Maeve's numerous hands clenched so hard that each of her knuckles popped as not only was she so casually brushed aside but Xylo showed just how pigheaded he was. Her eyes narrowed slits as she stared upon him whilst biting her tongue. She had to relax, she couldn't get wrapped up in her pride. She was better than that, she HAD to be better than that. So when the challenge was made she knew where she had to be. Like it or not, she was going to bring Ouroboros back with her. Though, a few things seemed to slow her down that caused her to linger. A choir of voices echoed in her mind all at once. Some new, some old, but all contributed to a confusing mess of indecision that caused her to helplessly stand in place. The cold and calculating plan of Shemha, the words of hope and encouragement from her fiance, the teary request from her master, and finally Vi Poi's jeering venom that cut her to the core. She shuddered, her determination faltering somewhat as she considered briefly that she should turn back and leave this in Zucceta and Habana's hands. It wasn't until she looked upon Chili that she strengthened her resolve. His plea for peace went unheard as everyone made their move and conflict already began to erupt all around them. She moved to him and dipped down so she could be closer to his eye level. "...My child, do not lose hope for peace. We all seek an end to this war and like it or not, it rests on this moment." She looked aside to where Xylo was heading with a darker frown. "...That thing he keeps with him is the source of all this chaos. It, however, contains a sliver of light that I intend to save." She cast her gaze on to the gathered fighters as tensions began to flare. Some were there for personal reasons (which may or may not have been justifiable in their own minds) while others remained stalwart in their loyalty. She couldn't help but feel distaste for the large amount of hatred she felt that practically drowned the planet. "Don't stop seeking peace or doing what is right. If you'd like, after all is said and done, I'd be happy to provide some guidance in the future." She gave him a gentle smile and a pat on the shoulder. "For now, I must do what I came here to do and help end this." She concluded as she stood and looked toward the scar with renewed determination. This was it. She knew what she had to do.

'Good groovy gravy this is getting compliiicateeed.. Oooh no no no...' Sax winced as he watched the proceedings, anxiously tapping his feet and curling his fingers a bit too hard around the railing of his vantage point. With his Namekian hearing, Sax got the gist of what was going on... However-- like his father Xylo did moments before-- Sax found it at least somewhat strange that those coming here at first offered a peaceful solution to all of this only to power up to higher fighting forms. In a bit of a predicament, the lanky Namekian paused to consider the possibilities. Perhaps the offer of peace was in fact legit and these people were also on high alert regardless of itching for a fight as per the common Saiyan nature among them. It honestly didn't help that those allied with the Mazoku were also partly in it to kick some ass. Complicated histories within the groups of fighters unraveled, from lost family to bitter grudges to... Whatever the hell the departed spirit of the fallen mad king of Konats wanted. Ignorance and arrogance were weaponized by the majority of people here. Something that this son of Xylo greatly despised. All of it was too much for Sax to figure out a way to properly help in a result that would end in the least amount of tears, lost limbs or death. The fact that he wasn't able to do what he wished to do for the sake of his people infuriated him. Fortunately, instead of snapping completely, he bent the railing he was holding onto into the shape of a sad neglected pretzel. His breathing turned heavy for a moment as the small burst of rage was released from his system. In that small moment of utmost clarity, Sax caught his father's eye before the man left for the Northern Scar. Sax knew that expression. It was the same expression Xylo gave him when he was unsure of how to speak with him many moons ago. Nervousness. Uncertainty. Fear.
Turning tail on instinct, Sax made his way back into the castle and through a series of corridors in order to reach a window that in fact faced the Northern Scar rather than the front courtyard. 'I'm not letting you go alone. Not this time! Family sticks together!' With that, Sax was flying off towards the biggest challenge he would ever face...

Zucceta dropped her hand down to her side the instant that Xylo barked laughter. She tutted from pursed lips. "A pity. I thought you might be smart enough to not repeat my mistakes."
She folds her arms. "We'll go to your wasteland, Mazoku. I don't know how this is going to go, but I don't want any dead today, yours or Habana's."
She'd follow the Namekian into the air, following closely behind. "I offered the chance at peace, not peace itself. You and Habana, and Vi-Poi, would have to figure out how to progress from this moment. But rampant expansionism only fuels a cycle of galactic war and terror. He gets it," the ex-queen nudged her head, in the now-receding Chili's direction.
"I'm not as you remember me, Xylo. I hope that I can teach Habana, and the SSE, a new way. But that can't happen until a time of peace."
(short but sweet. sorry i didn't respond to many... any posts. just wanted to keep things moving, bit stressed about an interview coming tomorrow. following Xylo into a split.)

| With Enemies Like These, Who Needs Friends? |GAIN BONUSES: DE Bonus | | PL MULTIPLIERS: None |
For moments Rhytid merely stood there with crossed arms, mesmerized but confused as his eyes remained locked on this mystery Namekian. Rhytid really had a feeling he knew him from somewhere, but the memory continued to slip from his grasp. They resembled eachother more than he could even imagine! Almost like he was...
No, no...That'd be ridiculous.
''I...Don't know, honestly.'' Rhytid muttered toward Gaivahros, who had followed him all the way. The words were enough to make Rhytid briefly realize that he was surrounded knee-deep by potential enemies, but fear was beyond him at this point. ''This is really confusing...Just who are you?'' The Namekian asked, his tone clear and sober.
