(Koldar/Voca Thread PLs: 131,491/98,618.25) (Form: Suppressed) Across the multiple waves, scouters of individuals the Arcosian Empire, who'd been unable to contact the homeworld for reasons either known or unknown to the individuals, had been getting sent. An open declaration was made, twice now, that the Arcosian Empire would herein be called the Arcosian Federation of Planets and would run more in unison with each other, rather than the so-called servitude they made to the planets, one of which was much more notable than the other in a bout between Doctor Orenji Vinograd and the Supreme Commander and currently enacting Emperor, Koldar Frost! The frequency, upon those checking their scouters, would realize it was a royal transmission. Upon answering, the voice of Koldar would play, a powerful, rousing tone to be had. "All officers, generals, and officials within the Arcosian Federation of Planets. This is Supreme Commander Frost speaking. You are being contacted to return to Arcose, to be updated on the future plans of the Federation, and to also be formally introduced to the two other acting ruling officials of the Planet Arcose. It is time for the first Summit meeting of the worlds within this sector. This is an order being issued by the planet Arcose, for it is currently still in charge of all worlds within the Arcosian Sector and is to be followed, until leaders of the worlds can be chosen! To my fellow ruling officials, please make your way to Arcose as well. The meeting place shall be at the Royal Palace!"The message would cease after that. It was being broadcasted from the Palace itself, and for those who would arrive, they would be directed to the dining hall, where Koldar and his currently acting Chancellor, Voca, were at. They had finally gotten some rest, brimming with plenty of energy in their old bodies. Voca would be sitting in one of the chairs, feet kicked up to the table as he tilted back in his chair, while Koldar stood over at one of the open windows, looking down to the quiet streets below as they waited patiently. They had already discussed with each other and came to an agreement that things were moving a bit too slowly for them, especially since Koldar had neglected to mention the identities of the two fellow rulers of Arcose! They were, undoubtedly, going to be irritable at that, but since he had been lacking decent sleep, it was an unfortunate slip of memory. ( Captain Botany, Furu, Wyntre Cold, Zexama, Abzerute, Taiga, Orenji, Glaze(Logic), Glacius Celcius and to any other members of the Arcosian Empire/Arcosian Federation of Planets, make your way here!)

Taiga thread PL: 101,307 Suppressed Form Active! Medium Weights Equipped, granting 50% PL Gains! New Thread PL: 50,653
Taiga had been milling away in the nearby spaceport, reading war reports and reconstruction efforts ongoing. For the vast majority of these, Taiga is only further and further irritated. Many of these reports seem to have been rushed, or haphazardly thrown together fusing only generalized descriptions. He sets the data device down on a nearby desk and pinches the bridge of his nose, emitting a low, growling sigh.
How had things been allowed to become so inefficient? He lets his hand fall loosely to his side, wondering what exactly he would be able to do, when his scouter blips and beeps. A transmission? This is Koldar's voice... Taiga listens to the message, and is immediately shaken by the very first sentence; Arcosian Federation? Federation!? The word seems to stagger Taiga, who slams his right forearm against the nearest wall to hold himself up.
When had this happened?! And why did it happen?!
"Koldar... you bastard... you think you can..." Taiga growls as he listens to the rest of the message, his fury boiling into outright hatred. His brow furrows further at the mention of two acting ruling officials. What did that even mean? The fool is splitting up the authority of a central figure between two more fools?!
The message ends, and Taiga leaves the base to stare out towards the Palace. Once a beacon of Arcosian power, now reduced to the site of future political bickering. Fury almost seems to glint in his crimson eyes, as the expression on his face fully reveals the levels of hate and anger he now is experiencing. But above even those, is confusion. There were now too many questions racing through his mind, and no answers.
Without realizing it, Taiga had been clenching his hands into tight fists, and small flicks of electric Ki would randomly jolt across his body. The display of barely controlled power causes several soldiers to promptly make themselves scarce, lest the Arcosian General lash out; but it is not they who Taiga desires to harm... After a few minutes, Taiga manages to collect himself, taking control of his raging emotions. He would not get answers by blindly attacking Koldar, or his apparent fellow leaders. No, he would need to attend this meeting. From there, he would determine his next steps. What they would be, he would have to figure out on the fly.
For now, the Arcosian General begins down the path towards the Palace in the distance. From the base, it would take at least a full standard hour to reach the Palace on foot; he could easily shorten the trip by flying, but that would be unwise. He needs the time to fully place himself in check. And, as it turns out, this had been the correct action; while his anger and newfound hatred still boiled under the surface of Taiga's demeanor, he had returned to maintaining a calm, neutral expression and body language. He finally reaches the Palace doors, and clasps his hands behind his back.
Almost immediately, Taiga is noticed by one of the many servants - Or Palace workers would be the new term, Taiga surmises irritably.
"Ah! General Taiga; Supreme Commander Koldar was expecting you." the sycophant quips. "If you'll follow me, I have been ordered to take you, and other important individuals, to Koldar directly."
Taiga says nothing, but gestures his acceptance with a simple nod. The servant smiles and gestures, now leading the General through the Palace to a set of well embroidered doors. When they open, Taiga's brows furrow as he walks over the threshold and into what appears to be a wide dining room. Taiga immediately takes in the sight, and shoots a quick but obviously disgusted leer at the relaxing Heran, Voca.
His eyes trail over to Koldar, who stands near a window, watching the goings-on of the city.
"General Taiga, reporting." Taiga announces in a terse tone. He does not sit at the table, he does not approach Koldar or Voca, and he does not unclasp his hands from behind his back. It is extremely brief, but Taiga's crimson eyes almost brim with malice.

