For the matter of situating this properly in BREU’s story line, consider that the story below takes place right after certain events I’m going to write about in a few, which in its turn took place after BREU’s conversation with Vi-Poi.
You hear music. Young music, such as those teens and young adults listen to in nightclubs. The intermittent glow of stroboscopic lights occasionally make the surroundings brighter. You the back of a man sat down by the counter, gulping down some premium whisky. His mechanical arm rests over the counter as the man calmly enjoys his cold drink. The bartender is nowhere to be seen. He takes a final draft and places the glass abruptly back over the counter saying: – “Thank you for the drink. Food was great as well” – BREU says turning around to walk away. When the perspective changes to his legs and feet, we see someone laid down on his or her face on the ground. Each step reveals more bodies laying in the darkness. The perspective changes again and you see the bionic man’s back getting more and more distant as he walks toward the once existent door out of the building, which is now blocked by a truck. The “camera” drifts apart from the blue skinned alien slowly, going towards the counter, eventually revealing what’s behind it. It’s the body of what you would assume to be the bartender, completely withered like if drained from all fluids and with a scared and painful expression in his face. Getting near the vehicle blocking the only way out of the club, BREU simply rests his hand over the hood and starts pushing it, freeing the entrance. By the door we see another decayed body which belonged to the establishment’s outside crowd marshal. The suns was already rising in the horizon indicating it was the first few hours in the dawn. BREU walks away from the silent town. There was no one else left.
In the next scene, we see BREU taking a shower. he suns had already completely rose by this time and he was already within the Blue Banner Army facilities in the West Capitol again. He finishes his bath and walks out, grabbing a tower to dry himself. He puts on his clothes and heads out to the mess hall to relax for a while and watch some TV. Soon, he was going to head out to the training grounds to exercise himself, but he was kind of curious to see how long it would take for the inhabitants of West City to put on the big news his passage through Premium Town. You see… Vi-Poi had told BREU that the Blue Banner Army intended to take the West Capitol from the selfish, close-minded and incompetent hands of others. And what is more selfish and useless than a town full of snobs that separate themselves from the general public because they are too rich and therefore too good to walk amongst the common folk? That is…er… was Premium Town. The smallest town in the whole Western Frontiers, composed only of members of the high society. Intending to try out his new body and toys on some moving targets, BREU headed to the growing community. By sunrise, he had decimated the entire town, leaving only empty shells in the form of withered bodies behind after he was done feeding off the townsfolk’s life force.
BREU interlocks his fingers, resting the back of his head on the palm of his hands as he relax, fighting an inner battle against his laziness to go out and train. Or perhaps he should go and try to find his KAOS colleagues as to finally meet them. Perhaps they could make for good sparring partners so BREU could test how much stronger he became after draining all that life force.

While the Blue Banner had some spending money, they relied on a lot of pre-fabricated structures for most low level functions. The compound he was familiar with had only three base building structures in a haphazard arrangement. This particular station was a bit different, though. Some pre-fabs he recognized, some newer models thrown in and a few semi-permanent structures built up. It made sense, though. This was supposed to be a big staging area, especially with the operation on the horizon.
Luke wasn't completely sure what to think of it. Not the kind of thing he expected to be doing right out of the gate, that was for sure. Then their were the morals of it, which he had yet to fully grasp. Yeah, they weren't doing a very good job, which he didn't argue. Too many regulars, though, would have been regular people doing their jobs. Was it fair, then, to have to go through them for what they wanted? Couldn't they try a peaceful solution, or had it already been denied to them?
It wasn't something he expected to solve immediately, though. Luke checked the labels on the buildings, searching for the KAOS barracks. It was probably a good idea to get acquainted with the people he'd be working with, in some capacity. And if he found nobody, that was alright, he could still use the training area. Craters Landing had a gym fit for ki-users, but it was mostly thrown together for his benefit. This place was bound to have a few more toys to play with, be better furnished, so on. It couldn't hurt to be prepared as much as he could for upcoming events.

