Stuns for 1 round at 200% PL. Can disrupt a charging attack if the stun power level is within 80% of the opponent's attack's power level. 150k Regret Expulsion (Su3) The Most powerful Technique in Plato Arsenal. The user thrust their hand out and if they mange to connect with the target the users regrets and fears are brought to life. The user is forced to fight against them or be overcome. If they are overcome this tech shall Stuns for 1 round at 300% PL. Can disrupt a charging attack if the stun power level is within 80% of the opponent's attack's power level. If they overcome nothing happens...it just a flavored stun 156k Energy Setting [UT2] You are capable of setting your power to a lower level to not only hide yourself, but also effectively fight while at this level, meaning you can make use of powerful techniques (anything that would consume KP in a KP Battle). This is great for people who want to train weaker fighters. 162k Energy Intimidation [UT3] You are able to take the energy control a step further by temporarily increasing your power level by half! Though, this is simply a bluff, and you cannot use techniques with your new power - it only lasts a turn. 168k Kasvharr Incantation:Telporation One of the Kashvarr well keep secrets the user can telport objects at its base level though with the help of many one can even telport whole planets and people. This Teleportation has no effects on combat just a flavor thing of sorts. 174k Arcane Slash (N1) The User swings their sword filled with the part magic and part of the users soul for an explosive counterattack. Charges at 33% per turn. (IE: 33% > 66% > 99% > 132% > 165% ) 180k Brave Sword Slash (Up2) The Signature of all Konstain Knights. The User speaks the Ancinet words before dashing forward cutting their foe across the chest. Charges at 66% per turn. (IE: 66% > 132% > 198% > 264% > 330% ). If this Techquines kills the foe they are cut in half much how the Konstain wizards of old slayed the beast created by the kashvarr. 186k Kashvarr Incancation: End of times Useing the Magic of the Kashvarr with his own power the User lifts their sword rushing at their foe. The User used magic to dash at near light speed at their foe lifting the sword above the air and Slashing down. If this kills the Target They are set Ablaze and their bodies turn to ash. The melee attack can be flavored however you like, and mechanically functions identically to a ranged technique. Charges at 100% per turn. (IE: 100% > 200% > 300% > 400% > 500% )

Technique Name: [MP3] x10 Kamehameha > Wiki dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/10x_KamehamehaDescription: A powerful version of the Kamehameha. Articho charges it by forming two separate energy balls in each hand before merging them together as he strikes the typical Kamehameha charge pose. However, the energy ball he is charging and the beam itself are a deep red color. As with any attack, Articho shouts out some sort of cheesy, one liner insult, as he charges the twin energy balls and draws his hand back, then the standard, drawn out "Kamehameha" as he charges, then launches the attack. Charges at 100% of his PL.

Technique Name: Final Flash [SP] Description: The ultimate technique of the Saiyan Commander, the Final Flash gains greater power the longer it is charged, It begins with 100% of the users power, on its first charge it moves up to 233%, and on its final charge up to 399%.

[N1] Sword of Silver - Focusing her ki, Tulip uses 'Blade Materialization' to create a single sword that is super-charged with energy, in order to strike at, through, or pierce her enemy. Charges at 33% per turn, costs 1 KP
[UT2] Weapon Materialization - Through a witch's help and personal growth, Tulip has unlocked more of the innate potential of Blade Materialization. Now the skill is no longer limited to knives and swords; with this level, Tulip can now manifest any weapon imaginable. Counts as an ordinary attack/ki blast/barrage without KP or use of a technique.

APPROVED by Bing Gan Telepathy [UT1]The basic form of Telepathy allows the user to communicate with those they are familiar with across the planet they are currently on via mental transmission, this can be blocked out by those who do not want to hear the user if the effort to block them out is put forth. This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle. DENIED by Bing Gan Pulverizing Fist [UV3]Denim surrounds her fist in ki and throw a number of punches so fast that it looks like only one punch. These hits almost feel like light jabs, if hit at first, so the damage is not realized until later as the foe(s) she's up against begin to feel a sudden sense of wear and tear on their bodies from sustained damage.

[b]King's Wrath Ability (Charge) (UP2)[/b]: The upgraded version of the Charging attack of the sword by whistling! More energy is put this blade and is launched both faster and stronger with the chime of Alaistair's whistling command. Uses 2 KP and charges for 66% per turn.
[b]King's Wrath Ability (Charge) (MP3)[/b]: The maximum form of the Charging attack of the sword by whistling. All of Alaistair's energy is put into this blade and, upon the call of Alaistair's whistle, launches out to cleave his target! Uses 3 KP and charges for 100% per turn.
[b]King's Wrath Ability (Piercing Charge) (V2)[/b]: King's Wrath, Alaistair's sword, responds in unique ways to the sounds Alaistair produces, after being charged with his energy. In this particular version, the blade's form contorts into a spiral, with the guard of the sword becoming circular and sharp going up the blade about three inches. The entire weapon glows sea green as power fills it up, levitating on its own as the Devil focuses. Upon a whistle and a clap, it explodes forward and rushes at the target, the entire weapon spinning so it can easily pierce into an enemy's armor or shield! Uses 2 KP and charges at 33% per turn.

