(Koldar and Voca Thread PLs: 119,723/89,792.25) (Koldar current form: Suppressed) The day had been very bleak, in light of what had happened only days ago. A funeral procession was had for the soldiers who had their lives taken away by the souls who escaped from hell, Mammon and Majin Kaza. Koldar had given the soldiers who had died in the destructive morning an open casket funeral, a hologram having to represent one of those who lost their lives having no body for them to collect! He didn't hide the fact it was Mammon and Kaza, knowing everyone on Arcose who died and had experienced the afterlife were in the crowd. He vowed that this travesty would not go unavenged and the perpetrators would pay! He had personally destroyed the statues in his rage only an hour after looking at them, despite Wyntre wanting to leave it for her Majin girl to deface them. This started a trend of some very tireless days for the Emperor, and it was clear to those at the open casket funeral that he was gratuitously tired! After it ended though, and he managed to return to the Palace, against his better judgement, he had Voca go collect Wyntre and Abzerute for a meeting that had to happen. Voca had not nearly been as restless as Koldar, but he did spend a night or two without proper sleep. He had a soldier go collect Abzerute, not bothering to hide that Abzerute was also alive himself and having been staying in one of the rooms in the palace within the same floor as Wyntre. They both made their way to the room, while Koldar had gone to the Palace's dining Hall. A servant who was there asked Koldar what he'd like from the kitchen, in which he responded in a harsh tone, "Coffee. Lots of it. The others will state their wishes when they get here."Meanwhile, in one of the spires of the Palace, Voca and the grunt soldier were making their way to the rooms of Abzerute and Wyntre. Upon reaching the floor, he told them, "Be courteous and treat them with the respect that had before: As Leaders of Arcose. Abzerut is one of the Masters, and Wyntre one of the Ladies."The soldier nodded, as he made his way over to Abzerute's room. He'd knock on the door, before requesting his entry. Voca would do the same, announcing himself, "Madam Wyntre Cold? It is Chancellor Voca. Emperor Frost has requested yourself and Master Abzerute to come meet with him in the Dining Hall. I am here to escort you both... It is in regards with what happened four days prior. Are you in?"( Wyntre Cold, Abzerute, Zexama, thread for a meeting to go down!)

PL: 144,147 Current Form: Suppressed
He'd heard the news, hell he'd felt the energies as they'd made their appearance and little stunt. Given that Koldar however had been the one to instigate that little situation, the bronze Arcosian had felt it best to let him handle the situation. Although if he'd detected any attempts to genuinely destroy Arcose on their part, then he would have launched his own full power against them, irregardless of Koldar and himself's agreement to keep his resurrection a secret.
What concerned him however was that Wyntre had chosen that moment to make her own return... Her return had not been unexpected, but the timing was definitely far more... fortuitous than Abzerute liked to consider.
But that was something to consider for another time, since one of Koldar's grunts had arrived at his chambers and said that Emperor Frost was requesting his presence in the dining hall to discuss what had happened merely four days ago. "It's been that long hmm?" Abzerute mused before shrugging, foregoing his weighted armour as he followed the soldier down towards the Dining Hall. Upon his arrival he spotted the attention of one of the servants appearing next to himself.
He recognised them as being one of the regular staff who were often sent for drinks during meetings in the past. "I'll have a liqueur. And best leave the bottle with me. I feel this meeting could take some getting through." he said, not waiting for the servant to formerly ask him what he'd like to drink.
Abzerute made his way towards the table and took up a seat in the middle of the table's length. "I would suggest getting some rest, but I suppose that would fall upon deaf ears at this time." he offered towards the older Arcosian.

