Pieter was still riling from the last round he had. His opponent, Kazar, was one Pieter didn't expect to come across, and frankly, Pieter didn't expect it to be so difficult! The little devil child named Beelzebub had to step in and declare a victor! However, he'd finally advanced to the next round, and unsurprisingly, Pieter was up against Articho, his fellow student. As he made his way up to the next arena, he had a flickered memory of his lessons with KIng Kai! He slapped himself in the face, as he thought in a quiet mutter, "Right, right..! I had to call it out first, before I used it on... Man, that would've made things so much easier!"His blood was still hot, and he felt a little more at ease with his Super Saiyan transformation. It wasn't immense rage fueling it this time around, so he imagined that he could somewhat keep up with his fellow classman. Worst came to it, though, he may have to demonstrate some of King Kai's lessons... Pieter hoped that it wouldn't come to that though! Articho was stretching his arms across his chest, loosening himself up. The "fight" with Helix, if it could even be called a fight, hadn't taken much of his energy. He felt raring and ready to go against his first real opponent in this tournament: Pieter. He switched arms as a smirk crossed his face. He was getting super excited for a rematch with his fellow King Kai student. His smirk turned into a full blown smile as he checked the gauze wrappings around his hands and made his way onto the arena. The younger hybrid jumped up on to the stone base of the arena and looked at Pieter through his sunglasses, still smiling brightly. He walked over to the hunter, raising a fist for a fist bump from him. "Let's give them a good show," he said cheerily. "No holding back, alright?"Pieter Wolfbane |

Articho hopped on the ring, sunglasses on and grin on his face. He looked as though he wasn't at the least scuffed from his match, Pieter would notice! Pieter, meanwhile, looked as though he just went through a warzone and had been bandaged up on parts of his head, torso, and hands. The hunter got on the ground, flipping his backside to the ground and made himself an arch. Several bruises on his back ached him, thanks to Kazar having focused on trying to hit his back so much! Pieter winced for a moment, before turning back around and standing up. As Arti spoke cheerfully, he wanted Pieter to not hold back. Pieter bumped fists with him, asking, "Are you sure, Arti? You may be surprised at what I'm able to do."The hunter backed up, still facing his classmate with hands on his hips as he backed up. Articho gave Pieter a quick once over, his smile faltering slightly as he studied his peer. He looked like a he had a whole first aid kit had been used to patch him up. Kazar must have given him a real challenge, but he was glad to see that Pieter had ended up winning. "Damn. That Kazar guy put you through the ringer, didn't he?" the hybrid commented as he crossed his arms. "Hopefully you'll have enough in you to keep up in this fight. But if you've got any tricks up your sleeves, don't be afraid to hit me with it. I don't want to win without any effort here."Articho leapt back to the side of the arena opposite of Pieter. His bluish white aura exploded around him as he dropped into a fighting stance before he quickly vanished, then reappeared in front of Pieter just as quickly. His right hand was being swung up in a uppercut aimed at Pieter's chin, with his right leg sweeping its way towards Pieter's feet. "That he did... But I think he needed some more attention than I did," Pieter claimed, grinning as he did, "It gave me some time to think and remember a few things from the lessons King Kai gave us... Let's go!"The moment Articho moved, Pieter went to match him! However, Articho soon vanished, leaving Pieter to try and figure Articho's movements. This was the power difference Pieter was more familiar with! He didn't feel far off from it, either. The first attack, Pieter managed to yank his head back to dodge, but it was the sweep at Pieter's feet that caught him! With a small yelp, he fell backwards his back to it. However, he found ability to turn himself, land with one hand, and jab his foot back towards Articho's face with a grunt! Afterward, he'd try to speed off in a blur, to try and get some distance on Articho. The battle was only just beginning...! ( Articho Reville , back to ya!) (KP: 3/3) (PL: 138,006)

Articho felt Pieter's foot connect with his jaw, his head jerking back as he grunted in response. He turned his backwards momentum into a back flip, pirouetting through the air before landing on his feet. "Check up on him for me, will ya?" Articho shouted in reply as he recovered. He quickly dashed around, trying to get in front of the older hybrid as his willed his staff to appear. The staff poofed into existence, only for its owner to chuck it in a horizontal toss towards Pieter. Articho was right behind it, sprinting towards the older hybrid before jumping up and kicking both legs forward towards Pieter's chest. KP: 3/3 PL: 205,337 Pieter Wolfbane |

