Greetings, Souls! Your friendly neighborhood Turtle Hermit here, and I have decided something! I'm going to... HOLD A TOURNAMENT!
Yes! That's right! A Martial Arts Tournament (Because we need more of those, right?). However, this is no ordinary tournament! This Tournament is for Turtle school hopefulls! Those new characters who wish to follow the righteous and just path and learn the secrets hidden in the orange and blue Gi! For those interested, here are the rules!
1: Must be sub-100,000 PL.
2: Must provide an entrance fee of 500 Zeni. (The money goes towards the first and second place prizes!)
3: No killing! This is about character growth and development, and Toma will be watching every fight personally. Should you try to kill your opponent, Toma will step in to stop the match and disqualify you himself.
4: Entrants cannot have learned from any other schools already.
And I'm sure you want to know what the fabulous prizes are, right? Well fret not, my friends! I've a list!
First Place Prize: A free Turtle Hermit Gi! (Or 2500 Zeni)
Second place prize: A half-off Gi! Half your money is refunded to you. (Or half the cost of a Gi)
Third place and lower: The experience! Even if you don't make first or second, don't be discouraged! Toma will take note of you if you decide to learn from him later, and any remaining prize money will be going towards a Dojo for the school for students to use.
Please, post sign ups below and lets get this ball rolling!

Joining. BACON isn't the most righteous, however, it would like to learn more about applied Ki use. (Totally not just because I want it to scream Kamehameha in saibaman, becoming "GI RAH VAH BAH GIGI!)

I'd love to join in on this with Chai and Guardia over here! Should we send the Zeni in now or wait?

I would like to join in as long as it's acceptable that I'm currently in another school but haven't learned a single thing just yet. I would definitely drop out if I do learn techs before the tournament starts.

I'll be posting the event with a 2 weeks notice if we gather enough people. I'm hoping for ten people at least, a nice even number.
Zeni doesn't have to be sent until then, if I scrap the idea I wouldn't want to have to redistribute everyones Zeni.

Big Train I'm sorry, but the whole point of the tournament is to help lowbies who don't currently have the advantage of a master or access to a special and such yet, to help give them a boost. You being in a school disqualifies you from entering.

I would like to join, and will be sending over the entry fee when some older threads have finished up.

Does sub 100k power level apply to your base? For example, if I use fssj and it puts me above 100k, is that ok?

Rafar No, it does not apply to trasnformations. FSSJ would not disqualify you.
