"No doubt he's worming his way through the Earth's government with his delusion of being in charge..." the bronze Arcosian said with a sigh and shake of his head. "I think it'd probably be best if someone were to make contact with their government in order to curtail any promises or deals the little twerp may have tried to make that he cannot deliver on." he suggested, taking a drink of his whiskey. "I for one do not feel like trying to make good on whatever asinine deals Retsu tries to make. It's how we got into this mess in the first place." he said, looking at the others as he felt that they would be in agreement with him on this point.
He took a drink as he considered the Solar Saiyan Empire situation regarding Namek and the delay of news. "So Vennel and Kaza... at least one Super Saiyan, along with whoever else they may elect to bring with them." he mused, his mind turning over the facts and going over the figures. "If it is just the two of them, then we should be able to deal with them, whilst keeping the collateral damage to a minimum. Especially if we go full power from the start and simply wipe them out on the spot before they have a chance to retaliate." the former Emperor theorised. "Assuming we opt for kill as opposed to capture." he said, almost as if it were an after-thought.
"I've spoken with the current Queen, Habana, back on Kanassa before I formerly took the throne as Emperor, when Zucceta was using the Tree on that world." said Abzerute after taking a drink. "From what I gathered during that talk, and her actions subsequent to taking the throne, she is far more reasonable than either of her predecessors and willing to negotiate." he stated. "Of course, this all hinges on Xylo winding up back in Hell. No small feat given the fact that he has access to the same techniques as ourselves, from what I could infer from that petulant purple pipsqueak princeling." he said, rubbing his chin as a thought came to his mind.
"...This is going to sound like a terrible plan, and could just be the whiskey talking. However given the situation, it may take care of two birds with a single stone as it were." the bronze Arcosian said as he thought through the thought thoroughly. "The Solar Saiyan Empire on its own has yet to be able to bring down Xylo, despite invading Namek. On our own we can't take him down either. But perhaps if we caught him within a pincer, in a secret collaboration with the SSE, we could remove the Namekian from power, whilst also removing the cross-hair we've found ourselves in with the Solar Saiyans." suggested Abzerute to the others.
"It would serve as a stepping stone of good will that would aid our cause in the following negotiations regarding planetary control, as well as demonstrate the capabilities of this new Federation we are creating." he offered as reasoning behind the plan he'd just concocted. "Politically it could work out well as well, since it was Retsu who first instigated the alliance between the Dominion and the Empire, and given the apparent potential for our demise you stepped in simply to ensure our survival. As far as the galaxy is aware." said Abzerute with a respectful gesture towards Koldar. "Thus, this turn of events would be a natural conclusion and thus make our current enemies be more amicable to collusion." he said.
"Thoughts?" the former Emperor inquired of the others, wondering if what he had just suggested was utter madness, or something that could actually work because it was that insane.

