Hey, I know I haven't been here for long but I know a good forum when I see it. I've been on multiple forums in my time and climbed to the rank of Moderator or Narrator quite well and risen to the challenge of helping to take care of a forum. I'm happy to volunteer or even take it a step further if need be, I see a lot of the mods are pretty swamped with Real Life or just too much work so I am happy to do anything that you need. Just give me a yell.

Ok, as first thing to do (in my own case) as a staff member, I will be stating this, as it is needed:
Your patience, time, reason, and your ability to be responsible will be tested very often, with the increased number of players we're getting daily, weekly, and monthly. It is necessary that you persevere through this, as staff members are often tested in these regards. Is this understood?

Take heed, Volunteering means Bao or I (so far, it's just been Bao doing this) prepare you for this, so it doesn't cause you to panic and freak out. Even if you do have a moment like that, you'll have a moment to keep calm(er) and take a moment to breath and think it through fully. Even as Moderators, you'll be put through this training to hone it more.
My statement before is to tell you what you'll be getting into. If you still intend to step down, it's alright. It's stressful work, but it's very worthwhile, when you think about the real life ways you can apply what you do here. Best analogy/example, which I've used time and time again: We are editors, working for a comic company. We want good stories that people can enjoy that the writers, or in this case the players, themselves enjoyed and put effort in to.

Okay. I am known as Jettasin online to a few. Been running websites for roughly 14 years and I do know a few things. Given current staffing situations and the fact that I'm on here like six days a week reading, I would love to help grade. More when I have my laptop and internet, I am limited on just a cellphone but I can read and post, that's all I need for now.
