself start to sweat… if… that was something she did.
However, this time, he seemed to choose a different target and violently grasped his club with both hands before pulling it over his shoulder and swinging it viciously from her left to his right. As it impacted against the ground, it would raze the rock and dirt while raising a massive gust from the strength and speed behind it! Holding her arms across her face, unharmed from the attack for the most part, Zerori tried to hold her ground as best as her little ectoplasm could.
When she was pushed back, flailing in torrential gale, she would fall back on her front before grasping at the ground with a set of violent trembles. Looking back, she tried to spot Arias, “H-Hey, are you okay?! Look, you might wanna go BACK the way we came but if we can just forward we can probably find someone to help us! It’s not like he’s gonna let us go NOW!”

A less cowardly idea.
That set of words echoed in the younger hybrid's head, until she narrowed her eyes angrily. Folding her arms over her chest, she simply watched Zerori with anger clearly visible in her ghostly eyes. "I'm fine. But you saying I'm a COWARD REALLY DOESN'T TRY TO HELP! I TRIED TO GET YOU OUT OF THERE, BUT NOOOOOOOOOOO! I'M JUST A COWARD! I'd say go to hell but we're already there."
Her voice would be tinted to the core with irrepressible fury. "If you wanna go die AGAIN, by all means, go forward. Pretty sure if you die in the AL you are wiped from existence. Seems logical. Think I saw someone die yesterday, was weird. Someone stabbed them through, and the person who was stabbed disappeared..."
"My idea might seem chicken to you, but it is actually the right thing to do, now come on and get over here! Don't be stupid Zerori. There's nothing for us there, not until we have our bodies. If you criticise my methods, How am I supposed to help you?" The younger hybrid replied snarkily.
Rolling her eyes, Arias floated forward quickly, trying to distract the ogre and make it dizzy by going in circles around it, trying to avoid getting hit with the club should it start swinging.