Wyntre and Abzerute made their own comments, their own speculations about what they should be doing while also giving their quips about the Earth and Retsu. Abzerute suggested, whilst admitting this possibly being due to his inebriation, that they might be able to reason with the current leadership of the SSE for a means of peace, not taking into account that Koldar had said they attacked Namek not long ago! Meanwhile, Wyntre was trying to think that it was possible that the Earth could actually provide assistance to what was happening to Namek. Voca slammed his hands on the table while standing up and bellowed out, "I would sooner be torn up by the Glacial Belt than see those bastards on Earth be beckoned for assistance! Not after Koldar was strangled after trying to figure out why their damn leader harbored who destroyed Arcose!"The room became quiet for a moment with Voca's outburst at these suggestions. Koldar shot him a glance, immediately telling him, "Voca, keep quiet for the rest of this meeting.""But-""I'm too tired to shout right now, Voca," Koldar interrupted the Heran, "Just do as I say."Voca grumbled for a moment, but sat back down with his arms crossed and gritting his teeth. Koldar then returned his attention to the two, to begin explaining the story to them. His voice was calm in his tiresome state. "While Voca is a little hot headed at the moment, he does speak the truth. Upon finding out that Zucceta was upon the Earth with their leaders, and having been knocked out the first time around, I then called Vi-Poi for a meeting to explain what the meaning of this was, why he was letting Zucceta be present and why he wouldn't assist in punishing the SSE for their transgressions. He wouldn't explain why he not only spared her, but also let her live on that planet after naming the current Queen to succeed her. This had led me to believe that he was protecting her because, like him, she had been a planet destroyer and feels some sort of brotherhood with them in this regards. It was further concreted when I brought this up through immediate strangling while, admittedly, I was experiencing a heart attack due to the seething rage I was having... Which turned out to be some sort of disease I contracted from the destruction of the seed Zucceta used on Arcose and Kanassa, which is strange to me still," Koldar explained in detail, resting his hands on the massive table in front of them while clasping each other, "With this information gathered, I will say that the Earth is not our friend, especially, while that robot is in power. I doubt they would even listen to us state that Retsu doesn't speak for us, choosing only to think of themselves and what they can gain... Namek and Arcose are alone in these times, which is why our alliance with them must be preserved."Koldar looked towards Abzerute, elaborating further to him before either could speak, "I would suggest cutting back on the drinking if you are thinking we can reason with one who had a hand in destroying Arcose and Kanassa in the past. While she may appear reasonable, this is still a Solar Saiyan Empire running on the bloodlust unleashed by the Queen before her, whom she served as the right hand. The memories of that death and destruction the Empire's people have not been snuffed away in some magical cloud, nor have they been snuffed away for the people of Namek. It is for this reason that we cannot back away from this war, and why we cannot afford to dally much longer on this... We still have a ticking time bomb by the name of the former Solar Saiyan Queen, Vennel, as well as the current Queen Habana who's spearheading this war."( Wyntre Cold)

"Oh, certainly. I most certainly won't stop you if decide to alert the Blue Banner Army of Retsu's misgivings."
As for the hypothetical invading Saiyan Imperial Forces and Arcose's chances against them... Wyntre was paradoxically both worried and not worried at once. On one hand, 'the Third Invasion of Arcose' didn't sound very good, especially considering that the first happened only a few years previously. On the other hand, if they were to attack with any more than a few of their powerful members, the Arcosian strongly doubted that Arcose would survive. "Of their elite, sure, perhaps we could defeat two of them. There was only one powerful invader during the first sacking: Zucceta. During the second invasion, there were two: Kaza and Vennel. The combination of the Saiyan 'indignation' of their poorly justified failed invasion and their pride over their accomplishment of learning how to count to three may lead them to continue this pattern. In such a case, we might not be able to manage them." It didn't even have to be three, as long it was an integer more than two.
But, alas, in vino veritas. Or, in this particular case, in whiskey veritas. But, was that to say that what Abzerute was saying was the truth, or just that that was what he truly believed? "The very concept seems unlikely. Was it not the antagonism between Saiyans and Arcosians that Zucceta used to justify her tree-based genocide? Perhaps any attempt to 'team up' with the Saiyans against the Dominion would only result in us gaining two enemies." Especially considering the importance placed in honour by Saiyans and how they only seemed to follow it when it suited them.
As for the chancellor, however... "You seem to have misunderstood." She did not say this accusatively, or in any way aggressively. Rather, it was factually put. "The Earthlings wish to remain neutral and have been harboring Zucceta, yes, we cannot count them as allies. That is why we do not call on them as our allies, but as the ally of the ideal Namek." Other than the relatively recent Mazoku regime, Namek was usually quite peaceful. Their usually peaceful yet isolationist view still held by many Namekians would hopefully resonate with the similar Earthling views. "In this regard, to them, it isn't about 'monkey aliens' or 'lizard aliens' plotting against each other, but doing what they believe to be the right thing." Which was why Earth was so opposed to the Dominion, or so it seemed.
Either way, Wyntre was deeply distrustful of the Arcosian-Namekian 'alliance'.

