As Collan kept leading people away, he noticed that things were starting to get rough. This sudden power boost of Chai's still didn't do too much, and it made him a little worried. But as Greeve landed blows on the goat, he just hated the fact he being given the order he was. Though as things continued, the white haired wonder sensed a large energy coming this way. Could it be another ally? Another villain!?
He was only sure once the strange looking man actually came into view. He gave Egg a senzu which seemed nice, and started shouting random words at Greeve. But what came next...just shocked Collan. The Tenneman, having his power rise, and destroying the bean, shouted at the top of his lungs. Things about heroism, as well as non-required profanities.
Chai started shouting as well, and Collan was starting to get a little scared. But soon, scared would become an understatement, as Chai would release a fact about his universe that would horrify Collan...'You're all dead'. All that was on his face now, was terror. H-he died in the universe his friend came from!?
Looking down, Collan began having a crisis in his head. N-no...that can't be right! I'm supposed to be the hero! A hero never loses! He can't lose! Not when he makes the choice on putting so much on his shoulders!! He looked back to watch as the two slowly started going insane...then he looked at Greeve.
All of this! It has to be his fault! He's the one making them like this! Everything is always the villains fault! It was only a moment before Collan started rushing towards his enemy, running right past Chai...that's when his first ever friend's voice echoed through his head. Stop it! Do you want to end up like them!? He couldn't care less about what Rinsuji was saying right now.
Tears slowly going down his face, he jumped into the air, making an aim right for Greeve...the hybrid's power rose as his emotions did. "Stop putting shame to my role models!" With his power reaching his max, he fired a Sinjin right for the ghost. Panting heavily after firing it, his power went back down.
Collan's power rises before firing at Greeve, going up to 105,512

Greeve couldn't help but smirk as he felt the power in his hands rising, faster than the goat man's own charging energy. Even with his new found power, he wasn't able to keep up with the ghost in his current state. This new power was amazing!
And then someone had to come along and ruin it. As new, incredible power suddenly arrived on the scene. And Indian saiyan, his hair immediately going golden from his Super Saiyan transformation. He yelled out for the fighting to stop, before yelling something at him in a tongue he wasn't too familiar with. The words were accompanied by a flare of ki which to any other entity would have been intimidating. But when you're someone who's stared down the fully charged attack of a powerful Arcosian, such displays didn't really bother him.
Well, not as was intended. The energy in Greeve's hand faded as he rolled his eyes, letting out an irritated sigh. "Well, so much for that," he muttered, annoyed, "And it was starting to get interesting too." However, what happened next was something that the ghost hadn't seen coming. Both the goat man, and the wounded pink alien, began yelling at the muscular saiyan, telling him to leave, almost seeming insulted by the saiyans arrival. The goat man was even screaming about another universe where they all had died. Sounded like his kind of place.
Well, this is an interesting turn of events.[/color]
He noticed the strange blob creature changing shape, its power growing and beginning to charge an attack aimed at him. Seems like it was going to ignore the saiyan and keep fighting anyway. But before Greeve could respond, that same white haired youth from before surged forward, increasing in strength and firing another attack at him, all the while blaming him for the insanity unfolding before him.
"Oh please." he muttered, bringing his hand up and responding with an attack of his own. Much like before, he fired off an orb of black energy, not as strong as the attack he had been charging, but more than enough to push back at the man's attack and still go on to hit him in return. The ghost smirked at how easily he was dealing with this idiot. "You think I'm to blame for your friend's feelings on inadequacy? Or for the fact that our super saiyan friend here clearly believes they can't do this themselves? These problems are of their own design my friend. So sorry that your role models aren't all they're cracked up to be." He said this loudly enough for the others to hear, but not so loudly that it was obvious. Maybe he could take advantage of this situation.

Pieter saw the war cry of his people worked. Oddly, fear was not brought put into thw entity. Looking at it, Pieter couldn't help but feel familiar with it. Like he saw things like it som-
Rage was directed at Pieter from the saibaman and the goat man with the talking sword. They wanted to be heroes, thinking that Pieter was there to steal all the glory. Even the blob thing there and the white haired kid chose not to leave. The latter 2, however, didn't explode at Pieter. The white haired kid blamed the strange creature for the madness here.
Pieter had a vein pulsing on his face, as the white haired kid's attack was overwhelmed by the enemy's own. His power increased immensely, but the remainder of the attack pressing into him was going to harm him badly... Could he rescue him in time?
Pieter's form became hazy, after a plume of dust kicked at his feet. The hunter reappeared next to the kid, looking like he was going to tackle him out of the way. He was also shouting, "Get out of the way of it!"
Pieter hoped he was quick enough to shove the kid out of the way!

