Name: Contagion
Alias: Project - 691, Sethos, Seth
Species: Bio Android
Age: Less than a Year
Appearance:
Standing at just four feet and five inches (minus his exaggerated upward spines) while sporting a mostly lithe figure, the amalgam known as Contagion is not that fearsome or impressive in size. His body in his current imperfect state is absolutely monstrous however, making up for his small stature. Though his 'base' us a Zoanthrope the creature's body looks far from anything seen on Earth. His viscous flesh is milky white in color and seems to be barely keeping together. Strands of thick, white ooze seem to peel from his form freely and his shape seems inconsistent at best. Black voids with faint white pupils serve for eyes, and they seem to protrude in numerous places on his form. Black gnarled teeth and twisted mandibles protrude from places like his chest while spindling clusters of flagella writhe at the sides of his hips and shoulders. He often moves erratically as if each part of his body has a mind of it's own though it may be just his struggle to keep himself together.
Personality Profile:
Positive Traits:
The Cunning Creation: Contagion, despite all appearances, is actually quite well read and knowledgeable. This was due to his absorption of the various scientists that helped 'create' him, their knowledge was taken and mixed with his chaotic psyche making him less of a mindless all consuming beast and more of a cunning schemer. He can easily assess most situations and plot and process strategies on the fly making him a crafty opponent in battle. He's developed a love for literature and will often attempt to speak eloquently to mimic the words of authors he's come to respect.
The Respectful Monstrosity: Though hard to come by, if one were to earn Contagion's respect it is almost certainly genuine. To those he respects: he treats them as people or even as equals rather than as a pawns or worse: prey. While he'll refuse to bend to anyone's will, if he sees someone as more than food he'll at least consider what they may have to say to him and will offer them a shred of trust if need be. Though even while dealing with "lesser beings" Contagion tries to keep a formal and refined air about him, making it all the more chilling when he chooses to devour his victims.
The Confident Beast: Contagion is incredibly sure of himself and his ability. He carries himself with little doubt and acts with purpose. He's so confidence allows him to approach most situations with a clear mind and a cool head allowing him to easily take control.