"Enemy of my enemy as the phrase goes." said Abzerute with a slight shrug. "But if it's expedience we seek, then I have been considering a scenario... although it is somewhat of a last resort situation." the bronze Arcosian admitted as he took a drink of his whiskey. "Xylo's current goal is the defeat of the Solar Saiyan Empire, and the quickest way to defeat a foe like this is to sever the head, or tear out its heart." he stated. "So, Xylo spearheads an invasion of Vegeta itself, and whilst his Dominion forces serve as the distraction, we three move to separate locations around Vegeta, and initiate the Death Ball technique, and destroy the heart of the Solar Saiyan Empire." he offered as a solution to their current war situation. "Since when you try to restore yourself from the Afterlife you need the place you died on to be intact, with Vegeta gone anyone who died there would not be able to be restored." the former Emperor explained to the only Arcosian in the room who had yet to experience the sensation of death and the Afterlife. "Xylo would no doubt try to mop up the remnants of the SSE before he moves on to his next logical target, that of Earth and its threat to his power." said Abzerute. "Rinse and repeat. Then we do the same to Namek when Xylo goes back to his stronghold to celebrate his apparent galactic domination." he said as he took another drink of his whiskey. "Earth and Namek are the only locations I know of with the mystical devices used for planetary restoration on that sort of scale, so without those two worlds no other worlds can be revived or restored after being turned into dust." Abzerute began to explain. "No Dragon Balls, no reviving worlds, no chance for entities who die on those worlds such as Zucceta and Xylo, to revive themselves from the Afterlife." he said, spreading his arms after this as if reaching the climax of a grand presentation. "And we then go to each of the now leaderless worlds and bring them into the fold of the Federation." he said before he tried to refill his glass, frowning as his bottle turned out to be empty. "Thoughts?" the bronze Arcosian inquired of the other two whilst he tried to signal a servant to get him a new bottle. Koldar Frost Wyntre Cold

"That would be a crock of crap," Koldar bluntly responded to the comment about the reasoning about why, "Otherwise, they would not have targeted Kanassa the first time around and used that seed there. Yet, they did! So don't be debating the why. Debate preparation for the invasion of the SSE. We are still without connections to our important networks and they could be knocking on our very doorsteps!"Abzerute brought up the Dragon balls for a moment, implying those worlds should be destroyed and was basically being counter productive. However, he focused onto the leaderless worlds in the AFP space, to which he stated, "That would be more productive. So far, none have really shown up to partake in any tests, even with the premise of a powerful technique. In which case, a different approach will have to be made... Which I've no immediate thoughts on as of yet. Wyntre?"( Wyntre Cold)

"Oh, sure, its expedient, very much so. In fact, if we were to attempt it, there'd even be a chance that it succeeds. There is a problem with it, however, just a little one: it almost certainly won't work. Sure, there's a chance, but there's a higher chance that any one of us could explode at any given instance and I see no need to clean the walls of our entrails at the moment." [She'd go on to elaborate. She hadn't heard much about the Earthly Dragon Balls, so she had no reason to think they were back. Conversely, she had no reason to think they were ever absent at all. "The crux of this plan lies in eliminating the Dragon Balls. Your 'plan' concerning eliminating Earth's Dragon Balls is flawed: it assumes that Xylo would succeed in his invasion of Earth. Furthermore, although I may be wrong in this, I have no reason to believe that Xylo would even attempt to do so." The next part, however, Wyntre believed to be even less likely. "After this, however, your expedient plan would have us defeat Xylo." She wasn't even going to get into how that simply wouldn't work. At least, not with them like this. "How do we know that there aren't ways to revive elsewhere? Even if that were the case, some quick telepathic coordination would allow the deceased to revive into waiting vessels. All of that assumes that the Dragon Balls won't be an element, but they almost certainly will be. If we were to attempt this and succeed at destroying the 'heart' of the Solar Saiyan Empire but fail at everything after this— and even getting that far is uncertain— we'd only anger the Saiyans and turn the Earthlings against us with our only ally being a dominion held together by force, not legitimacy and prestige, which would almost certainly collapse after its leader's death. Not a good position to be in, to be sure." And many of the alternatives weren't much better.
She leaned back ever so slightly and had another sip of wine. She was also against it for one large reason, a reason she was confident the other 'Emperors' would likely attempt to chastise her for if she mentioned it: she was, generally, against genocide. "We live in an age of wonder. A few years ago, the legendary Super Saiyan transformation was just that: legendary. Nowadays, there's enough of them to put the Solar Saiyan yellow hair dye factories out of business. There is no doubt to it, as Administrator Azure and I had discussed over wine: the background ki radiation has been increasing in its oscillatory cycle. This is almost certainly why we are as powerful as we are, and why the Royal Form is possible to use." She looked upwards thoughtfully. "You might be able to have Konats join on the promise of teaching your technique to their leader or to one of their Royal Guard, but I'm sure they have a technique of their own that they mistakenly believe to be superior. Other than this admittedly weak piece of advice, nothing comes to mind."
She looked to Koldar, then to Abzerute, then back again and back again (again).

