[Current PL: 10,428 - Heavy Weights ON] Soaring high above the Southern islands - a chain of verdant green specks amidst the vastness of the ocean - Hyoza sought out his target - a compound belonging to the Blue Banner Army. Hyoza didn't know what the compound was for, nor did he care. His plan was simple, though dangerously bold. He sought an audience with Administrator Azure, the head of the Blue Banner Army - an Android known as Virtual Poi. He'd never met the Administrator, but recent events had left a window of opportunity for Hyoza - one too narrow for hesitation. His mind had been made up from the moment he'd finished watching Zuccetta's broadcast - the moment he'd seen his home planet reduced to a barren husk. In his mind's eye, he could still vividly see the images of that vast tree, its roots shattering the crust of the world as it collapsed under its own vast and dying weight. Stopping in his tracks, he shook the thought from his mind. Casting his eyes about, he couldn't make out any likely structures from his altitude. With a grunt of irritation, he pulled a handheld computer from his belt. A few taps on the screen brought him to a satellite image of the Southern islands, with a marker denoting his location. One more tap, and a second marker appeared, indicating the supposed location of the BBA compound. Hyoza allowed a small smirk to creep across his features as he realised it was directly below him, no need for backtracking or further delay. He looked down at the island below, and allowed the aura of ki holding his body suspended in mid-air to dissipate. The armoured Arcosian dropped like a lead weight, plummeting towards terminal velocity as he re-positioned his body, facing the decreasingly-distant ground as though intending to strike it face-first in some kamikaze dive. The wind whipped about him in a fury, the sound of air rushing past his head became an almost deafening roar as he came closer and closer to the island which had seemed so distant only moments before. As he descended, the early-morning mist thinned and his target came into view - a simple concrete square, surrounded by chain-link fencing, conspicuously set next to a hillside. No doubt one of the underground facilities the BBA were rumoured to have dotted across Earth. There were a handful of vehicles visible, and he could just about make out the ant-like forms of people on the ground, milling about performing whatever tasks may be assigned to them. Hyoza was getting dangerously close to the ground, scarcely a hundred meters between him and the solid concrete; when he spread his limbs and the regal blaze of his aura bloomed violently around him. The sound of the sudden ki burst drew the attention of the people below as Hyoza swooped low over the compound, alighting in the centre of the concrete enclosure with barely a sound. Within moments, armoured soldiers in visored helms were surrounding him. He made no move, but gave a little smile as he saw the familiar blue emblems of the BBA marking their equipment and their allegiance. For a few moments there was silence, and the Arcosian stood, increasingly-surrounded by troopers. The tension in the air was almost palpable as he eyed up the soldiers arrayed before him, none had a power level that was even close to a threat for Hyoza. Of course, the Arcosian suspected they knew this. The silence was broken when a female soldier came forward, her helm tucked beneath one arm. Her insignia seemed to imply some sort of command rank. Hyoza narrowed his eyes as she approached, stopping perhaps ten feet away. She swallowed briefly, but maintained her composure as she spoke. "This is a restricted area, and you are trespassing. Leave now, or we will open fire." her face remained stern as she spoke, but Hyoza knew it was but hollow posturing. With a smile, he stepped closer to her, eliciting a chorus of clicks as the safeties on over a dozen weapons were deactivated. "I think we all know that your weapons won't harm me, so let's save it, shall we? I am here to speak with Administrator Azure." The woman's facial expression darkened as Hyoza said this, perhaps galled by his bold demands. "The Administrator is busy. If you want to see him, you can m-" She was cut short as Hyoza darted forwards with blinding speed, his feet leaving the ground as his right hand clasped her by the throat, raising her with him above the ground. "My apologies, but I do not have time to make an appointment. Now please," he emphasised the nicety, looking around at the soldiers below, who were understandably startled by the move. Some were muttering, and a few had given startled shouts, but Hyoza's proximity to their comrade made shooting him a little too risky. He cleared his throat as he prepared to finish his sentence, making sure he would be heard clearly. "Send for Virtual Poi."

