Okay, it is official, I have given up on the idea of a prowler sort of boost for Bios since the idea wasn't the smartest. Sure, you likely aren't going to find people below 20k going into DEs. But having discussed this into the chat, I have noticed a massive flaw I wanted to make clear and suggest against.
Bio-Androids do not start with a starter transformation like every other race on the site does. If you don't believe me, here is a list.
Saiyans/Hybrid - Oozaru x10 Variable
Humans/Hybrid - Intense Struggle x3 Variable
Namekians - Great Namek x4 (x5 as a Warrior Caste)
Arcosians - True Form x10
Androids - Overdrive +x3
Majin - Dai Majin x1/x3
Demons - Demonic Will x3/Makyan Form x8 Variable
Ogres - Pumped Up x2
Ghosts - Haunting x12 Variable
Alien A - x2
Alien B - x4
Alien C - x12 Variable
Yet the Bio-Androids are given nothing to start with.
I will go through the multiple reasons as to why claims against Bio-Androids getting a starter transformation are pointless.
I was told this has to do with the fact that getting to 20k is pointless, and an easy task, which I can prove wrong with a multitude of people on site who have been on longer then a month, yet haven't gotten above 10k, if getting to 10k at all. Getting to 20,000 is difficult, seeing as a majority of people on our site are not word Picassos who can write a load of words per post, or have perfect PLPW. It is a difficult thing to get to, which is disputable. Some people can get to 20k in no time, others take months to get there. So think what you want about this.
I was told that it has to do with the fact that the Bio-Androids have a pretty good end game, which makes sense for them to have horrid early games. I looked back, and I don't get this? Here is a list of the last two transformations for all species and their achievement times. It definitely shows how this claim is pointless.
Bio-Android - Power Weighted x35/x25 at 330k, Metamorphosis x33 at 250k, Super Perfect x43 at 400k.
Alien A - x42 at 400k, x48 at 460k.
Alien B - x22 at 250k, x45 at 490k.
Alien C - x32/x25 at 300k, x42 at 430k.
Saiyans/Hybrids - SSJ3 x40 at 400k, MSSJ3 x45 at 500k
Humans/Hybrids - SA x23 at 250k, Legend x50 at 500k.
Namekians - Mystic x32 (x33 for Warrior Caste) at 300k, Meridian x42 (x43 for Warrior Caste) at 425k.
Demons/Hybrids - Pure Evil x22 at 240k, Makaioshin x40 at 385k.
Androids - Omega x29 at 300k, Deus Ex Machina x40 at 400k.
Majins - Super Majin x30/x33, Super Majin x37/x40 at Absorption.
Ogres - Yokai x42 at 400k, Grand Yokai x48 at 460k.
Ghosts - Otherworldly Aura x33/x25 at 300k, Mega Ecto x43 at 430k.
Literally ever transformation is here, and Bio-Androids are outclassed by other species such as the Demons, Humans, etc and yet Demons start with a x3 and a x8. I don't see the point behind Bio-Androids not getting their x3 as a starting trans following this idea.
Third, I was told that it is due to their racial abilities, which they get four of. Upon further inspection, three of these techs...
Absorption: When absorbing for their two major transformations, they may take 33% of their targets base PL (up to 33,000) and add it to their own. Absorbing a player character prior to the requirements of their two major transformations will fill Bio-Metabolize to x8 immediately! If your absorption would boost your Base Power Level to within range of either of your major transformations you'll instead unlock it! (Absorption may happen mid-thread)
Bio-Metabolize: An empowered state which can be enhanced through absorption either of other player characters, or by the much less efficient method of spending a technique point on it the Bio-android metabolizing the excess energies into a wicked aura and intense strength, channeling it alongside their natural proficiency. Each use will digest this excess energy and reduce the multiplier back towards it's minimum by -2x, so Bio-androids must use it tactically to secure key objectives.
Catalyst or Cocoon: At 120,000 PL the Bio-android faces a challenge. Their evolution reaches a biological ceiling, and they must either absorb an enemy to ascend to great new heights, or form into a cocoon and concentrate their energies to progress. The Catalyst option is stronger and faster, but requires two player adsorptions.* The Cocoon option is slower and weaker, but no player absorption is required. Whether or not the Catalyst or Cocoon is chosen has an irreversible effect on the Bio-android's overall PL progression, as shown below.
... Do not matter until the 20k Transformation, or later are unlocked. Bio-Metabolize is literally their first transformation, and the racial for the transformation is immediately omitted. As goes for Catalyst/Cocoon, as well as Absorption, due to them requiring a path to have been taken at 100k+. Sure, triple threat is great with the possibility for strong hybridized Techs, but a hybrid Zenkai, or fourth starter tech do not help anything when the user is extremely weak to begin with. Until reaching 20k, Bios are stuck with their base PL for any fights they get in, be it fun or DE. (Not saying a Bio should be joining a DE at all before 20k tho xD). I looked through the other species, and quite a few have four racial traits to start with, and most of them are helpful through out, and not just for later game players of the race. The full Zenkai is definitely helpful for Saiyans, and while Triple Threat allows for it, it is weaker, becoming basically pointless. The only good thing about Triple threat being the allowing to get three weaker racial traits from other species, which barely helps.
Lastly, I was told it was due to the canonical comparison to Cell. Cell was weak to begin with and had to absorb people in cities before he could compare to Piccolo, and the rest of the crew. I my issue with this claim is that PC Bio-Androids can only get absorption gains from eating Player Characters, in DEs, and only after getting to their first 100k+ transformation. This has literally nothing to do with Cell. Sure, he was never shown to have a transformation before his absorption spree, but as we all know, this site makes a lot of improvised transformations when they are not canon. Ghosts don't have canon transformations, neither do Ogres. Humans are shown to only bulk up, and Androids never were shown getting all these transformations. Rather, they were just extremely powerful. This point is flawed and useless.
Overall, my points I made are clear, and anyone wishing to contest them, go ahead. I strongly feel with what I believe, and that is this.
Anyone have any qualms or ideas with this, go ahead and write them out below. I will respond as fast as possible.

Bio-Androids deserve their first transformation as a starter transformation.