And then came the reveal. A revelation he thought impossible, one that shocked Rhytid more than anything he had ever heard. ''I...I...Y-y...WHAT??!'' He let out fiercely, a difficult expression plastered on his face. Rhytid's...Brother?! This...This must've been some sort of joke, right?! ''You...You can't be serious, right? I-I-I was born an only child, atleast that's what Bulim told me- I've never actually known my fami...!'' And his speech fell silent, save for a slight gasp. His eyes widened just a slight bit more, and flickered with repressed emotion. The pieces finally fell into their place, and everything 'clicked' inside of his mind. What Raca said...Was the truth.
''...Welcome home, brother.''
Yet in that moment Rhytid seemed to have forgotten everything around him. They were still on a battlefield, with the strongest of two warring nations breathing down eachother's neck. Tabu had quickly approached Rhytid, the grip on his shoulder quickly dragging him out of his own world. ''A plan...? Honestly...I don't.'' Rhytid turned to face Tabu, yet his expression was still riddled with shock and awe. It was difficult for him to process everything that was happening. Too difficult. ''Just protect this place, alright? Do whatever you have to do...Just don't kill anyone. We are defenders, not murderers.''
Yet just as Rhytid wanted to focus his attention on his long-lost brother again, the situation got more intense and chaotic. Tension was rising quicker and quicker on the battlefield, with many fighters from both sides challenging eachother and getting pretty shouty. The words were easy to pick up due to his hearing, yet one of them stuck out like a sore thumb...
One of the Saiyans screamed at the Empire's Queen, warning her of something related to Samba. The familiarity of the name made Rhytid's head snap to her, as she went on to explain Samba's ace in the hole technique...As if they had met before. ''Damn it...!'' Rhytid's fist clenched in building anger, how did this Saiyan know about Samba's secrets?!
Yet Rhytid noticed that Samba was JUST as angry at her, and went on to call her out for the betrayal! This...This meant she was on their side at first? ''That...That traitor!'' The Warrior hissed under his breath. The Saiyan had completely backstabbed one of Rhytid's most respected allies...
And he was NOT having any of it.
Almost as if the deities were giving him a chance of stopping this, most of the stronger powers around exited the scene to chase after Xylo, leaving many of the weaker ones to fight at Castle Mazoku. Rhytid too knew he was no use trying to fight Super Saiyans. He had to stay here, and fight. Eyes briefly wandered to Samba leaving to aid Xylo, and Rhytid's fists clenched. ''...Good luck, friend.''
Now overcome with determined anger, Rhytid turned to face his brother, eyes flickering with a passionate fire. ''I'm sorry, but family reunions will have to wait for now. Diplomacy obviously failed, so this'll be settled the only way fighters know.'' An arm clenched at this side, and briefly crackled with a verdant energy as Rhytid faced the direction of the traitorous Saiyan. ''I now believe most of us don't want to see death...But there are some who simply cannot be trusted.'' Rhytid let out with vigor, slowly rising into the air with an unwavering gaze.
The Namekian flew over to his one and only target with confidence, not letting his eyes travel away from her for even a split second. Warriors were warriors, who fought with honor and fist. Yet traitors had no honor, and they were anything but warriors. They were the cockroaches that plagued warrior culture, something Rhytid held dearly to his heart.
He landed infront of Kaile wordlessly, arms crossed confidently. ''Do you think you can get away with betrayal, Saiyan?'' Rhytid finally confronted her, before letting out a loud scoff. ''Out of all the people that could betray Namek's protectors, it had to be a Saiyan...Typical.'' Rhytid spat out in a resentful hiss, finally freeing his arms. They clenched at his sides, hands balling into tight fists.
''I have no interest in killing you, but your defeat will be one you won't soon forget.'' He spoke confidently, shifting his stance into one taught to all Warrior Caste Namekians.
The art of battle was his pride, his honor...His life. He wouldn't let anyone defile it.
''Show me what a Saiyan can do, traitor.''
Rhytid challenges Kaile to a honorable one-on-one battle!

Post by Pin on Sept 21, 2017 1:04:07 GMT
Pin raised an eyebrow as Kizuki threw a torrent of insults his way. While other events were unfolding around him, he'd become laser focused on the ancient Saiyan in the moments after removing his own helmet. Let the greater powers have their battle elsewhere - Pin would be irrelevant in that melee. The remaining warriors would fight right here, deciding their own fates likely before the battle of titans was over.
Kizuki called him a weapon, an abomination. Something to be discarded. A few short months prior, Pin may have agreed with him. After all, he'd been defeated time and again, and had gained power at a much slower rate than those around him. Even now, Ginge was showing faster progression that Pin ever remembered having had for himself. Kizuki spoke as if dying on Namek that one sort year ago somehow made him superior to Pin - that his weak flesh and brittle bones were somehow better than cold, hard steel.
Pin was preparing a rebuttal, all the while holding back his engines from going off the rails. He so badly wanted to remove his limiters and get this thing started, but Habana was still there. She'd not given him any orders to open fire or start fighting, and as his Queen and his friend, he owed her deference in that regard. Pin couldn't help but wonder why she hadn't departed with Xylo, Zucceta, and the others. Before Pin could open his mouth to fire back at Kizuki, Habana instead spoke her own peace.
She came to Pin's defense, which was unexpected but not unwelcome. She declared Kizuki a disgrace, and then...declared that she would be the one to fight him. For a moment, Pin was frustrated - Kizuki was his target, his fight. Would he once again rely upon a more powerful ally to save him in battle? But Pin let that feeling wash over him and then drain away like old oil. Kizuki was right - Pin was not a proper Saiyan. He was a bounty hunter. And a hunter knows never to throw away a good advantage.
As Habana moved in to strike Kizuki, Pin drew his pistol and twirled it around his trigger finger while the other hand put his helmet back in place. His chassis echoed with the sudden roaring of engines, and the air around him grew hot. Beneath his helmet, an orange light shined from behind his eyes.