( Wyntre Cold hop in when you're able!) The soldier saw that Abzerute was awake and saluted them, after explaining the details to the Former Emperor. The soldier then turned to Voca and told him, "Chancellor, sir. I shall go on ahead with Lord Abzerute!" Voca waved to the soldier, agreeing with them. He knocked again upon the door, attempting to awaken the Former Empress. At that point, they moved quickly to the dining hall, the soldier standing at the entrance with another, to act as guard to the two. Koldar was acknowledged right after Abzerute requested for liquor, the servant unsure what to get Abzerute. The current Emperor looked to her with groggy eyes, as his coffee was put in front of him in a pint sized clay mug that'd been painted with hues of blues and purples. "Abzerute is a tough man with a large mind and stress. Bring him that whiskey from the Aoi Brenchia," he told her, before directing his attention to Abzerute, "That shall come later, when we've made certain the others who died don't come ripping out if hell like a damn troglodyte hyped on that illegal earth substance with that yellow color... Which is partly why I am calling both you and Wyntre here. I imagine she'll be arriving later, but can catch up quickly. So, first, to you, I must ask how you managed to get out of... Hell..."Koldar shiverred at that statement. He wasn't handling that very well. ( Abzerute your go!)

"So, the penny dropped with their arrival." said Abzerute, smirking despite the situation that Koldar had found himself within. The acceptance that there was in fact a realm of the dead must have shaken the older Arcosian to the core, understandable given his occupation as a soldier for the majority of his lifetime. "I'll start by saying that there is more than one way out of that realm, albeit that they are not all accessible and are in fact nigh impossible to locate by simply searching for them." the bronze Arcosian began as he waited for his drink and accompanying bottle to arrive.
"There's the method that I suspect brought Wyntre back. That being the Dragon Balls from when Arcose was revived through their use. That requires external influences however and is unreliable in this regard." he said, deciding to go through the options before explaining how he'd done so himself. Best to try and rest the man's mind at ease a little at the least.
"Just as there are lanes of travel in space, so too are there hidden paths in the other realm. Its possible to travel from the realm commonly known as Heaven down into Hell, so its possible to do the inverse, and everyone arrives when they die at this Checkout station place, so there must be avenues there as well." he mused, nodding at the servant who decided to arrive with his whiskey and glass. He poured himself a drink, downed it in one go before beginning to pour himself a second as he spoke once more. "But that doesn't answer how I got out, and how I suspect those two bastards managed to get loose as well..." said Abzerute with a sigh.
"In the other realm, there is a substance that one can gather over time... it's a solid mass, but also gaseous at the same time. It's treated like currency there, and can be manipulated into whatever you require. Most cases that being a new body, and when you return to this plane of existence it adds itself to your own power, increasing it quite dramatically depending on how much of this substance you've acquired during your time there." the former Emperor explained, seemingly on an unrelated tangent as he downed his second drink, pouring himself a third.
"However... it is possible, if you can figure it out that is, to use this substance to augment your power and tear open a path between this realm and the next. To literally create a portal that allows you to step from that realm and into this one." he said to Koldar, quickly holding up a finger. "I sealed up my path the very nanosecond I arrived in the throne room, so before your sleep-deprived mind can jump to the conclusion it was about to draw, allow me to cut it off at the pass." Abzerute quickly stated, guessing where that particular train of thought could have led Koldar. "There is one constant however whenever someone is restored to life. They always return to the scene of their death."

