Cloud is about the average height of a teenager at 5'8'', he has a skinny face, along with pure black/white hair (depends on wether if he has hair dye). He has messy hair and he never cuts it.
History:
Around the time Zucceta became ruler of the Saiyan Solar Empire and went to invade Earth, a low class family made up of a Saiyan, who was a husband, a human, who was the wife, and a hybrid. The hybrid child was nearly 15 at the time and he got bullied because he was a hybrid so, his family was criticized many times. He soon developed a hatred of saiyans. Because of this, the father forced the his son into a space pod by knocking him out, with the intent to send him away, giving him a better life, and himself a better life as well. He originally wanted to send the son to Namek but the pod's destination was then changed to Earth while in space thanks to certain asteroids.
When the hybrid arrived on Earth, the saiyan invasion led by Zucceta was being followed. When he landed on Earth he had to learn to live on his own, he was able to survive the invasion since he was strong enough for the most part, there were also no humans to take him in so he had to constantly steal and harvest food. He also knew that saiyans have black hair so if any saiyan catches him they'll automatically shoot him since he had white hair, because of this, Cloud got hair dye to convince them. He learned many more survival skills along the way. However just because he was able to survive on his own, doesn't mean he still got injured. Thanks to all the blasts and lasers going around, Cloud had to be careful. However he had been careless one day resulting in him losing his tail, he screamed in terror attracting even more saiyans. Without his tail, the saiyan soldiers couldn't tell him apart from other humans so they shot him on instinct. This resulted him in losing his memory. The only things he could remember was his name, the survival techniques he learned, like dying his hair, and his battle experience.
The invasion was soon done, and Cloud kept living off the land. Until one day, when he ventured further out, he saw a city. No, a huge city! His curiousity was at it's peek, he just had to find out what was in the city! Until now, Cloud forgot most knowledge of English so he couldn't talk, write, or read.

He was a curious of all the people around him, he assumed he was one of them and he wanted to fit in. So, in the mix of gathering food, he also stole certain things out of shops, markets, and sometimes even people's houses in the city. Through this he learned of the english language and culture. He also learned about martial arts. He saw certain shows about it on tv, of course he looked through windows of people's houses to see them. In some books he read there were even some myths of ancient fighters. He managed to steal more things, sell them, and soon he could afford classes with certain masters! He trained hard with them and some of them even knew how to use "ki."
Ever since then Cloud has just been an average person sometimes participating in martial arts classes. Until, one day. Cloud saw multiple white dots coming closer to the Earth, he couldn't tell what they were. Then the white dots came closer, closer, until they crashed! The city was in panic people were running everywhere. They shot blasts through their hands and exclaimed, "Wow, it may have been a while since the invasion but I'll always hold a grudge against these humans!" Cloud noticed the aliens had tails, like a monkey tail. It seemed oddly familiar. "Wait why am I here just thinking about an alien's tail when the city's being destroyed?!" Cloud thought. He went in and threw multiple punches and kicks and it took the alien off by surprise but then just a second later I got sent back by a ki blast. "And you keep telling me why I hate these humans so much! They're so annoying just like that one!" one of them exclaimed. They assumed I was dead and were done with their rampage. They went back into their white vehicles and left.
Cloud went back up and his mind was flooded with questions, and curiosity. Why did the aliens hate humans so much? Why do I have an odd sense of deja vu when I see their tails? Are there more strong fighters out there? He just needed to know. However from that day, he vowed to never trust an alien and protect the Earth at all costs. But still, he wants to go into space and find out more.
But for now, Cloud's a starving traveller trying to protect Earth but also trying to find a way into space. Only time will tell if he'll be able to accomplish his goals.

A simple beam attack that's yellow with a cyan spiral around it, it has the ability to electrocute the opponent.
[UP2] Lightning Cannon
A much more improved and powerful version of Lightning Beam, having the same effects like electrocuting the foe. It's yellow in color and has a cyan aura.
[MP3] Supreme Lightning (5000 Slot)
A much more improved version of Lightning Cannon. Cloud extends both of his hands to release a blast yellow in color with a cyan spiral and aura. Can electrocute.
[N1] Burning Sword (10K Slot)
Cloud takes out his sword, surging all his ki into the blade, causing it to glow and flames appearing on the edges.
[UP2] Inferno Sword (15k Slot)
Description: An upgraded version of Flaming Sword. This time, instead of just the edges, the entire blade itself is covered with flames and glowing.
[MP3] Inferno Overdrive (20k Slot)
Description: Same as Inferno Sword, only this time the flames turn into the color of blue. As well, the blade shines more brightly, burns with more fiery, and the flames are more ferocious than any of the previous stages.

Description: Cloud charges ki directly in his eyes before releasing it in the form of a beam. White in color with a blue aura.