"Hah. So much for your fuckin' warmup, scrub." _________________________________________________ Pin has activated Overdrive New PL 2,667,976

As the rulers and dominators of the galaxy conversed in threats and promises, Tabu's focus constantly shifted from threat to threat, trying to assess which ones had it out for his little squad. Luckily the Super Sayians seemed to be moving off towards the Northern Scar, leaving the common soldiers to bleed and die as they choose. Perfect, Tabu thought, satisfied.
Tabu chuckled as the ogre known as Sagi Shi snapped a response back at Rhytid and the Heran, "You aren't wrong about that. The only time they have really trounced us was with Super Sayians against common soldiers, or simply numbers. Sometimes both." His face indicated his disgust at this thought, "In a battle with a force their equal, I wonder how they will perform."
Still, Tabu had little optimism for their immediate future. They might have the small fry's severely outnumbered, but their advantage disappeared higher up the totem pole. The Namekian's mind was awash with choices, should he help swarm some of the weaker fighters? Should he run to live another day? Or should he simply pick an opponent and fight? His breathing began to come a trace a catch faster, his fists clenched.
"We ain't lettin' anyone go without a smack on da 'ead."
The demon's simplicity made Tabu laugh outright dispelling some of his gathering nervousness. "You are right my friend." He said, "They are paying for this encounter, might as well run up the tab as much as we can!" Tabu stated, rolling his neck and stretching his arms to relieve some tension.
As he prepared to move, however, an all too familiar, cocky tone entered his hearing, along with a power that washed over him like the weight of divinity. Tabu glanced at his scouter,
<6,004,320
The Namekian turned grimly towards the oncoming elite, "A Saiyan lecturing about not causing collateral damage? That's got to be a joke somewhere." He muttered, before glaring at the solider, "Surrender? Do you think all the empires you stomp firmly into the dirt are full of sheep? I would no more stand down then one of your own soldiers would." He spoke angrily, "Most of us aren't willing to return to a world other leaders prescribe for us like they are some sort of paragons of justice. Your intervention will inevitably lead to even more discrimination against the Mazoku, more deaths, more pointless exiles." Tabu snorted, "But I bet you don't care a lick about that do you? You just don't want an empire biting you in the heels when you go after the Frost Demons."
Anger flaming now, Tabu impatiently scanned for something to punch, only half-listening to Rhytid's warning, "Yeah, yeah I get it. Don't slaughter the Sayians who came to destroy us." He muttered. Tabu's attention then centered on a lower power signature, only in the 60 thousand. A dark smile settled over his face, "See ya in a minute, everyone." The Namekian said, launching off the ground.
Tabu would stop a few meters from Ginge, arms crossed, "Hello there Sayian!" He said, overly bright. Tensing his arms at his sides, his power level increased exponentially, along with his height.

The half-Heran's eyes were torn away from the Namekian siblings in front of him and shifted to the flaring auras above, erupting and sparkling in a fireworks display of overwhelming powers. His senses buzzed and tingled. His body shook in a concoction of anticipation, excitement, and… uncertainty. He thought he had steeled his nerves, but the more he lingered here the more the harsh reality dawned on him.
He had been thrown into the deep end with no life jacket or float ring.
Those that towered above him in the skies, upon the ramparts, and upon the ship had vanished from his sight and sense. He couldn't read their powers anymore. Several of them from a mix of both sides had left the castle grounds, heading off in a different direction. From what Gaivahros could gather, it was the majority of the stronger individuals—the main pieces in the war game, so to speak.
It was as though a huge weight had been lifted from his shoulders. He took a much needed deep breath, fresh air replacing the palpable tension that settled on his chest.
He hadn't noticed that Sagi Shi had responded to him some time before, but he shrugged it off with a smirk. What he did understand, however, was that the Ogre wasn't so keen on getting involved in the fighting should any break out. In any case, the Heran looked over his shoulder and back at the group still on the ramparts, his "sidekick" Levlidian with them. "Hey, dude, when you're done talking about your love life, we could probably use your help down here!" With a sigh, he turned back around and shook his head. "So hard to find good help these days…"
He looked down at Rhytid and Raca. For a moment, a light smile spread across his covered lips, watching as family was reunited. But then his expression turned dour for the same reason. Memories, so recent and yet felt so long ago, resurfaced to the front of his consciousness. He remembered the family he had back home, on that floating piece of space rock outside of Hera. He remembered all the good times and the bad times he had… but now they were all lost to him.
He was pulled away from the mind's eye and back into reality as he saw another Namekian beside him—Tabu was his name. Gaivahros was about to greet him, but thought it best to remain silent, allowing the two of them to have their piece. But talks turned from moderate to flaring, with an apparent traitor among their ranks. Soon after, Rhytid had taken flight, making his way towards the ship, with Tabu trailing behind.
"No! C'mon, guys, seriously?" called out Gaivahros, trying his best to call them back though to no avail. He let out an exasperated sigh and ran a finger and thumb along his brow. "Seriously, hasn't anyone ever played Dungeons and Dragons? You never, ever, split the party. Granted I haven't either, but I'd totally roll a paladin…" Catching himself in the midst of his own rambling, he turned and looked down at Raca. "Sorry, kid, but it looks like I'm gonna be backing them up. Just head towards the castle gates, you'll be safe there."
The Heran's aura flared up around him as he took off into flight, following the other two Namekians.