Abzerute got into explain to Koldar what he could only assume were the 'mechanics' of how this other realm operated. The mention that this place operated very much like space told Koldar that they weren't going to be able to figure out a plan to block them from their access. Koldar guzzled down his coffee, the hot substance searing him awake as he winced and held a yelp back so he could hear the younger Arcosian! He admitted that it wasn't what Koldar asked about. "Aye, it'd be good for you to explain that part, although the other is very much welcomed," Koldar replied, turning his chair to face Abzerute. Abzerute agreed and focused. A substance existed in this other realm that apparently operated like steroids for the body, once the individual has a body again, and augments the body's natural power upon them creating this passageway out of the Afterlife. Abzerute was getting on a bit of a tangent, so Koldar rotated his hand and stated, "Important information, but focus, Abzerute... Please."The younger Arcosian did... Sort of. He told that the substance, since it is so diversely usable, could augment the individual's power to briefly allow them to create what Koldar could only call, 'A wormhole,' between the realm of the Dead and, with ghoulish attention, to where the individual died on the world! Abzerute seemed to also think Koldar was going to be jumping to conclusions, before having stated the return of these dead people to their bodies... He wasn't wrong, but he didn't know what Koldar was thinking yet. Frost finished the coffee off, a servant coming by with a full coffee pot and capping Koldar off. He thanked them, and let he mug sit for a bit, so he'd not burn himself further. He spoke, "So what you're saying is that this substance creates a passageway to where the individual dies... You arrived in the throne room, where you weren't buried to begin with, so I imagine it doesn't matter on where your dead form is. As for those, 'dragon balls,' that you mentioned... Even after seeing and sensing all these citizens, and the planet too, return, I'd been finding it hard to believe, even though we were all happy for the planet's return."There was so much to take into account! For the reason of this substance's existence in the afterlife, killing someone wasn't going to be a way to keep them from stopping their genocide. It made him think of his son, his first born, in the 60s... He shook his head at that thought, returning to the matter. "So we've this substance that exists only in the realm of the dead that operates in the sort of, 'miracle,' format, if you will, in that it reforms bodies, enhances powers, and allows an individual to basically say, 'You know, I'm bored with being Dead. Lets go back to the living,' and actually enabling that... On top of strengthening them even further for doing so, and returning to the place they've died, instead of their body because they've already GOT a body," Koldar thought aloud, pausing a moment to contemplate this. He then quipped, "That's a hell of a substance to enable that. Is it a normal, common occurrence there?"( Abzerute)

Wyntre winced with one's request. 'Madam' markedly made Madam's manners misaligned momentarily— But, in but a brief blink, her temperament balanced. It struck her as odd, 'Madam'. If she were to be called 'Empress', it would only remind her of her failure. If she were to be called 'Lady', it would do much the same. Going without a title simply didn't feel right which all lead to the inevitable situation in which no matter what she was called, it wasn't good enough. "Certainly," she said to the Heran, "I'll be there shortly." "I have no need for any beverage you might be able to supply." Those were her first words of the day to the two of them. She walked into the room, the nostalgia of it all not acting particularly well on her. "I have enough fine wine stored on my ship to last an army of alcoholics for two and a half centuries. I have selected my very best for this occasion— I hope it is not wasted on a bland conversation."She made prominent what she had brought with her from the Valiance: it looked more like a potion than wine and glowed in a way that would cast the image of a night sky over the walls of a dark room. "I had hoped that my return here would be under better circumstances, but here I am."She eyed the two of them suspiciously. 'Three Emperors in a room...' It sounded like one of Koldar's jokes. "I would tell you about I returned from the Afterlife, but it wouldn't be of use." Her return from hell was only possible because of some outside involvement— outside involvement she had no way to invoke again... and the outside involvement did not rhyme with 'Wagon Halls'. "This substance that you speak of does sound promising, however, although I doubt we'd be able to attain any of it."She walked over to the table and poured herself a glass of the wine. The way it tricked the light didn't seem to comply with what was possible (which was all a part of its charm). "I haven't received any news from Zexama , although perhaps this is a blessing in disguise: we can disguise more serious matters of state." Still standing, she took a slight sip out of her wine and marvelled at its splendour. "I saw that you destroyed the statues, Koldar Frost . I don't blame you— they may have been well designed, but their message was asinine."Her vision strayed to the other Arcosian nearby. "Lord Abzerute ." She didn't much like the titles of 'Master' or 'Madam' and her speech demonstrated this. "It's been a long time, as well as a pleasure." She had a level of respect for Abzerute, just as she did for Koldar, but her feelings on that matter were more complicated than that.

"Essentially yes." the bronze Arcosian said as Koldar summarised what he had been told about the revival methods as well as what the Otherworlds materials could accomplish. "It gathers on people and souls there much like dust gathers on an object over time." he said in answer to the man's question about it being a normal occurrence there. "In most cases though, people are unaware of it accumulating on them, so they recover a body through other means, or use another means to exit that realm, and in the process return here much stronger than they expected." he said in an attempt to reassure Koldar.