Green horizontal and vertical lines crossed one another in a grid-like shape on the small, rectangular screen. The entirety of the background was a much darker shade of green, whereas blue lines detailed buildings and natural structures (such as hills, forests and rock-formations). A yellow dot on the screen represented Nitra and his position, dashed white lines sprouting from it and leading a trail to a large white marker. This was Hyoza's position.
Nitra stared at the screen for a moment longer, acknowledging the lack of blue lines around his position. He was currently floating high up in the air, just below the clouds. Whatever lied below his position wasn't visible – being fairly early in the morning, mist had crept into the air. But it was clear from this device that the ocean sat below him. These were the Southern Islands after all.
He tapped the screen a couple of times and the screen shrank into darkness. Placing it back onto his belt, he surveyed the open sky before him. Hyoza had given him this Holo-Communicator after their first encounter and having accepted the fellow Arcosian's proposal of joining his crew. Nitra had accepted that his life would always involve battling, and he had to embrace that. But maybe now he wasn't forced to constantly train under a militaristic regime, he would feel less apathetic towards it. Either way, if he could avoid a fight in general, he'd welcome that opportunity. Less effort and whatnot. Nonetheless, joining the crew gave him a purpose – something he'd been without for a long while.
Hyoza had messaged him earlier that morning, requesting Nitra's presence as soon as possible. Fortunately for him, he could track his comrade's own Holo-Communicator, making it significantly easier for him to locate his position and meet with him. He had aligned himself so that all he would have to do now is fly straight ahead for a short time, and he would be at his companion's location. With a moment's concentration, a build-up of ki burst through his body and propelled him forwards. He cut through the open air like a knife, the wind blasting at his face with exceptional force and roaring in his ears.
He was aware of the situation, having seen Zuccetta's broadcast. The great Planet Arcose... Reduced to nothing by a tree. It almost made Nitra spit in disgust. Granted he wasn't the most patriotic of Arcosians, but he had spent many years with his father protecting his home. And to see it destroyed so easily? You failed, Father. Although, this was the perfect opportunity for him. He had always lived under his father's shadow, but maybe now he could surpass that – and on his own terms, rather than the General's. He half hoped his father was killed during the battle that took place, but half hoped he was still alive. Then he could finish him off himself.
Nitra exhaled heavily, this wasn't the time to wander off in thoughts of frustration and hate. Getting angry about everything under the sun wouldn't solve anything, and there were a variety of other things that needed to be addressed first and foremost. First on the list: locate Hyoza and accompany him on meeting this administrator character he had mentioned in his message.
He relaxed on his ki concentration, slowly releasing the energy and bringing him to a significantly reduced speed. Pulling out the Holo-Communicator from his belt and tapping the screen several times, he brought up the navigation map. Hyoza was now, metaphorically, within reaching distance. It was time to descend.
By shifting his ki manipulation within his body, he was able to change his direction of travel. It was as if he were dropping slowly through the air, drifting comfortably through the early morning mist and slowly coming to his destination.
“How typical,” he muttered to himself, in amusement, as he continued to descend. He could make out Hyoza's purple body and a large quantity of other military-esque individuals with guns raised at him. He had a female's neck in one of his hands, raising her in the air with him. She looked as if she held some importance within their ranks, her attire slightly different in comparison to the soldiers surrounding the space. Nitra assumed that her being assaulted like this would have been a 'big deal' amongst her peers.
The other soldiers were entirely focused on Hyoza's little escapade that Nitra was able to softly land behind several of the soldiers, and completely unnoticed. With arms comfortably tucked behind his back, he spoke loud enough to be audibly heard by all,
“I'd do what he asks, if I were you.” A handful of soldiers in front of Nitra jumped in a nervous panic, swinging the ends of their guns towards his direction. He was hoping that his current stature would imply that he was non-threatening to them, but he was sure that they hadn't noticed this in their confusion. He was just another Arcosian come to cause some trouble, in their eyes anyway. “He's not one to mess around,” he finished off. His intention was to be passive and survey Hyoza's meeting with the Administrator, but he would be as diplomatic as possible if necessary – contrasting with his companion's bold move just now. He wasn't aware of how strong this Administrator could be, and he wasn't about to find out. Nitra had grown up in a military lifestyle, so he was aware of how to and how not to approach a military force such as this one. Not to say that he wouldn't support Hyoza if the situation arose, but he wouldn't cast himself in a negative light on his first acquaintance with this person.