[b]Power Weighted [UT][/b]: By some means, usually via a significant increase in muscle mass, you increase your offensive power at the cost of your defenses, this results in an increase of your offensive pl by +x1 and a decrease of your defensive PL by -x3. You must have a transformation that provides at least +x3 defensive PL to use this technique. Using Power Weighted costs 0 KP in a KP Battle
[b]Multi-Form [UT1][/b]: Through this technique you can create a copy of yourself dividing your power evenly between yourself and the copy
[b]Multi-Form [UT2][/b]: Like the base Multi-Form technique you can create a copy of yourself, however now you can produce two copies of yourself dividing your power evenly(33% each)
[b]Multi-Form [UT3][/b]: Like the base Multi-Form technique you can create a copy of yourself, however now you can produce three copies of yourself dividing your power evenly(25% each)
[b]Hefty Guard (Armor, Barrier N1)[/b]: Like his sword, Alaistair's armor is his energy manifested, although unlike the sword, it cannot be dismissed and does need cleaning. Alaistair had remembered this after battling Plato and his monster, the monster expanding its size to minimize the attack Alaistair was dishing out. It reminded him that he could do the same with his armor, making it like a turtle's shell around his body. It charges at 33% per turn, and if the Barrier is broken by a technique, any bleed-through damage is halved (IE: If a Ki Barrier had 2,000 PL, and was broken by a 3,000 PL attack, the bleed-through damage would be 500 PL instead of 1,000). Uses 1 KP.
[b]Hefty Guard (Armor, Barrier UP2)[/b]: An upgraded level of the Armor's Hefty Guard! It charges at 66% per turn, and if the Barrier is broken by a technique, any bleed-through damage is halved (IE: If a Ki Barrier had 2,000 PL, and was broken by a 3,000 PL attack, the bleed-through damage would be 500 PL instead of 1,000). [b]Magic Materialization (UT1)[/b]: For a long time now, Alaistair had been seeing the damages being done to his shop and he'd been getting slightly more irritated the damages coming back so often after he just had the insurance paid for! He's decided to tap into the energies surging from the Cherry Valley Loft and use it to unlock the ability to not just fix the Loft, but to also materialize objects of various kinds, including food, although it's quite basic. It'd been quite basic to do, as it'd been a technique he'd never bothered to pick back up again.
[b]Magic Materialization (UT2)[/b]: A much higher grade of magic has been tapped into by the Devil, permitting him to use more complex magics means to summon forth more types of food and objects at his leisure, as well as fix more severe damages to objects.
[b]Magic Materialization (UT3)[/b]: Alaistair has mastered, to a great degree, the ability to use magic to materialize extraordinary objects, and even complex palates of food! Granted, the food made is nothing compared to food prepared by hand and already existing ingredients.
[b]Devil's Fist (Style, N1)[/b]: Ever since Alaistair's sparring match with his date, Denim, the Devil had come to decide to practice his hand to hand combat further. His practice has led to him developing his direct melee strikes to, if intended, lethal and devastating levels. Energy envelops his striking limb, which is able to be built up, and smashes the target powerfully, even being capable of neutralizing blasts and beams in clashes! Uses 1 KP and charges at 33% per post.

Kasvharr Incantation:Monster Creation A Flavored way to Create Monsters. Has no use in combat just want a way for an excuse if new peeps want themselves to be sealed i can seal one for them and or minion creation down the road. If that fine mostly a flavor thing here.

This is a stunning technique for 1 round. Can disrupt a charging attack if the stun power level is within 80% of the opponent's power level.
138k: Telepathy [ UT1 ] Since Alaistair has been invading his brain for over a year, Kizuki has picked up the ability to send telepathic messages to those on the same planet that he is on without Alaistair's link.
144k, 150k, 156k: Ki Sword [ N1, UP2, MP3 ] 160k, 166k: Ki Sword - Piercing Variant [ UV2, UV3 ] 172k, 178k: Ki Sword - DoT Variant [ UV2, UV3 ] Kizuki is able to infuse his entire arm with ki, up to his elbow, and manipulate it to act like a sharpened blade to hack and slash his opponents apart. Afterimage [SU2] Through a sudden burst of speed you leave behind a image of yourself to distract your opponent this image can preform a basic set of chosen movements when created to make the distraction more believable, this technique allows you to completely dodge techniques beneath 200% of your PL . This technique uses 2 KP in KP Battles and cannot be charged.
Afterimage [SU3] Through a sudden burst of speed you leave behind a controlled image of yourself to distract your opponent, you have complete control over it and the image is capable of preforming any feats you yourself are capable of, it cannot however actually harm an opponent, this technique allows you to completely dodge techniques beneath 300% of your PL. This technique uses 3 KP in KP Battles and cannot be charged.

Technique Name: [UT] Blades Of Magical Ice Description: This technique allows Zonzuki to use mana to create swords and knives out of ice. In which these swords/knifes can take a couple swings before breaking. To summon the swords/knifes he must come up with a name of the sword/knife. The weapons created can serve as either melee weapons or can be flavored as non-KP projectiles. (I will come up with sword/knife names for each kind of sword/knife going to be used) Ex. Summons Katana=Kowarenai, Pata=Ude no ken, etc.
Technique Name: [N1] Ki-Magic Infused Strike (May Change the name of Technique or just flavor the name) Description: Whenever Zonzuki uses an attack (Sword/Knife=slicing/throwing, and Melee attacks) with this technique his fists/legs themselve becomes layered/covered in ice as well as being reinforced with ki to give a powerful strike to at the his enemies. When using a sword/knife the Magical Ice weapon becomes imbued with ki reinforcing its structure, it then is able to give a devastating slash attack, and can be thrown to pierce his enemies. Of Course all of this has a 33% of PL Charge up.
Technique Name: [UP2] Destiny Breaker Description: A more refined version of the Destiny Crusher, which this more refined version is originally made by Zuki's own father, Kayuri Winters. First Zonzuki powers up as he starts binding all of his figures together, extending out his arms and has his palms aiming right at the his enemy and fires out a beam.
