Kaula, 65% is for the ''Able to compete'' in a 1v1, i'm talking about a 1vAll, were their only chance is too form a huge attack towards me only, if they are less strong than my power level, then my attack win over their and i won, even if they get to 65% of my PL with their, their punch are still 1k, i can, and without at doupt, ignore them pretty easily.

Not even writing that lesser than 65% PL attacks might be a threat, isn't disallowed.
What it is, however, is bad RP.

If you think of the NPCs like ants, you've clearly never been stung by thousands of the ants at the same time.

'Tis true. NPCs could be a force to be reckoned with. I'm sure there could be someone there, (If you actually take the time to throw it in) There could be a Saiyan... maybe Super Saiyan..? NPC that could give you a run for your money. It would really help bring your struggle along. Plus all of those other little Saiyans, despite being small in PL, are large in number. Then again we've seen people as low as just Vegeta and Nappa taking over planets like nothing. It could go either way, but, if you want to develop this properly and actually give it some meaning, don't go squish everyone and everything there. Throw some problems in there for Daiki. Every great hero has obstacles to overcome, mountains to climb, and darkness to shine light in. Squash fests are usually only good or interesting (For me, at least) after a huge power-up. One example would be Luffy after the time-skip in One Piece, absolutely DOMINATING the Pacifistas, where as before his training, him, AND the other two strongest crew mates could barely take down one. If I was you, I honestly wouldn't even go for it, seems kind of pointless. At least to me, lol. But yeah, if you really wanna do it, don't go squash-fest it. Give Daiki some trouble. (Maybe he doesn't even succeed on his first attempt? That would give him something to strive and work for!)

See this is really why I have never flirted with the idea of dropping Ninjin into this arena. Sure she is a half breed but she has the tendencies to be bloodthirsty and brutal when needed but calm minded as well. The thing is that everyone is gunning for however takes the throne the moment they do it. The only reason someone hasnt gone after Bao as they just cant seem to catch our smexy Earth leader. He is too fast for us all to comprehend.
But to be honest I would just go with it and then fight people who dare to come after you. Someone has an issue with you fight em. I mean that is what saiyans do they fight to solve ALL their issues.

Other factions will be interested in shaping events, it's hard to assume which way something will go before the Saga starts and initial moves are made. I can see several reasons for Vi-Poi already to become involved, should this come to pass. The main one being, Daiki will be a Z Fighter who hates Vi-Poi (check), in charge of the largest Empire in the galaxy (check), holding dominance in the Z Fighters, plus allied to Vi-Poi's ally (check), putting a giant question mark on Vi-Poi's position on Earth (check check, check ). Vi already knows of the plot by Wyntre to invest Daiki to the throne. It's not hard to imagine that after SSE, a struggle for the governance of Earth would follow. The main problem I have with the Saiyan DaiKingship is Daiki being a Z Fighter which is Earth-aligned and not a member of a Saiyan-aligned faction. If this had been a central part of his roleplay, and he had created an entire faction with this goal of sparking a revolution I would have understood it. But it feels sort of an arbitrary power grab given his high PL and his Earth-centric RP. But we'll see what happens.

I'm kinda trying to decide between Z-Fighter and Saiyan king

You on your own taking the king role is less desirable simply cause it lacks a good 'plot feel'. I agree that getting some saiyans and half saiyans behind you to form a kind of 'Goodie Saiyan Faction' is the best way to go about this, as it not only establishes(and develops your character) as a leader figure in general, but also as someone specifically leading saiyans, and who is leading up to this desired goal though natural character development and plot progression.
Playing the super saiyan card as part of your bid ('I have ascended to the status of a legend while you all bite and claw each other in the dirt, who amoung you believes they are truly more worthy than I to rule our empire?') is also an excellent bargaining chip for pivoting in a ruler ship direction.
I don't think anyone here is against your bid for the role itself, just against you doing it in a way which isn't well plotted. Personally I'd take it in a series of steps; > Begin making saiyan friends, and establishing the seeds of this plotline, this could be your 'Z fighters' period
>> Form a good saiyan(and half saiyan) group, initially unorganised but slowly developing the hierarchy (you leader, a trusted right hand man[future general], 2-3 other 'key' supporters, and then the rest)
>>> When the time comes and the development reaches it, move to Vegeta and form an official 'resistance' movement, slowly gathering steam (eg. npc supporters[secret goodie saiyans/sympathisers, or saiyans which see your status/power as reason enough to call you their king), further player character supporters, etc. eventually drawing this into a rival 'nation' of saiyans
>>>> Finally, make the official move, go from unofficial king of a saiyan nation to official king of the empire as a whole, challenging and defeating the current rulers and beginning your reforms. All through this time having grown and changed as a person.
This is where the plotlines then change and the momentum shifts to a new 'arc', the shoe is on the other foot and what was once the resistance is now the monarchy(this transition for daiki being given the development it deserves so that it feels perfectly natural and he seems perfectly suited to such a move/role), and vice versa. There will be a great many who fight against you, and a lot of the stuff Cipher said comes in. Trying to contort an empire in a strange new way, unnatural and with many issues to overcome.
More importantly, he goes in with these almost utopian ideals, but perhaps the realities and the development he goes through ends in him no longer being the white knight he sent out to be. Do ends justify means? or do means justify ends? necessary evils and such Does the young naive daiki of the heroic Z fighters bear an resemblance to future Daiki, the saiyan king who has taken a galactic empire over his knee and through years of resistance crunched it to his will.