Play it smart, Nitra. Just play it smart.

(Thread PL: 5,944,004)
Energy. It coalesced all around him in vivid waves before parting from his frame and into the dark waters. The bright flashes of ki that rippled out from him were enough to unshed the murkiness of his surroundings, and, for scant intervals, reveal them entirely. A great intersection of machinery lay below him, a cross of titanic cabling and pipes brimming with circuitry. A technological crossroads. At the center, where its heart should have been, was a great hole. Peering down at it, where even the fish gave it wide berth, Vi-Poi could feel the swelling inside his mind. It was emotion, stronger now, fiercer than before. He’d always possessed emotional algorithms, but since his newfound synchronicity with the ghost of Poi, there was a certain authenticity to these feelings now.
This empty hole below him was the manger of madness. This great experiment, which fused his heart together and remade his soul, had also given birth to Realigner Red. It was the last place he’d had control of himself until he’d been rebooted on a cold slab in Site A. Vi-Poi glared down at the shadowy pit, studying its sharp edges with intensely drawn blue eyes. His pale energy began to shed off in faster intervals, in a beating pulse.
Instead of shunning him, as the tropical sea creatures did the wound below, they gathered curiously, drawn by his ki, swimming about him in eddying spirals. His ki seemed… cleaner, somehow, since his rebirth. More correct. His analytical suites couldn’t justify the notion – there was no metrics or magnitudes he could attach to this intuition, but he was sure it had changed. Perhaps he was properly made now.
He waved a brightly-colored fish away from his pale face before slowly extending an arm, palm flat. “I will have the last laugh, Red Ribbon. You may be responsible for creating me, but I will be responsible for destroying you. This will be your final resting place.” He said to the shattered hulk.
The rippling energy around him suddenly warped into a fine point, teetering on the edge of his palm. It spun on itself, churning and growing like a rolling snowball before it lanced away from him, streaking with a dazzling light. When it hit the center of the great torus, the machine didn’t merely explode. It erupted. Miles of machinery suddenly became nothing but metallic flotsam. Beachgoers might notice a particularly large wave from the immense force. He’d carefully gauged the strike, making sure it would leave nothing meaningful left, while not generating a disaster for the public. There was a fine line, and he would walk it.
Just as he watched the last of the great central spokes collapse into the sea bed with a gust of sand, his communicator chimed. A Priority One, from one of the many barracks that surrounded Site A. “Are they hostile?” Vi-Poi replied via text after receiving the situation report.
“Affirmative.” Was the reply.
It wasn’t so long before he reached them. He was strong now, stronger than ever. And fast too. His slamming into and through rocky shelf wall of the island barely slowed him down. He left a trail of molten ore in his wake, traveling beneath the island in a searing conflagration. When he reached below the two significant powers his built-in scouter detected, Vi-Poi swept upwards, letting his ki expand and broaden as he did so, opening up a great fissure in the ground above him. Sunlight and blue skies greeted him, and he met that daylight with blue rays of his own, strobing out of the splitting rock in a chaotic lightshow. “Did someone call me?” Vi-Poi asked as he floated up from the parting ground, peering about with his large blue eyes. A coconut tree swayed and then collapsed in a puff of leaves and dust behind him. He quickly made an analysis of the two Arcosians. The larger power had a Special Corps captain by her throat. Vi-Poi drew out an index finger, a glimmer of light dancing on the tip of it. “I perceive that it would be in your best interest to let her go.” The small blue-haired android said to Hyoza plainly. “I rarely miss at this range.”

