Riku Etoru The building Puery bought wasn't quite finished yet. The back office still had repairs that needed to be done, along with the upper floors, and the places that were finished were extremely empty, but those were small details in the grand scheme of things. Now she had a few small kennels set up along the walls in the middle of the main building. Inside of them were puppies of various breeds her brother had been training. Honestly, at first, she thought he was just doing a normal dog breeding thing. Probably trying to create a new breed entirely. But nope! He had been training the pups ki techniques from as early as they could walk. Of course, they weren't very strong. They were puppies for Kami's sake! But when they got older they would make excellent guard dogs and companions to the average, consistently training fighter. In total there were 10, the ones who weren't snoozing were either barking for attention or watching Puery curiously as she set up the last demonstration dummy. That done, she put a sign in the window that read "SUPER POWERED PUPPIES: CHEAP" and walked back inside to release the little fur balls in a temporary holding/play pen. All of them were of various sizes, colors, and seemingly different breeds, but obviously they were all mutts with different personalities and temperaments - who knows how large some of them would grow to. She leaned over the pen's walls as one of them, a scruffy little white fluff ball, floated upwards but couldn't get over the wall itself. She scratched at its head, "Don't worry little guy, pretty soon you'll be brought to a nice home."The ones that weren't bought were just going to be sold off to a police department to be trained as police dogs, this day was just a test run to see if the average person would even want a dog like these. Well, average in the sense that they knew how to handle these guys, there was no way Puery was giving out dogs to schmucks who would probably just abandon them when it turned out they were a handful.

[Thread PL:231,263]
Etoru took a stroll in ginger town. His hands were in his pockets as he walked across the town. Today was one of the rarer days where he didn't wear a training gi. Right now he had short khakis on and a dark red hoodie. Etoru had his hoodie on so people don't recognize him from those tragic events that happened a few months ago. And...the attempted moon vandalism. People reaaaaally weren't happy about that and was glad he got stopped. The child sighed. After all the recent events that transpired, he just didn't feel the same. Frowning sadly, he really didn't think his day could brighten up, and if anyone tried too, he'd usually give them a harsh cold tone expression on his face, which went the same for his tone.
As Etoru was walking by, he passed a building which had a fair amount of barking in it. Etoru saw the sign being put up and looked at it dully. Etoru frowned. "Sutorei..." the child instantly thought of the puppy he lost before and clenched his fists. He loosened up and decided to check what the commotion was about. Walking in, his black locks of hair sticking out a bit from the hood, he looked at her and the place with his face expressionless. "...What is this place?" The tone he used was extremely calm and dull. It made him sound like he was a robot. However, he was just still ticked off about everything that happened. No puppy, nor person, could change that.

Puery raised an eyebrow as the young boy who walked in, still standing up from the pin while another pup with a black and white coat managed to poke his head over the playpen's barricade to see the new person who walked in. Quick yelp from a second prior indicated that dog used one of the others as a floating stepping stone to get up that high. Taking an extra moment to glance at the little guys, to make sure none of them were planning on killing their curious littermate, she gave the new arrival her full attention.
"Right now this place is a little beta-pet shop. I'm helping my brother decide if he should release these little monsters into the public or keep them reserved for more, eh, practical uses." She studied the kid a bit more. Aside from the way he was acting, which was strange enough, he seemed really familiar... she just couldn't put her finger on why. Maybe she saw him on TV after the Saiyan invasion, she knows a lot of orphans were made that day and it would certainly explain the lifelessness in his voice. And it would explain why he was so strong right now. Poor kid had probably been pushing himself past his breaking point to be a planet buster this young.
She hummed to herself. This kid more than likely wasn't in the market for a pet, but that didn't mean she couldn't show him something that would excite him a bit, even if he could do things ten times more impressive than these dogs will ever manage any time soon, "If you feel like sticking around, I can show you some of the tricks my brother taught these guys." As long as he did anything but leave, Puery would look back at the pen and spot the dog still hanging about a foot and a half off the ground. Man, that puppy had some grip. And the pooch, seeing someone's attention on him, would start barking his little head off and wagging his tail so hard he knocked himself down from his perch.
The fox zoan caught him before he hit the ground, sitting him between herself and the gloomy boy, and allowing him to run around in circles barking up a storm, "We call this one Kiri." At his name, Kiri stopped barking but continued pacing around them restlessly with his full attention on Puery. She pointed towards one of the nearby dummies "Kiri, Dark Bark."
Without any other prompting, the young dog looked towards its target, growled, and unleashed a bark filled with ki energy and sent the dummy flying into one of the walls, the only indicator of what hit it being a dark purple line that emanated from Kiri's mouth. He looked towards the fox zoan expectantly with his tail wagging, "Good boy, Kiri. Now flip." She told him as she took out a small dog treat and threw it into the air, allowing the pup to catch it in his mouth mid-front flip before bending down and petting him, "I can show you what the others can do, too, if you want."