Koldar, I'm not entirely sure by what was being referred to in your first paragraph. If you wouldn't mind, could you intradiegetically bring that up again in your next post?

Abzerute smirked as Wyntre claimed his plan for Earth required Xylo to be successful. "Not successful. Just simply long enough to attract the attention of the likes of Vi-Poi and Zucceta to his location, thereby giving us the breathing room to do as we saw fit. Whether he succeeds or not in defeating his opponents is entirely beside the point after we blow up the planet since, well, they can't breathe in space assuming they survived the explosion." he pointed out as a servant brought him a fresh bottle.
"And your own reasoning is flawed..." the bronze Arcosian pointed out. "Were you able to telepathically communicate with anyone here in the living realm whilst you were dead?" he inquired of the former Empress. "Breaching the barrier between life and death for that sort of communication would be nigh impossible from what I can understand of the realms, otherwise we'd be hearing the dead constantly whining at us day and night." explained Abzerute.
"Otherwise I'm sure you would have been haunting Zucceta's nightmares, or having one of your own agents try to reclaim the Empire in your name whilst the purple prick was training you, instead of myself, Retsu and Koldar occupying the throne." he pointed out to her, pouring himself and subsequently downing the drink as he finished speaking for the moment. He looked over towards Koldar for a moment. "Ten zeni says that she claims she could and did reach out to someone telepathically... probably the Majin." he stage-whispered before taking another drink of the whiskey, this time filling the whole glass before knocking it down.
"But let's be brutally honest here... Earth is sitting in its little corner of the galaxy, waiting to see who the hell wins this war." he said as he slammed his tail hard against the tiled floor, cracking it under the force. "They claim to be allies to both Namek and Arcose, and yet where is their aid in our time of need? Nowhere! And this time they don't have the excuse of not having the time to react and arrive, like they had when the Saiyans invaded Arcose and planted that damned Tree!" the slightly inebriated bronze Arcosian snarled. "So, excuse me if I'm not that concerned with pissing them off by trying to blow up their wretched excuse for a planet!" Abzerute declared, his tail slamming into the ground once more and shattering the tiles underneath it.
I believe Koldar's referring to the Tree planting on Kanassa Wyntre in his first paragraph. Also, stop showing off! Intradiegetically... *googles it* ...I don't think you even used that word correctly O.o
Knocking it down is a term for just downing (drinking in one go) the whole glass before confusion arises thinking I'd knocked the glass or bottle over. In case you weren't familiar with the term.

Koldar listened to the two, and from the sounds of it, both Wyntre and Abzerute were getting to a drunken point and weren't focusing much... Although Abzerute was a bit more focused than Wyntre, despite dumping a full glass of whiskey to his stomach! Koldar frowned, stating, "This would be a good time to cut off from the alcohol before holes get blown into the palace while deliberating the rest of this. I am cutting you both off for now. Servant, no more whiskey and wine for the time being."Koldar stood up and took his pint of coffee in hand, not wanting to fall asleep while they talked! "To get back on topic, Konats, from what I've heard before the blackout, has had a merry-go-round of who is in charge, not much different than Arcose here," Koldar stated, waving his hand around as he paced around the table, "Due to that, we cannot bring them aboard the Federation until we work on the worlds in our sector! These worlds should be solidified back into the fold and should be pur focus, on top of working towards this Royal form you're speaking of. Right now, what's needed are ideas to work with to get the Gemini, Gorgonia, Yardrat, the Raiti Asteroid, and our other territories to being up to a similar level of power to us! Thus, ideas to get people from those worlds to stand up and lead are needed... Do either of you have anything?"( Wyntre Cold. I am cutting your booze off, you 2!)