He nodded towards Wyntre when she addressed him after she'd spoken towards the Commander. "Lady Wyntre. I'll admit I had been expecting your return after I'd reforged the Empire from the Fiefdoms it had fallen into after your fall." the former Emperor said as he took a drink of his whiskey. "Oh, and the petulant purple prick of a prince down in Hell says hello." said Abzerute, letting his disdain for that particular entity show in his voice. "Pray you never have to meet and put up with him Koldar by the way." he quickly said, pointing a finger towards the current owner of the throne before taking another drink. "I'd rather sit through meetings regarding interplanetary tax and exchange rates, hell, even popularity poll reports than deal with him again..."

The Heran gave a mental sigh, hearing her voice inside. She was intending to handle her own business and that was something he wasn't needed for. He made his way down in a blur, arriving at the entryway of the dining hall to overhear the talk of the afterlife. He bowed to the two before entering and had been given a chair to sit at the table with Koldar. Wyntre, meanwhile, appeared quite soon as well, in her true form... Yet, she wasn't flaunting it out in the open. Wyntre commented about how those statues were asinine, and was also quick to provide her quick points about these subjects, and informed them that they still had yet to hear from Zexama. "If you've a right hand, such as myself, I would welcome them joining us," Koldar spoke, his direction of focus outwardly to both former Emperor and Empress, "And this purple individual sounds like a pain in the ass to get on even your nerves... And that was to inform you that, at the current time and is still permeating despite our increasing numbers, that we were lacking the ability to accumulate people. It is a part of militarism, Abzerute, as much as it is a pain for me to get through too. It's a powerful tool one can use, bringing in outsiders or friends into the fold... At least, that was at the time when we could consider the Earth before my discovery of Zucceta on Earth, with their leaders..."Koldar paused a moment to sip from the steaming cup of coffee. Voca took to being quiet for the time being, only asking for a steak to be cooked for them to the servant, along with some other foods. While it was the morning, Voca and Koldar had been up for a while and could use some food fuel their brains. With careful placement of the pint upon the table, Koldar continued, his voice strained a bit, "I've been considering how we are to handle transferring leadership to you two, while also maintaining myself in a position to be a representative of Arcose... There is some catch up information I must give to you, Wyntre. I've made a decree, recently, for the Empire to become a Federation of Planets, which are to be led by one to three representatives of each planet; prominently aiming for 3 upon each of the worlds in the Empire. I intend to keep Arcose's government to be led by, 'Empirical Rulers,' but I intend there to be 3 leading the world, with power that varies between each. Arcose will also remain as the main head of this operation, giving final thoughts and decisions on matters concerning the state of the Federation. On top of this, due to our foes having been rendering our allies and our own planet dead at one point and another, I've chosen to create the Planetary Terraforming Organization, in an effort to pool together the knowledge of all scientists in the Arcosian Federation's sector together. While it's not showing fruit, I also intend there to be leaders with a single, unifying technique for when there comes a time that we combine our power to defeat our foes... There are other matters, but those are the important ones from that day."( Wyntre Cold)

"Ah. So you've met Beelzebub too, I take it?" Her tone betrayed her amusement. "He had me fight a giant ant, you know. King Anthony III of the kingdom of nowhere in particular. It was terrible." She left out the bit about how if Anthony were in the room, he'd be the second most powerful at full force.
"Zexama is either on her way here or dead. If she were dead, she'd at least be haunting me. However, since I am not being haunted, I believe that it'd be safe to conclude that she should get here. Eventually." Zexama was predictably erratic in a way Wyntre had ways to control. They knew each other— Wyntre knew that Zexama would never miss out on an opportunity to annoy Wyntre and Zexama knew that Wyntre knew it. It was a horrible system, but it worked.
Wyntre froze at the mention of Zucceta on Earth. She knew about it, of course, but it had always nagged her in the back of her mind that, during her time on Earth, she was on the same planet as the one who destroyed Arcose. They had even met (or, rather, she had met the Great Saiyaman Neo), but Wyntre did not know this.
