Varies
Species: Varies
Gender: Varies
Age: Varies
Power Level: 5,000
Appearance:
While it ultimately depends on who or what gets infected: all of the thralls contaminated by Contagion have a few physical changes that take place upon being transformed into one of Contagion's Thralls. While they keep most of their original appearance, the victim's teeth tend to sharpen into fangs and their nails grow into claws. Each of these new natural weapon can allow the thrall to rend flesh with terrifying ease. The most notable sign though can be seen in the victim's eyes. They become black like the void with a faintly glowing pupil. Just like their master's eyes.
History:
Contagion's body, as it's matured, has developed a frightening ability to create microscopic spores into the air. These spores upon being breathed in by someone or something of a weaker body and mind infect the target and turn it into a Thrall. This is done when the spore implants into the victim's nervous system via burrowing into the top of the spine. Once implanted, the spore begins to pump a foul mutagen into the victim that not only causes them to physically transform but also numbs their mind to be subservient husks. The mutagen also enhances their muscles to well beyond the victims natural peak. That combined with the numbed pain receptors allows the victim to fight at a level they could never previously, making them effective pawns. Generally expendable, thralls typically don't last long and often times are either killed in battle or devoured by their master by the end of a skirmish.
Techniques:
Offensive
[N1] Thrash: Using a combination of their claws, fangs, and brutish strength a thrall will attempt to tear their foe asunder with reckless abandon.
[V2] Relentless Pursuit: Contagion can telepathically 'tag' a target which triggers the thrall to pursue the target with all their might. Their relentless unending pursuit makes them much harder to dodge and avoid.
[N1] Kill Switch: With a single telepathic pulse Contagion can have his thralls jump in front of an attack aimed for him or his allies. While this almost always kills the Thrall it protects their master or his allies in their sacrifice. It charges at 33% per turn, and if the wall is broken by a technique, any bleed-through damage is halved (IE: If a Ki Barrier had 2,000 PL, and was broken by a 3,000 PL attack, the bleed-through damage would be 500 PL instead of 1,000).
