Hyoza for mod?

At Bao's behest, I have created this thread.

So some of you may remember me from last year, when I became a mod, and was quite active for a time. Numerous RL dramas unfolded and I have been away from the site for a considerable time, but I'm ready and willing to step back up for modding duties. But why should you vote in favour of me becoming a mod?

Well, to start off I'm a Brit, living in a different timezone to many of the other staff. This means my active hours are quite often very different to other staff. It allows me to give members access to staff advice and grading during hours where normally it might be unavailable due to the other staff needing to sleep and do jobs and school and so on. I also feel I have the capacity for impartiality and diplomacy which is very important during disputes between members, which sadly do crop up. And of course as somebody who was previously a mod I'm already familiar with most of the rules and grading and so on. But basically it's just another pair of hands to help deal with all the threads and stuff the big influx of players are creating.