As Koldar continued speaking, however, Wyntre was continually shocked and shocked and shocked again.
A Federation? She didn't like the sound of that. A Triarchy? History has shown that those tended not to last long. Feudalistic-style serfdom? Risky.
The news about the Planetary Terraforming Organisation wasn't particularly worrying but, then again, it wasn't particularly important either (at least compared to the other news). Much the same could be said of the news about Koldar's intention about his technique: interesting and promising, but outshined.
She audibly sighed, her expressions stiffening. She gave Koldar a look that could melt tungsten. "So you're intending to have three Emperors, I take it, or would you rather insult us by calling us 'presidents' or 'kings/'queens'?" That was not intended to be answered. She took another sip from her wine. "The shift to a triarchic feudal system…" She didn't finish that train of thought/speech. "I am the last member of the Cold Dynasty. My power is greater perhaps than any Arcosian to have ever lived. I have attained the Royal Form and have nearly mastered it. My only faults were being murdered defending the planet and my supposed responsibility in Earth's failure to respond." She looked out to Arcose through the window and recognised the exact place where the Seed of Might landed… "I died for Arcose and I am willing to do so again, if need be… but I will only truly be able to help as its Empress."

"I think I would have preferred the ant." said the bronze Arcosian with a snort. "I got pummeled by a gargantuan brute named Biff, then had to go collect some toy thing for the bastard before he would keep his end of the deal." he exposited, sitting back in his chair and drinking his whiskey as he watched Wyntre's reactions to Koldar's plans for the future of the Arcosian Empire, no, the Federation Of Planets. When she reacted as he had expected her to, he looked over towards Koldar with a smirk and a shrug. "Almost sad I didn't put zeni on this. Told you she wouldn't be up for it." he said, taking a sip before he looked towards the former Empress.
"And he hasn't even told you the best parts yet." said Abzerute. "In one iteration of this plan, he was considering having Retsu be a part of our Arcosian triumvirate. And to top it off, every leader of the worlds would know a technique that is comparable to the Death Ball... although when that part got announced, everyone missed out the "comparable" part and just assumed he was handing out Death Balls to anyone who proved their strength." he said as he took a sip of his whiskey. "Hence our recent visitors from Hell." the former Emperor said with a side-glance towards the older military Arcosian.
He took a larger draught of his drink though before he decided to weigh in on this conversation properly. "Logically the plan makes sense. Especially given the Empire's recent history and track record given the leadership and what happened after they were eliminated or disappeared." said Abzerute. "When you fell, the Empire fell apart and became embroiled in a planetary civil war as each of their Kings, Queens and Presidents and other such rulers began to vie for dominance over the others." he pointed out to her, just in case she hadn't been caught up yet about the aftermath and fallout of her death.
"I managed to pull it back together into an Empire, letting the worlds hold their own autonomy in order to get the Empires infrastructure working again... then I got killed by Retsu's pet creature and he took over. Which in turn led to our being subsumed by the Mazoku Dominion because of his desire to start a war with the Solar Saiyan Empire as soon as he could, and his poor choice in alliances." Abzerute stated. "He of course vanished, leaving the gap for Koldar here to fill in, in order to try and keep our Empire from being absorbed completely by the Dominion, and the war we currently find ourselves in."
He sighed as he rubbed the gem on his forehead. "I for one am not fond of having history repeat itself when we can prevent it from doing so. Koldar's triumvirate plan ensures that even if one were to fall or vanish, then the other two would still be there to lead the Federation till a third can join their ranks once more. And they can keep each other in check, in theory." he said before a thought crossed his mind and he found himself chuckling.