He had caught up to them, landing beside the both of them between them. He stepped forwards, trying to get between the two Namekians and the two Saiyans. "Guys, guys, guys—" his head turned around to acknowledge both Ginge and Kaile —and gals too. We don't need to fight like this! What do any of you hope to achieve from this? Glory? Pride? To settle and score? And then what? Violence breeds violence, leading to more strife and conflict. You're not ending a conflict; you're merely building the foundations for the next."
If tension had a feeling, it was one of constriction. That was what Gaivahros felt as he stood in the middle of these four fighters, each one stronger than him. But he had to do something. anything. From what he understood, no one here had any personal stake in this war. He had to help pave the road to peace, and he would start here. He was the 'Saviour of Hope' after all.
But… perhaps there was no hope to be had here.
After a long pause of silence, Gaivahros sighed. "I guess it has to be this way, then. Rules of nature and all that." resigned to what was to come, he walked along the top of the ship, making his way to the edge, but turned to Ginge for a moment. "Also, hi there! Digging your armor, by the way. Goes very well with your hair, I think. After this is done, let's grab some milkshakes. My treat." With that, he made his way out from between them, standing by the edge of the ship, watching them.
Inner conflict replaced the tension within him. He was about to watch his allies fight his pseudo kin. The best he could do for the moment was to contemplate his place in this war game, and to let them fight it out amongst themselves. With any luck they'll tire out.
At the very least, he did not want to see any of them die.

Ais watched as Xylo and the other heavy hitters went off to have their own battle. He knew Xylo would be too smart to fall for a trick like that. 'Peace' Ais thought about the word with disdain. 'Since when have Saiyans ever been about peace?' The Changeling lord narrowed his eyes at the Mazoku Lord, his chosen allies, and his chosen opponents as they shrank further and further into the distance until the Changeling could no longer spot them. He briefly considered following them, but in the end he decided against it. 'This is their battle. I'd like a piece of that Empire scum, but Xylo should be more than enough. Then there's the demon brat if things get too out of hand. Yes, I like his chances.' Ais tapped his chin in contemplation. 'Very well. I shall help here. Kill one of the peons.' Ais examined the battlefield, thinking carefully about his options. His eyes shifted to Kaile first, a sinister smirk spreading across his face. 'That one. The little Saiyan runt that couldn't shut her mouth back on the Brenchian Gemini. It seems she has not learned what they say about loose lips. Oh well, time to sink her ship.' Ais would have normally left her alone, assuming she was on their side, but that little stunt warning their enemy about his incredibly powerful technique put her in his sights. He began to float over towards the Saiyan princess when Rhytid intervened, taking his target. The Arcosian felt his blood boil as the Namekian found the NERVE to challenge her to one-on-one combat. "But!" He began to protest, but then his eyes landed on another Saiyan; Ginge. 'Oh? What's this?' Ais looked between his two choices for a moment, then eventually smiled. It was a different smile this time, though. It had a sinister air about it. His polite facade turned into more of a thin veneer as he floated over near Kaile and Rhytid. "You." He spoke to Rhytid first. His tone was bloated with self-importance. "A word of advice as your ally; trying to be honorable with Saiyans will get you killed. They lack any sort of honor. It is beyond them to comprehend such a thing." He narrowed his eyes seriously at the warrior caste leader. "When you see your chance... finish the job." He turned away from the two. "I will not be saving you if you cannot take that simple advice." He looked over his shoulder at Kaile. His smile was gone, replaced with a murderous glare. "You're lucky he got to you before I did. Hope beyond hope that he kills you, Saiyan. He would probably make it quick. His sort always do. I am not a kind and compassionate goody-goody, however. If you survive, I will make you scream. Mark my words." He smiled briefly at the two. "Well then, i'll leave you to it." He turned his gaze on Ginge once more and approached her. He slipped back into his polite facade, his hands still behind his back. He casually looked off towards where the others had gone. "Your leaders desert you. Unfortunate." He looked back at Ginge. Once he did so, his expression was much darker. "I say this only once. Give up. Apologize for your pathetic race and leave, and maybe I won't have to make you beg for forgiveness." This was a test on Ais's part. He never intended to let her go at any rate, no matter what she said. Her answer would simply determine whether or not Ais would go for the kill shot immediately. He had to be sure that the Saiyan was worth his time. The Changeling's eyes drifted down to Ginge's tail. 'That could be a problem. I better do something about it just in case.' He looked her in the eye again. "So, how about it? A simple "I'm sorry, Lord Ais" will do."

Ginge's PL: 61,696
With so much going on, it was a wonder how anyone could keep their composure in this situation. Threats were issued, pleas of peace went unheard, and in the end, punches were finally thrown. The Saiyan Officer laughed internally as all of this happened. Yes, they had come to deal with a single individual, but the warrior's blood simply couldn't think any better of such pathetic acts. This was war, after all.
Of course, not all of it was so amusing. The ascended traitor, a man she'd never met, threw his own insults at her superior, Pin. She could feel her anger coming to a boil as he dismissed the armor-clad warrior as an abomination, and her tail wrung angrily at the air behind her. Fortunately, her Queen had stepped in before her anger had made her do something incredibly stupid, and that was that. The numbers on her scouter had decided the result of the monarch's warm-up for them.
As those who would fight the slugs' leader flew off, the ones who remained began to pair themselves off for the fighting to come. Her Queen had chosen her foe, and another slug had challenged some Saiyan who looked eerily similar to the former ruler. Ginge couldn't bring herself to care much for the woman. If she lost to a slug, then she was weak and deserved whatever fate her opponent deemed worthy of her.
Besides, just as the slug had challenged the unknown Saiyan, another of similar power -and much larger in size- landed atop the space craft to issue a challenge to the Officer herself. A wide, tooth-baring grin returned the giant's greeting, as her dark eyes passed between the blue-skinned man and the furry child who had only cried for an end to the fighting.
"At least, the slug's got a pair." Though she had meant her words for both the child and the blue stranger, her look of utter contempt was aimed squarely at the latter. She hadn't the faintest clue what creed he belonged to -maybe Heran?- but his actions were the antithesis of anything belonging to a proper warrior.
Then, of course, there was the lizard. Just as she'd been getting excited for a proper battle, and with what seemed to be a proper warrior, the conniving thing had opened its mouth. It spoke of honor in the same breath as torture. It insulted her, then demanded her to beg for forgiveness. She returned its words with a simple snarl.
"If all you're going to do is talk, then go sit with him," she dismissed the lizard with a nod towards the blue-skinned coward. "Anyone who only approaches an enemy who has already been challenged, and while suppressing their power, is hardly a warrior." She knew well enough to spot a lizard's suppressed form, of course. It was as well known throughout the galaxy as a Saiyan's ascended state. Knowing this, she wouldn't waste her time.
"You, slug," she returned her attention to the giant individual standing a short distance from herself. As her dark eyes settled on his green figure, her amused smirk returned to match his eagerness to fight. "I understand your people have a warrior's tradition. I'm under orders not to kill, but I won't hold back, otherwise." As she spoke, she took a half-step forward on one foot and bought her hands up into a guarded stance, and conjured her aura with a loud and roaring kiai. When her power had reached its highest, the dense coat of burgundy energy around her had reached nearly as tall as her opponent, before settling down around her smaller frame again.
Further words were hardly necessary.

i dare for you to tell me “please don't cry” @tagged Kaile remained quiet now as the rest of the events unfolded, Her eyes staring up at Samba as he began to speak. Internally her heart sank a bit, She wanted to learn the Kikoho... But this was war, and siding with him openly could be bad for her when she was finally this close to Zucceta. Perhaps she had just resigned her ability to learn from him, perhaps she didn't... If she survived then she'd have to scout him out again and find out for herself. She let out a soft sigh as some of the others began to leave, these included both Zucceta and Samba, and she couldn't afford to let Zucceta out of her sight. But just as Kaile was about to leave she heard a voice call out to her, Her head swiveling around to face the Namekian with a stoic face. He began to rattle off about her being a traitor like Samba did over and over, as if she had sworn some form of fealty or loyalty to Samba. She was not impressed. Kaile let out a soft sigh and simply shook her head, but as she was going to retort another positioned themselves between them... Not wise. Now he began to rattle off about how they should simply stop fighting and become peaceful and all this other bullshit... Tch. Her head turned to face Gaivahos, Her lip curling upwards on one side, He clearly wasn't a warrior at all... But he soon left which gave her time to turn back towards Rhytid. Once again she was about to respond to him as, of all the people, an Arcosian dared to interrupt her again. Kaile growled under her breath, beginning to simply speak over the Arcosian towards Rhytid "You wish to fight Namekian? You wish to claim that someone who never took an oath of fealty, never claimed loyalty to anyone, is a traitor? That I betrayed Namekians protectors? Let me tell you this, First and foremost I have NEVER sworn loyalty to anyone. Including Samba and the Saiya-jin Solar Empire. My loyalty is to Zucceta alone, nobody else. I warned Habana of the Kikoho because this is war, Had Xylo agreed to peace then perhaps I wouldn't of said a word but he did not. Tactically you're supposed to inform those working with your allies and those you are loyal too of anything you know that might help. Zucceta has, for some reason, chosen to ally herself with that pathetic 'Queen'. So I warned her, simple as that."Her aura flared around her, causing the blue shirt that she wore to tear into pieces. Her Power Level rising by rather great degree, While it wasn't as high as Rhytids it was pretty close. "As for what that Arcosian states, I don't fight with honor? He hasn't fought me once, He has barely interacted with me if you can even call it that. He knows nothing of who I am or how I fight and while normally I wouldn't decline your little challenge, the fact of the matter is I have finally found Zucceta. So if you're willing to give me some time I will gladly fight you since you seem to think I'm a traitor to someone who I never swore loyalty or fealty too." Assuming Rhytid wouldn't stop her she would begin to ascend above him "Do not think your words fall on deaf ears, Namekian, I am not here to fight, I am here for Zucceta nothing more. Unlike that Arcosian I am not here for a bloodbath, I am here for peace." Her arms, folded under her bust, slowly lowered to her sides, her attention focusing for a moment to find Zucceta's Power Level once more before she would attempt to quickly fly off in that direction. She had finally managed to find Zucceta, She wasn't going to willingly let her get away like this... Not without answers. [ WORDS 000 | THREAD 000 | KI REMAINING 3/3 | Current Power Level 76,137 ] Attempting to split off. Interacted with Rhytid AisYou're up Cipher 24

As the conflict brewed in front of them, people were already starting to break off, preparing for their own battles. But amidst the growing anger, there were some surprising glimmers of light. The canine zoan called Chilli, and even one of the Mazoku Dominion, were still trying to stop the fighting before it happened. It was a small comfort to the android. He closed his eyes, reaching out to them telepathically. "You two. I admire your desire for peace. A welcome change in this universe. If thing gets bad, please leave as fast as you can. The universe needs people like you. Don't allow yourselves to die here."With that done, he turned his attention back to Plato, who had begun his response. And what he said caused the android's blood to boil. The petty accusations, the trivial attempts to justify himself and earn pity. The whole 'might makes right' mentality. He had heard enough of it when Vi attacked Vegeta. But while Vi had some reasoning behind his actions, no matter how misguided, Cipher knew what kind of person Plato really was. That was easily enough to tell that everything coming out of his mouth were either lies or twisted truths. Cipher's face was blank, but his eyes showed just how furious he was underneath. "Wow," he said sharply, "There are so many things wrong with that I don't know where to begin. But let's start from the top, shall we?
