Gonna put the breaks here for a moment, apparently, some of yall don't quite understand DE etiquette.
Soilderp and Cloud you two need to wait out the 48 hour wait time before you skip anyone. Since Soilderp's skip happened so long ago we can't exactly change anything, however Cloud you barely even waited 24 hours after the most recent poster (Arlic). Cloud's post will be moved, if you want the content sent to you feel free to PM about it, if Nova does not post within the remaining time I'll move it back.

Captain Nova watched as the attack came shooting toward him, his brows narrowed beneath his visor as he wondered why after all this that he had decided to strike? Did Chai's pleas go completely unheard?! The star clad hero kept his hands on his hips as he merely inhaled and braced for the impact. A flash of energy ripped around his form as ropes of electricity coiled around him. The attack met it's mark: and soon with a burst of smoke the hero of the cosmos was coated in the explosion of smoke from the hybrids attack! Was this the end of Captain Nova?
"You have the audacity to try and take the high road here?" His heroic tone bellowed out through the smoke. With an explosion of Ki the smoke would clear leaving the hero standing as he was moments prior. He didn't even move and yet he still remained completely unscathed! In fact, for those who COULD sense ki they'd see that he was actually stronger! Three times so in fact! So with this new power he'd take hold of the burning blade of ki and give it an experimental swipe to the side.
"I shall take your offer my sharp-witted friend and borrow your strength to end this!" He declared, looking to the strange demonic weapon as he tested his grip with the unfamiliar weapon. He clenched both hands on the hilt letting his ki flare around him as he held the rainbow blade high above him. His eyes narrowed to pinpoints as he felt the weight of his own burning spirit as well as Guardia's on his shoulders.
"To you who would threaten the people, animals, and very grounds of this place! To you who would spit in the face of justice! To you, who would deliberately turn down a chance for peace! I just have one thing for you!" Nova cried out, his aura sparking brighter and brighter with every declaration. His plated cape billowed in the raging winds crated by the swell of his own might.
"Are you ready Guardia?" He asked the blade before positioning it underneath him. He dashed toward the would be villain in an explosion of speed as he closed the distance between them. "Take this!" He roared, swinging the mighty blade in a mighty upward arc leaving a trail of multicolored energy behind him.
"COMBINATION ATTACK: BIG DIPPER CUTTER!"
With that, he'd swipe the blade upward in an attempt to knock the hybrid out while sending him hurtling high into the sky. Even though he could have just used his normal 'Big Dipper Upper' and be done with it: he couldn't deny that he wanted to put on a little show for the fanboying weapon and goat. Still, part of him wished that the hybrid had listened to pleas of the heroes.