"And given our tendencies during our reigns, it would provide a certain level of balance. You were focused on ensuring alliances and such, I was focused on rebuilding the Empire, and Retsu was trying to push for conflict and resolutions regarding past transgressions... A role I'd be more than happy for Commander Koldar to fill instead of Retsu." he said, laying out a sort of counter-offer on the table. It would allow Koldar to maintain some sort of voice in how this Federation plan of his progressed, whilst also keeping Retsu out of the loop if that bastard ever managed to rear his head again. "We can figure out the exact titles later once we've got everything else hashed out. And what you say is true, you are quite possibly the strongest Arcosian at this moment in time. But this room is currently housing all of the strongest Arcosians the Empire currently has, from what data I've been able to gather. Something to consider, don't you think?" he mused.

Wyntre spoke disdainfully after the mention of Zucceta, a wound that Koldar recognized to begin with. She wished to be Empress again so that she could be a defender of Arcose once more, questioning if they were be known as Emperors, Kings and Queens, or, 'Presidents.' Koldar laughed a bit, stating, "Arcose shall retain the Empirical ways, as that is tradition. However, it shall be three."Abzerute chose this time to spoke up, to speak of his critiques and clear dislike for the technique Koldar was aiming to give out to the other planets in the system, while also noting that the individuals upon these worlds were focused so primarily on the Death Ball. This was particular with the mention of Retsu entering the fold... A decision Koldar would have to tell them he had changed his mind about. He also reasoned that this was why Kaza and Mammon revisited the planet for the technique! Koldar bit the inside of his lip. He looked towards Abzerute, while Voca called out, "That's a load of cra-""Voca, hold your tongue! He's not done yet."As Koldar stated, this was true! The Bronze Emperor continued on, elaborating on what had happened in the recent years, how repeating history has led to Arcose getting shafted by their adversary's weapons, the Empire's enemy having much sooner unified than Arcose. Abzerute went into explanation about how the system would operate, between the three Emperors. He already knew Koldar's plan to begin with and was explaining the important parts of it well. He even came up with the idea to have Koldar remain in power, instead of Retsu joining the fold. He also prodded the statement of Wyntre being their strongest, bringing up how all three of them were the strongest of the Arcosian people, on top of this! Koldar took the time to speak, explaining, "And you are right on this, about Retsu... He is not fit, as of a recent conversation I had with him hours before the arrival of those two, who I would say only happened to arrive a little after I brought up this technique I intend the Federation leaders to know, but not be able to teach. As for titles, we will remain with the title of Emperor. Although, secondary titles would be appropriate as well. As you may have heard myself prefer to be called, as a military man, Supreme Commander is my preferred title. Responsibilities would be handling the main forces within the Arcosian Federation of Planets, or at the least, Arcose's own forces. This role would be the proprietor of that profound technique, of which you had a sample of earlier, Abzerute, but in a more unique format."( Wyntre Cold, you're up!)

Oh, sure, it made sense. If one of the three were to die, or was otherwise displaced, the other two would continue in their administration until the dead/displaced one either returned or was replaced. There was, however, one quite large issue... its continued usage was doubtful at best. Similar systems had been used and worked well enough until one of the 'Emperors' took all of the power for him or herself. Similarly, other such systems were highly prone to a large division of territory between 'Emperors'. Neither of these things would have been in any way beneficial. "Indeed." Galactic events were by no means entirely unbeknownst to her. Indeed, due to her various strong connections with Arcose and the palace staff, Wyntre had remote access to the facility's camera footage from Earth. Her curiosity had been captured by the mysterious NOXA as a result of this, but no further indication of her existence had been found anywhere else at all. It was a good thing, too— Wyntre didn't think she would have been able to beat her in a fight if it came to it until recently. Either way, she thought of NOXA as Retsu's inordinately power and presumably deceased 'Zexama'-type figure. Perhaps the same could have been said for Voca. "It makes sense, in theory. You'd have to be careful— The Arcosian