[PL 185,575] There was some... carefully prepared set up forms as the squad captain under Jarvis was requisitioning in his own way a few better weapons for the men. Jarvis thinking perhaps some stronger then regulation equipment would do them some good. The men were gearing up and were planning on heading back out to the club shortly before apparently some big power was catching the attention of the guards not far off. Some power that was impressive by normal standards. "My my... My scouters picking up some strong stuff... I'd say its the big boss... We shouldn't linger if we don't want to raise complications Jarvis..." Jarvis growling at him sneering lightly waving his hand off. "I don't really care whose ever there.... You can run if you want just get the stuff back to the place. If anyone tries to stop you just flash them the papers I gave you. It should let you get by rather easily." The captain would shrug and get in the car. The thee female soldiers of the squad already in the back and the trunk sealed with a small crate tied to the top. Jarvis walking by then and waiting for them to head off before making his own exit towards the commotion.
Not a few moments later with a burst of energy Jarvis came upon the seen touching down on the ground that wide goofy grin spread acrossed his lips like you just knew he was thinking some smug thoughts. He recognized this one! Another old contact but one not so easily shoved away as the shop owner of the gun runners he'd been taking care of lately. Sure it was in his better interest likely to flee but when was he ever one to follow up on the clear choice. His boys got their toys now it was time for a little fun of his own. "Weeeelllll. The pirate from the pub! I didn't think I'd see you again... An my boss that makes a habit of trying to kill me... Or used to. Quite the little meeting you are all having!" He considered poking a bit at it as his eyes drifted over Vi-poi from head to toe. Still wondering what all he remembered from his time as the Red menace. But for now Jarvis just chuckled crossing his arms over his chest curious how this would play out. Keeping ready should any need to aid the soldiers in need come to pass. Either way he'd not mind doing what would needed done. His curiosity was just pricked violently at the sight of this fellow once more. Jarvis as well in KAOS uniform and armor given he wanted to look the part while they got their goodies from the base.
His blue tail roughly swaying from one side to the other to and fro. Jarvis's eyes drifting to the second Arcosian he didn't know. That could be a easy target to shoot for if things didn't calm down. At least thats what he though from what energy he was feeling. The blue hair beginning to cheerfully snicker ever so lightly. Jarvis did however care what might be going on here. An it was only gonna slip away from him if his past killer ordered him away.

Frantically, one of the soldiers had run off to speak with the radio operators, so Hyoza simply remained in mid-air, waiting. He turned his head to regard the woman he held at arm's length. Her body was limp, though she held tight to his forearm, holding herself up for the sake of comfort. Their eyes met, and he saw no fear in her grey eyes. Her hard, stoic features remained impassive as she returned his gaze. Hyoza smiled, his almost-feminine lips twisting upwards at the corners.
"You're very brave. I could break you like a toothpick," his voice was quiet - none of the soldiers would hear him. "But you stare at me like dirt on your boot. Admirable." The woman shifted in discomfort. A hand pressed against your jaw and throat was an unpleasant experience, to be sure.
"I apologise, but I needed to get your leader's attention. So long as the dear Administrator doesn't do anything foolish, you'll come to no harm."
The woman didn't respond, instead looking over Hyoza's shoulder, towards the ground. There was a sudden commotion as guns were being re-aimed at something, and Hyoza turned to look. Nitra was saying something he couldn't quite hear from up here, but his calm stance and non-threatening behaviour were encouraging. A fellow Arcosian was certainly going to be vital in the coming exchange, and the situation didn't need to be escalated any further.
For a few moments, tense silence persisted once more. Then, subtly but noticeably, the ground began to shake. Murmurs of dismay and confusion rumbled amongst the soldiers as the shaking grew stronger, making loose objects rattle and tip over across the yard and the troopers struggled to maintain their footing on the unstable ground. And then, as the shaking reached dangerous levels, Administrator Azure arrived.
The Earth just beyond the fenced perimeter was torn asunder, blue light strobed outwards from within. A small humanoid, not much taller than the Arcosians was at the center of an immense aura. Though Hyoza had never met him, he was all-too familiar with the child-like appearance of Virtual Poi. as the blue-haired android hovered closer, a lone tree collapsed into the great fissure wrought by his arrival. Hyoza smirked, amused by the showmanship on display. The android was certainly eager to demonstrate his power.
With an accusing finger, glittering with sparks of barely-restrained power, the administrator demanded that Hyoza release his captive. This was, of course, Hyoza's plan all along. So he maintained his calm smile as he lowered himself to the ground, releasing the captain from his grasp once her feet were touching the tarmac.
The woman responded by whipping her side-arm from its holster and aiming it directly between Hyoza's eyes. Her speed was impressive for one with no understanding of ki. For a moment Hyoza felt a shred of passing doubt, before she backed away, gun still trained on him. Though the soldiers were still tense, Hyoza knew the only real threat was the administrator himself, who was calm and reserved. Seeing his opportunity, the Arcosian spread his arms in a non-threatening gesture, and began to speak.
"Thank you for your speedy arrival, Administrator. I apologise for the nature of my introduction, but you are a busy man and I did not have time to waste booking 'appointments' -" A lance of energy pierced Hyoza's senses, drawing his attention to the skies as a figure high above hurtled towards them, landing with surprising softness on the ground. As soon as the figure rose to his full height, Hyoza recognised his features. The distinctive electric blue hair and tail stood out, of course, but Hyoza had spent most of his life among alien races; he prided himself on being able to identify by isolated facial features and build regardless of species. There could be no doubt that this was the former smuggler and pirate Jarvis - a Saiyan-Brench hybrid Hyoza had previously attempted to recruit for the Blackstars.
Jarvis gave a brief informal greeting to Hyoza and Vi-poi; which irritated Hyoza both with its informality, and the realisation that Jarvis was in fact working for the Blue Banner Army. His referring to the administrator as 'boss' made that perfectly clear. But Hyoza was on a diplomatic mission, so he could not afford to express his anger. Turning to face Jarvis, he put on a warm smile and resumed his attempt to negotiate.
"Jarvis, it is good to see you alive and well. I must say I'm surprised to see you taking on work with a legitimate organisation like the Blue Banners. I was just introducing myself to the administrator, so now that you're here, I'll resume," Hyoza tried not to seem too dismissive, but a Saiyan invasion on the horizon left him with very little time to make small-talk.
"My name is Hyoza - one of a rapidly-shrinking number of surviving Arcosians. With me is my second, Nitra - son of the late General Kryo. I do not claim to represent any government or legitimate political group, but I appeal to you as one of the last of my kind," Hyoza layered on the pleading tones, pushing the desperate angle as best he could.
"Our race were never numerous, and now the few who remain are scattered refugees, isolated and destitute. We are, in many ways, brothers in suffering to the Namekians. I come not to lay blame or to question your actions, but to ask for your aid. You were an ally to our empire once, and though our government and all semblance of order is broken; I would ask you now to uphold that alliance," Hyoza paused for a brief moment, surveying those around him. the soldiers were still filled with mistrust, and their guns were still aimed, but he noticed a little softening in the captain's stern expression. He looked over his shoulder at Nitra - seeing there one of only a handful of his kind remaining, and felt the surge of kinship once more, urging him on to carry out this bold move. His gaze returned once more to the administrator's ever-youthful face.
"Will you speak with us, in private?"

Things started to escalate, and quickly. As soon as Nitra had appeared on the scene, waiting for Hyoza to be done toying with the human and for the Administrator to arrive, it had only been a matter of time before more people would show up. Then the ground across from the young Arcosian parted, and a blue-haired humanoid erupted from the fissure in a spectacle of light. Nitra flinched, stepping backwards uncomfortably as a coconut tree collapsed behind the newcomer. The sheer force, the display of power; it would have been enough to strike fear into even his father’s cold heart.