As he let out his own outburst, EGG had heard bits and pieces from what Chai had said, hearing the words from the goat's mouth but not entirely realizing most of what he had said. Mainly due to the rage which clouded his mind, he was going to realize the weight of Chai's words after the fight, but for now it seemed that Pieter had no intention of attacking the villain himself. It did not change his disposition in the slightest, as he his primal instincts were kicking in the worst of ways. His neon green eyes glaring up at the ghost as it launched another attack at Collan, EGG turning his body to try and rush into the attack...
But it seemed Pieter was actually listening to EGG's command, the Saiyaindian running in front of the attack in order to tank the attack. Not even caring about the result of this, the tennenman kicked up off of the ground, eyes training on the villian. Launching up into the air, he overshot his jump to be above Greeve. Flipping his body upside down in a flip-like maneuver, EGG's singular hand shot forth, aiming directly for the villain in question, as he unleashed a torrent of Ki blasts raining down upon the phantasmal terror himself, making sure to let his energy orbs to only spread to Greeve's general location.
Stopping in mid-air, EGG spoke out loud, his rough and shrill voice permeating through the air, "Villain, apologies for attack, but want attention. Will take you down, not wanting to listen to venom words! I forgive... For what doing now, as I wanted to end peacefully. Can't help self anymore."
Admitting that even he couldn't quell his own rage, EGG's damaged cape billowed in the wind as it picked up a severe rate, the sky above starting to flash as signs of lightning flashed in the sky. Water poured from above, light in the first few seconds, but slowly picking up to become a hard storm. The water from the rain splashed against his pink flesh, stinging quite severely against his still open-wound. The plant hero gritting his own teeth as he tried his best to not give into the pain that was disrupting his body.
From his position high in the sky, EGG blasted forth down to Greeve's location, aiming to throw a punch at the Spectral Villain's back, gaining ground at a faster rate as he got closer and closer. Just when it seemed like EGG's punch was about to attempt and slam into Greeve's face, the tennenman used a burst of Ki to re-maneuver himself to behind the villain at a breakneck pace, aiming to slam his fist into the back of his ephemeral neck. And during his rage, he was completely tunnel visioned into Greeve, his attention slowly drawing away from his environment and onto just the enemy.