[Heavy Weights ON]
''Hah! Hei! Teiyah!'' With a series of three punishing strikes, the rank and file soldier supporting the reinforced heavy punching bag fell onto his haunches from Li's newly-hybridized martial arts assault. Deep within what were once ruins of this re-purposed compound were many training recordings of a mysterious military martial art, which Li had taken upon himself as a challenge to adopt into his own almost-dead Tiger form. It had made for an effective combination; the Tiger allowing him aggressive, explosive movement and powerful offense, with the military style refining into it with unpredictability and new methods of striking and grappling to make him a more complete fighter. He wiped a few drops of sweat from his brow and approached the soldier under his command, now being a member of the KAOS unit, extending a hand down to him to lift him to his feet. With his weights on, it took a little more than it should have. He propped him up and clapped him on the shoulder a few times. ''Hey, don't take it too personally friend! When I train, I don't hold back. Being a part of my unit- jeeze, that feels strange, you're gonna have to get used to me giving it my all. Why don't you head down to mess and slip in a quick snack?'' The nervous soldier nodded and hobbled away, trying his best to show some toughness and grit.
He was honestly surprised by the integrity of his men. The command of his own small division brought about a lot of pressure, but if it meant striving for what he believed in, he'd toughen them up and keep them safe to the best of his ability. ''Towel, anyone?'' He muttered quickly. From the sidelines, a white towel sailed its way into view, which he caught with his left hand and dried his face. It was strange wearing military gear, even if it felt surplus. Even in black pants with a blue undersuit and a black combat jacket that looked well worn-in, anyone could have seen he wasn't exactly in his element. In truth, he missed his gi, but having it neatly stored in a locker offered him a degree of comfort. He lifted up a rather large bottle of water and took a large chug, letting loose a refreshing ''ahh'' as the lip of the container drew away from his lips. He poured a little more onto his hand and splashed his face, drying it once again. He looked over to a few more of his men, placing his hands on his hips proudly. Some were sparring, others were working speed bags, and the remainder were either socking punching bags in rotation or using the meager fitness equipment he'd demanded they salvage and use.
''Rotate!'' Snapping his fingers and then lifting the same hand to let out a sharp whistle, the men scurried in clockwise fashion to replace the previous users of equipment. Those sparring made it to the speed bags, speed bags to punching bags, and punching bags to weight and cardio. He wanted them in tip top shape; not only because the commander would have a force to be proud of, but the satisfaction of them disliking him now and praising him later. He folded his hands behind his back and grabbed a small baton, walking among those bodies sparring. He clucked his tongue at the bad form of one soldier, and prodded his joints appropriately as the man froze in allowance. ''Throw those blows like you mean it! Relax the strike for only a moment, then let loose!'' A few of the men may have not enjoyed being lectured by someone their junior in age, but they'd come to appreciate it in time. As it turned out, whipping these ragtag volunteers into shape was almost as much work as training himself. It was something he enjoyed, however. He entertained the thought of his training saving their lives one day.
After his correction that warranted a few eye-rolls from a few of the soldiers still carrying the semblance of what was an attitude, he rolled his shoulders loosely and approached a metal striking pole he'd transported from the Tiger dojo himself. He began his methods slow and methodical, but with every completed series of strikes and evasions from the retaliating rotating pole, he sped himself up. He had to be strong to set an example now; before this, he was only training to be strong for personal desire. With that new burden, he was pushing himself harder than he'd ever had. With a backhand that sent the pole spinning wildly, he planted his feet firmly and weaved in and out of the blows it could deliver back, finding gaps to land strikes in the strangely fast rotation. Ducking, bobbing, and weaving, he stopped the movement entirely with a hard pinpoint elbow strike to the pole's center, leaving it motionless once again. Letting out a calm breath, he grasped a bottle of water and tossed it to a passing soldier, offering him a proud nod.
He'd whip these grunts into shape somehow.

Flying over the west capitol in sheer boredom proved to be a good choice for the halfling as he noticed his scouter was detecting some power levels were gathered together. Reading the rest of the city as he looked around, these were the only strong energies around. Lowering himself down, he came across a building that had an insignia with the letter B posted twice. He had heard of this Blue Banner company and decided to see what they were really about. Landing directly in front of what looked like the main office, Jettasin stepped inside closing the door behind him as he entered, not quite sure what he'd find.