Negative Traits:
The Vicious Villain: Contagion is a blood thirsty killer to the very core. He delights in causing pain and the sight of blood. He doesn't even always kill to further any goals or plans he sometimes just kills for the sheer pleasure of it. This vicious blood lust is reflected in his fighting style for he tends to focus on literally tearing his opponent apart with a series of cuts bites and slashes.
The Cruel Creature: Contagion is a cruel and heartless monster. He doesn't discriminate with who he attacks, kills, and devours. He holds no sympathy for his actions and tends to actually relish in them. He'll do anything to bring himself ahead and will crush anyone who gets in his way.
The Arrogant Amalgam: Contagion is an incredibly arrogant being. He thinks he's the perfect life form and that the world should know to bow to his greatness. He thinks that every action he makes is forgivable and justifiable due to his unwarranted sense of importance. He loathes being wrong, being outclassed/outplayed, and people who dare to defy him. He doesn't believe the words: 'defeat' or 'failure' can ever be applied to him.
Other Weaknesses: There are a few other weaknesses Contagion suffers from but as of now they haven't been discovered! If a hero stumbles across one it shall surely be a worthy advantage!
Upon bringing the artifact to the lab the men would, under Sithis' guidance, begin a series of tests on it. The strange object mystified the scientists and despite their tests they couldn't determine what it was or it's use. It baffled the men. They couldn't figure out what the oddity was or why it was buried in the heart of a demonic ruin. They were on the verge of defeat and were ready to give up when suddenly one of their tests caused the artifact to split wide open releasing it's contents.
A thick white sludge was contained in the artifact and, upon the spontaneous fissure, was released into the world. The scientists were quick to capture and contain the mysterious sludge once again if only to study the mysterious substance. Excited at their breakthrough Sithis and his men began their analysis right away and soon discovered two things. First, it was discovered that the sludge had been the source of power for the artifact and not just some sort of byproduct. In fact, the scientists believed that the artifact was actually some sort of shell or container for...Whatever this ooze was. The second thing they discovered was much more shocking...
Whatever this substance was, it was alive.
It was a combination of cells containing various strands of demonic DNA. Strands that, unknowingly, belonged to various different demon clan that all seemed to be to be working in tandem. Upon doing some more tests the scientists discovered that the substance was in fact 'aware' of it's surroundings and could respond to stimuli. So, excited, Sithis and the other scientists versed in biology began to pour over this mysterious entity. The interconnected DNA was the main thing that Sithis was curious about so he focused his tests on introducing new strands of DNA to the being to see how it would react. He started by using his own blood as a sample. To his surprise, the entity 'absorbed' the DNA provided and corrupted it's traits to fit it's own purpose. It was like some sort of super virus that both destroyed and utilized other living matter for it's own means. With this discovery: Sithis dubbed the mysterious sludge 'Contagion' and due to some sick fascination decided to see how far he could go evolving this entity.
So using some of the money he was allotted for his research Sithis acquired some 'samples' to feed his pet project. The first he acquired from some shady dealings was blood collected from Ginger Town of a human warrior known as Bing Gan, arguably the strongest man alive at the time. A human of his strength had supreme potential to grow and it was this potential Sithis was hopeful to give Contagion. The next sample came from the well known tournament fighter by the name of Kaula Flahwur, though only a hybrid, this woman had the legendary saiyan tenacity in spades making her the ideal candidate. The final 'donor' was of royal arcosian blood. The empress Wyntre had come to earth for a tournament and during her struggles managed to leave a sample. The arcosian queen's sharp intellect would prove to be worthwhile. The blood of various namekian warriors was mixed in as well. The way the namekian dna could patch itself together was a necessary trait for such a viscous life form.
The combined genetic material of all these warriors altered the Contagion and made it more and more complex and more and more sentient and aware. As the Contagion grew more and more powerful the other scientists began to grow uneasy at both Sithis' fascination with it and the power it was gaining. Eventually they all decided that it would be best for them to destroy it, they decided that toying with entities they hardly understood was dangerous and that they had already gone too far. So using their notes they had on the substance they devised a plan to destroy it before it got out of their control.
Unknown to all of them, Contagion had been manipulating Sithis since it was released from it's original container. The clump of genetic ooze that they thought was just a strange collection of cells actually had some sort of telepathic ability and was subtly pushing Sithis into helping it grow. So once it could tell it was threatened it had Sithis do something drastic. As the other scientists approached they would find their project head standing before them, an ax in hand and a crazed glint in his eye.
Before they could stop him, the zoanthrope would smash the container that held the genetic abomination and let it pour over his form. To their horror they would watch as the white sludge covered the man and eagerly begin dissolving his body. Though rather than cry out in pain as the hedgehog was effectively eaten by his project, he would actually laugh out as his body was devoured and reconstituted to better suit the Contagion's needs. His lasts thoughts being of regret that he wouldn't be able to see the next stage in the ultimate life form's evolution.
After a few horrifying moments, the imperfect amalgam of Sithis and the sludge would stand before the scientists. He would open his void like eyes and stare at his new prey with an expressionless face. Though his staring would only last a moment, for with a vicious chortle, Contagion would launch forward and devour the remaining scientists. After disposing of his would be killers Contagion, with the knowledge gained from Sithis and the men he devoured, would make his way to the outside world with one word on his mind.
Evolve.

He doesn't believe the words: 'defeat' or 'failure' can ever be applied to him.
Weaknesses:
No Ki Projection (Imperfect Form): In his current Imperfect state he cannot produce ki as an outside force. That isn't to say he doesn't have it, internally it's what's strengthening his actions but he can't produce it through an aura or an energy attack.Arrogance: Due to his arrogant nature, Contagion often times ends up putting himself in situations far beyond his capability (though he'll outright refuse to admit it.) His arrogance and reluctance to admit defeat can be incredibly detrimental to him if pushed into a corner
Power Lust: Contagion's lust for power supersedes everything. Any ties he creates will all take a back seat to his selfish aim for power. The promise of attaining power can also be a distraction for him in situations that could put him and any of his allies at risk
Strange Ki Signature: Due to being given samples of blood from a few fighters, Contagion has a strange distorted ki that friends and family of said fighters might recognize though barely. His own corruption of their blood makes his ki signature strange and unnerving making him easy to pin point.
Monstrous Appearance (Imperfect Form): Would you trust a guy looking like that?