The beam traveled towards the superhero, with no one really attempting to stop it. Were they underestimating his power?! Did they think it was not important enough to care about? All of them were fixated on other things. But before he could see what exactly, the demon from before shouted that she'd be the one who'd fight the hybrid, as she was the first one here. He hadn't even noticed that she was charging an attack! Both of the demons began to charge attacks, the pure power that was radiating from both of them making the wind blow. The breeze blowing the leaves and bamboo around them flutter. He didn't want to deal with the two demons! He had to take on everyone else, specifically "Captain Nova!" Along with the damn goat and his group! Luckily, it seemed like the green alien that was on the ground just seconds before, and the white haired boy were approaching them. Both seemed to be trying to handle the demons. Good. The sheriff still stayed on the sidelines, perhaps giving others a chance to fight first. After this, Cloud would try to get a knock at him, as they've met before, and ended on...not so good terms. Turning back he saw Chai coming towards Cloud. Before this, Chai offered to visit him in his house, and gave mercy on Cloud by not arresting him. If he had to be honest, Cloud only said yes to visit the house as he was getting free food. He never got along with the zoanthrope, and he'd like to keep it that way. However, what the zoanthrope was about to say would make him question that. Chai talked on and on about how he still had hope for Cloud. That he could still become good. That he was just like him before, a thief, villain, a rebel. And much more. He even offered Cloud to stay at his house, and eat! The zoanthrope held out a hand, saying, like it or not, he was the hybrid's friend. Now, Cloud would usually just shake or ignore the comments completely, but this time was different. What Chai said about being a criminal and how it feels couldn't be more accurate to how Cloud felt. All of it, all of it was true. Never in his life has he ever, related, sympathized with someone so much. It felt relieving... It might seem strange for Cloud to completely change his outlook on the zoanthrope but, it was the first time, someone showed him genuine kindness, and the first time someone knew, how the hybrid felt.. Just when he thought he was alone in the world too, everyone around him not caring, not understanding.. It felt like a giant weight was just lifted from his heart.. And it was a goat of all people who did it.. He chuckled. But, when Chai said he'd be Cloud's friend, something lit up in his head...it was telling him, "no." But, why? He...he genuinely wanted to be the goat's friend! He would finally have someone to talk to, he wouldn't have to stare, and so much more! Why? Why?! His heart wanted to say yes, but his head said no? But, Cloud finally figured out why. He...he had a friend before didn't he? What was their name? It had been such a long time... That didn't matter, but one thing did. The friend saved him from near death, they gave mercy on him, they could relate with him. Just like Chai. And what happened? They died, because of Cloud. The same thing would happened to the goat! Sooner or later his kindness, or Cloud, would get him killed! THE SAME FUCKING THING WOULD HAPPEN. HISTORY WOULD JUST REPEAT ITSELF! Cloud would just get, hurt, again. He, he just couldn't bring himself up to it. Tears began to form, Cloud wiping it off quickly, trying to make the crying not as apparent. His face looked up at the zoanthrope, now angered. WHY DID HE SUDDENLY CARE IF THE GOAT DIED?! WHY DID HE EVEN CONSIDER BECOMING FRIENDS IN THE FIRST PLACE? WHY DIDN'T HE JUST IGNORE THE GOAT'S COMMENTS IN THE FIRST? No matter how much Cloud wanted to deny it, he had a heart, buried deep inside. He had to get a hold of himself, he got emotional from a fucking goat! He probably lied about being a criminal! Yeah, yeah that must be it! They LIED! The goat probably didn't even want to be his friend in the first place! He just wanted him to stop destroying the go damn forest! (OOC: *Cough* Trust Issues *COUGH*)
"STOP TRYING TO TRICK ME INTO BECOMING ONE OF YOU! ALL OF YOU ARE LIARS! YOU DON'T KNOW WHO I AM! NOR DO I WANT TO KNOW WHO YOU ARE!"
However, just right after Cloud noticed Captain Nova. Not because of how his power multiplied, Cloud couldn't sense ki, but instead because of his shouting and roaring. The hybrid didn't listen to the hero's speech, his focus had changed to the zoanthrope. But, just seconds after, the superhero shouted one of the most ridiculous technique names Cloud had ever heard. They were holding what appeared to be Guardia, one of Chai's companions. The sword lit up, multicolored, before being swung up by Captain Nova. The swing was almost like an uppercut, and when the swing approached him, the hybrid said in disappointment, "Well, fuck." Then the sword made contact, propelling him into the air.Cloud's body was completely overwhelmed by the pressure of the swipe. Being shot in the air, he started to lose consciousness. His entire attempt at trying to destroy the forest was a failure. Furthermore, he got humiliated by a flamboyant superhero, along with exposing his emotions in front of a god damn goat... Two things were for certain, he was going to make "Captain Nova" pay in the future, and he wasn't going to let his emotions get tricked by anyone, ever again. The hybrid's heart, and the small hint of humanity he had, was buried once again, and it was to be dormant, for a very long time..