HEAVY WEIGHT ON - 10992 PL
Getting stronger than he is today was Kaito's ultimate goal and the most effective way to achieve that was training. However, the yellow-haired human would find his time every day to do something other than that. Kaito stood by the motto that you should alternate your time and that too much of anything is always bad. The human realized that he had been flying for a while now until he concluded that flying in the sky wasn't going to relieve his boredom at all. The human descended below clouds' level and the colorful surface of the planet flashed in front of his eyes. It was a sunny day in the Western Frontiers and the cities were as loud as ever. Not being a fan of the buzzing sounds which were present all the time, Kaito decided to land on a quieter city, Ginger Town. It was a nice looking town, with futuristic buildings and shop stands in every corner, but it definitely was less loud than the earlier city.
Now comes the hard part. Kaito had to act like his own race, a human. As weird as it may sound, but it was true. Now this was a very broad concept but Kaito wasn't about that city life at all. His sense of fashion was also outdated and weird, a traditional orange Gi. His master Saitama had given him that, it was originally his grandpa Denkichi's. The old man Saitama believed that Kaito genuinely had the right to be dressed in that. Nevertheless, you'd not be able to avoid those curious and annoying stares of the people that easily, so Kaito had put on a white cape which suited his gi. He had always been a smaller town individual, not filled with these fancy buildings and cars endlessly wandering the asphalted roads. Kaito had to make sure he landed on an abandoned alley. He could totally picture people screaming the word "alien" in his head. The human adjusted his clothes properly and then went out in a quieter district.
He was mistaken about that. Even the quietest area had its own noises... But this one was a particular case. The noises being generated weren't your usual city noises at all, they were... puppy barks. Those cute and energetic creatures would maybe later turn into gigantic and scary dogs. Kaito couldn't let his curiosity fade, he wanted to see what was going on in this small building. If the puppies were abandoned, the human really wouldn't know what to do. Maybe he could take them all and send them to Beryl's ship? That wouldn't be much of a good idea at all, seeing how Beryl would probably scream for an entire hour when he'd see those puppies stepping over his paperwork and peeing on his bed. The blondie also sensed an abnormally strong energy being inside the building, but he let that slip. He was running through the staircase to arrive in the room where those noises came from as quickly as possible. And when Kaito opened the door, he'd let out a faint scream and then followed by a gasp. In the room, there were present a child, a zoan fox and floating puppies! What would possibly be the connection of these being in one place was beyond Kaito.
The human spotted the source where that enormous energy came from. He blinked his eyes a few times before he convinced himself that the power was really coming from the child. And he was distinctly in low spirits too. Even the show of those adorable puppies wasn't enough to put a smile on his face. He was sad over something, Kaito could get that. But he had to make sure that the kid doesn't further falls in his pitch of desperation. Kaito applauded at the puppies performances and then patted Etoru's shoulder.
"You liked the show, little buddy?"
He then flickered his brown hues to what seemed to be the owner of those puppies and this building.
"Uhh sorry for the fact I came here uninvited. But I couldn't let those cute barks go. And it seems that our little buddy is down..."