"Captain Botany. Also reporting." The soldier stepped out from behind the seasoned general and stood straight, his hands to the side. He wasn't next to or in line with the general, he just came out so that they could see him. His uniform was not accompanied by his blaster this time. Instead he just wore his helmet and scouter. He stared straight at the supreme commander from where he stood, ready for further instruction. He wasn't even close to being use to treatment like this. He thought of himself as only a captain, anyway.
The captain had been in the garrison when he got the order. He took his time to freshen his armor up and removed his blaster and the cord for it from his helmet. He didn't know what was to be discussed. Of course, one of the topics would be, yet again, about the Federation. But he was also calling military figures, so there would have had to be more to it. Guard officers and generals were not exactly political people, so it would be confusing if that was all to talk about.
When he arrived at the palace, he noticed a strange red, blue, and white Acrosian. He wasn't sure who they were, but with all the new Acrosians popping up like Abzerute and Wyntre, it was becoming more commonplace for him. He looked around the halls and noticed the hole Abzerute had produced was gone from the ground. That would have been an awkward sight for newcomers anyway. He still remembered those events and hoped that some of it would at least be addressed.
When he came into the meeting place, he waited a second for the Acrosian to introduce himself. He remembered that Taiga was a very notorious general, especially with his skill. With all the powerful people showing up, he felt more confident in the empire.
He still thought of it as an empire. To say it was a federation was weird. It didn't sit right with him. He didn't know why. He guessed that it was the nature the empire held prior. It wasn't the same thing Koldar was trying to make it now.
But he wasn't going to think about that. Stepping out to reveal himself, he wanted to announce his arrival per military conduct. He was no Noble nor was he a politician, so he had to abide by those rules. Even if others weren't required to.

Koldar was organising a meeting. That was, at first, the only thing she knew about it. Inevitably, more information came through. Time, location, perhaps even purpose. Wyntre was to be there, of course: she was worried, however, that whatever plan Koldar had concocted might rely on her sheer power and not, say, anything but conquering. He had a plan, that much was certain.
She had flown in the Valiance hours ago after having had concluded her business on Earth. She had made contact with the Blue Banner Army but had not met the Administrator, like she hoped she would. But, alas, that is the past, and changing the events of the past generally isn’t worth the trouble.
The chair rotated to reveal that Wyntre was there the entire time, because of course it did.

Time to see which foot Koldar would stick into his mouth this time around. the bronze Arcosian thought to himself when Koldar's initial message regarding the meeting had arrived to his Scouter. It was a very short trip to the dining hall since he was still taking up residence in the Arcosian palace, and took up a seat at the table as he waited for everyone else to arrive. Of course Wyntre decided to be dramatic about the whole thing with her chair twirling antics, and this General Taiga was definitely not pleased. No doubt due to Koldar's Federation declaration... Nice to see that Botany was still around though after their last meeting. The former Emperor merely gave a nod to each entity as they came into the room, his Scouter tracking everyones respective power levels.

The first was Abzerute, whocd taken a seat very quietly in the room. After that came an unexpected individual, whom Koldar was glad to see: General Taiga! Right behind him came Captain Botany. Koldar turned from the window briefly, gesturing at the chair around the dining table and stating, "Please have a seat. We'll be getting started shortly."As he stated this, Wyntre came in, who'd been away on Earth for a bit to handle both business for the Federation and her own personal business! She greeted them as she took her own seat. She was greatly restraining her power. Koldar didn't mind, though. It showed that she was alright with the meeting call and didn't want to startle people with her real strength! Time was passing quickly, the call for a meeting not being heeded enough. The Supreme Commander couldn't wait for Vinograd and any others to show up. They'd have to simply inform them when they'd eventually get there... Assuming they arrived in time for the meeting! Koldar turned from the window and greeted everyone, telling them, "Good day to you all of the Arcosian Federation of Planets, or as you may be still thinking of it, the Arcosian Empire! This is the first discussion as a group of individuals leading their planets and the new Federation, whether currently or in the future, as a whole!"He paused, taking a seat at the end of the large dining table, to face the whole crowd. "We've several things to discuss, but for those who didn't hear of this declaration to a Federation of Planets, amd why Arcose is led by 3 individuals who are, for the most part, commanding the Federation as a whole, allow me to explain. The reason this decision was made, with Empress Wyntre and Emperor Abzerute, is to establish a new, reliable base for those within this space can build a new power and society. Within about three of Earth's years, alone, we have seen the throne of the Arcosian Empire be passed hand in hand between four individuals, with two of rulers having either been slain by the SSE or by that who was the 3rd emperor that I personally replaced upon him becoming missing for too long. Even under my leadership, we've shown that the Empire cannot recover into what is! In fact, had Wyntre not arrived, Arcose would've fallen victim to individuals who fought against each other before being slain and communed a partnership in the afterlife... Most individuals in this room know what I speak of."He paused once more, looking towards the 3 other Arcosians in the room. Wyntre, Taiga, and Abzerute claimed to have been slain and developed in the afterlife! Kaza and that white horned and white skinned individual had attested to this belief to being reality! "With the last attack from the Majin Kaza, and the former Queen, Vennel, assaulting Arcose, we had lost immediate communications with our allies within the Mazoku Dominion, but we had learned days after this initial broadcast that the SSE invaded Namek with full force! We have yet to hear the results of this, but this is also why we've decided to make the Federation from the parts of the Arcosian Empire. We are a communion of many species across the sector and have ruled too poorly as solitary rulers. Therefore, we will henceforth have leaders of the Federation be those chosen by its people, or by currently acting leaders within the Federation... Questions do far?"( Taiga, you're up! Orenji, get here asap! Same goes to any other members of the Arcosian Federation/Empire!)

Taiga watches silently as a soldier enters just after him, and soon after a chair spun around, revealing someone he had not expected - Wyntre. Taiga's eyes widen, but he quickly composes himself as yet another, though unfamiliar, Arcosian enters the room. However, his initial surprise to Wyntre's presence is quickly replaced by a barely contained anger. He grits his teeth as Koldar speaks so irritatingly nonchalantly about this supposed Federation, only to mockingly refer to it as still the Empire! Whether he realized it or not, the things he spoke were tantamount to treason in Taiga's eyes.
For now, he remained silent as Koldar went on to spout his ill-conceived intent for a complete reformation of the Arcosian Empire into his blasphemy. Taiga still does not take a seat, instead he remains standing near the doors.
"Do you ever listen to yourself..?" Taiga all but mutters, closing his eyes. His hands, still clasped behind his back, tighten as he continues to fight the urge to assail Koldar. "Empress Wyntre... Emperor Abzerute... a Federation.... What absolute nonsense."
Taiga opens his eyes, the hatred now completely visible in his venomous glare.
"You speak as if this establishment still hold any actual authority; as if what you say, or what anyone else in this room says, even matters." the Arcosian General continues. "Whatever authority you think we have is nothing but a delusion. When I stood against Xylo, you were more than glad to step aside and let the Namekian's take our pride, and grind it into the mud. I fought to protect our regime, while you pandered to a new overlord, out of fear of the Saiyans!"
Taiga takes two steps forward, letting his hands fall to his sides, his eyes darting between Wyntre, Koldar, and Abzerute.
"The Empire fell because it became weak! A shell of what it once was!" Taiga growls, his voice rising and reverberating through the expansive room. "We were conquered, Koldar! First the Saiyans, and then the Mazoku Dominion! Both times, I fought with my entire being! When the Saiyan Empire returned, I was the first of our military to respond! You took far too long to join the battle! And YOU-!"
Taiga points an accusatory finger at Wyntre.
"How DARE you show your face here! When I found you in Hell, you assured me that the Empire would survive!" he is now practically bellowing at his former Empress. "But what should I find when I returned?! Certainly not a revitalized Empire! I returned to a decimated Kanassa, I returned to find the Empire in shambles, and YOU nowhere to be found! Your people were being besieged! Your soldiers were dying, and you abandoned us - we needed you!!"
"And I've never even heard of you!" Taiga growls, leering over at Abzerute. "Whatever you think you achieved was short lived, and left in the hands of ...This." Taiga gestures in a rudely casual way at Koldar.
"And now, all it took was ONE Super Saiyan, and their Majin puppet, to rain destruction upon our heads for the fourth time!" Taiga continues furiously. "And now - now you three have the audacity to play rulers, and further insult our heritage by dissecting the Empire and splitting it between yourselves to for this... this Federation!? HAVE YOU LOST YOUR MINDS?!!"
"Those who ruled poorly, did so because their visions for the Empire were weak!" the Arcosian General's face seems to have darkened a bit with his heightened blood pressure.
Taiga looks back at Koldar, hate etched into every line of his face.
"I knew that I couldn't trust you with the Empire's future..!" Taiga accuses. "You think splitting leadership to individual planets, headed by those appointed, could do what a true Emperor or Empress couldn't!? The Empire can't recover, because people like you keep placing themselves on a pedastal, and claim they have all the answers that will return us to prominence! But look at us!! Your ill-chosen desire to form some kind of democratic government to replace the Empire will only serve to further weaken us! I should have known that after everything we've endured, it would be an internal threat that would ultimately undo the Arcosian Empire!"
Taiga turns and walks back towards the door, stopping short of its threshold, and turning back around.
"I warn you now, and only this once - if you persist with this abomination, I will not stand with you." Taiga growls, bringing his tone back down. "I am a General of the true Arcosian Empire. A Federation is an insult to who we are; and you will prove your collective worthlessness if you go through with the conversion."
Taiga glares at Koldar.
"Xylo, and the Mazoku Dominion, are our rulers, thanks to you. And this foolishness will only invite them to return and use further force to enforce their will if they discover this plan of yours." Taiga warns. "And I will not stand in their way."
Taiga fully understands what kind of position he had just placed himself in, and his body tenses, ready to react in case one of these three decide to attack him for what they would perceive as insolence.

Wyntre, Cold Hearted You up.
Botany watched the supreme commander has he spoke. He didn't seem hopeful or as cheery as he was during speeches, but more business like. He was unsure the cause of this. He guessed it was a product of getting serious. While he was behind Taiga, he couldn't help but feel a sense of controlled rage. He couldn't see Taiga's face, so he had no idea where it was coming from. In his mind he tried to search for the source. He didn't have to look very hard, as Taiga then suddenly exploded into his rant. Botany was taken back the sudden fit of outrage, his right foot taking a step back, away from the Acrosian, and his arms raising in shock. His mouth hung open a little bit in awe as he watched the general’s tirade unfold before him. He was at a loss as to how to react to the general, processing everything he was saying. The man was spitting defiance such as leaving his post. All because it was a Federation now. This isn't going to blow over well.As Taiga turned around and started walking out, Botany turned his body so that he was out of his way. His teeth clenched as he tensed up. It didn't help that he didn't have his blaster on him, which was his main form of protection. He definitely didn't want a fight breaking out. Especially with the power levels in the room. He turned to look at the other Acrosians and how they would react. The alien did insult every single one of them. Especially Koldar, claiming that Xylo had given him the illusion of power. The meeting was going the exact opposite of what he had expected, so he thought that one of them lashing out wouldn't be out of the question.