Chai's vision blurred with red after his outburst, eyes locking back onto Greeve. Guardia trembled for a moment, glancing up at his partner in concern. Never once had he seen Chai this hostile and angry. Never once had the goat man put someone lower than himself. The goat clasped his hands together before spreading them apart, a multicolored, electrical ball of ki surging between his palms. Chai's feet dug into the ground as he prepared another attack he had been practicing... But before the transformed goat could charge it more, Collan would dash past in a fit of emotion, aiming to attack Greeve once more!
For a moment, his anger subsided, replaced with fear. "N-NO!" The goat shouted. Before he could act, though, the super saiyan he newly detested dashed in the way, surprisingly abiding to EGG's orders. With a gasp, Chai would turn his anger back towards Greeve. Trying to kill his friend, TWICE now? Pieter and Azguard could handle Collan and the crowd control, it seemed.... But this would not stand! Reeling his hand back as his eyes went crimson once more, the goat would prepare to fire a powerful blast of energy at Greeve with malicious intent, but not before a little voice rang in his head.
'That's enough!!' The charge in Chai's hand didn't fade, although the goat's eyes would dart off Greeve to a shape in front of him, fading in and out of focus. His slit-like pupils focused in on Guardia as he floated up to the angry goat, trying to reach out to his senses. 'Chai...!' The sword spoke in concern, floating up a few inches away from Chai's face as the zoan's features twisted in anger. 'You're stronger than this! You're like... badass compared to me! You're better than all of us, a-a-and--' The sword began before Chai's expression softened in confusion for a moment. "Y-You..." The goat began, narrowing his eyes. "Badass?"
'...Yeah.' Guardia spoke. Chai didn't sound too happy- the goat sounded like someone had just insulted his pride and usefulness all over again. Narrowing his eyes, the agitated and emotional emo zoan would speak again in a hiss. "Our world being taken over was not "badass." All of my friends dying due to my own selfishness and failures was not very "badass." Chai spoke, narrowing his eyes. The attack in his palm only grew in magnitude, and Guardia was beginning to fear that he himself might get a rainbow lightning bolt to the face. "We both know it SHOULD have been us! I could have saved them, i I just chose..."
'Chai. Chai. Chai. Cool your beans.' Guardia spoke in a calming coo, putting one of his crossguards on his partner's shoulder. Breathing heavily, the goat's eyes would flicker back to normal for a moment before retracting back to hostile white slits. 'A lot of times folks just can't choose to whatever it is we decree to be the right thing. We do some things because we can't do anything else! We were stuck between a rock and a hard place, and... We had to do what we did.' Guardia spoke, holding his crossguards wide like arms now, pleading desparately to bring back the calm and peaceful Chai he knew. "....There is always a choice." The goat spoke through his teeth, glancing to the side. "It just sometimes isn't an easy one...!" He growled in anger, holding back all the anger and frustration he had from being taken out on someone-- anyone.
'Chai!'
"It wasn't right-- nothing's right!!" Guardia called as the goat put a free hand on his head, closing his eyes and gritting his sharpened teeth. His eyes opened slightly, once again being basked in a dark crimson color. Guardia took a deep breath, just barely trying to keep his composure. Roles suddenly reversed, the sword was the one trying to calm the goat down now. 'Chai.' The blade chimed, inhaling in and staring at his best friend dead in his single eye.
'Chai. Listen.' The blade spoke. 'The world might not care... But people do. I know Collan, EGG, and I do!' Guardia spoke, pointing to himself and the rest of their comrades. The goat glanced around, the red surrounding his sight momentarily fading. 'You're the best of us.' Lowering his hand and letting his charge fade, anger momentarily faded from the goat's face, replaced with profound sadness- had Guardia finally reached out to his friend?
"...Are you not afraid?"
'Huh?' "This fear... It hurts. Feeling like that if you take one wrong step..." Chai mused, staring at the ground as some tears silently made their way down his cheeks. He barely even noticed the fight around him now... "It's all over." Chai spoke through grit teeth again, his features twisting in anger once more for a moment. Putting his hands on his head, the goat spoke once more with repressed rage. "Dammit... Why am I so..." Chai mused, thinking of plenty negative adjectives to describe himself and his failures. But, Guardia's voice would chime once more, igniting a torch in the darkness of the goat's clouded mind. '...But we'll keep holding on until we're thrown off, right, partner? Like all the times before?'
'Like how you saved me? Like how you saved Hinawa, and how you saved this world? We're still here, and we're still partners.' Guardia spoke, looking over to Chai. Flying near the goat's hand, the sword would point himself forwards, looking at the shocked glance in Chai's eyes. Slowly at first, the black, diseased markings on the goat's face began to retract, and his one good eye became a docile, circular pupil once more... He did do that, that one time. He kept the Crimson Striker's hopes high, he brought Hinawa to her senses, he brought Guardia to the light-- he was someone. While his body was indeed frail compared to many fighters in this world. his soul wasn't weak, or useless. And he would go back. And he would save them.
'So. Keep moving forwards?'
"....Forever and ever, partner." Guardia felt the goat's hand slide over his stony, transformed hilt. The diseased markings on the goat's face were gone, and a calming aura now radiated from his form. 'Eyyy! That's the Chai I know! You don't have those weird infected veins on your face anymore!' Guardia chimed happily, wiggling his crossguards around. Scratching the back of his head, the goat glanced off to the side meekly. "Yeah, but... I'm kinda weaker now." The now sane Chai spoke, earning a startled glare from his inanimate partner. 'Shit.' Guardia mused, earning a nod and grunt of agreement from Chai. Whatever form he had just discovered, it really seemed to mess with his emotions and general sanity.
"...Wait a second." Chai spoke, recollecting his memories of his Hi-Tension state. "Oh god." He spoke in a trembling tone, burying a hand into his fluffy white hair. 'What?' Guardia spoke in concern hastily as Chai threw his head up, speaking loudly with an exaggerated, depressed expression. "OH MY KAIS I WAS SUCH AN ASSHOLE BACK THERE." Chai proclaimed, sitting on the ground while covering his mouth. Did he really say those things to poor Pieter? Did he really snap like that? Did he REALLY JUST REVEAL HIS ORIGINS IN PUBLIC?!?!
'There it is.' Guardia mused as Chai mumbled to himself. "...Everything sucks. Everything sucks soooooo much." He spoke, shaking his head. The sword tapped the goat's wrist from his position in Chai's hand, speaking in a calm coo to try to unruffle his friend. 'There, there.'
"It just feels like I've beenn sucked through a wormhole, spat out through a volcano and... run over by forty-something trains carrying bombs full of stupid bullsh--"
'Bro, we should really get back to the fight now.' "Oh, right. The ghost guy."
'Yup.' Chai finally glanced forwards, gritting his teeth and shaking a little again when he saw EGG, with his one arm. "...Nnngh." Chai mumbled, biting his lip for a moment. He could safely he say he hated this specter's non-existent guts now. 'Let it pass, Chai.' Guardia spoke, causing Chai to take a deep breath in and out.
"...Alright." Chai finally spoke, taking a few steps towards his one-armed friend. Now standing beside EGG as he spoke, Chai would raise a brow when EGG spoke, calming his emotions for a moment. They all wanted to end this peacefully... But was that even an option anymore? "Couldn't have said it better myself, friend." Chai spoke to EGG, readying himself into a battle stance. Glancing to the ground at his reflection in a fallen piece of rubble, Chai pondered for a moment... Was there a way to end this peacefully? Could he make up for his mistakes?
EGG suddenly lunged forwards with his own rage-educed form, attacking Greeve relentlessly! Biting his lip, Chai would glance down to Guardia, who seemed to be deep in thought for a moment. After EGG's barrage on Greeve, whether it was a failure or success, the sword would call out with an idea. 'Hey! Howzabout we pick this up later? We can... ACTUALLY end this peacefully! For now!' Guardia would shout, suddenly having a lightbulb. Chai's brows raised in shock. 'Like...' The blade mused for a moment, raising his form up and chiming once more in the minds of the group with his calmed companion. 'One month from now we can have a rematch! Just you, me, and my partner, to the bitter end, with NO INTERRUPTIONS!' The sword glanced back to Pieter and Collan with a brief glare before focusing back onto the ghost. 'You'll just have to leave the city and not kill anyone for now, and we're cool.' Guardia concluded, narrowing his eye. '...Or are you just a yellow-bellied chicken?'