First off, I was aware of what the Kashvarr were doing, and would have handled it. But then you jumped ahead, started a civil, killing plenty of konatsians, plus the government, and commiting all out genocide on the Kashvarr. Not even the Saiyans did that, and believe me, they had the opportunity. And yet, DESPITE that, I figured you would make a good ruler and left you in peace. And boy, did you prove me wrong." His eyes narrowed to slits. "You condemned the saiyans for what they did to Arcose, to Earth, to Kanassa and Bing, and to Namek. Yet you didn't seem to give a damn about all about that when you attempted to JOIN THEM!" he made sure that last part was loud enough for the nearby Namekians and Arcosian to pick up. "And such an unbelievably half assed way of doing it. Good lord man, you couldn't be assed to go in person. You sent a letter via proxy! Did it even get to them? Did you even bother to make sure? Considering you pissed off people on both Earth and Vegeta, that should have been a priority. Maybe that would have prevented the ONE Saiyan from 'invading' your planet, or maybe convinced Walker to give you another chance, despite your incompetence. But instead, you lost your throne, came to Earth, ran amok and got yourself killed."A scowl crossed his face. "And then you proceeded to throw any credibility you had out the window. You went crawling back to the Kashvarr, the same race you despised and wiped out, for power. You even thought of performing their same twisted experiments on one of your own allies!" His brief mental merge with Alaistair had given him insight into the demon's memories, and the memories of those he had connected with, including Plato. "And when you returned to the land of the living, you recruited a bunch of mercenaries, including the same Vennel and Kaza you were condemning just now, to take back your planet. And for your information, I wasn't trying to stop you to save Breech. I panicked because any time you go all monster in a populated area, innocent people die. And hundreds of Konatsians dying despite your success has done nothing to tarnish tour record. And let's not forget your plan to brainwash me into being your weapon against my own planet."The more he spoke, the more his anger against the monster before him grew. "And then, you ditch Konats, fight in a war to satisfy your lust for vengeance, die, toss aside what little humanity you had left, and proceed to come roaring back. Do you even know if Konats is alright? Are your people safe? I doubt you even care. You don't care about Konats, you don't care about Arcose or Namek. All you care about is your own damn revenge.
And I am done indulging people like you. You can be as strong as you want. Hell, you can beat me into scrap. But in the end, you're beneath me. And you always will be.And with that, the anger inside of him melted away, leaving nothing to contempt for the monster. He turned his gaze to the others that remained. He gave his word he would protect them, and he intended to honour it. "Now if you don't mind, I have a war to finish. I don't have time for you."Chili Pepper Plato @gaivahros Sagi Shi

Post by Kizuki on Oct 1, 2017 14:43:38 GMT
What he had expected to end up being a battle between the two of them, Pin and Kizuki, turned out to be something much different, a retaliation he had not expected at all. Expecting the Android to go on the offensive from there, Kizuki was taken by surprise when the current Saiyajin Queen, the female named Habana, took it upon herself to challenge him. A brow arched in surprise, but he was not disappointed by the notion. She was the strongest of his people both in strength and status, she commanded an entire planet full of Saiyajin. Her form phased in and out nearly instantly, the elder Saiyajin’s eyes trying to follow her, which was his first mistake. He could make out her monstrous ki, but it moved too rapidly. He could barely follow along, but he was not completely helpless. When the female arrived in front of him with her venom soaked words, his heart paced a bit faster. He undoubtedly felt the enormous presence of her ki now, nearly bowling him over with just her standing there. The hairs on the back of his neck stood up, his stomach in knots. There was no reason why Kizuki SHOULDN’T have been scared for his life at that moment, but the reality was he was anything but. He blood was rushing, boiling at the promise of being able to do battle with this powerhouse. She’d denounce him as a disgrace to the entire Saiyajin race in defense to her manmade friend, a similar insult the Android and Mayze had used against him during their first meeting when they referred to him as a "traitor." Before he could return the Queen’s barking with some of his own she’d strike him with such force that it would cause the Super Saiyajin to fly backwards. He didn’t expect it, he honestly barely even saw the strike. His arms had been still crossed over his armored chest, in fact, until he began to rocket backwards, face up away from the assembled group. Could it even have been considered a cheap shot? He wasn't at all in a stance to defend himself, so perhaps this current Queen held no real honor for hand to hand combat, or maybe she was just too fast for even herself.
Then everything was a blur, and it felt like forever since that strike to his cheek. His eyes would bolt open eventually, feeling something approaching quickly from behind him as he sailed. He'd managed to slam one fist into the ground, slowing down his flight and changing the trajectory in order for him to take control of his own body again. Up farther in the air, Kizuki's body contorted and landed atop a dome shaped Namekian home, having done so in an effort to not slam his body into the structure. Whether it was to protect himself or the home was not really of a huge concern for anyone at the moment. Right now, he was in for a bloodbath of a fight, and his body was telling him this was going to be damn near impossible.
He couldn't have been more excited.