”You seem to have underestimated the Earthlings. Even if all three of us plus every sufficiently powerful Arcosian Imperial available were to simultaneously shoot Death Balls into the Earth, we would be stopped. They have the numbers and the power.” She pointed this out with a realist’s approach. ”Also, Vi-Poi can almost certainly survive in space.” And probably at least a few others.
”No, I was not able to telepathically communicate with anyone from the realm of living. And so, as I shall so eloquently echo, it is ‘entirely beside the point’: just because we could not do so does not mean that it cannot be done. Although it isn’t telepathy, one could co-ordinate the location of a revival by way of one-way communication through those large crystal balls that showed images of the realm of the living.” You know, the ones Wyntre used to justify her ridicule of Zucceta.
”As for your ‘crock of crap’, Koldar, as you so eloquently put it, I agree: their justification was spurious at best. But, alas, they used it, and the galaxy is still recovering from the consequences.” But if they committed genocide without any justification, imagine what they’d do when you tried to return to favor. They mightn’t have been particularly clever but let it never be said that they weren’t violent.
She was going to add more but, as is always the case, every party needs a pooper. Koldar cut off the possibility of her attaining wine by having the palace servants not serve any more— not that it was of any consequence to Wyntre; indeed, the only alcohol she had been consuming had been the wine that she, herself, had brought. Not only that but she hadn’t even finished her first glass yet. ”Are you insinuating that I have been inebriated? You should know better. Fine,” she said, finishing off the last of her glass, ”have it your way, no more wine.” She was offended at the very concept that she might be thought of as being intoxicated.
”Yes, I concur, Konats can be an issue for the future. For now, as you say, other worlds need assistance in training powerful enough warriors.” She had a pause as she thought further on the matter. ”I have no way in which to increase a trainee’s power to the degree required, nor do I know any potential defenders of these planets.” At least, not native ones; Zexama could be up for anything. ”I’d suggest that we find and train warriors from these planets but that’s certainly the first thing you thought of yourself, yes?” It wasn’t entirely relevant, but she wanted to ask it anyway: ”And what do we know of Plato’s current location and allegiances?”

The bronze Arcosian rolled his eyes and grumbled incoherently under his breath as Wyntre continued on with her inane theorem regarding being able to relocate your own revival. But even in his somewhat inebriated state he wasn't going to keep pressing that particular issue. She'd probably come up with some more insane remarks to counter his points, just so that she can come out on top of the arguement and win. In regards to Koldar's question about how to go about increasing the power of the other worlds in the Empire, the former Emperor leaned back in his chair and sighed. "The issue isn't so much in getting them trained, in so much as giving them the right incentive to do so." he stated.
"And by that, I mean an incentive that isn't just going to give us an army of brutes and thugs with no more brain cells between them than a single celled organism." Abzerute expanded. "You've already declared that the leaders of each world would be getting trained in that technique of yours, so there goes that option. And we saw the fruits of that particular labour already from peoples misconceptions of it being the Death Ball itself." the bronze Arcosian stated, hiking a thumb in the general direction of the palace entrance where the statues used to be of the two morons who had come back from Hell.
Wyntre brought up Plato which ellicited a groan from the former Emperor. "That twat... I bumped into him in Hell, and honestly, he has more of a flair for pontificating than even yourself if I was to be brutally honest." he said with a nod towards Wyntre. "He seems to be an idealist of the worst variety, self absorbed in his own grandeur and delusions of justice and self importance... Anything that doesn't agree with his warped sense of logic is clearly wrong as far as he thinks." Abzerute summarised what he felt to be Plato's personality. "Honestly, I'm stumped as to who I find more annoying, him or Beelzebub." he grumbled. "But if I had to guess where his allegiances lie, they'd be with whoever convinces him that they share the same goals and desires before they turn on him and shove him back into Hell... so I'd probably guess Xylo at this moment. Am I right?" he asked as he looked over towards Koldar.

