[N1] Impact Cannon: Rafar sticks out his arm and fires a weak red energy beam at an opponent.
++[UP2] Impact Crasher: Through trial and error, Rafar has increased the amount of ki he can use in a single attack. This upgraded version of his Impact Cannon is slightly bigger than the original, dealing damage equal to 66% of his power level
++++[UV3] Bending Impact Crasher: A variation of the Impact Crasher where if the enemy would manage to dodge it with an Afterimage technique, Rafar would twist his hand sharply towards the enemy in question to make the energy wave home back to the target. Does 66% of Rafar's PL in damage and has the homing effect.
++++[MP3] Transcendent Impact:The ultimate version of the standard Impact Cannon, Rafar molds ki and creates a ring of energy spheres about himself, and charges Impact Crashers in each of his free hands. He then unleashes this energy in a beam which is joined by a beam from each of the spheres, creating a massive pillar of energy that rockets towards his opponent. Does 100% of his pl in damage
[N1]Shield of Resolve: Harnessing his ki, Rafar has managed to develop the ability to form it into a weak shield. It is not very strong, only charging at 33% per turn, but with some practice it could grow to be much more useful. If the Barrier is broken by technique, any bleed-through damage is halved (IE: If a Ki Barrier had 2,000 PL, and was broken by a 3,000 PL attack, the bleed-through damage would be 500 PL instead of 1,000).
>>>[UP2] Sayian Shield: Tapping lightly into his full power, Rafar is able to create a stronger barrier than he was able to previously. It charges at 66% each turn and if the Barrier is broken by technique, any bleed-through damage is halved
Support:

History:
Rafar used to be typical medium class Sayian living chaotically on Planet Vegeta. He was trained by his father in fighting and ki since he was 5 years old, as per Sayian custom. He was actually quite good at it, easily besting his supposed peers, whether it be ki, fist or sword. This small, supposed middle class family began to draw whispers, especially when he humiliated another Sayian's son but nothing too dangerous.
Or so they thought.
You see, his father was a trusted solider of a female squad leader name Banane. This small group worked to soften up especially tough planets by whatever means necessary, making the main conquest less complicated for the elites. On the day everything changed, Celrath was returning from a mission where he and his team had raided an extremely wealthy planet to take out a cluster of planetary defense cannons. Officially, the Sayians were strictly instructed to give the Queen 50% of all riches they found on the world. Unofficialy, some of the Sayian's greedy coworkers assumed that, like them, he had taken some of the abundant riches for himself like they all had. They convinced themselves that, because he had such a great position, and a heir to carry on his legacy, they needed the money more.
The five other Sayian's tore apart Celrath's home, searching in a frenzy for the valuable objects they knew were hidden there. But for all their zeal, they found nothing. Full of chagrin, they murdered a returning Celrath to keep their thievery a secret.
When Rafar arrived back to see his father dead, he charged for the warriors in a rage, with predictable results. Knocked away easily, and nearing unconsciousness, Rafar fired off one final attack, nearly killing the retreating crooks, before they managed to dodge the attack. Fearful of the enemy he might become, and what he had seen, the group beat Rafar into brutal submission and kidnapped the younger Sayian. They threw him in a spacepod and set the coordinates for Earth. Surely, with all the recent anti-Sayian prejudice, they would not have to worry about him again.
Unfortunately for them, Rafar's pod crashed in a remote area, far away from those who would do him harm. After a quick survery of the area, he flew off, searching for the power to enact retribution.