Base Power Level – 36,627 Bio-Metabolise (x3) – Active Current Power Level – 109,881
Word Count – 330
Raw energy shot from Collan’s form, hurtling through the air towards the ghastly Greeve. Uncertainty clouded Azguard’s mind. Whatever the figure robed in black was, it looked human, yet acted anything but. He was being a monster, killing and bringing harm for the sake of it, and yet another blackened sphere fired from his palms further confirmed the notion of what he was. He had gone beyond help and, as far as the Bio-Android was now concerned, he was little more than a plague needing to be eradicated before it could spread. Yet it could not find within itself the strength to attack. It was afraid, even as its own power surged and welled inside it.
If it could not attack, it would just have to defend!
Midnight energy burst through, ignoring the white-haired warrior’s assault and closing in at extreme pace. At blinding speed, the glowing golden one moved swiftly, pushing Collan out of the attack’s trajectory and aiming to take the hit. Azguard’s strange fury roared further – words resonated in its mind. Admiration for this man’s selfless act postponed, it too pushed itself across with as much speed as it could muster, leaving a smoky blue trail in its wake as if propelled by the heat boiling deeper within.
‘AZGUARD. SAID. NO!’ Stopping mere inches away from the tattooed tribesman, the amorphous avenger had made it just in the nick of time. A mere fraction of second was all it had to register what it was doing. The radiance that had been building within shot outwards, dying its outermost layer a vivid shade of turquoise just as the malicious missile struck. Blackness spread out in all directions. Azguard was blinded, encompassed in an all-consuming shade. The power was immense, but the medic’s was stronger, brighter than the void that was trying to devour it.
‘Is Mister okay?’ is asked Pieter – even its psychic voice sounded exhausted: ‘Azguard does not think they can stay like this for much longer…’
Azguard’s Budino di Riso [N1] (66% Charge) blocks Greeve’s Tomb Ball [N1]!

Budino di Riso [N1] “Rice Pudding” Channeling its Ki, Azguard reinforces its gelatinous exterior to create an effective skin of luminous energy, defending itself and those behind it from attacks by absorbing up to 33% of its Power Level per turn charged. Should the barrier be broken by an enemy attack, any excess energy that bleeds through is filtered, halving the damage potential of the attack. This technique somewhat hinders Azguard's flexibility while in use, requiring some degree of concentration on the task at hand.

As his beam went for Greeve, Collan was sort of surprised at himself that he was surprised by the fact Greeve fired his own beam. As it completely destroyed the Sinjin, the white haired wonder only had one word echo through his head. Mother. That's when the strange looking dude had moved him away from the attack and took it for him.
While Collan was thankful he was alive, he was kind of angered at the same time. He could totally take this guy on his own! "Why do I keep getting cock blocked!? I'm being treated like a damn child!" Moving down to the ground, he couldn't even care less about whatever attacks were being thrown at Greeve or whoever he was attacking.
"You're all acting like I'm suicidal or something! Put me in a one on one match with anyone and I can beat the shit out of them!" His body was starting to get tense as he shouted, two of these guys were his role models and even they were trying to stop him from fighting! "But no, appearntly I'm just a shit stain on the road!"
Rinsuji tried to pip into the conversation, echoing through Collan's head. Collan, I may be your friend, but even I think this is a bad idea. Collan would shout at him too, even though he fully knows only he can hear him. "You stay out of this!"
Funny how Collan loses his sanity after his quote on quote 'role models' regain theirs.

Just as Greeve predicted, someone stepped in to protect the damn white haired boy. Hell, TWO people stepped in. The musclebound saiyan, and the strange globular looking thing. Greeve gave an annoyed glare. Seriously, what was with people protecting the suicidal? Sometimes you just need to let people suffer for their mistakes.
Speaking of which, the little pink alien yelled out something that Greeve, honestly, didn't understand. He knew the words, just the order they were in was confusing. But before he could try to decipher what he was saying, the alien attacked him, launching a barrage of ki blasts in his direction. Bringing up his hand, Greeve responded in kind, firing blast after blast to match its own, intercepting them in mid air. One could tell by his posture that he was more aiming to block, rather than overwhelm his opponent. He was still far stronger than the little guy after all, and he had both arms.
After the barrage, the little alien shot down to attack him head on. Seriously, what was with these people? Then again, of course they'd be confident about attacking him. Not only did they seem to be lacking an sense of survival instinct, but with that burly saiyan there, they pretty much had nothing to fear. Oh how Greeve wanted to prove them wrong. As the alien threw his punch for the back of Greeve's neck, the ghost shifted to the side, the punch whistling harmlessly through the air. Catching his arm, Greeve through him over his shoulder, slamming him into the ground. His foot came down on him, pinning down as he still gripped his arm, keeping him in place. All the while, he registered the words the goat man was saying.
"Funny how you say you want this to end peacefully, yet your cohorts here insist on attacking me. Funny how you so-called 'heroes' preach one thing, then do the exact opposite." Hew twisted EGG's arm painfully, but not to rip it off, "But, if you're eager to throw down without your little safety nets around, then why not?" he gave a light shrug, before turning his eyes over to Collan, who was clearly angry over having to be protected over and over again. "But in the meantime, it seems your little friend here wants to pretend to be one of the big boys. Go ahead. It should be a learning experience for him.

Pieter tackled Collan aside successfully, and the Hunter braced himself for the weak impact. There was a splattering noise, as he felt th blob creature move in the way and took the hit... Or rather blocked it. Its voice entered Pieter's head, asking if Pieter was okay. It also expressed concern that it couldn't hold out as it was for much longer, which Pieter exclaimed, "You've done enough, get some rest an-"The hunter was cut off by the incessant cries of the kid he and Azguard, a name the blob took up, just rescued. Pieter's attention was directed to him, but he was keeping his energy sense upon the others there. He was upset that his role models weren't letting him fight? He wasn't some weak individual and the kid knew it, but he was acting foolishly. A shout at someone not there quickly summarised to Pieter that he was hit over the head at some point and must've needed help. He pointed to the kid, asking, "You wanna help them?"Pieter's finger dragged over to the ranting creature... Which he snapped and realized what it was, but couldn't get the right world out. He directed the kid, "Focus your energy right now... Build it up and when I say to shoot it, blast the hell outta that thing..! Also ignore the other voices in your head and listen to my direction. Got it?!"He looked up to EGG and Chai, EGG struggling to keep control of himself as he rushed the creature. The creature seemed to have a good amount of control its mood, while EGG and Chai seemed to be having control of themselves. Pieter shouted to them, "Quit trying to hold your anger back, you two! Fine tune it like an arrow and focus it at that bastard. Keep that focus on it and only it alone or I'm going to break both of you over my knee before taking you back to Maeve to explain what you did wrongly here!"( EGG, your go. Pieter is attempting) (KP: 2/3 from 1/3 for non KP usage.)

As EGG shot through the sky in order to land a strike against the enemy, it seemed that Greeve was all the more prepared to take down the tennenman, dodging out of the way with the darkest of looks on his face. Barreling past the villainous ghost, EGG's only arm was grasped, as he was slammed right down onto the ground beneath the ghost. A gasp of air escaped his own pink lips as a phantasmal boot slammed into his back, and the villain's grasp on EGG's arm tightened. A shout of pain escaping his own lips as pain erupted through him, as being forced into the ground re-opened his wound once more, EGG's odd white blood pouring from his wound once more. The adrenaline trying to keep EGG in the game, his rage focused on Greeve, despite the pain his body was going through. His rage intensified greatly after each word spoken, the little guy knowing full well that it was saying one thing and doing another. Such a hypocrite he was, but as the little guy just points out, "YOU SHOT ARM OFF!" Though his groans of pain increased as Greeve increased the pressure building up in his shoulder. EGG wanted to be a hero, to save these people from this monster. And yet he was on the ground, with one arm gone and the other getting primed to be ripped off, and with Greeve ready to take everyone else down. EGG wasn't going to let that happen. 'explooode...' EGG winced as he started hearing another voice in his head, his own voice... He couldn't make out the words, but the voice kept repeating in his head...
'Explooooode... Exploooode... Exploooode.' Those words multiplied in number inside of his head, layers upon layers of words joining on the chorus of instincts, slamming themselves against EGG's brain. And the rage that clouded his mind, his judgement narrowed his range of perception to just him and Greeve, unable to see nor hear anyone else. And with each iteration of the word, the more enticing that idea was. His own mind fading as it gave way to his primal instincts, of becoming a feral saibaman once more. Memories burning away inside of his own mind, people he met over the past half year. Like a raging inferno of fury, his mind started to want to listen to the words. 'Explooooode... EXPLOOOOOODE.... EXXXXPLOOOOOOOOOODE!' Images faded in his mind, burning away into the void. Of Tanis and the helpful saiyan, whom he assisted in stopping the bug man from his rampage. Gone... Of the failure EGG experienced in trying to save all the people from the burning, unable to get over saving one small girl... Nothing... Etoru, Capper, Vi-Poi, Vale, Collan... Burnt to cinders. Fighting in the tournament which brought him to realize the utter hate brought upon him. Vanished... More and more faded, as his mind started to become blank, except for one word...
'EXPLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOODE!' EGG's body started to shake, his body seeming like it was breaking apart as ki started to shimmer out of him, his golden ki starting to feel violent as the area around him started to shake. The tennenman's own fury pushing him to the utter brink, as it was forcing the little hero to do something it had never knew it could do, nor did he ever want to do such a stupid thing. Yet, the primal instincts were screaming out at him, telling him to do something devastating. Though, just as it seemed EGG's power nearly peaked to dangerous heights, a new voice rang through out his head... 'Fair citizens! There is no need to fear!' A boisterous voice full of energy, blasting through the creature's mind as if he were there right now... 'For it is I: the champion of justice!' A voice which broke the darkness of evil, pouring the sweet light of heroism and justice through, eradicating the dark voices which were pulling EGG into an irreversible action.
'The Hero of the Cosmos!' One who put others before himself, the owner of the voice dazzling and exciting, a true role model that anyone could look up to. 'The Dazzling...'
The mightiest hero of them all, the one person who the little saibaman looked up to more than his own old man. 'CAAAAPPPTTTAAAAINNNN NOOOOVVVAAAA!' The burnt and faded memories EGG had flooded back into him, the saibaman practically able to see all of the people in front of him at the moment, his mind pulling tricks on him as he was hallucinating from the pain and confusion. Each person whom he had forgotten temporarily stood before him, all with a smile on their faces as they all mouthed a single word, repeating it over and over. The new chorus bringing an uplifting harmony in EGG as the rage subsided, EGG's power starting to dwindle down at a shocking rate as a new calm was brought forth. The image of Captain Nova approached the downtrodden hero, offering a hand as the mental image repeated the same word everyone else was saying... 'EGG' The tennenman's body shook underneath Greeve's grasp as something new was flooding forth from EGG, as something snapped inside of him. Not due to rage, but due to an extreme feeling of calm, rushing over him like a running river. The little hero's power starting to peak once more, but broke those limits, soaring higher and higher as his body started to grow. Starting to stand up, EGG wobbled more and more as he was fighting the strength of Greeve, and even shaking as his body started to crackle a little. Chips and pieces of EGG's bio armor falling off as he seemed to grown in stature a good couple of inches, pushing more and more against the ghostly hand which twisted his arm, doing his best to twist it back as his head split open, as patches of dark pink fuzz grew from the crack of his head, growing more and more into a hair like substance in the shape of a small Mohawk. The mid-section of EGG's bio armor cracked off, revealing a fleshy abdomen, as the rest of EGG's body started to change as well. The small bits of bio-armor covering his hands and feet expanded, growing along their limbs as they become more like armor to the little guy, reaching halfway up his limbs and covering them in a brave cyan color. And most surprisingly of all was EGG's plant-like nature kicking in, as the surge of power caused his body's growth to kick into overdrive, the open wound of his missing left arm starting to push new organic flesh out. An arm slowly growing from bone, creating muscle and flesh and nerves as it went down his arm, creating new flesh. His body adapting to the environment around him, an environment filled with humanoid people to which filled the tennenman's heart with joy. This was EGG's X-Factor, a form all his own as he stood toe to toe with Greeve, his own power surpassing even Greeve's at this point when all things were considered. Looking up at the ghost as EGG twisted his own arm, reversing the twisting motion onto Greeve, EGG's voice rang throughout the air, sounding slightly less scratchy than usual. "I not been self. I nearly lose way. I sorry I not control self better, embarrass with words spewed earlier. But now calm, I say this. My name is EGG, hero to this planet and to friends! I promise Captain Nova I be best hero, and I almost broke promise. Keeping it now though, as I demand you stop now. No point to this murder, chaos, anger. I forgive you for exploding arm. Turn self in and keep thing civil, and we all live happy ever after. This last chance I give you to surrender on own will. Will guarantee safety if surrender now."Although his cape was still damaged, EGG's body was completely refreshed and renewed with completely new, powerful energy. Captain Nova saved EGG in more ways than one, and this day proved his actions saved the Star Cadet much more than anyone can ever realize.
Underneath Greeve, something snapped within EGG, and brings forth a new power that he did not know he had. NEW TRANSFORMATION: Environmental Adaptation, Flavored name being Soul Factor x6PL going from 144,122 ==> 432,366 PL !!! Flavoured Senzu bean (Transformation healing EGG) usage in order to heal all damages, including missing limb Also Captain Nova shout out for Nicolas Mclendon

Chai winced as Greeve began his beatdown on the enraged EGG. The goat grit his teeth as the familiar sensation of anger began to well up inside his stomach as Greeve spoke. Yes, Chai and Company certainly made some mistakes. The goat glanced of to the side submissively when Greeve brought up how they were failing to practice what they preached... Guardia narrowed his single eye, hatred for this villain growing. Chai looked down at his gands, clenching them tightly before glancing back up to Greeve. He could still fix this.... Right? Guardia caught eye of the goat's new uncertainty. Nudging his partner's side, the sword would chime in to the goat alone, providing some reassurance. 'It's okay to make mistakes, partner. Don't let him get to you.' Guardia spoke in a calm coo, repressing his own vile hatred towards Greeve. Chai forced a smile in response, some new hope churning in his heart. "Well, We ain't afraid of no ghosts, right?" The zoan spoke with a shrug. Guardia's lower eyelid curled up as the sword raised his crossguards into a confident flexing position. 'You know it!'
Chai turned his head when a yell caught his attention. Collan seemed to give into his own anger, causing the goat to grit his teeth. It was this overconfidence that got him killed in Chai's universe... Guardia glanced off to the side, remembering how his "last goodbye" to their version of Collan had summoned him to the battlefield! Perhaps, the boy thought he could have done something to stop the Special Forces of Universe Five... But in the end, the white haired kid was just one-shotted, swatted away like a bug. Both of the otherworldly partners did not want to see their friend make the same mistake. He didn't deserve to die just yet.
'...Collan. I don't think I told you how you died in our world.' Guardia's voice would ring in Collan's head alone now. '...You have the right to know. So...' Guardia continued for a moment, pausing as Pieter began to speak to Collan, telling him to ignore any voices in his head. Guardia narrowed his eye in hostility as the man tried to support Collan's suicide mission. '...I'm blaming you if the kid dies.' Guardia spoke with a hiss to Pieter now, narrowing his single eye while turning around. Next, the indian spoke to Chai and EGG, telling them to fine-tune their anger. "B-but I just calmed down!!" Chai spoke in rebuttal. The goat flinched when the man brought up Maeve, fear coursing through his eyes. Guardia too jolted a little at the mention of the Kami. Shaking his head, the goat clenched his fists, a nervous eye darting to Pieter. "I-I don't want to get angry again... You saw what horrible things I did and said!"
Chai spoke in a shaking tone, glancing off back to Greeve when he heard a shout of pain from EGG... But when the saibaman landed on the ground, bleeding out... Something horribly, horribly familiar would begin to happen! Letting out a light gasp as terror once agains urged through his eyes, Chai was once again momentarily taken back to his past. He remembered gripping the controls of their universe-hopper, making the vessel tug against the cords that held it to the ground as it pulled towards an open portal to another world in the sky. Breathing heavily from the blood leaking from his recently lost eye, Chai would stare down, his single eye widening in fear as the last man standing, EGG, fought desperately against the Special Forces as they tried to approach the ship...
...There was a bright flash of power from the jinkoman, then a dark nothingness as the zoan's vessel finally retreated into the closing portal. "Oh no..." Chai spoke, his voice soft and hoarse. "H-he's going to self-destruct!!!" Chai spoke, his voice trembling loudly with fear and apprehension... No! He couldn't let history repeat itself TWICE! Chai began to dash forwards, dropping Guardia- much to the sword's shock. 'Chai, DON'T!!' The sword shouted, quickly floating back into the air and chasing after his partner. The goat wasn't sure what he could do to stop his friend from killing himself in a big, bloody explosion... But he had to try.
Just as Chai was upon EGG, something... strange and new began to happen. Knocked back by the pink and blue plant boy's surge of energy, Chai would grit his teeth and raise his arms up to protect himself as a strange metamorphosis took hold of EGG. When the light faded, Chai lowered his arms, ready to lay eyes upon the exploded remains of his friend... But, EGG was still there-- and he looked different! Gauging the new hero's power, Chai would smile as he found it to be even stronger than Greeve!
Standing his ground, still stunned by the shock of EGG's new form and power, Chai would listen to the saibaman's speech... Giving the ghost one last chance to surrender, Chai would sigh with relief- EGG was back to normal as well now. "Heheh..." The goat zoan chuckled to himself while Guardia still stood starstruck behind his partner. "I'd take this mercy if I were you, specter." Chai spoke with a shrug. "...Or do you want to have a bad time?" Clenching his raised fists, the ninja goat's power would briefly spike once more for a moment as black lines once again spread across his face for a moment before retracting. "Last chance, bub. My partner's offer to fight again later still stands... But for now, just give up." Chai spoke with a smile. He and EGG together-- they could take down Greeve if he refused, no problem. "You can't win now."

Base Power Level – 36,627 Bio-Metabolise (x3) – Active Current Power Level – 109,881
Word Count – 1,001
“You’ve done enough,” said the muscle-bound warrior, offering Azguard the chance to go and get some rest. Had it been given time to, it would have refused – it was fighting the uncertainty in its mind for the sake of others. While its body was practically at boiling point from the amount of energy pouring out of it, it stayed determined. Determination, however, was something that seemed to be waning from the one with white hair. Brooding over recent failures, the young one’s behaviour seemed erratic, brimming with self-doubt. As naïve as it might have been, the Bio-Android recognised this state of mind, for it had felt eerily similar just moments before.
‘Azguard will hold on,’ it echoed to Pieter: ‘They want to help. They will help. Okay?’ “Funny how you so-called ‘heroes’ preach one thing, then do the exact opposite,” Greeve uttered, his voice just about managing to reach the bubbling being’s ears and drawing its attentions back to the scene of the fight. Azguard peered at him – the dark figure with such a gloomy presence – and shivered. Much as doubt seemed to cloud Collan’s mind, it suffered the same sense of reluctance to act. Despite trying to brand the ghastly façade as that of a virus, the gaunt human visage seemed to fight back, unknowingly preventing yet another attack from entering the fray. Azguard’s instinct fought its conscience, locked in stalemate as it watched EGG’s arm contort in the revenant’s grasp.
‘Stop… Please,’ said the nascent panacea; a psychic whisper into the blackened mind of Greeve.
“…Maeve to explain what you did wrongly here!” Quite suddenly, Azguard turned back to Pieter. Serpentine wisps of blueish steam shot out from various places around its gelatinous form in a minimally effective attempt at cooling its innards. Little eyes glared blankly at him. It wanted to ask questions – why was he threatening them and who on Earth was Maeve? But, instead of questions pouring through via telepathy, all that came forth was a heated torrent of what could only be heard as angry words, broadcast to all in the vicinity.
‘These people have done nothing wrong! Just like Azguard, they want to help! They are helping! Azguard does not know them well and even they can see that!’ Blue ooze bubbled violently within as yet more steam billowing from between strange cracks forming upon its smooth exterior, rage and sorrow stirring. Images of death flickered through its thoughts. Those people who had been crushed under falling debris suddenly resembled other familiar faces. A swollen mass of azure, smooth as a boiled sweet yet somehow spongy, was to be pressed against Pieter’s chest. The Bio-Android’s closest equivalent to an arm in this steaming state had delivered a punch with its rounded, fingerless ‘hand’. Control over this form was weakening, plummeting as a feeling of uselessness came back to it: ‘Azguard was meant to heal people, but all they can do right now is watch people make sacrifices… They might be able to cure diseases, clean wounds and help relieve physical pain, but… But, Azguard wishes they could heal people right away, with no need for a hospital! Nobody dies that way, if Azguard is fast enough, but they’re not…’
“H– He’s going to self-destruct!” The Goatman’s hoarse shout filled the air. Azguard’s blue, buoyant body remained in place as its Core peered up to the skies again. At speed Chai had taken off, his luminous blade following in his wake as if trying to catch up to him and hold him back, but it was the energy pouring out of EGG that was truly ridiculous. At first, the mithering medic had no idea what was going on – Saibamen were a new experience – but it could not have been good. The panic in Chai’s voice was clear.
‘Wait!’ cried Azguard, abandoning Pieter and shooting off. If ‘self-destruct’ meant what the Bio-Android thought it meant, then it needed to stop it before it was too late. Nobody was going to die, it had promised, though it really did not know if it could make good on that promise as it raced up towards EGG and Greeve. Azguard could barely hold itself together in this state, so what chance did it have of preventing an explosion? It had to try something!
Or did it…?
‘What is… happening…?’ Light spilled out from EGG; enough energy to make both Chai and Azguard halt their advance. While one covered his face with raised forearms, Azguard’s Core shifted as far back within its Plasm as its current state would allow, a veil of blue serving to filter out some of the near-blinding luminescence. Pieces splintered and cracked from the Saibaman’s body, but that was nothing compared to what the Bio-Android was witnessing. Fear and anger were overwhelmed, inner darkness banished by the radiance of a new and improved entity. Dressed in cyan and now bearing a brand new arm, the little alien lifeform that had been so bold was now replaced with something altogether more awesome – altogether more heroic.
“My name is EGG,” the Saibaman said calmly, proudly: “Hero to this planet and to friends!”
‘Oo-oo-ooh~! Woooow~!’ Hiss… Shplack! Blue sludge spattered all over the place. Azguard’s heated inner workings had finally gone above and beyond what it could maintain, and the resulting discharge of vapour burst the outermost layers of its empowered Plasm. It did not care. A new hero had arisen from an unlikely place, and one that had even been inspired by the great Captain Nova at that! O, happy days! Down plummeted the Bio-Android, slapping into the ground with quite a bit of force, Plasm pooling and even bubbling still as heat escaped it. The excess of cellular sludge rained down around it, crystals of toughened form melting like ice cubes in the heat of summer. Slowly it slithered across the earth, trying to gather up what it had lost, all the while making mental chirps of incomprehensible glee comparable to a fanatical squeal or radio static…
Azguard’s Bio-Metabolise (x3) has run out (for in-character purposes), returning its Power Level back to a base of 36,627! Also, regaining 1 KP for using no Techniques. I leave this epic fight to you guys while Azguard recovers from what is essentially heat stroke!
KP – 3/3

Ki Suppression active, making Collan's PL seem like: 5 As Collan's anger grew, he noticed that the man who was late to the party started talking to him. That's when he asked one question that quickly made Collan enjoy this guy...'You wanna help them'? The white haired wonder, while still not looking too happy, was ecstatic on the inside. Someone actually wanted Collan to stay and help fight?
He'd tell Collan to appearntly aim and an attack at Greeve, and to fire only when told to. He was guessing he was telling him to charge the attack as it had a better chance of doing something. He knew attacks could get stronger if held, he's seen it before...he's just never gotten the chance to do it himself.
As he was about to start using his Pure Sinjin, he realized he didn't have enough energy to even muster it up. So angrily trying to get it to work, that's when Collan actually started to think about the situation. Yeah, that's right, the man child is actually thinking. Turning to Pieter, Collan tried his best to show happiness, while not trying to make it look forced.
"I need to regain some Ki, before I can fire my attack. I'll be back in a sec." Walking off, he'd hide himself in an alleyway, lowering his energy. Now that he started thinking about the situation, he couldn't stop thinking about all the possible outcomes of if he fired. Of course there was the obvious Greeve firing back at him, but there was more to it than that...
So, after taking a few moments, Collan simply got up. Walking out, he'd turn to Pieter, shaking his head in disagreement and walking past Chai, simply whispering to him this. "I'm going to have a talk with you later." Continuing his walk, he headed out of the city, in the direction of his ship.
Collan is attempting to exit like a pansy, if he succeeds, I'll be taking PL.

Life certainly was strange, wasn't it? Though Greeve had no delusions about his chances of walking away from this situation alive, he hadn't expected the following events. The alien he was pinning down suddenly transformed, his power stronger than his own. Suddenly, what was him holding him down, turned into the alien holding him in place. And yet, despite the power difference between them, the alien was now giving him a chance to walk away from all this. Simply turn himself and be 'spared'. The goat man once again repeated his offer, now more confident than ever (easy when you have two much stronger individuals backing you up) and the white haired youth, despite the Saiyan's desire to see him destroyed, backed off and took off into the darkness. He couldn't help but feel a little bit of humour seeing the cocky boy sent running with his tail between his legs.
He looked down at the alien, who despite holding him, was still underneath him. Did he make no attemp to get up? Greeve removed his foot from him. No sense in doing the pointless. "That's a generous offer you make," Greeve replied, looking down at the alien, not even paying attention to the goat man, "Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be one I'm capable of accepting. Not that death bothers me or anything, but I highly doubt your Saiyan friend there is going to let me walk away from this, regardless of what you two think." He glanced over at Peiter as he said this. There was no sense of mockery in his voice. No sense of smug superiority. He was just simply stating the facts.
He then finally looked over at Chai, a small smirk on his face. "One month from today. Sure, why not?" For a guy with imminent death hanging over him, he was oddly calm.

The Hunter's words weren't understood, Chai's sword hissing at Pieter with a threat to blame him if this kid next to him were to die. He shot a glance to the sword, acknowledging this and knowing the risk. However, his gaze had to focus unto EGG, who'd been twitching madly at Pieter's statement! The hunter shouted up to him, "Focus it down, EGG! Don't let the instincts take over! You work with your instincts, but you're no run by them. FOCUS!"A gust of wind erupted, as parts of EGG flew off with a... Intensely Calm energy? His power took a great leap, as he developed a mohawk, a cape, and surprisingly humanoid muscles to translate that power! Pieter was giving a look at him that was expressing good impression, but also severe confusion. He even regrew his arm with this transformation too! "What on Earth just... NEVERMIND," Pieter muttered, before shaking his head and looking at towards Collan, "Take the time you need to. We've got you covered, alright?"Pieter looked to the creature, and as it spoke, the hunter seemed to have an epiphone and shouted out, "How the hell did a spirit like you get outta the Afterlife, and how're you maintai- EGG, Chai, knock him out," Pieter beckoned the saibaman and goatman, "We need to bring them to Maeve so she can send them back to the Afterlife properly! He's an escaped soul! There's no telling what he'll do if he can escape."( EGG, Chai) (KP: 3/3 from 2/3)
