Charges at 33%. Kira manipulates air with his Ki at the molecular level, using any gaseous matter to his advantage and utilizing it in various fighting maneuvers. This is usually done through either enhancing a blow to an enemy, making it a much stronger blow or as a mid-ranged attack by exhaling temporary blasts of air bordering on short gusts of wind. Other than picking up and throwing small objects and throwing them at a boosted speed, it also can't be used much for long range. (Though the afore mentioned This technique is purely for combat purposes and can't be used to fly or for other extreme circumstances where air techniques could prove useful. The most he could do out of combat would be blowing a candle out across the room.
(8,000 slot)[UP2] Ki-Infused Wind Currents:
Charges at 66%. Kira expands on his Aerokinesis techniques leaving him with more power and creativity to incorporate into his techniques. He uses this most often by collecting large amounts of Ki in his chest and exhaling all of it at once creating massive blasts of air that blow away almost everything in his path. As one would expect he can do this from his other extremities too in devastating punches or kicks resulting in these small "ki explosions" that move the wind so vigorously.

Having already discovered how to manipulate matter with his Ki as to produce Aerokinesis, Kira excites said matter with his Ki and ignites it, creating various amounts of flame depending on what's required. Can be used in tasks from lighting candles and fireplaces to coating his fists in flames. Can be applied to his Aerokinesis techniques, given he isn't underwater, but doesn't add to its damage. Can be extended to objects like Kira's Yo-yo and staff, but doesn't add to damage unless Aerokinesis is already manipulating the air around it to ramp up his blows.

[MP3] Supreme Lightning (5000 Slot) Much more improved version of Lightning Cannon. Cloud extends both of his hands to release a blast yellow in color with a cyan spiral and aura. Can electrocute.
[N1] Burning Sword (10K Slot) Cloud takes out his sword, surging all his ki into the blade causing the sword to GO ON FUCKING FIRE glow and flames appearing on the edges.

For my 38k, 43k, and 48k PL slots;
Afterimage [SU1] Through a sudden burst of speed you leave behind a static image of yourself to distract your opponent, this technique allows you to completely dodge techniques beneath 100% of your PL. This technique uses 1 KP in KP Battles and cannot be charged.
Afterimage [SU2] Through a sudden burst of speed you leave behind a image of yourself to distract your opponent this image can preform a basic set of chosen movements when created to make the distraction more believable, this technique allows you to completely dodge techniques beneath 200% of your PL . This technique uses 2 KP in KP Battles and cannot be charged.
Afterimage [SU3] Through a sudden burst of speed you leave behind a controlled image of yourself to distract your opponent, you have complete control over it and the image is capable of preforming any feats you yourself are capable of, it cannot however actually harm an opponent, this technique allows you to completely dodge techniques beneath 300% of your PL. This technique uses 3 KP in KP Battles and cannot be charged.

Rhytid cannot suppress himself while tossing out big techniques. This is a passive technique, and doesn't cost any KP.
(48K Slot)+[UT2]Energy Setting: Through even further mastery of his own Ki, Rhytid has learned to not only hide himself at lower power levels, but also be able to fight at those lower levels! Utilizing this, Rhytid is able to fight without any restrictions at lower levels, making this a very effective tool to train weaker fighters! This is a passive technique, and doesn't cost any KP.
(54K Slot)+[SU2]Afterimage: Through a sudden burst of speed, Rhytid is able to evade any attack at 200% of his Power Level, and leaves behind an afterimage that is capable of basic movements to distract his opponents with! This technique costs 2 KP.

CHAI'S TECHNIQUES PL: 142,266 * [UT1] Planetary Telepathy is being replaced, as it has been unused and deemed unnecessary.
(132k SLOT) > [N1] Stardust Striker: Chai's body ripples with his usual rainbow ki. This attack is one of Chai's most versatile. It can be enfused into one of his limbs for a powered up melee attack, or fired as an arcing sphere of energy that leaves a spectral trail of many colors behind it. It glitters like a star, flashing brightly when in use with what seems to be dusty ki fluttering off the sphere as well- hence the name. This attack charges at 33% of Chai's PL up to five times, and costs 1 KP to use. It has no special variants.
(136k SLOT) >> [V2] Starbreak Striker Spin: The upgraded form of the Stardust Striker. As the longer name suggests, the attack now spirals about, short "arms" of ki emerging from it's spherical form. Chai can either fire this spinning blast at a foe, or use it to power one of his melee attacks, as per usual. Now with it's added flexibility, Chai can also lend his energy to others with attacks, allowing him and his friends to preform devastating ki attacks with this merging variant! Charges at intervals of 33% up to five times, and costs 2 KP to use.
(TELEPATHY [UT1] REPLACE) >>> [UV3] Shooting Starfall Striker: The upgraded form of the Stardust Striker and Starbreak Striker Spin. Now, the zoanthrope doesn't seem to hold the ball of ki anymore. He charges his energy before throwing an arm at the foe, causing energy he gathered above himself and the opponent to come barreling down in a barrage in the form of a shower of shooting star-like spheres. He can also abosrb the ki into one of his limbs for a more powerful melee attack. Glittering with greater light than ever before, this attack does look awful pretty as well. Like it's secondary version, Chai can also combine this attack with others with a merging variant to preform the most dazzling and powerful of team attacks. Charges at intervals of 66% up to five times, and costs 3 KP to use.
* Chai's 140k slot is unused for now. Why? That is a mystery for now.
GUARDIA'S TECHNIQUES PL: 106,699 (102k Slot) [UV3] Lustrous Lunala: The tertiary form of the Spectral and Crystal Crescent techniques Guardia commonly uses. Guardia's blade solidifies with a yellow color, sparkling with newfound brightness. Swining the blade to the ground results in the floor rippling open, energy crystals rising from the earth to strike the foe! The crystals are made of malleable energy, and can absorb an ally's attack to make them even stronger with this MERGE variant, allowing it to combine with other attacks that share this variant. This attack charges at intervals of 66% up to five times, and costs a hefty 3 KP.
H.O.O.K'S TECHNIQUES PL: 106,699 (102k Slot) [UT] 3D Print Press: HOOK's internal systems can print up just about anything with a quick press of a button. His internal workings can create anything within reason, and usually smaller than himself. Much like Magic Materialization, larger objects will take more time, and in HOOK's case, usually come in pieces when created. As it is built inside of the robot, the drone promptly spits the created object out of his mouth to pass it onto anyone he deems fit. Yuck.

Tail Training [UT] Prerequisite: Saiyan with a Tail, 10,000 Power Level Through harsh training or sheer willpower you have overcome a Saiyans greatest weakness, your tail is no longer a danger to you in battle. This technique is passive and uses 0 KP in a KP Battle.
Oozaru Mastery [UT1] Prerequisite: Saiyan with a Tail, Tail Training Through harsh training or sheer willpower you have learned to control your inner beast, you now maintain full control of yourself while transformed into an Oozaru! This technique is passive and uses 0 KP in a KP Battle.
