So the absorb mechanics that allow BA to get over 50k of free pl are off the table because you don't get it in the first tier? 2nd each race has low points. Yours is from 0 to 20k which is an irrelevant tier. Even if you dont pvp to get your x8 after a x3 is still average after that. Tech slot loss isn't a big deal as is because there are only 10 bread and butter techs you need and you get many many tech slots as you go. People keep bringing the later tiers up because it does matter 100%. If anything i'd say allow great namek to be a uc that you can pick to get an early x4. Id say thatd be fair. Not sure if you missed it but barely any of the Bio androids are willing to give up a tech slot for the x8 because it is giving up a possible Barrier, Attack, or UT that could help assist in combat. A temporary x8 is pointless when you could be given flight, or an attack to help in the long run. Again, Later tiers matter, but as stated before, using it as an excuse for the shitty first trans is pointless because of the large amounts of things withholding Bios. I doubt they would allow Great Namek as a Racial to pick, and if they did, they would likely make it a x2, or x1.5, yet giving the x3 as I have said would be just the same as giving them Great Namek. The Absorb mechanic is only available for the two main trans. Semi-Perfect and Perfect. That is it. So it is useless besides getting to those trans and their laters. It is strong, but Majins have it just the same, but through and through. They don't require to wait to use it either. Yes, every race has their low points. As I have said, Bios low point is larger then just 0k-20k. Until 100k, you cannot Absorb for Power Level. You have to prowl to get a temporary x8 and it doesn't last long. Catalysts are weaker then the Cocoon until the final transformation, and lastly, the limits on the Triple Threat are visible. There are certain traits you cannot choose, and unless you go with the staple three, you are not as powerful as they make Bios out to be.

If I may step in and comment I'd like to. I play a human character and I'll say just getting to where I am right now without any weighted training, group RP options, or DE threads would have been somewhat more difficult then it is. I'm not a master writer but the earlier game of many species is somewhat of a locked experience. Although, at times, I will agree it's harder for Bio-Androids only because not as many of them are as active as could be to study their particular in-game mechanics while in play nor opportunities with far stronger characters around to always allow for absorbing usage. There are frankly, I feel, an overabundance of certain types of Player Characters or Minions that makes it hard to determine the full effects of less used species. That's fine. If someone likes a species play as them but let's really take a look as see if this is actually a problem.
Primarily, Bio-Androids seem to be a problem because they don't get a transformation until 20,000 PL that's not controllable or in this case usable. Let's see though how many actually get that sort of lock-out situation though via Power Level alone for their first transformation.
1) Bio-Androids [X3/Up to X8 via Absorption] (at 20,000 PL) 2) Saiyans [X10] (at 10,000 PL via Celestial Event) 3) Humans [X3] (at 20,000 PL) 4) Hybrids (Half Saiyan) (at 10,000 PL for Oozaru, 35,000 for Trained Potential via Celestial Event for Both) 5)Kurimu-Seijin (Alien C) (at 10,000 PL, Cremelin Master [SU], and Power Ball/Celestial Event)[/b]
These are the few species I've analyzed that really need some form of PL requirement to get a good transformation early on (20,000 PL). The last one's kind of ridiculous since you need to have two forms of techniques and an event to activate. That's not going to happen unless someone trains for those powers specifically. I won't add in the other two I noticed Hybrid (Half Others) or Konatsian (Monster) since they respectively have to wait until 35,000 PL and 50,000 PL and have a Celestial Event on top of it. I think many have commented on the early game of Bio-Androids here and I think the best solution to help Bio-Androids is this for their absorbing at least:
If a Bio-Android is in DE combat trying to get an absorb and does not yet have their X8 multiplier and legitimately survives a thread they get one X1 added to their base transformation whether they absorbed a Player Character or not (it could be written that they absorbed fleeing civilians at the end of the DE). They must gain a X8 multiplier though at or before 120,000 PL for them to be able to go into a Semi-Perfect State, otherwise, they end up taking the Catalyst Path.
Bio-Androids this way don't have it so difficult getting to their X8 multiplier for the Absorption route since they don't require 9 absorbing attempts to do so. I feel this is necessary since while there are weak characters here, Bios and otherwise to absorb, they all always have shifting power levels so one day a Bio-Android could want to attack someone at their base of 110,000 PL only to lose to that someone let's say that's around the same level and end up being completely locked from their transformation when they die. The reason simply being that one needs Shoki to get a body and escape Hell or Heaven. If they do though, they run the risk of over-leveling their character for their original purpose since any Shoki they gain that's not used for this or something else in the After Life goes straight to PL when they rervive. When they get back to life they'd therefore be without an option to go this desired path.
Beyond this... going from Semi-Perfect to Perfect or just absorbing anyone after this first stepping stone should be, in my opinion, you playing to the best of your ability to survive. I don't know but that's something I just wanted to say.

Many of you forget, there is power ball that allows a saiyan to transform into the Oozaru form with -2x off the original multiplier.
Also, it can be transformed into before 10,000.
I think you were looking at the FSSJ form, which is a x6.

I think what Denim means by at 10k with celestial event is that you can train your Oozaru into being sane at 10k PL, but you still require the event unless you get Power Ball. But I get ya.

That's kind of what I meant as a lot of the transformations I listed above require some "Control this Mechanism at X PL otherwise you get this power up uncontrolled via another method or technique before this specified PL." I just forgot to list the Power Ball in there and make that a bit more clear.

Every race has their ups and downs. Until 150k PL, Arcosians get one of the strongest, easy to change into starting forms, and a PL bonus in threads for not using it. However, their mid game stuff isn't exactly as impressive as some other races. Although, a x47 trans at the end of their transformation road still might just be worth it.