History:
A group of scientists founded by a private company were set to excavate ancient ruins that were discovered deep within the howling sands of the Fortuneteller's Desert. Due to the 'mystic nature' of the Fortuneteller's Desert, the lead role of the excavation was given to a hedgehog zoanthrope named: Phinehas Sithis. While technically a biologist Phinehas was known for his off studies in the paranormal. He had also spent many years in his free time studying the science behind 'demons,' their lore, and the connection to the what is known as: 'The Makyo Star.' While most in the field of academia would scoff at his 'findings' his knowledge proved to be invaluable for their dig. The great stone halls of the mystic ruins were lined with strange runic characters of a demonic language. While gibberish to most, Sithis combed the halls and was treated to a maddening array of cryptic messages etched in demonic tongues. Etchings talking about power, unity, and perfection, lead the man and his team on till they reached the heart of the ruins. It was there they found the strange artifact that had been seemingly preserved by time.
A small, strange, and dark sphere with vein like growths running along it rest before them on a stone pedestal. Upon running a few preliminary tests on it, it was revealed that while not dangerous to handle, the object was radiating with an intense energy. Hypothesizing that the artifact was perhaps some sort of ancient battery the men decided to bring it with them for a more extensive study. So, after containing the artifact and the group decided to head back. They were all interested in learning about their new discovery, just what was the strange object and what was it used for? With thoughts racing of the potential possibilities.

Evolve.
Racial Abilities:
Absorption: Contagion upon devouring a player character can take 33% of their base pl and add it to his own (as long as it gives him enough to attain his next transformation.) Absorbing a player character will fill Bio-Metabolize to x8 immediately
Regeneration: Contagion, (due to the namekian DNA in his blood) can regenerate his body and heal himself. This regeneration can heal most injuries at the cost of some power.
Quick Learner: Contagion, (due to both the human and zoanthrope DNA in his blood) can learn techniques at a faster rate than most species. At every 5,000 PL he can unlock a new technique for him to use in battle.
Durability: Contagion, (due to the arcosian DNA in his blood) is much more hardy. Also, beyond his natural strength he can also take a hit and survive injuries surprisingly well and can live even in the vacuum of space. When activated while receiving an attack, Durability adds a one-time x1 modifier to his defensive PL.
[SU] Liquefy: Contagion, to avoid an attack, can liquefy his form to allow these potential attacks to slip through him. With this ability he can literally slip out of danger's grasp. This works to avoid the damage of a move up to 100% his power level
[SU2] Swift Liquefy: Contagion, to avoid an attack, can liquefy his form to allow these potential attacks to slip through him. With this ability he can literally slip out of danger's grasp and he has gotten even better at it with practice. This works to avoid the damage of a move up to 200% his power level
[UT] Telepathy: Contagion's primary form of communication. While most of the time Contagion speaks out to everyone within speaking range mentally, he can choose who can and can't hear him if he deems it appropriate.
[UT] Ki Sense: Contagion, upon expanding his telepathic abilities, has found out how to detect and calculate the strength behind individual ki signatures. With this sensory ability he can gauge the fighting potential of any being that is not actively suppressing their ki be it through ability or through cybernetic augmentations.
[UT] Meiosis: Contagion's practically liquid form has the ability to split itself into two. This split, of course, splits the power of his original body in half. He can reform whenever he desires.
[UT] Form Shifting: Contagion can alter and shift his basic form however he sees fit. Oftentimes this is utilized in his physical attacks to form deadly weaponry with his body. It is also used to intimidate his foes or just getting around. He can't create clothing, alter his pigmentation, or otherwise mimic people with this technique.
[UT] Precognition: Normally a gift of the Kanassan race it has been stolen by Contagion via the absorption and genocide of the Kanassan populace. It allows Contagion brief glimpses into the possible future, at it's current stage it is almost entirely uncontrolled only directly manifesting as a genuine 'benefit' in combat. Generally these visions are about as clear as they are brief making it difficult to actually act on them unless they are very specific)
Items:
Adept Scavenger (Tier 2 Shop): Contagion has developed an eye for artifacts and valuables from ancient cultures. As such, he can make decent money from fencing these raided artifacts.
Heavy Weighted Skeleton/Cloak: Contagion has two variants to his heavy weights. The first being his weighted 'skeleton' that he wraps his form around to aid in training. The other is a rather ornate cloak with numerous konatsian inspired trimmings that he wears for formal events.

Techniques:
Offensive:
Offensive:
[N1] Tendril Rend: Contagion grows a long whip-like tendril out of his back and forms a sharp blade at the end of it. He then uses this bladed tendril to either slash or pierce through his target in a violent strike.
[UP2] Twin Tendril Ravager: Contagion grows a long whip-like tendril out of his back and forms a sharp blade at the end of it. He then uses this bladed tendril to either slash or pierce through his target in a violent strike. After this attack is finished another tendril whips out of his back and impales their chest. He concludes the attack by lifting them into the air and whipping them against the ground with enough force that they bounce.
Support:
