Minion 25/50/75% variety will all share the same trans multipliers; just when they get them will be different, as it is based on their own PL rather than owner PL. Each transformation will be flavoured based on minion race, be it canon or not. STARTING TRANS: 3X SUPER SAIYAN TIER: 10X @ 100,000 SUPER SAIYAN 2 TIER: 20X @ 250,000 SUPER SAIYAN 3 TIER: 35X @ 400,000 Minions to have own tech slots/'owner' to use own tech slots for minions?

Seems good to me, but I'd still like the Level 3 Tier to be at x33, so bottom-of-the-barrel end-gamers (Demon, Arcosian, Android) aren't close to 90% with someone's minion by itself. "I reached my final transformation! Now I'm equal to... this OP person's minion." T_T  At x33 they would still be within 80% but be in a much better escape range of a 400k minion at their x39 or x40. I think that the tech slots should be paid from the owner, in order to reduce the likelihood of someone raising a Minion army and dominating the site with a pack of NPCs. Not only would a minion's stacked PL be incredibly useful in a fight, multiple minions using multiple techs (especially in a KP scenario) would be an immense boon. This way, we would increase the cost of creating a Minion army. Does the Minion gain PL lock-step with its owner, or does it require it's own gains once made?

I'd be okay with owners having to use their own tech slots to power their minions though I'd be okay if they just got their own techs at a lesser rate as well (Every 10k or whatever) Though again I'd like to rebring up my thoughts on if they die:
Guards get replaced free of charge, that could be the benefit to them being so much more expensive. (I feel we should put more emphasis on the idea that these people are more like the expendable side characters) If you pay to get a fleet of mooks and they get wrecked you can just Jostar yourself outta there so they can respawn. It'll also lead to us being able to see more "mastermind" style characters.
You have to pay 50-75% of the cost to revive a Minion and write a solo of them getting out (If a Hero character dies with them the minion can be revived alongside them) (DB wished super minion would be at the same cost of a 75% minion revival)
(Credit goes to Zuni's suggestions on minions that I may or may not be completely ripping off)
Edit: I think Minions should just get gains alongside it's owner. It'd be a nightmare to grade otherwise.
Edit Edit: Could we flavor the transformations as permanents?

Since there's no cost for transforming in-thread atm anyway, I don't see why having them maintain an xform if it makes canonical sense wouldn't be allowed.
Also I agree that they should both require techs from their owner's own pool to be expended, and that they should drop final tier down to an x33. No player should have to be evenly-matched with a fucking bought item, not unless the PL gap is HUGE.

I think a good possible idea for a Minion/Guard revamp could be that in order for a guard/minion to obtain its transformation they need to A) be at the requisite PL and B) you need to spend an amount of Zenie equal to there cost meaning that a Saiyan Minion(75%) would need its master to be at around 140k PL and to spend another 22,500 Z in order to become a Super Saiyan. Making for a total investment of 45,000 Zenie for a minon that can stay somewhat close to you. Perhaps as a balancing factor all Minion transformations are at a -1 Modifier. Another idea could be for Minion PL to cap out once you hit 500k making the strongest a minion can get be 375k.
Note: Each transformation would need to be purchased in order(no skipping SSJ just becuase you bought your minion when you are already a badass) to progress to the next.

Alright, here's my thoughts on both.
Minions: Comes in 25%, 50%, 75%, and 90% flavors
Transformations and Tech slots are based off of their PL, not the owner's.
STARTING TRANS: 3X
SUPER SAIYAN TIER: 10X @ 100,000
SUPER SAIYAN 2 TIER: 20X @ 250,000
SUPER SAIYAN 3 TIER: 30X @ 400,000
They start with three techs when they are made and gain them at a rate of six thousand PL.
Guards: Come in 5,000pl, 10,000pl, 20,000pl, 50,000pl, 75,000pl, and 100,000pl flavors
They get no transformations.
They start with three techs and gain one additional slot for every 5,000 PL that they have. Use them wisely.
On a side note, I don't think you should have to pay to unlock the minion's transformations. A lot of this was mostly stolen from Rev's post, so I kind of agree with it.

I'd assume the higher PL Guards start with more than three tech slots? If not, 5k PL guard slowly being buffed is the better choice by far.
I'd also like to see the Guards get some type of transformations. Perhaps even more heavily nerfed versions?
5K PL Guard gets nothing
10K gets a x3
20k gets a x4
50k gets a x6
75k gets a x8
100k gets a x9 or x10
Thoughts?
(Also, I'm not sure if this is actually an official thing or not so I'll bring it up: The idea of combining multiple guard purchases to bulk up their PL (E.G: Two 100k PL Guard purchases make one 200k PL Guard) would probably provide a small incentive to playing as a weakling with a big strong guard Dabura/Babidi style. Guards in their current form seem a bit weak tbh)