There were plenty there: Botany, Koldar, Taiga and Abzerute. Some were more pleased to see her than others. "Careful, Koldar, you might be misinterpreted. To clarify: the Federation is not replacing the Empire. The Federation is merely another aspect of the Empire." Otherwise, there'd be HFIL to pay. Ah, but it seemed Taiga had problems of his own. Some of these problems, it seemed, were concerned with her. "Hello, Taiga. It's a pleasure to see you, too." She looked around the room to read the general atmosphere. "I admit it— lives could have been saved if I had gotten into the action sooner." Could have been saved, though, the distinction was imperative: it was also very likely that getting involved earlier would have only resulted in her dying (again) and without having anything to show for it. "But we're here now and, by not co-operating, you are failing your planet." It was put in simple terms for a reason. She stood up. This was the exact sort of scenario that would warrant a good standing up. "Oh please, Taiga, you overreact. We wouldn't wish democracy on our worst enemies." In particular their worst enemies— could you imagine the torture of having to listen to the opinions of each and every Saiyan? She shivered at the thought. "People die. With relatively few exceptions, this is the way it has worked, is working and will almost certainly continue to work. The more centralized the government is the more it dies alongside its rulers. Koldar does not claim that this is a silver bullet, but at least he's doing something about it." Wait, was she defending Koldar now? There's a first time for everything. "If you do not stand with us, you do not stand with Arcose. If you do not stand with us, you turn your back to the Arcosian Empire. It's as simple as that." Pause. "If there's one thing I ask of you, it is this: stand with us. Stand with Arcose."And she sat straight on back down.

Well this was going so well so far. Abzerute mused to himself as Taiga went on his tirade after Koldar's speech. Of course Wyntre then put in her two cents to try and potentially guilt trip the general into remaining, with just a not so subtle hint of a threat. The bronze Arcosian sighed before standing up and walking over towards Taiga. "I can't blame you for not having any knowledge of my actions, my reign was relatively short-lived compared to Wyntre and Koldars, but I shall enlighten you so that you're aware of why I'm here." he said. "After Wyntre's demise, you know that the Empire fell into bickering Fiefdoms engaging in civil war. I ended that and reforged the Empire, making Yardrat the capital whilst Arcose itself was dead before it was revived and the capital moved back to here." explained the former Emperor. "Then Retsu and his over-powered child creature killed me and took over, formed an ill-chosen alliance with the nascent Mazoku Dominion and plunged us into this war before they disappeared, leaving the mess that we're currently in in Koldar's lap." he summarised, rubbing a hand across the back of his neck. "What these events have shown however, is that our society can no longer function with a singular ruler. Hence his notion of forming a triumvirate of leaders on each world within the Empire, and rebranding it as a Federation." Abzerute explained. "You're a military officer. A fine one from what I recall of your records General Taiga. You know that an army marches on its stomach. As it is, our military is outclassed right now by the Dominion and the SSE. We need to recuperate, recover, recruit and then we can retaliate." said the bronze Arcosian. "Consider it this way. By realigning the Empire into this Federation, it gives the other worlds the notion that they have an equal say in how things will progress. That will foster new trade routes and supplies throughout our territory as they try to drum up more business. With these supposed new business opportunities, our economy will be revitalised, which in turn means more financial backing for our military." the former Emperor explained. "And with more financial backing for your army General Taiga, you can equip your soldiers with better weapons, better ships, better training facilities and thus be able to better prevent history from repeating itself." he said, drawing the conclusion for the General, presenting the positive and future applications and prospects for this Federation that Koldar was proposing. Now he just had to hope that Koldar didn't try to contradict him in all of this. He offered his hand towards Taiga. "What say you General? With a stronger economy and military force, we can break free of the Dominions control over our territory and end this war we're in." Koldar Frost