"Yes I am," Koldar bluntly stated about the intoxication. Wyntre acknowledged this, while Abzerute was clearly begrudging about the line being cut from him. However, it got them to focus, giving their information about Konats and the current King, Plato. Abzerute seemed to find the man annoying and had a perverse sense of justice, as he claimed, while Wyntre believed it could be an issue in the future. They then asked Koldar if he knew where their allegiance lied, in their own ways. "Once again, you are correct Abzerute," Koldar complied, explaining, "Before the last major attack knocked out our information networks, we learned that he'd been going to defend a Mazoku owned world from the SSE's right hand, Shemha. We lost contact after that, but from what we'd learned about the two, Shemha had the advantage of power and number over the King. It is likely he'd been beaten and his fate from this is unclear, as well."Koldar had arrived back at his chair, setting the pint on the table while thinking quietly, the question how they'd get fellow leaders was brought up. The Supreme Commander had met with the Prince of the Gorgisk days before his decree, as well as having seen a few spry soldiers that stood out very much above some of the current militia they effectively have for troops. Doctor Vinograd, Captain Botany, Prince Dorafu and a Gorgisk soldier that was watching the decree, and Gekido, though he'd been more of a Mazoku soldier nowadays from what Voca told him about their talk, were the current possibilities for being the lead representatives and leaders of their respective homeworlds and the Arcosian Federation's military! They were the ones he'd have to look to becoming great individuals. He told them, "I know of a few individuals currently that can, at the very least temporarily, fill the positions of representatives for the Ringonite homeworld, Gorgonia, and Beri. Gorgonia is in better condition than the other two, having personally met the Prince of Gorgonia days before my decree. However, we will need representatives of all worlds to come forth, as well as military leaders for the Arcosian Federation! This, I have an idea to put in, but first and foremost, I believe we must start with these three worlds. However, it is a good idea to evaluate these individuals before we give them the ability to take charge, among other things! There is a Doctor Vinograd in our current forces, a rather strong Ringonite, that we can evaluate for the Ringonite planet. Then there is a Captain Botany, a very loyal and steadfast Beri-seijinn that we ought to take a look at for Planet Beri. He might be too straight nailed at the moment, but his loyalty is a shining example of what the Arcosian Federation will need for the days to come! Lastly, the Gorgisks will be needing to solidify their leadership. Prince Dorafu had appeared to be very worthwhile, but there was also a soldier in the crowds that I saw that we may want to invest into checking out. We'll need to look at these people if we're to have a good chance at making the Arcosian Federation work! We'll need to provide unique situations for them, to develop this. These devices would have to be tremendously challenging and reveal the true colors of these people. If we have positive results, we work towards helping them assert themselves into their positions in the Federation. What say you two to this?"( Wyntre Cold)

”OK, so Plato won’t be of much assistance.” This wasn’t all so bad: if he was anything like Abzerute claimed he was, perhaps it would have been more advantageous to simply not bother with him, either because of his shaky allegiances or because of the potential drop in morale (read: sanity) his presence might cause. ”Let’s consider that a blessing, at least for now.”
Koldar spoke on this matter as well and conveyed the necessary information. ”’Shemha’? Yes, I’ve heard about her. I’m not particularly sure about how high her Power Level is, but, of what I’ve seen, none of us are any match for her.” Even Wyntre in her Royal form and all of her accumulated tricks might not have been enough to defeat her. Perhaps every Arcosian Emperor or Empress of the last century, together, might not have been able to defeat her.
Three planets would have representatives. Considering the sheer number of planets in the galaxy, it seemed pitiful. Considering the sheer number of planets in the galaxy with sentient life on them, it wasn’t so bad. However, considering the sheer amount of planets in the galaxy with intelligent life on them, it was actually quite decent. Wyntre looked to the other two Arcosians in the room as she let the silence sink in. ”’Unique situations’? While not quite ‘unique’, as such, I do have an idea: they can reenact a past military campaign in a Gravity Chamber simulation. Perhaps we can have it simulate the Sacking of Arcose and have your recruits face off a weakened version of the invading Saiyan forces, while also experiencing whatever level of gravity they can handle.” Besides, it might also count as a history lesson, as well as a way to be accustomed with Saiyan fighting styles. ”But, alas, you two might not much like that idea. You’d much rather have them strike an actual military target and get them all killed in the process, wouldn’t you?” She sighed as she eyed her wine suspiciously. ”Except in the case of a suicide mission, I’m all for it.”