He landed in a crouch of sorts at the top of that domed roof, breathing heavily as a hand favored the same side of his jaw that she struck. He couldn't open or close his mouth. What a monster. She had dislocated his jaw with no effort. His throat let out a grunt of sorts, as that same hand gripped his the misplaced bone firmly and POPPED it back into place, sending a surge of pain coursing through his body. He could feel blood rush into his mouth from where the bone had pierced, before popping back into place properly. He didn't flinch, though. He was a warrior, through and through. Taking a deep breath he'd stand, emerald eyes scanning the area. He was still very close to everyone else, seeing as some had since departed with Xylo, who apparently opted to not take the former Queen's request for peace and instead would rather settle it with blood. Typical. The Namekian had as much pride as a Saiyajin, if not more. He must have figured the SSE, and whatever other ally they had, would not let him do as he pleased, even in a more moderate sense. No, for Xylo the only end was death, but even that would not stop him. In fact, the child and runaway Queens, and their posse, may have sealed a fate worse than death for themselves regardless of if Xylo won or lost this "war." Death would not stop the Namekian. "...You damn fools." Kizuki groaned between clenched teeth, almost a whisper. They never should have come here in the first place, specifically the one who was in charge of his entire race. She should be home, ready to defend her planet at all costs. Not here with some freedom fighter vagabond who had something to prove to the Universe. Xylo may had not even considered the SSE, or most importantly Planet Vegeta and its inhabitants, an enemy if that was the case.
Kizuki's form slowly stood, watching Pin closely though it was apparent that he was not going to be his opponent, not directly. It was then that his eyes moved over to Habana once again, speaking loud enough for her to hear him, and anyone else still with them for that matter, though a bit strained with one side of his jaw clearly not being able to be used at one hundred percent, even after been popped back into place. He kept it semi clenched as he spoke. "If you choose me as your opponent, that's fine. I have no problem with that. Though I think it'd be best if we followed suit and went somewhere less... crowded." His jaw throbbed, filling with more blood as he turned his head, spitting a thick wad of if mixed with saliva onto the Namekian ground. "However, I'll tell you now, if you have any concern about your people being protected deal with that first. These aren't my warriors, I don't fight for their cause. Though these talks of peace is utter nonsense, it would have been best for everyone here to just have left the Namekian be. There would have been more of a sense of "peace" that way. I can assure you his plan was not to exterminate you or your planet, of that I am utterly sure, because if it was I wouldn't have been on this side of the battlefield. I'd say you can thank me for that later, but you may have very well undone everything that even my friendship with the green bastard had tried to fix." He turned his back to everyone, facing a direction towards The Scar of the planet but not as close to the other battle, with Xylo, which may or may not have been going on currently. All those powers were large, and they were all still there, his head looked over his shoulder to Habana, with the Android Pin still near her. "You can take your... friend with you, if you'd like. But I don't want or need anyone else with me. If it gets involved I'll make sure to keep my promise to it before you have a chance to do anything."
With that, the prideful elder turned away and faced forward. "Follow me." That golden aura exploded around him again as he pushed off into the sky, quickly flying out away from the main battle area and somewhere more secluded for the Queen and himself to do battle, perhaps one that would end in his demise once more at the hands of the SSE. Regardless, he'd flinch then, without anyone seeing him. His face, on the side where she struck him, was in terrible pain. He didn't know if he could talk anymore than he just did, but the time for talking may had ended the second this group landed on Namek. "S-Such strength. She... She should have never come here, damnit. The arrogance. Xylo is stronger than they can even imagine, WITHOUT that Demon pet of his." The thought of his last battle with Xylo, as a Super Oozaru, came quickly to mind. "MAKAIOKEN!!" He heard in his head, in Xylo's voice. After that, only darkness and finding himself in his ship in the middle of space, before having landed on Vegeta a few months ago. It was true, they were all better off having left the damn Mazoku Lord alone
Skipping Sagi Shi , it's been more than long enough. Sorry, bud. Let whoever's turn it is know when you want to jump back in.
Let me know if you want me to start the thread or you, if you accept.
I believe it's Plato 's turn now.

Seems Most of them were leaving. They cared to fight Xylo and that was fine. He'd closed his eyes taking a deep breath. He could hear the voice of the Prophet as he got ready to speak and try and disprove him. He was spitting lies. He said he killed the government? He did no such thing! Yes, he killed the kashvarr and yes Konstian died. Did he believe if he was there that would have been avoided? Then he talked about the Saiyans how he was willing to join them. He had no right to judge him off that. Cipher was never a king. He had to protect his people and he believed joining the sse would help him avoid conflict. That what he had to do. He did make a point that his genocide at least near was a little over the top, "I concede that my handling of the kashvarr was not the best." He said bluntly. He was young and angry with the people that had made his life hell. Yes, he took it too far but they deserved to suffer in hell. That didn't change. He lifted an eye as he got mad at him for not going himself. If he let konats it would have been left without its defenders. He was not an Earth or a Vegeta. There was only him. If he was not on konats it could be burning. Of course, his hand had been forced over and over. He talked about Earth, in hindsight that was one of Plato biggest blunders. He'd admit he did overreact but he was defending his life. The only reason people got mad at him was that they assumed because he summoned his monster he was there to kill. He did gain control but then he was attacked. Why did this man want to twist his words to make himself sound better? Was he that starved of a good point. He'd narrowed his eyes, as cipher scowled before he spoke. His hand dropped to his side as he spoke his face twisting into pure rage. He didn't tell a damn person anything of that calbeite. Yes, he did use a kashvarr help. He needed it to protect konats. He was right he did want to perform the experiment on one of his allies, Denim. He spat, "Denim an ally. She