Empire, even if a federation, must always remain an Empire. Heaven forbid, it should never become an," she cleared her throat in anticipation for using such an ugly term, "oligarchic republic."Wyntre had a certain level of respect for both Koldar and Retsu, even if she had many faults with both. Retsu and Wyntre had, in their Earth-bound conversations, discussed such matters of state (as well as a few other things, be they the Cold dynasty or sushi), the general consensus of which was that they both respected the other and wouldn't necessarily want to inflict violence against the other but both wanted to regain their lost positions. "Yes, certainly, something to consider." Wyntre took the opportunity to, finally, sit down. Her motion was quite liquid and the chair didn't make any sounds at all when it was moved. "I am aware that, by no doubt, you two are training hard. Keep in mind that the Royal Form most definitely exists; I can show it to you if you'd like. But, the point is, you should be aware of it so that you may better try to attain it. Arcose knows we need more of that sort of power." Especially if they needed to stand up to just about any of the other major galactic factions. Or, if their threats were true, the demon and the Majin. Wyntre was, in a way, relieved to hear of the continuation of Imperial tradition. As for the technique, though, Wyntre had no particular problem with it. Was it a variant of the Death Ball? Apparently, the two were similar, but that could be taken to mean that it was reddish in color so it didn't really mean much. "Supreme Commander Koldar. It flows, one supposes." She went through a series of titles in her mind. "What are you thinking, Abzerute?" She asked this in jest, mostly in mockery of the subject. "'Grand Arbiter Abzerute'? 'High Justice Abzerute'? 'Palatial President Abzerute'?" Wyntre, herself, would have been offended with anything that didn't have 'Empress' in it, even if she was only showing contempt for the concept. She still didn't like the idea of giving such grandiose titles to non-royals, and the very concept of acknowledging another as a rightful Emperor bode very poorly with her.

"Oh, so Retsu's finally decided to rear his head has he?" Abzerute inquired as he took a sip of his whiskey. "Which rock did he crawl out from I wonder? If only it were possible to personally deliver him to that oversized "king" behind the desk in the Afterlife." he mused before sighing and shaking his head. "Although knowing my luck, the bastard would probably catch that purple pricks attention, and the last thing any of us needs is Retsu knowing those techniques..." said the former Emperor with a slight shudder. He did give a light chuckle though. "Although with any luck he'd ignore the warnings and try for times twenty one power and blow himself up." he said with a smirk towards Wyntre.
He flexed his hand as she went on about the Royal Form and the two male Arcosians training so far. "I can feel I'm on the cusp of something, but the effects from my training haven't kicked in just yet to unlock this next stage." he said with a slight shrug. When she began to make title suggestions for himself, the bronze Arcosian rolled his eyes a little. "To be blunt, I don't care at this moment in time. As far as I'm concerned, we can discuss what to call one another aside from Emperor and Empress at a later date." he said.
"Right now, we're still in a war situation with the Solar Saiyan Empire, and have an alliance with the Mazoku Dominion to figure a way out of. Koldar is currently the one that Xylo believes to be in sole control of things, and I think that works more to our advantage right now than declaring any triumvirate leadership. For the moment." the former Emperor suggested to the group. "He'll no doubt suspect your involvement in future dealings if he gets wind of your return to Arcose, but suspicion is one thing. Confirmation is another field entirely. Suspicion we can manipulate and twist to our ends. If Xylo gets confirmation that a triumvirate has formed as the new head of our government, then it may give him some reason to turn on us." said Abzerute as he thought through the scenarios playing through his mind right now.
"Whether through perceived betrayal or through some legal technical loophole. He wants territory, and the formation of a new government may just give him that opening he wants to try and claim our space for his own, rather than simply subverting the Empire and claiming otherwise, as the Dominion has been doing so far." he suggested, rubbing the back of his neck as he sighed. "Taking Xylo out is not going to be an easy matter either... He's also privy to the moves that Beelzebub taught the pair of us," he said as he nodded at Wyntre, "and if he does have a weakness, then he'll no doubt have it kept under close guard or secreted away somewhere."