 Azovka's words seemed to fall on deaf ears... Tsk. That is until a single male stepped forth to directly oppose her, Unfortunately for him he would not reach Azovka. Gyn barred his path, her entire form softly glowing a golden hue. The eyes of the demon staring at the male with a cold and blank expression, Azovka's own eyes peering over Gyn's shoulder to stare at the male who thought to approach her. Azovka knew his strength but she cared not, in fact she paid little heed to his words as Nova raised his own Power Level dwarfing this man's own. Unfortunately for him her interest was not towards him, it was towards the one who now threatened her own quarry. The moment his attack was unleashed her eyes furrowed as she watched his attack hit the boy and send him flying backwards, She grit her teeth as her fists clenched together. Her dark purple aura flared to life around her, she clearly ignored the boy who tried talking to her. "That... Was my quarry..." Gyn's mouth slowly opened to address the male, her eyes still coldly and blankly staring at him "Apologies, But the Mistress' quarry has been taken. She was here to fight the boy, nothing more. All of you have interfered with this, As such we will be moving to the next." Her attention moved passed the white haired individual to address the other "You there, Show off. My Mistress challenges you to a One on One fight, You have taken her quarry and she seeks recompense for this egregious act of disrespect. Do you accept?" By all accounts both Azovka and Gyn were being rather respectful, They were merely here to fight this boy and test his mettle and here these people were coming and taking it all away from them for what reason? Because they were powerful? What a bunch of fucking jokes. Azovka, however, was not being as nice, She was pissed beyond measure. Raising her hand towards Nova she gritted her teeth, she knew this wouldn't harm him but it might get his attention at the very least. The purple ball of Ki expanded to twice it's size before a purple hued beam fired outwards, traveling half the distance before erupting to become twice the size. Her strongest attack, a Fully Powered Dread. Azovka had been disrespected by this man, and he would fight her in replacement of the boy. In truth however the beam was more a distraction to hide her physical form as it darted forward after the beam, Her hand curling into a fist as it reared back and aimed to slam directly into the side of Nova's jaw. Gyn, however, had other idea's, Her task was solely to defend Azovka, Should anyone attempt to bar Azovka's lunge towards Nova she would unleash her Sunlight Assault. If nobody attempted to interfere however, she would continue charging.

Full-Powered Sunlight Assault[UP2] - If someone attempts to attack Azovka, A Full-Powered Sunlight Assault with a Power Level of 66,000 will be directed at the attack/attacker, If NOBODY activates this trigger, Full-Powered Sunlight Assault will be charged. , this is a problem. This 'condition' will not fly; you cannot do this. You need to react to any potential attacker on your next post, and not via a delayed trigger from this one. This will need to be removed before this thread continues. |

As Collan attempted to attempt to approach the woman, the other Demon who had been sticking around stopped him from reach her. He got annoyed...but not from the person stepping in front of him, it was because the woman he was talking to clearly ignored his words. He turned when he heard the voice of the person he told to stop charging his attack earlier, asking if he could help Collan, where he'd simply respond; "Yeah, perhaps you could help me make sure no one else pulls anyt-" He was cut off, when Avozka did the one thing he didn't want her to do. Avozka had decided to fire that attack she had been charging, following after it, in an attempts to attack Nova. He knew Nova wouldn't even flinch from the attack, hell the hero could take the Demon out in one hit. But the white haired wonder still wasn't going to have any of that shit. So he jumped back quickly, holding out his right arm and firing his signature red beam at the Demon and her own beam; shouting "SINJIN!"
It wasn't hard to notice this sort of body guard person to the Demon was charging her own attack still, so he'd shout at her, hoping she'd have some sense and back down. "If you have any intellect! You'll stand down! Or have to take a nap like the boy or how this 'mistress' of yours is about to!" He said as his beam flew at it's targets.

Darc was trying very hard to concentrate on the fight at hand, but all the ki's flaring and reducing their energy made it really hard to focus. And then, of course, there was the issue of the so called "Captain Nova". The Konatsian gritted his teeth and held his head between his hands. The costumed warrior was so powerful it was blotting out everyone else, and giving him one heck of a headache. The Konatsian tried to ignore it, but the only real solution was to dampen his ki sense, which was a tactic he restored to begrudgingly. He was happy to see that at least some people were taking notice. First off, the goat warrior who seemed to be in charge of things almost seemed to read his mind. Darc was almost touched by the sympathy, "Thanks....friend." He said hesitantly, rolling the unfamiliar word around. It had been a lifetime since he had used it, "I'll try not to get in the way." He chuckled nervously. It seemed the encounter was quickly drawing to a close, as the last speeches were delivered and the aggressive human was struck down with a massively powerful blow, strong enough to shake the very air around him. Additionally, the white-haired one had responded to his question and had requested that he aid him in ending the conflict, "Yeah sure, I'll try to help." He muttered quietly. As one threat fell, another arose. The demonic pair were enraged that they couldn't fight the human, and had begun gathering massive amounts of energy! As the white-hair moved to intercept, Darc hesitantly followed the warrior. His new ally quickly unleashed a ki wave at the pair, and the Konatsian prepared to summon up his energy to assist. Then, in a second, the darkness within was growing, roaring. Darc's red aura slowly was corrupted by black strands, until Darc screamed and began falling towards the forest floor. His last thoughts before unconsciousness were ones of fear, resignation, and unending terror.