Etoru stared at the fox zoanthrope with a dull, lifeless expression. On a more comical note, it looked like a kid was forced onto some educational tour and looked bored out of his mind. However, that wasn't the case. Etoru didn't really care nor did he hate this place. He heard the puppies barking and saw the sign and got curious is all. When she answered him, Etoru stared at her expressionless. The child never responded to her reply seeing no reason too. If he was his old talkative chatty self, he'd probably ask a whole bunch of questions. But he didn't really seem in the mood.
Etoru glanced behind her. What he saw was rather surprising to say the least. He saw two excited pups...floating. Well, one was hanging but that didn't matter. The fact that they could 'float' meant they possessed a bit of ki mastery. Etoru could sense a bit of a stronger than average power level from them. It intrigued the child as he had some thoughts running through his mind. There was so much possibilities that can come into play. Glancing up at her, she asked him a question. Etoru furrowed his eyebrows as he thought on it. He felt this whole thing was a waste of time. The kid should be out training! Training to defeat that retched queen! But...this place was...too interesting to pass up. In fact, some ideas he had in mind could benefit him. Etoru doubted he'd buy a dog, not after Sutorei. But Maybe Reikiko or Hikari were interested.
The child stared at her blankly for a few moments. "...Yeah...sure, whatever..." He replied in a rather cold, but emotionless tone. Watching as she walked towards the pen, she caught the little black furred pup before it impacted the cold floor of the pet shop. She walked back and placed the over excited puppy between the two. It circled in one spot like a tornado. Etoru watched it with a dull face. When she told him the pup's name, Etoru never replied, staying quiet as ever. When she told the puppy to do...'Dark Bark'....Etoru blinked confused. Suddenly, the puppy growled in a threatening tone and glared at the dummy. Etoru watched carelessly. His eyes widened slightly as the puppies power rose a bit. Once it barked, a dark ki blast soared out smacking the dummy. It flew across the room. "...hmph..." Was all Etoru let out. She offered to show him more, but before he could answer, some other...customer...? Entered...screaming. Etoru just took one lifeless glance at the man before his eyes focused on Kiri. The man walked over and put his hand on his shoulder...in efforts to cheer him up? Etoru couldn't figure out why, but this complete stranger noticed he was depressed.
Etoru gave him a bit of a glare when he claimed that Etoru was down. "Whatever." He replied coldly. No enthusiasm or emphasis were placed in his tone. Etoru attempted to push the mans hand off in a rather rude manner. Should he succeed, he'd walk up to Puery with his hands back in the pockets of his hoodie. "...Tell me." Etoru glanced at Kiri and back at her. "Are they trained to kill? Kill queens mostly. And can they get the power higher than a super saiyan..." Etoru's tone never changed and neither did his expression. If these dogs could be efficient enough to take down Queen Zucceta, or at least stall her without being blown away with ease, this could be used to his advantage. The way he was wording his sentence however, was obvious he was referring to Queen Zucceta.

Kayle had been doing some rigorous training lately, and in harsh climate to boot. This was not to mention that he had finally learned to control the power of the oozaru, which was tough enough for most hybrids such as him self. He decided to take a little break for the day, and was taking a stole down a place called Ginger Town, near the West Capital. The sun was high in the sky, and there were very few clouds to be seen. One could say that it was the perfect day. At least for a human.
The town was like most towns he had seen here on Earth. People and cars, businesses and houses, markets and self made shops. Decided that he might find something useful in this small town, Kayle had decided to walk down the main drag full of flea market style shops. There were obvious things that were sold here from vegetables, fruits, home made crafts, clothing to more advanced items, such as scouters, weapons, blasters, and even some armor. Near the end of the strip, Kayle came across various stalls selling different types of animals. Cats and dogs mostly, but there were some lizards, birds, and even some mini dragons too. Eventually Kayle happened across one shop claimed to sell 'super powered puppies', or so they called them. If they truly had super powered puppies, Kayle would definitely be interested. He casually walked up to the shop, and the woman running it. Looking around, he say a couple people standing there already. There was a small boy, and a blonde human man. Kayle kept to himself mostly, and didn't speak to them. It's not that he wanted to be rude, and would respond if spoken to, but he really didn't need another fight to start here in the shop. Given how things had played out since he had woken up, that is what exactly what would happen. For some reason humans hated saiyans now, and Kayle had no idea why. So he decided to keep to himself, and simply waited until they were done talking, and took his turn with the fox woman.
She looked familiar somehow, but Kayle couldn't place how, so therefore just forgot about it. She was yelling something about the puppies and pointing to the sign above that read 'SUPER POWERED PUPPIES: CHEAP'. She was with other customers showing them the dogs currently, so Kayle just waited his turn. She displayed the dogs using their new found powers, and that was it. Kayle knew that he had to have one.
"Girl, how exactly are these puppies super powered?" He said when it was his turn to be helped.
She rattled on and on about how her brother had trained these puppies ki techniques since even before they could walk properly. Kayle was obviously intrigued by this. If these puppies really could use ki techniques, as they had been shown to be, then that meant they had a power level. Power levels could be trained to get higher, and a dog was far more obedient than a person would be. It would be the perfect partner to fight beside.
"I will buy one right now, but be warned if this is some sort of trick, I will be getting my money back." Kayle stated, in a non threatening, but serious way. "I want that one, the little white female there, and don't worry, I plan to take great care of her."
He was completely serious about taking good care of the dog. It would fulfill two roles. One it might make a good fighting partner, and more importantly, two, Kayle secretly needed a companion. Kayle had decided on a female pup because this way he would not have to deal with an 'alpha male scenario'. Females were far easier to train as well. That is what he learned form the TV anyway. Kayle waited to see if the lox lady would accept his offer or not.