Wyntre inquired about the training the two had been undergoing, to which the 2nd emperor replied that he was on the brink of something, but the results of that had yet to settle. Koldar simply grunted in agreeance, prompting Wyntre to lay a large claim that she achieved something called, 'the Royal Form,' which got Koldar to look at her and state, outright, "You will have to show us this soon. If this is a real thing, then we will be striving much harder to improve. We've facilities to work with and simply need to use them."Abzerute questioned which rock came crawling out from under, to which Voca replied with a growl, "That damn rock called Earth is where.""Indeed. He seems to think he is the only one who can rule Arcose and wouldn't listen to my warnings, while having been lounging like " Koldar stated, looking at Abzerute particularly and iterating, "I was not joking around when I sent you that AI to comprise what that world's atmosphere effecting people. There is something wrong with that planet... Anyway."Koldar took a swig from his coffee pint, before he continued, "I must explain our situation in the matters of state. We are currently in alliance with them, through annexation to allow ourselves to recover while working for the Mazoku Dominion. However, not long after having talked with Retsu, I received word that the SSE attacked Namek several days before my talk. The attack from a few months ago, Kaza being one of two SSE warriors acting on their own, the other being confirmed as the former Queen of the SSE prior to Zucceta named Vennel, had left out communications in disarray. For all we know, they could be warping here, right now, to do the same... We have already been put in the giant crosshairs of a big gun called the SSE. Worrying about Xylo's thoughts on how his allies are building up power shouldn't be our concern, although it is something we should keep in mind and develop a plan for in case... As for these moves, are you talking that energy syphoning attack and that rapid power charge?"( Wyntre Cold)

Wyntre was about to mention her own Gravity Chamber and how she believed that it and its simulator were no doubt superior to what Abzerute had access to but was not entirely sure of this and decided to leave it unsaid. "Certainly. Chancellor Voca is correct in this regard: Retsu was on Earth. He liked their cuisine. Truly, what depravity some of us have been lowered to." She visibly snarled at the thought. "You know, I haven't actually found an opportunity to use the Makaioken. As you say, I don't have any trouble imagining Retsu abusing the technique at the first opportunity."
"Oh, it goes without saying: I will assist you in the regards of your power, and the transformations available to you. The True Form is not a transformation, but its mastery will lead the way to attain the Royal Form." There was, of course, the Full-Power Form, but Wyntre wasn't much a fan of the prospect. Regardless of that, the simple system of mastering a transformation so as to achieve the next one and the nigh-constant presence of a further transformation was what she was extrapolating to make the assumption that there was something beyond even the Royal Form. It was something to aspire to, at the very least.
Then onto more serious matters: Xylo and his peerage of circus freaks and slug men.
"Yes, I've been keeping up on the politics." You'd have to, to understand any of what was going on. Koldar already seemed to have a pretty solid idea as to the chthonic techniques, but Wyntre decided to ameliorate regardless. " These 'moves' are the Makaioken and the Infernal Downpour. The former allows a massive amount of ki to be used in an attack to the detriment to the user's immediate health while the former feeds on one's enemies' ki and uses it against them that deals against for massive damage. The combination of my having access to these techniques and my presence here would be, I'd imagine, quite alarming to our supposed virescent overlord." She spoke that with mockery as she took a sip of her wine.
She had been so engrossed in speech that she had almost forgotten how brilliantly sapid the wine was. "I agree with Koldar in the regard that Xylo isn't an immediate concern. Or, at least, he isn't our immediate concern. If Xylo were to die the Mazoku Dominion would almost certainly collapse, or at least begin a sharp decline. If that were to happen, our concern is more centred on the Solar Saiyans. They've justified their warmongering and their subsequent landgrab on our alliance with Xylo. If this was anything more than a piteous excuse to expand their empire and if they have any degree of self-decency, they might just return the righteously Arcosian worlds to us once asked of them. If not, if need be, we have a casus belli." She paused momentarily, taking the opportunity to take another sip of her wine. "In the same situation however, if Xylo were to fall, a higher priority would be taking the worlds from the hypothetically-shattering Mazoku Dominion, preferably the culturally Arcosian Imperial ones." Alternatively, they could also take culturally Solar Saiyan Imperial worlds and use them as leverage in the trade. "In any state, Vegeta can not be allowed to hold dominion over Namek. Perhaps Earth can be trusted to defend Namek's inpedendence."