Chai tilted his head, brow raising when he caught eye of tears forming in Cloud's eyes, which the definant hybrid quickly wiped aside. The zoan's eyes widened- He did it! Sort of! He got to Cloud, and seemed to resonate with his feelings enough to move him to tears! With a quick fist pump, the zoanthrope would turn his attention back to his "foe." Just a little more, and maybe, just maybe, he could save Cloud from his own self!
Cloud yelled out in anger, causing the zoan's smile to fade to a frown of concern. "I-- I'm not trying to do that, partner. I just want you to, well... Not be alone. You can be you, just--" Chai began, holding his arms out still while he continued to plead diplomacy. But, before the zoanthrope could continue on, Nova called out from behind! Justice took hold over forgiveness, and the hero, now holding a very excited Guardia, lashed out towards Cloud! "N--NO! DON'T!" Chai called, reaching out his arm. He was already so close to helping Cloud! The zoan tried to dash and intercept the attack with his own body as a shield, but he simply wasn't quick enough...
However, the zoanthrope was quick enough to fly up and grab Cloud's now unconscious form in his arms before he was sent into orbit. 'YEAAAHHH!!! THAT WAS AWESOME!' Guardia called out from Nova's hands, eye darting to Azovka. '...Can we do it again? I wanna do it again!' Still, the giddy sword glanced back to his partner, whom currently had his back turned to the group, Cloud's form in his arms. 'Chai! Chai!! Wasn't that the coolest thing ever, Chai?!' No response came from his partner. '...Chai?'
"I was so close..." The zoan muttered to himself, gritting his teeth. Perhaps he could have truly helped Cloud down a better path now, if... No. He wasn't going to give up on his friend now-- not while there was still time, and a chance. How was he supposed to help his world's Bing if he couldn't help this slightly edgy hybrid kid, after all? His brows furrowed, and the zoan turned back to the group. "Guardia, we're taking Cloud home again." The blade raised his brow. There was something oddly serious in Chai's tone. The goat turned back to the boy in his arms before his single eye darted to Nova. "...I'm not giving up on him just yet."
The zoan sighed, head hanging low. He still couldn't get all these "what ifs" out of his mind. Guardia blinked, picking up on some of the melancholy in Chai's aura. The zoan barely noticed Azovka go for his idol, Nova, only to be interrupted by Collan. Chai turned to his white-haired friend, but before he could say something again, a scream pierced his ears. That konatsian from earlier seemed to falter with darker energy, and fall unconscious! Chai zipped over, catching Darc in his arms before he could fall to the ground. "Eheheh... Guess I'll be taking you home also." Chai spoke to the green-haired man's unconscious form.
The still had to address Collan, though. "Collan, come to my place if you would like soon. I could... use some help." Chai spoke in regards to the hybrid that tried to destroy the forest. "...I can't be prouder of how much you've grown, friend." Chai smiled, flashing a quick two-fingered salute to Collan. He sent a brief glance to Nova, unsure what to say... With his rainbow aura flaring, the zoan took off to the deeper woods, heart heavy with uncertainty for the future...