The bronze Arcosian glowered at Wyntre as she made her little remark about how himself and Koldar would supposedly not approve of her idea for a gravity chamber simulation. "Assuming makes an ass out of you not me. I believe that's how that phrase goes isn't it?" stated Abzerute with a venomous glare. "As I said earlier, which you clearly didn't quite catch judging from your little query, I'd prefer us to not have an army of brutes and thugs. Sending them against an actual military target right now would produce only that." he reiterated. "As would pitting them against a weakened neutered version of the enemy. Overconfidence will be their undoing if they believe they can take on any Saiyan because of a watered down simulation." the former Emperor exposited.
"I'm fine with putting recruits through the simulation under increased gravity levels, but only if we don't weaken the enemies they'd be facing." he counter-offered. "We need forces that can think as well as fight, and given that right now we are most likely at the bottom of the galactic totem pole, the ability to out-think and out-manoeuvre our enemies is just as important as being able to just straight out over-power them, or even match them power for power." Abzerute pointed out to his two counter-parts.

"Special situations that test factors of their current skills and the potential skills that come with leading a planet," Koldar elaborated to Wyntre, taking a seat once more and pursing his lips, "It's an effort to see who we can trust and whom we cannot. I'm all for training simulations, if we have a legitimate army of recruits to train! Of course, as I've been stating, we need to recruit them..."Koldar paused, Abzerute making a point that simulations wouldn't work, and went to talk about strategies. Voca leaned forward on the table, asking, "You two do recall that we're OLD military men, right?"The Supreme Commander didn't say a word and simply pointed his hand over to Voca in agreeance. Afterwards, he stated, "We'll handle the training easy. We need people, though! At this point, though, we're going in circles, so I'll come up with the snappy plan for this. Wyntre, I'm assuming you've still got some people lingering around somewhere on the planet or in the system, so I'll need you to contact them. Even though the men I named are soldiers, I anticipate they're hiding around somewhere around the Planet. Abzerute, I'll need you to contact any people you have on Earth, possibly, and try to straighten things out with Vi-Poi and the Earth before some crap gets flung from that planet at Arcose! Retsu had originally gone to that world to bring Arcosian Empire loyalists and soldiers like myself there, and to also alert any friends on that world that the Empire's still alive. Getting in contact with those would be more valuable than having you stay sitting around the planet, simply training! We'll need to branch out and make this Arcosian Federation affable to those people, although be cautious of them. Is this acceptable to you two?"( Wyntre Cold)

"Oh, I wouldn't know." She said this in referral to Abzerute's particular phrasing. "I don't pick up Earthly idioms. For all I know, you've just made that up." She was hoping that he was making it up: otherwise, she'd be stuck with the thought of how such an asinine saying was propagated throughout the Earthling lexicon.
The simulations, however, were a different matter entirely. "I have no major problems with omitting artificially-weaker combatants." She did have some minor problems with it, however. Namely there was a tendency for large, ki- oriented battles (the sort they'd be wanted in) to have enemies stronger than what would be best. Hopefully, however, with the right simulation, the problem could be entirely avoided.
Did she have any forces on Earth? Her crew was manning the Valiance, Brisk was on the Valiance and Zexama was off doing something or other. Yes, she supposed she could muster and relocate the last of her Earthly power base. "I will be on Earth for what should be a period of two days for the purposes of diplomacy." Read: to attend Gira's birthday party.
She nodded along with Koldar's last question. Affable was all well and good, but… actually, no 'but'. In general, 'affable' was simply all well and good. She had no particular problem with cautiousness, either.
