Black Whisper: [UT1]
The basic form of Telepathy allows the user to communicate with those they are familiar with across the planet they are currently on via mental transmission, this can be blocked out by those who do not want to hear the user if the effort to block them out is put forth. This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle.
Black Gossip[UT2]
The limits on the range of your telepathy are significantly lessened allowing you to communicate with anyone you are familiar with on the same plane of existence as yourself (Living World, Otherworld, Demon Realm) This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle.
Four-Witches Technique [UT1]
Through some method you are capable of producing two additional arms(or arm-like appendages!) that sprout from your back, these limbs provide no extra power in and of themselves but to provide you with extra fists to punch your opponent and extra hands for grappling AND punching. Demon Seal [UT1]
His body becomes burdened by ancient Seals of times long since the past slowly weaken and burden his body in what the common man might call holy powers, he prefers to call a pain in his ass to conjure.
Demon Control [UT2]
Though far more articulate matters of the arcane, he places lesser known symbols across his body, writing unknown to most common man and even most demons who never bothered to visit his lands. These symbols, whilst similar to the ones prior serve more to control his power level, rather than drop it down to next to nothing levels.
Demon Output [UT3]
A single rune this time. Not one of ancient intricacies but instead a single rune that opens up a portal to the Demon Realm, suckling on its Demonic Influence and using it to intimidate his foes, however, he is unable to keep it contained fully, and the rune quickly shutters and ruptures from the output of the Demon Realms forces.

Through a sudden burst of speed, Ginge leaves behind a moving image of herself to distract her opponent. She can avoid a technique which is less powerful than 200% her current PL.

Description: Gira holds her hands near her chest, one palm facing up and the other facing down above it. Brilliant blue energy begins to form in the space between her palms as Gira moves her hands around each other in a spherical pattern, shaping the energy into a perfect sphere as she repeats this motion. At this point, Gira can launch it from this stance, or take it in either hand and throw it wherever she desires.

Description: As with the [N1] version, but the sphere is larger and causes much more damage than before.
Name: [MP3] [Splittable] Dragon Style: Dragon Barrage
Description: Gira uses the same stance as previous versions, but instead materializes multiple energy spheres around her body in a circle and directs them at a single opponent or splits them up to attack multiple foes.

[MP3]Hand Of The Demon: Mechanically this works exactly the same as Ki Barrier with flavour, the user opens up a hole into the demonic real funneling whatever attack was intended for him, which can appear as a dark vortex in front of him or the size of his hand as if he did the 'talk to the hand' and it worked. However, attacks that are too big can shatter his technique and leave him vulnerable. Link to accepted [N1] and [UP2][N1][V2][UV3]Bat Outta Hell: Mechanically this functions as a V2 and UV3 with the homing variant(except the N1 of course). This technique calls upon otherworldly forces drawing forth spirits from the demonic realm and giving them form when they finally burst through the veil between realms they appear as large bat-like creatures doused in radiant flames, these creatures seek out their summoners foe and dive towards it exploding on contact. But what a lot of haven't said is that the first demons also took a part of that flame, and in their hellish abode they altered it, changed it, this fire burns on water, eats through solid stone and turns men to so much ash. The user launches lances of fire with over handed swings of their arm or shoots it like a normal beam attack, depends on the fancy of the user. It's magical based attack and works on the 'it looks cool rule'. Technique Name: [N1] Ki Shot (should also include it's correct tag at the front eg. [N1], or [SU2] or [UV3] etc.)
Description: a normal ki shot fired from her gun, but is her ki energy. (Her gun converts Ki, as she can't project it away from herself in an aggressive sense for the time being.

Technique Name:Guardian Shield:
An energy shield placed in front of the user or a target. Acts like Energy Barrier but only protects from the front. The shield turns with the target's eye movement. Blinking or shutting eyes results with the barrier facing forwards dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Barrier

Callion Approved! Gira Good to go! Mammon Assuming the final tech line, "Hell Fire" is like, a flamethrower or fireball type tech? Its not really clear how you fire it. If that's not the case, then please clarify, but otherwise you're good to go. ika Starting Techniques are approved alongside your character application. While you're here though, I'll tell you that Guardian Shield would use the Offensive tags (such as N1, UP2, etc) seeing as barriers can be charged.
Lord Xylo wow what a handsome fellow with very good techniques. Its a shame I cannot approve them because I play you. Maybe we should wait for someone else to approve them...

Requesting 2 techniques:
[UT] Bulking - Increasing one's muscle mass through a massive increase in ki energy, the user sacrifices speed in the form of defense to increase physical power. Takes the form of a +x1/x-3 modifier
[V2] Thunderous Draw - Creating a katana with a sheath, the user extends the blade slightly, before returning it fully to the sheath with a resounding ring and drawing it fully to slash. Through the infusion of ki, the ring has the ability to disrupt the inner equilibrium of the opponent's core, stunning them momentarily. Charges at 33% per turn, and has a 100% of current max PL for stun damage, stunning a charging opponent if within 80% of their charge. Costs 2 KP