Nicolas sighed, powering down as he figured that the fight was done. That was at least until his visor detected an attack coming his way. He flinched preparing to brace himself only to have the ivory haired warrior step in and counter with his own attack. The costumed crusader puffed his chest and smiled, throwing the man an emphatic 'thumbs up.' "Great work! You've got the makings of a hero yet!" His deep over the top heroic tone bellowed out. "Keep things under control for a moment. I'm counting on you!" He ordered as he turned his gaze to the goat Zoanthrope and his mystic blade. He frowned lightly for even he could tell that he wasn't happy with the situation.
"Chai. A moment."
He said, floating aside so he could face him properly. He was really trusting Collan could handle himself for the time being so he could get one final word in with the goat. The hero of the cosmos stood in the air as his plated cape and long brown hair billowed lightly in the wind. He looked upon the Zoan through that reflective visor of his, the goat would be able to see his own face looking back at him as Captain Nova held him there. Just for a moment, the hero studied the man in silence. He placed one hand on his hip while he suddenly held up three fingers.
"In my time crime fighting... There have been three essential things I've learned while being a hero. First, the lives of the innocent come above all else." He began cutting his gaze to the unconscious hybrid in his arms. "I know you aren't happy with how I handled the situation and I know it might have seemed important to try and get through to this young man in your arms but..." He clenched his hands into fists suddenly, the fabric of his gloves straining against his palms. "If it hadn't been me he attacked today: he could have easily killed one or more people here. The couple picnicking? Any of the onlookers? They might have been targets and with his state of mind there's no telling what harm could have happened." He urged, doing his best to try and explain that he just wasn't some violent thug in spandex.
"Which leads me to my next guideline: Never hesitate! Always act quickly and effectively!" He continued as he pulled one of his fingers down leaving only the two fingers. "As I said before, even though I managed to draw the fire to myself: in that young man's frenzied state of mind anything could have happened and that unpredictability could be lethal! You can't let your pride or your compassion stand in the way of justice." He said, glancing over to Azvoka briefly as he mentioned 'pride.' "Ensuring the safety of others is paramount!" He declared, throwing his arm out to the side in order to have his cape dramatically flick in the wind.
"Finally, you must hold the law in the highest regard. Due to our powers it's easy to consider that we are above it when nothing can be farther from the truth! As heroes it is our duty to represent the best in society so we must live to that standard!" His hand clenched from a 'one' to a fist as he looked back to the unconscious hybrid. "You and I both know that criminals we apprehend must be brought to the proper authorities. Be it BBA or otherwise." He said as he looked directly at Cloud. "You can't let your personal feelings stand in the way of justice. We don't have the right to make that call." It seemed like he was preparing to bar Chai from leaving with Cloud as he had intended.
"...It's a good thing there aren't any real criminals here though." His expression softened a bit, as he crossed his arms. "All that I saw was a punk that got my costume a little dirty in a fit. So if he's willing to pay my laundry bill I think he could be let go with a slap on the wrist." He explained, downplaying the incident a little as he looked to Chai with a soft smirk. "Y'know, Vi Poi charges me to use the laundry room on the Big Blu after I accidentally shrank his 'Big Trouble in Little Saiya-Town' shirt in the wash." He chuckled at the memory before dfrifting out of Chai's path.
"I'll clean things up here...You try to get that kid's head on straight alright?" He asked giving him a two fingered salute as he started to fly toward Azvoka and Collan. "Oh and Chai" He paused suddenly, looking back.
"Don't lose that heart of yours."

Gyn was having none of this, The white-haired individual had been warned to stay out of Azovka's way and he ignored that warning. In a blurr of speed she snap vanished in front of Azovka, the golden hue that surrounded her flared to life "Begone." She said softly, raising her leg and smashing against the attack before spinning and bringing her fist down against it hard, the resulting two impacts causing a miniature explosion to erupt around Gyn and surround the female's form. Azovka stopped in her tracks as she recoiled and raised her hand to cover her face as the resulting *boom* and subsequent shockwave rippled through the air "GYN!" She cried out, as the smoke settled the female's form stood there for but a few more moments before the unconscious body began to fall, Azovka's eyes now turned towards Collan as she grit her teeth. She snap vanished to Gyn and wrapped her arm around her neck as her head turned up towards the boy "Fine, Boy, You win today. I will take my leave, But keep in mind that you interrupted my fight. A true warrior wouldn't do such a thing." Azovka may have been furious, but she understood when there was a lack of respect and warriors on the battlefield. Both Nova and Collan fell into this category now. But it could be trusted that Azovka would burn this disrespectful man's face into her memory, she would never forget his face and she would have her revenge for the disrespect he had shown here today not once... But twice.