tried to turn my planet into her little nesting hole. I wanted to punish her. Don't you dare call her my ally." He turned rage burning in his soul. Cipher had said something he could not forgive. He would never crawl the kashvarr. He nothing like them. The thought came rushing in, perhaps he was. He in his lowest point was like them. Hungry for power that was all he sought. That time had passed, however, he had seen a light at the end of the tunnel, defend konats that what he wanted to do. Even then...he could not do it with his people. He was hated, he was a monster he always had been. He clenched his eyes tighter as he didn't focus on the rest of Cipher speech. He just imaged things he could have had. When he was king what if things were different. He'd reach his hand out in his mind, he could be had a family. He could have watched all the sons and daughter of konats grow without fear of being snatched and turned into beasts. Training his son, feeling loved by people. Get rid of his beast and just live as a normal Konstian. Watch the skies without fear of an invasion or war. Cross the sands of his homeworld enjoying the sights of his homeworld. He'd reach out closer and closer to that dream but as he did it all disappeared. Replaced an image with flames and screams of pain. The pointing of the Fingers of his people the rage of them, the fruit that slammed into his back as he walked away. Losing everything. His life sucked away by a stream of vengence of his own creation. It was the life he was living. His nightmare life was the one he was living. "Ahhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
He'd scream out in pure sadness and rage as he slammed his down in the namak soil lifting the ground around him. He had lost all he wanted, all he desired to the saiyans. All the people that died they could have been saved. No one came to protect them from Breech. Those who came on the day of Konats were selfish creatures. Today perhaps could have been vengence. He could go out there and fight with tooth and claw and die screaming in rage. Maybe, that was what they expected. He'd slowly raise to his feet burning tiers dripping from his ghostly body. They'd set the grass ablaze as they touched down. He'd turn his head to Cipher, "When I want to Yardrat I want to protect it from the pain I felt. You don't know a damn thing what it likes to lose your home. You piece of scrap metal with no heart. You babble to me about my Humanity. I gave up my old body so I could return to protect those from the suffering I felt. Judge me as evil if you must. I've been evil, I've done terrible things so I know when I see it." He'd shift his weight, "Your acting as if we're all villains expect your little possy. As if you, not the one invading. As if you're, not the one overthrowing a king. As if your some angels rising to make this universe a better place. Both Sides are evil. There a difference though." He'd step forward walking towards Cipher clenching his fist as his power was slowly rising his body slowly shaping into something far larger. A towering man that was covered in flame and stone. His body slowly began to be covered in armor semi akin to his armor on konats. The Creature slowly took a more humanoid form before forming its head and flames gushed around the thing lighting up the sky. He'd take one massive step towards Cipher as the grass where he stepped set ablaze. "The Side I fight for, we will admit when we failed, I will admit were not a superhero in shining armor. Only one of those exist. Your side, wipe whatever is convenient under the rug. The other key difference is that they have me and they use to have you." Plato massive fist came flying from the sky to crash right into Cipher body and knock in through the earth. Plato would also spit out flames after his fist attack trying to melt away at the android. (Split failed so staying in the main thread) Plato Rage had been unleashed. His Tempted rage and his sadness of what he could have had allowed him to reach his Otherworldly Aura (Like it named something slick like Rage unbound maybe too edgy whatever) Powerlevel:9,751,232/7,618,150 gogmagog Lets try and speed this baby up.

Chili was devastated, a friend he thought he had had turned his back on him in both senses of the phrase. Samba had given up on trying to do this in the Galactic Patrol way, and who the big zoan was aligned too was in question now within the Pup’s mind. Quickly Samba bolted after Xylo, seemed intent to take his grudge out with the previous Saiyan queen. Chili’s teeth ground together and his anger burned “ You idiot! You’re throwing away peace for revenge, that’s not what we’re supposed to do. Stupid!” Chili thought to himself as his eyes grew wet but quickly wiped dry on a sleeve. Chili was calmed somewhat soon by the reassurance of Habana, Maeve, and Cipher however. The dog finding truth in Habana’s intentions making him consider what side he was to take here. Maeve’s reassurance and offer of future guidance reinvigorating his spirit. FInally when Cipher’s mind layered over the pup’s his calm was found, for someone else wanted peace. Chili’s teeth unclenched and he watched those who were to depart follow after Xylo. “ ...If there is something to save, it’s worth saving, right?” The Dog asked of the Guardian of Earth, his eyes bright again. “ I will help you.” He reassured her, but his attention soon broke off as every other combatants seemed to be readying themselves for the battle to come. Powering up, drawing their weapons, heck Habana whacked a guy into the next century. Chili felt the tickling flames of anger inside him, he was still angry, he was angry at the fact he was going to have to fight to get his point across. But there was still an ounce of serenity within him, for how long he could keep that was to be considered. Basil was an alarming one, a relatively small but strong fighter soon had his power shoot up, and his body swell not unlike Chili’s form now. Chili stared him down and ground his teeth once again. With quick hands he undid the red coat he wore and let it fall off him, kicking off his shoes next. Leaving the child in just a white undershirt, dark red pants, and his trademark red cap. [Chili has removed his Heavy Weights, and his power level is now 566,148]
“ It seems like adults always wanna settle things in a fight…” He spoke at anyone directly opposing him or the SSE side in this fight. “ You want to negotiate peace with your fists.” Chili’s eyes glowered under the bill of his hat as he stayed floating in the air but the way he stood changed. Legs spread, one hand reaching out in a cup and the other curling into a fist that he held near his gut. Suddenly tiny shark like teeth of glinting metal swam out of his brown fur and drag along his limbs. “ Then let’s negotiate.” [Chili begins to charge his Double Chainsaw Guillotine [UP2]]
KP: 3/3
TL;DR: Chili liked what Habana, Maeve, and Cipher had to say. Dropped his weights and stares down Basil + anyone else on his side while charging an attack.
