In light of Natto's staggering 328,480 base PL without even having his Saga/DEs graded yet, (We're doing Saga gains piecemeal now? we'll have to be very careful we don't miss anyone) just as he reaches 150x Gravity as well, and so I think it's time we throw the emergency switch on the brakes and institute the 90% rule for those 90% or higher of LMB. At this rate, he's going to be past 400,000 with the DE grades and past 500,000 by the end of November (Edit: Or Christmas), faster than my dire predictions made earlier. If he continues on past it, he'll be at 1,000,000 base PL by the end of spring.

It is my opinion that these changes need to be implemented rapidly, before the we have a character that is so far statistically out there in Sigma 7 weirdo-land he breaks the site for everyone else. Note that this isn't an indictment on Natto, but on our system's inability to correctly handle the very ambitious and active players.
I feel like we need this change to survive. I see it as an existential issue. A star rising too highly can quickly make people abandon their progression.
The options are as follows:
A) Halved gains for those at 90% LMB or higher + removal of all bonuses (strictly PLPWxWC grading) for those past 500,000 PL.
B) Halved gains for those at 90% LMB or higher
C) Removal of all bonuses (strictly PLPWxWC grading) for those past 500,000 PL.
D) A progressive species-specific halting, such as that outlined by Pieter here. (will be worked out for a subsequent vote if passed)
E) No change or something else. (If something else, please state below).