OOC: I was waiting to see if someone else would like to jump in, but let's just keep this going. If someone else from KAOS want to pop in later, they are more than welcome to do it in the middle of our roleplay. Sorry I took this long to give you a heads up.
Within the mess hall, BREU savors a bottle of absinthe while leaned relaxed against a chair when suddenly, his internal scouter registered two new power levels in the proximities. Aside from BREU and the guy whipping the grunts in the training sector, these two were the strongest elements present in West Capitol’s facilities. Due to the lack of explosions and screaming, it was unlikely that these visitors were enemies, specially since the first one that BREU spotted came into the hall pretty tranquil, inspecting his surroundings. He looked like a cross between a man and an arthropod of some kind, standing out from the usual personnel associated with the Blue Banner Army. Perhaps he was special like BREU; it was the only logical explanation. The blue-skinned cyborg analyzed the weird insect-man for a moment. His power level checked at 4.889; slightly over BREU’s own fighting capabilities. Then, he was followed by the other subject, who had an even greater power, peaking at the 28.282. This one was a muscular black-haired man with a goatee; BREU was starting to feel a bit like the smaller fish around these guys. He wondered if they were with KAOS as well or were associated with another division from the BBA.
Knowing that no one would be able to sense his powers and notice he wasn’t at the same level of the usual soldiers like he did to them, BREU stands up from his chair after taking one last gulp from his green-colored “breakfast”. He then called out to the newcomers: – “Hey you… yeah, you two… Praying Mantis and Goatee… Are you with KAOS too?” –
Don’t mind his manners. He has been drinking for a while and even a brew-powered bio-android has his limits before the alcohol starts speaking for him. Not that BREU wasn’t an ass to begin with, anyway…

Luke stopped at the call that definitely seemed directed toward him, though the terminology was definitely new. Praying mantis man, was he? Sure, he was definitely insectile in appearance, but honestly he wasn't sure why a praying mantis in particular. If anything, he'd always thought he'd resembled a stag beetle, what with the two pincering horns on his brow. Even if they were stubby and far from full grown, they were still kinda pinchy. Maybe they'd grow out in the Chrysalis Stage?
"Me?" Luke asked, on reflex, before realizing how stupid that question was. Even if he was trying not to assume. "Yeah, I am. Still sorta new at the job, though. Just joined last week, haven't had much big in the way of happenings just yet."
"My names Luke, by the way. Guessing your KAOS squad too?" He held out a hand, no harm in being welcoming. Or friendly, if this guy was his senior. From the look of him, he wasn't baseline human. Skin tone wasn't right for saiyan either. That meant a near human alien, or possibly another android like Vipoi. Neither explanation seemed terribly unlikely, given his unique understanding of what was out of the ordinary. Though as he walked over to talk, he had to wonder one thing: What was that ungodly smell? Was that his breath?

Cipher stood quietly outside of the KAOS barracks. It had come as a small surprise when he had learned he had been accepted into KAOS. Though personally a small part of his mind was going "Well, it was obvious. You easily outclassed other soldiers in this army. It was only logical." However, that still didn't stopd the mild surprise, and even pride, he felt about being accepted into the group. He had barely just joined and already he was in the upper echellons of the organization.
Taking a deep breath, the android stepped inside, the doors sliding open for him. His dull green eyes looked around, taking in his surroundings. While he had information on the other members of KAOS in his databanks, that human part of him was still curious to see what his fellow operatives would be like.

NEXT IN LINE: Liang
If anyone joins, I'll update the post order for us accordingly, so don't worry about it. Also, if someone wants to skip their turn for any reason, I suggest the person just make an OOC post stating so.

As BREU got closer, he gets a reply from the insect-like figure who introduces himself as Luke to the brenchian. The saiyan with the goatee kept silent, perhaps uncomfortable with the sudden extroversion the drunk merc displayed. With Leukocyte closer to him and hearing his presentation BREU stared deeply at the bugman for a couple of seconds, looking like his systems shut down or lagged for a moment. – “No, no… that’s not right. You don’t look like a Luke… Well… or a praying mantis actually… no… that isn’t it is it?” – BREU finally responds, looking up to the ceiling as if trying to remember a certain type of bug. Truth was that BREU wasn’t very familiar with Earth’s fauna. Not only that, he was really drunk and said the first thing that came to his mind. – “What is the name of that other type of bug that looks like you? Or that you look like? Come on, fairy…. help me with this one…” – BREU speaks to himself, drinking the last third part of the absinthe bottle in a single gulp. – “BEETLE!” – BREU suddenly yells, pointing at Luke the moment he finishes washing his engine with more of the precious green fluid, probably startling the duo with his “subtlety”. – “Geez… I’m drunk…” – BREU states right after finishing his sentence and still pointing at the bio-android. He then falls behind on his back, knocked out by the exaggerated amount of alcohol he consumed in the past hours. BREU’s snoring then seizes the room.
OOC: There hasn't been a reply in this thread in almost a month, so I assume you guys lost the interest in this one. I'm taking my leave from this one, gentlemen. Perhaps we can roleplay again in anothe rmoment.
Money please!
