Here is my take on things to change. They are rather on the shorter end, because I think less change is better than more change, but if we're going to add a Golden Oozaru that will make Saiyans all the more worthwhile we should go ahead and complete the 'Secret Transformations' in the form of Alternate Paths that people can opt into. This I could see being nice, because we could have more variety in a person's progression than just every species having the same static multipliers.
So without further adou, here it is. Note that I heavily borrow from Bao's and Zucceta's ideas here, but with (sometimes) different numbers. Races not mentioned go through no change.
Saiyans:
A person that learns Saiyan Soul (or False Super Saiyan) would not have access to Super Oozaru, even if they regrew their tail. This would give them the option of having a good early game, or a stronger mid-game. These are also accessible by Saiyan Hybrids.
Arcosians:
In this idea, Arcosian's Royal form is bumped up to a x19 and given much earlier to make it a bit more palatable to live with for the next 150,000 PL. Arcosians are further booned by giving a PL gains bonus in lower forms, their Suppressed Form of 20%, of their Brute Form of 10%, and of their Monster Form by 5% (True Form gives no gains). If any higher form is taken during a thread, then the entire thread is automatically graded at that higher form rate. These bonuses would automatically end when the Mastered/Full-Powered True Form is taken at 150,000 PL.
Androids:
As per a slimmed-down and balanced Android Shop, which will be implemented alongside these changes, at 100,000 PL Androids can choose between an Absorber Module or a High Energy Module. The Absorber allows the Android to absorb the life-force of its opponent. Upon defeating or killing an opponent in a Saga or DE, an Android may absorb 10% of their base PL. Due to heat restrictions, this can only happen once per thread. Also once per thread, the Android may absorb an incoming attack that is within 120% of their PL, and use a Absorber Special to shoot back half of the absorbed energy plus its own. Due to extreme energy-use efficiency, High Energy Android's Overdrive servicing cost is lowered by twenty percent with each progressive tier -- 800 Zeni at 100k PL, 600 Zeni at 150k PL, 400 Zeni at 230k PL, 200 Zeni at 300k PL, and finally at 400k PL the Overdrive cost disappears, as progressive upgrades have better managed the high-energy. This gives the Android the choice between saving Zeni or earning more PL and being deadlier in a fight. This will implement the spirit of the shop that was voted in without having to worry about things that were voted in like Calibration, which was horribly unbalanced in favor of Androids.
Demons:
To compliment their great powers, when a Demon ascends to the feared and exalted status of Junsui Aku at 240,000 PL, they now have access to a the Furnace of Eight Divisions and may freely travel to Hell and back, enjoying the great benefits of training in the After Life. Note that this does not work when they die -- they have to get out the same way everyone else does.
Namekians:
Namekians no longer have to ICly fuse or defuse in order to ascend. They can do such things as spirit journeys and intense meditation in order to progress.
Bio-Android
Bio-Androids no longer have to absorb PC players to progress through their two bottlenecks. They may progress as is, but with this path where they must sacrifice with the poorest middle game for the best late-middle.
Mechanization:
Every species save for Majin, Bio-Android, and Android may mechanize at any time given a Saga Defeat and the expenditure of 1000 Zeni. This replaces their tiers with an Android's tiers, and gives them access to Overdrive. This also replaces their Unique Characteristic. Note that Un-Mechanization is impossible without the Dragon Balls.
So, those are my ideas in a nutshell. I intentionally left Majin out, because I think it requires it's own dedicated thread, given the problems we're already seeing with Zexama's insane middle game.