Koldar remained quiet, as Taiga first and foremost reacted, as Botany remained silent. Accusations of being conquered was hurled in Koldar's face, the old Arcosian's expression remaining quite stalwart. Voca, however, looked just about ready to leap at him, yet chose to exit the room to keep his temper in check as Taiga spouted his rage filled insults about how Koldar was about to kill the Empire by converting it to this Federation idea Koldar had been moving towards! In truth, it did injure the idea of the Empire being in power. However, Wyntre sought to rectify this, first! "Aye," Koldar agreed to Wyntre's statement, but he couldn't dismiss how it also appeared, "This does appear as though I intend to demolish the Empire, but that is not the case... A welcome ear is preferred before you go out those doors, General!"Wyntre sought to guilt trip Taiga, while admitting her faults. She clarified that she'd not use the method of Democracy to rule this Federation identity that the Empire would be using! Koldar only remained seated, as the explanations came out from her. She then sought to effectively threaten Koldar, which the Supreme Commander would've intercepted verbally... But Abzerute was with haste in this! "He is probably best to explain this, after all," Koldar thought to himself, as Abzerute spoke about what had happened between he and Koldar, "There's a great bit of detail we've to go over before we can begin this meeting... Botany will undoubtedly have something to say about this, if he's shown that he has permission to speak and that he'll be one of the leaders of the Beri-Seijinn."Abzerute then stated that the alliance with the Mazoku was ill-gotten for them, but Koldar had to disagree. The alliance with them has bided them time to develop their power! To allow them to reconvene together like this, so that they could determine the best courses of action for their people. That, Koldar would've wanted to correct there, but the Bronze youngster was yet to be done. Abzerute sought to appeal to Taiga's conscious state of being, as a soldier and a leader of soldiers. He focused in that this alliance was intent to permit more trade of necessary supplies and manpower for the armies to be led against those that were against them! He finally asked Taiga what he thought about this, queueing Koldar to speak up! "Taiga... And Botany," Koldar spoke, addressing the Captain as well in this regards, "I implore you two to have a seat and debate our next course of action. Much of what they say is true, but there is some to correct... Please, sit with us and help determine the course of the Empire for a new golden age!"( Taiga , your go! Koldar wishes for them to sit and talk with the Triumvirate of Arcose, to help steer the Empire in the best direction possible!)

Music!
When Wyntre speaks, she only manages to feed Taiga's fury further; she accuses him of failure?! Her arrogant dismissal of the effect she would have had for Arcose's battles to survive smack the General in the worst ways. She didn't need to tell him that people die; he'd said the very same thing to Koldar. But the blatant disregard for the purpose she was meant to serve felt like poison.
"You have lost your right to lay judgement, your highness, when you hid away while the Saiyans continued to assail us. You may have great power, but you certainly do not deserve it." Taiga spits back venomously. "And you can keep your threats to yourself; you know as well as I do that it's pointless to people like us, who have escaped from the depths of Hell itself."
He was ready to walk out right then and there, when Abzerute spoke up. This being truly seemed to believe in this decision to reorganize the Empire into the Federation. And as the bronze Arcosian spoke, Taiga physically felt his body beginning to loosen, his shoulders drooping slightly as the tenseness ebbed. As Abzerute finished speaking, Taiga turns slightly towards him, and looks at the hand outstretched to him; and then Koldar chimed in.
In a manner that surprises even himself, Taiga begins to laugh. But it is not a humored laugh; rather it is laced with the same venomous hate that was constricting around Taiga's heart. It is a cold, eerie laughter. Taiga turns fully towards the group, his eyes brimming with malice, and his lips stretch in a vile grin.
"Forgive me, I just found your counter statements to be so... inspiring." Taiga replies coldly, still grinning. "My anger, and desire to remain a staunch example of loyalty to the Empire... you've all inspired me to indeed look past it, and towards becoming something more."
Taiga clasps his hands behind his back. He looks at Abzerute with a wicked smile.
"I thank you for explaining your part in maintaining what little was left after my own death, it can't have been easy to suppress those bickering groups while the Saiyans took their own shares of our territory." the crimson-skinned General says. "I'll be sure to find this Retsu you mentioned."
He leaves that sentence intentionally vague, and looks between Wyntre and Koldar.
"I allowed my anger to get the better of me, but I'll not likely allow it a second time." he continues. There is something in the way he speaks, in his tone, that bleeds of sinister intent. "As you say, Abzerute, I am a General. Prematurely promoted to this rank when Koldar had no one else to turn to; my loyalty to the Empire must have been quite a perk. But I must disagree with one thing; slaves and servants have no reason to have a say in anything."
Taiga allows a moment of awkward silence.
"Our people were meant to be superior, and yet our complacency has been detrimental." Taiga says, closing his eyes. "The Empire lost sight of what it was long ago... Perhaps centuries ago. I was wrong to think that Koldar was the problem; his, and now your, beliefs are the direct result of a cultural collapse. The fall of the Empire and reformation into the Federation is a symptom. Of course..."
Taiga's eyes open again, and he walks forward to the end of the table, taking a seat and weaving his fingers together.
"Yes, history must not repeat itself; evolution is required now. Thank you for helping me understand this." Taiga finishes, still retaining the chilling expression on his face. "By all means, excuse my overreacted outburst. You have things you wish to suggest." Captain Botany you're up!