Judging by the boy's reaction, he was entertained on some level - or at least, had his curiosity peaked because even with his apparently lack of interest he was emoting on some level at their abilities. She raised an eyebrow, wondering which one she should show off next as Kiri started barking in the direction of the stairwell. The fox zoan didn't pay the puppy much mind as she thought about showing off the snow pup's power.
She jumped a bit at a scream from the stairs, Kiri hid behind her legs, and they both glared in the direction of the blonde haired man for the brief shock. It would have been off-putting if it didn't look like Kiri was mimicking her expression; folded down ears, crossed arms (he was laying down), and all. Then she got over it when he started clapping, but raised an eyebrow at him (which Kiri also copied), "Did you come from the roof?" that, and the second floor of the building were the only two places the stairway led. Either way, she didn't seem to mind his being there.
Puery considered the boy's question after he spoke up. "Well you can train any do to kill, especially if you know how to train one well enough to attack on command... and considering their mother has a power level of around fifty thousand, I'd say it's possible to train one to distract someone like a the Saiyan Queen with certain moves, but I'd have say, no way if we're talking about one-on-one."
She clearly wasn't the type of person to shy away from the idea of using attack animals. Her village used to have cock fights all the time, to her as long as you cared for their well-being at the end of the day there was no reason you couldn't use an animal for violent means. Especially when she herself was planning on training one to fight with her eventually.
"I honestly couldn't tell you if they could gain power higher than a Super Saiyan, but I I'm sure if they had the right kind of trainer it's in the realm of possibility." Throughout her musing Kiri was still mimicking her expressions, "And if I had to guess to how their power level relates to transforming, I'd have to assume they'd match either a human or their owner... But that's just an assumption, really."
Another customer, who had tucked himself away in a corner when she displaying Kiri's power, now took the opportunity to claim the white little female that was currently biting at the place of her back, just above her tail. Puery picked her up, "Good choice, this developed a pretty fun technique." She put that one in front of the dummy that was blown away earlier, "Kosets, Pulse." The white furred dog hair stood on end as yellow ki surrounded it, then lashed out towards the dummy and held it over the ground, "Attack." The dummy was then smacked into the walls, floor, and other dummies in a frenzy that left the thing battered an unusable after Kosets finished attacking, Puery gave her a scratch on the head and a treat, "And if you don't want her to maim whatever she caught ahold of you say "play time" which just bounces the object around like a ride, or "down" to just put wherever she's holding, well, down."

Kaito meant to cheer the little kid a bit, but he responded in a rather rude manner. He did not talk, gave a cold stare and threw the human's hand off his shoulder. Kaito was left puzzled by this kid's actions. The blondie had always been like a big brother figure to little kids, but it wasn't the case with this one. Normally Kaito would get pissed off, but since he was a kid he didn't react. The human retracted his arm back and stood on his feet, watching the kid walking towards the fox zoan with his hands in the pockets. The human grimaced upon seeing the wagging tail of Etoru, so he was a Saiyan. Brown hues blankly stared at the kid when he talked about things like "killing queens" and "super Saiyan". Kaito was on good terms with two Saiyans he'd met, and on the contrary of the widely-known trope that the people of this race were ruthless, those two proved otherwise. But this kid was different from them; the Saiyan aura around him was more vivid. Kaito just shrugged it off anyway, he couldn't be bothered trying to analyze the kid's short life. He decided to enjoy himself today after all.
Tilting his head, Kaito focused his attention to the spectacle that the puppies offered. He was left speechless at the fact that those puppies could mold Ki and moreover use it for flying. "These animals are sure going places..." Kaito said that while chuckling at their performances with satisfaction. The fox didn't really mind Kaito being here, but she still asked where he came from. "Uhh, I didn't come from the roof..." The human tilted his head from side to side denying it. "Was I really loud though? I guess I really ran too fast while climbing the stairs and my heavy footsteps may have caused it." Kaito threw his hands in the air to justify himself. The fox then turned her attention elsewhere, allowing Kaito to carry on his observation of the puppies. The small animals sure knew how to make the atmosphere lively. Their attempts to bark properly and be aggressive was really funny in some way.
Shortly afterward, Kaito sensed another power level coming. The new character slowly walked in and decided to talk to the fox zoan directly, ignoring the presence of another two individuals aside the puppies. He sported a dark gray Gi and had a muscular build. His hair had a light red color but his bangs were long and disturbingly noticeable, though. He asked the fox zoan about those puppies as well as stated his desire to buy one of them. Well, obviously. Who wouldn't want these adorable puppies who knew how to use Ki? If you were an avid and devoted trainer you could teach them a thing or two, and maybe someday they would try and save your ass. Kaito proceeded forward and raised his hand.
"Could I communicate with one of them, please?"
The human inquired Puery's permission. Should she let him, Kaito would walk to one of the puppies. He had snowy white fur and bushy tail. His big and twinkling brown eyes stared at the friendly human. "Hey, you have the same eye color like me!" Kaito laughed. The puppy was enthusiastically wagging his tail while sticking his tongue in and out. It was trying to catch a breath due to the exhaustion from the earlier performance. Kaito stroked his clean fur while mumbling barely audible sounds to the puppy. The animal really liked the way Kaito petted him and barked in a friendly way. Strangely enough, Kaito was enjoying himself in the middle of an environment filled with people who screamed trouble. The kid's issue was one thing, but Kaito wasn't very fond of the new presence too. Either way the human decided to let all those thoughts go and focus on the white fur. He'd rather stuff himself with positive energy than worrying about them.

