History:
Robocine, also known as the BBA Combattloid Model D-26, is one of the latest models of the Androids built in Site A, located in the Southern Islands. Originally, the Combattloid were built as foot soilders in a forgotten war in Age 1000, the Combattloids were forgotten by time untill recently, when the BBA have unearthed records of the war as well as blueprints for the model of Androids used during the war.
Rebuilt by Site A's Science Corps, the Combattloids were remade into a new kind of robot, which now focused on defending the world as members of the World Police. While the Combattloids were a phenomenal police force for the first three months of activation, a mysterious computer virus wiped most of them out and corrupted the survivors into insane machines of pure destruction. The only one who was not affected was Robocine, who hasn't been activated at the time.
Eventually though, Robocine was activated during a evacuation drill in Site A, where his systems were focused on figuring how to turn the extreme noises off. As he systematically deactivated all of the alarms one by one, the scientists were amazed at his ability to easily turn them off, and they decided to do extra work on him in order to make him immune to viruses unlike the rest of his model.
After various experiments on his wiring and body, the scientists were able to rework Robocine even more, not only making him immune to viruses with use of a firewall, but also installing in a Ki Engine to boost his strength even further. After some trials to see how Robocine would handle protecting the world, the robot was finally ready.
Now, Robocine is a mechanical member of the BBA World Army Police and a seasoned fighter who wants to join KAOS. While he is a bit worried about another great battle after the war with the SSE, Robocine is still following his prime directive of protecting the citizens of Earth at all costs by eliminating any chance of crime.

>Nuclear Fire [UP2]: Robocine concentrates the heat in the Ki Engine and focuses Ki around himself before launching a beam of red Ki surrounded by blue flames at the opponent, causing more damage than his traditional Missle Fire. (Power = 66% per Ki Charge)