The humanoid slowly flew up, surveying his surroundings before pointing an index finger to Hyoza. As a small light danced upon the tip of his finger, Nitra felt an odd sense of relief. He was glad he had taken to the non-threatening approach, unlike his counterpart. Whereas Hyoza was now being held at gunpoint, as it were, Nitra was in a comfortable, safer situation. He smiled to himself, acknowledging how he had been right to approach this. Not as if to say that Hyoza had been in the wrong, for he had successfully drawn out – what looked to be – the Administrator. However, now he had found himself in a position that Nitra was in no way envious of. It almost made him wonder how Hyoza would find a way out of it.
And then, out of nowhere, another blue-haired humanoid had appeared. Is this… a trend? Nitra was puzzled for a moment, acknowledging this other humanoid as they made eye contact. Now the Arcosian felt uncomfortable. He knew he wasn’t strong, and he couldn’t contemplate the concept that he could even challenge either of these two in a fight. Nitra wanted to avoid that conclusion at all possible costs. Especially since this new humanoid had the monkey tail that the Arcosian knew was common amongst the Saiyans. He clenched his fist as his insides churned, rage and anger striking him for but a moment. Nitra knew he had to control himself, and he was aware that not all of the species could be held accountable for the destruction of Arcose. Besides, this Saiyan was on Earth, and looked to be a member of this Blue Ribbon Army. He only hoped that he would not betray the Earth to stand by his own people.
Hyoza lowered to the ground, letting the woman free. Instinctively she pulled out her firearm and targeted him, but slowly backed away soon after – she had probably accepted her feebleness within the situation. Nitra let out a sigh of relief, maybe now the tension could dissipate and they could get on with business. And they did, as his fellow Arcosian broke into an explanation as to why they were here. Their names, their situation and their request of a private conversation. Nitra folded his arms, hoping that they could progress with their plans. Time was of the essence, and they had to sow the seeds in order to establish their end goals.
Nitra turned to face the Administrator, watching the small flicker of light still dance upon his fingertip. The Arcosian clenched his jaw tensely, unsure of how the situation would pan out.
((My apologies for the short post and for the long delay, settling into University has taken some time))

The light on Vi-Poi’s fingertip flickered then winked out of existence. His large blue eyes examined the two carefully. They were both Arcosians, though the talkative one was much stronger than the first. Vi-Poi was fully aware of that these Arcosians possessed multiple forms, each stronger and fierce in power than the last. They must have been in one of their lower forms. If they meant to commit violence against a hardened facility, they surely would have come ready. And what good would destroying their once-and-future ally be?
He lowered his combat algorithms to a dull murmur, his body visibly relaxing as an echo of ki dissipated from his armor. Vi-Poi quickly ran both of their given names through Blue Banner Special Corps databases. The results were very slim, though there were hooks for Arcosian datafiles which he couldn’t access on this planet. Criminals of some sort, perhaps? Wyntre’s own files had been an entire encyclopedia, a great blazing ‘Here I Am!’. He supposed most established Arcosians. He made a mental note to establish intelligence sharing relations with the Galactic Police. “I had and continue to have every intention of fulfilling my contract obligations.” Vi-Poi said carefully, folding his pale arms across his armored chest. “Events compromised my capability to fulfill these obligations, but now that I am free I am ready to all that is required.”
Turning his eyes to Jarvis he dipped his head in a bow. “And though I cannot claim credit for it, apologies for… sending you to the Next Dimension. I understand you’re doing very well in KAOS, and I intend to hear your experience in Hell. There are some in the Science Corps who desperately want data on the other planes of existence.”
“Come with me. Anything you say can be said in front of Jarvis. KAOS is the closest thing to my family.”
He silently transmitted orders to open the barracks and to stand down, whilst preparing a room for them. Beckoning all three to follow them he made his way to the concrete square, which led into an ever-declining ramp. This was not only a security installation, but had some anti-robitic ordinance research as well, and the room they were ushered into by a bashful site commander was lined with scorched robotic skeletons covered in sticky pad notes.
Vi-Poi found a large chair and reclined in it, waiting for the others to join him.