Etoru stared coldly at the fox woman. She seemed too look a bit surprised about his question before answering. Once she answered his question, he furrowed his eyebrows. "...Train...I don't have time to train some dumb puppy only for it to get to 50,000 power level...clearly she doesn't know the queen's power..." Etoru frowned and nodded having an irritated expression on his face. So these dogs have a low chance of making it to a super saiyan tier. But there was still a chance. Either way, Etoru didn't have the time to be sitting around training some silly old pups. It was ridiculous to say the least. He needed to be worried about training himself, other wise he'd never get his revenge. Etoru watched as the human asked to 'communicate' with the dog. Etoru rolled his eyes. Usually he'd be interested in playing with a puppy and having a bunch of fun. But as of right now, the only thing on his mind was revenge. And he'd do anything to get it. That's when someone else walked into the building. Etoru stared at the man suspiciously. He just didn't seem all that right....the look on his face just showed he was hiding something. Etoru couldn't place his finger on it though. The question he asked made Etoru look at him with a dull, cold expression. "...Are you stupid..." The child asked harshly. I mean for CRYING OUT LOUD! THE PUPPIES WERE FLOATING AND USING KI! The child watched as he picked the white puppy. The fox zoanthrope displayed its performance. Etoru watched as the yellow ki swarmed around the pup. Then the object was sent everywhere. Etoru's eyes followed each and every movement. It wasn't very fast though, even a low class Saiyan warrior would be able to follow its movements easily. Etoru approached the saiyan warrior and glared at him. "Where are you from?" Etoru said in a dull, cold tone. The child's fuzzy brown tail swayed left and right behind him as he spoke. ----- Etoru has a tail by the way guys >_> Also, uh, I know I'm kind of using the same words to describe Etoru's tone and expression >_> It's hard to find different words okay....

Kayle was interested in the demonstration of the puppies. A dog using ki based attacks, even if currently weak, was something of extreme interest. If a dog could be trained in the arts of ki, then this would prove his thoughts on most of the human race. That most of them were nothing more than just lazy, greedy, weak willed people. If a dog could learn to harness its spirit energy, then why couldn't the rest of the human race? It was likely because of their before mentioned weak will and greed. He head the annoying boy walk up and ask if he was stupid. Kayle thought about just ignoring the boy, but really didn't want to seem cold, distant or evil in this place. The last thing that he needed is someone to start a fight here because they thought he was here to cause trouble, all started by his mere ignoring a child.
"Look here boy, and learn. Watch this." Kayle put his arms down to his side, as one of the puppies hovered off the ground. "See that? That is not the dog hovering, that is me lifting it with my ki. As you can see, something hovering is not an indication of anything. There are several tricks that can be done, and it is best to cover yourself from being scammed. As for where I am from. Is that really important? I was born here on Earth."
Kayle turned his attention back to the fox woman. "I quite enjoyed that show my new friend. I think I will be very happy with her. How much for the puppy? I think I can train her to be a great companion." He reached down and started to pet the puppy, which she seemed very happy with. She was very soft, something that was enjoyable for the saiyan hybrid. Picking the dog up, he craddled her in his arms very carefully so as not to harm her. "Yes, I think I will be very happy with her indeed."