Wyntre Cold
Botany did as commanded, weary of the general. Sitting down at one of the sides of the table, he looked back at the disgruntled high officer who was laughing at Koldar. He didn't like what Taiga was saying, as he was weaving it with aggression and hate. Taiga was planning something, he knew it, but he wasn't sure what. This time, I won't be so foolish to think that these politics won't touch me.He was then taken back by his statement on slaves and servants. Had Orenji been here, he would have made a move at that statement. Botany would have too, if he were a higher rank. Instead he held himself. Wyntre wouldn't have feigned insult to the statement, and he suspected Abz wouldn't either. Koldar probably would make a statement. He lit out a quiet sigh as the Acrosian sat down. He didn't find bickering or fighting to be of use anyway. They already had one bloody civil war, they certainly didn't need another war. "With the amount of dead people talking, I don't see why we shouldn't just shoot ourselves in front of the SSE and come back when they bug off. No need from some slug lord to protect us that way."He didn't look at anyone but the table in front of him when he spoke. The joke was more for his sake than anyone else to diffuse the situation. He needed to loosen himself up anyway.

Orenji was at the medical center area of the palace and working on a crucial patient that was in a life or death situation. After being called to the meeting via scouter, he had to put it on hold as he had a life to save. Sweat kept dropping from his face as he continued to work diligently. After successfully saving an Arcosian member's life, he smiled.
"We almost lost you. However, I was able to save your life. Stay safe."
The arcosian had left, and Orenji sitting down on his stool with wheels as he released a sigh of relief. Orenji didn't have time to rest, a meeting was already in progress and he had almost forgot about it! Orenji took his run straight to the meeting with a surgical mask underneath his chin, and wearing his uniform of a medical profession as he raced to the meeting room. The nearby soldiers had saluted him and Orenji finally arrived at the door to the meeting room. Orenji took in a big inhale of breath and walked inside the meeting room as he casually released it.
"Sorry I'm late everyone, I was stuck in surgery with a patient which was a life or death situation. The arcosian is doing fine now.."
Orenji would take his seat at the empty chair after properly saluting the higher ups.

"'Hid away'? 'Hid away'? Is that what you thought I did?" The very thought of it was incredulous, even if she asked calmly. "I was dead, Taiga. And, for the time I wasn't dead, I was training." She let go of her suppressions so that it was made clear what that training has granted but, only moments later, the suppressions came back. "Training to get the power I supposedly do not deserve. Training to make sure this sort of thing doesn't happen again." And all they were in the same room, facing the same problems. But above that, Wyntre was wondering what part of her speech Taiga thought was a threat. Did Taiga truly believe that he could become greater than the Empire? Surely he is not that foolish. But, Taiga did bring up some points. Should slaves and servants have any say? The answer for Wyntre was, of course, an astounding 'yes'. "Such a rigid system would promote only stagnation. Many of the most competent generals the Empire has ever seen had proven themselves as worthy servants of the Empire and had only gotten there by having a say."