Destroying Bamboo Forest! Collan's PL (Rising Sun): 214,448 Bonuses: DE bonus gains
With the attacking flying forward, the little helper of the Demon had came in to attempt and stop Collan's beam. Though despite her efforts, his attack still managed to do a considerable amount of damage to Azovka. It was when he was able to see the Demon's face though...when he saw it. He saw the look of hatred in her eyes, he was all too used to that look. All it did was remind him of the olden days, when Jormungandr was out to kill him. It wasn't easy to just let the Demon and her buddy go...but it was best. He had to let things be, and so he decided he was just going to have them go free for now. He didn't care too much about the 'honor' they talked about, and had a straight look on his face.
"Alright...you two can just head off this one time, but next time, I'm taking you in. So consider this more of a 'slap on the wrist'." With that, Collan was about to head off in the air, when Nova approached. He started to get nervous, but took a gulp as he looked at the man every hero including him wanted to be. "Everything is fine, if they start trouble again, I can take care of them. It was an honor fighting in the same battle as you." He stood for a moment, not really sure what else to say. "Well...Chai wanted me to head to his place, so I'll be going there now I guess." And so, flying up, Collan took off to Chai's home to see what he needed help with. Though he could already assume it was the kid he wanted help with. Question is...if they'll even listen.

Azovka Collan Vixen Heads up, Referee Time! Azovka, you can't attack and try to exit a thread at the same time. You're either attacking, or exiting. Remember, you and the player's response are happening simultaneously. Also, you can't use two offensive techs in the same post. You can use 1 offensive tech and 1 support tech and infinite UTs per post. Hope that clears things up. -Vi

Captain Nova didn't care for all that blundering and barking about pride or whether or not he was a true warrior. Instead, after he waved the silver haired warrior off, the young man dropped down beside the demoness as she continued to seethe with fury. Star-Clad hero merely brushed her cutting words aside and knelt down to scoop up her fallen body guard into his arms and out of Azvoka's flustered grasp. "You can vow revenge for your honor later... I don't care if you hate me or whatever but the fact is your friend's pretty beat up. Let me carry her to somewhere she can be treated. You already let out too much power with that attack." He said to the demon, purposely excluding the fact that the attack was meant to be a sucker punch aimed at himself. Instead, even in the face of the woman who already considered him a 'disrespectful non-warrior' he stood tall. "It's the least I could do for a..." He paused trying to find a word that didn't seem like he was insulting Azvoka. "Zealous...Vigilante." He forced a heroic laugh deep from his chest as he lifted into the air holding Gyn. "I apologize that you missed your chance for a shot at glory though I must thank you for diverting the boy's attention until I could arrive! Had you not been here itching for a challenge he might have busied himself with hurting those weaker than you and I! In a sort of way you really did try to be a hero! Ho-Hah!" He grinned, his entire face beaming as he tried to spin Azvoka's somewhat selfish actions into something that could be seen as a positive. "Now then! Allow me to aid you with this loyal friend of yours!" In truth, the hero had hoped that in a display of kindness maybe he could inspire the demonic warrior. He figured, maybe with a bit of care he could prevent her from becoming like Cloud. Of course there was the chance that this entire thing could blow up in his face but...He was stupidly optimistic that it wouldn't.

Azovka narrowed her eyes as Collan left, Keeping a wary watch until the male was gone completely. But it was shortly later that she felt a weight, quite literally, lifted off her shoulders. Her head spun around to look only to see it was the male she had challenged earlier attempting to lift the female form from her own shoulders, her eyes narrowed at him as he spoke. He was half right, she still had plenty of energy left. But his words made some vague form of sense to her, Gyn was hurt pretty badly and continuing to fight while she was in this state could be very bad. Azovka rose into the air with him, her hatred for the man on full display. She had no care to hide how she felt about him, but she had to put that aside for Gyn. "I wasn't diverting his attention, My goal here was to fight and both YOU and that other human got in my way. I will not forget this." She reminded him quickly "And I wasn't a hero in anyway, had I the strength both you and the white haired human would be dead right now." She stated, her motives were pretty obvious even from the start really, while she didn't want to kill Cloud she definitely wanted to kill Collan and Nova at this point. For Azovka the more chipper or cheery this man acted the more it pissed her off, Scoffing at him as he finished speaking. She would follow him into town, If only because of Gyn. But she would remember his face, She would remember Collans face... And she would remember their Ki Signatures. Very soon, she would kill both of them.