Pieter's foot connected to Articho's jaw, allowing the two to get distance from one another. With a quick rub of his chin, Arti asked Pieter to make sure he was fine. The hunter shrugged quickly, half closing his left eye as he simply responded with, "... Eh. Wasn't that bad!"Articho started to speed around, not too differently from Kazar except for the speed! Frankly, Pieter want to sigh at this, but Articho showed in front of his face and... A staff appeared?! It was hurled at him and knocked Pieter right in the head, before soon after kicking Pieter in the chest with the full force of his speed backing him. The hunter gasped, as he was propelled to the edge of the arena! He barely got his feet on the ground to stop his movement, but he reached the end with a little too much movement. "Shah!"Pieter shouted out, as he hurled his hand behind him! Two ki blasts zoomed behind him and plumed on the ground, providing enough counterforce for him to stop! He whipped his head forward, hunched as he clasped at his chest. "Hah, hah... Crap, too close," Pieter muttered out loud to himself! He had to take it a step up. He put both arms up in front of himself, still hunched, as he took a deep breath in, before releasing it with a shout and enveloping himself in yellow once more! Pieter rushed forward, aiming to smash Articho into the arena floor before he would engage in his own transformation with a wild fist! ( Articho Reville, your go!) Articho back flipped back a few feet after his kick sent Pieter flying, landing with a soft clack of his boots hitting the stone arena floor. He watched Pieter with a disappointed frown as the older hybrid began careening off of the stage. It would have been a real shame to have won by ring out so quickly. "Damn. I was in the mood for a good fight..." he sighed as crossed his arms. His frown quickly shifted back to a smile as Pieter managed to stop himself from falling from the arena. "No kidding," the younger hybrid said, laughing as he reached towards his fallen staff. The staff lifted off of the ground and returned to its owner'a hand. "You had me worried there for a second. I didn't want to win that quickly." The younger hybrid laughed again before sensing the sudden spike in Pieter's power, his expression returning to a frown. "The main course, already." he asked as a swirl of golden energy surrounded him. In a flash of bright light, Articho ascended to his own Super Saiyan state before adjusting the handle is his staff. "I've barely finished the appetizer," he continued, spinning to the left of Pieter's attack and swinging his staff down at the back of the hunter's neck. Before Pieter knew what was happening, there was blunt pain at the back of his neck, and a stinging sensation at his side! He ended up rolling on the ground, panting madly from the attack. He had to lost any real effect the moment he transformed.
"Damn, what do I do," Pieter thought to himself, starting at the other, "He's nearly got twice my strength as it is... I've got no choice but to use it so soon! This is going to suck for me..."
Pieter would take a wide riding stance, fists in front as he glared at the ground. He uttered loudly, remembering how the technique was done, "Nah, that's not the main course... THIS IS! Kaio-ken... Times 20!"
The moment Pieter uttered that out loud, his energy nearly tripled itself, as his aura and body went from a golden color to Red and dark pink! He put a foot back, looking ready to charge Articho, as he uttered, "I'm not sure how much time I have like this, so I don't plan on squandering it!"
He brought both hands out to his side and his hands immediately looked as though they were being covered in prismic gauntlets! He howled out loud, hurling both hands forward, "THUNDER WOLF'S HOWL!"
His energy pushed out as a massive beam, a wolf's head coming at Articho viciously, and looking as though it would knock him through the wall of the arena!

Articho tossed his staff away and it vanished into thin air as he watched Pieter rose back to his feet. He smiled, glad to see that the other hybrid wasn't down for the count yet, though he could see that it wouldn't take much longer for Articho to finish the fight. He readied himself for the final blows when Pieter shouted out a word he'd never heard before. He barely had time to register the cry itself before Pieter's aura turned from gold to red and his power level skyrocketed. "What the- What the hell?" he shouted in surprise, taking a step back from the older man. It didn't take much longer for an insanely large attack followed. Dammit! I can't stop that in this form! Articho thought, his mind racing. He grit his teeth as he increased his own power output, causing his muscles to swell to ridiculous proportions and his hair grow longer and spikier. He raised one hand to the sky, creating a giant green drill from his hand before dropping his arm and firing it towards Pieter's attack. The two beams clashed and pushed against each other. The younger hybrid felt his muscles straining to try and overpower the other man's attack before they began buckling under from the effort. "Shit shit shit!" he shouted, crossing his arms in front of him as his Heaven Piercer was over taken by Pieter's attack. The energy beam washed over him, pushing him back a few feet before it ended. Articho fell to his knees, bracing himself on the ground with one hand and breathing heavily. "What...What the hell is 'Kaioken?!'" he shouted in bewilderment. Articho's power increased even further than Pieter anticipated, and before he knew it, a counter attack was launched at Pieter's attack! Pieter's Howl, though, had enough power to plow through the opposing attack. It collided into Articho and send him reeling back towards one of the ends of the arena. However, it would not be enough to take him out of the ring! As Articho inquired to what just happened, Pieter immediately begun to writhe on the ground, his aura dispersing and body returning to its normal color! "GAAAAAAAH! HAAAH," he yelped, collapsing to his knees and gasping. His power had dangerously dropped down after his attempt, to the point he had to shout out, "D-done... I'm done! Can't continue on..!"( King Kai, Articho Reville, Bing Gan, Pieter is submitting the round and is removing himself from the tournament from here on out! I'll be taking power level for everything.) King Kai yelped in surprise as the maximum form of Kaioken was used right off the bat. As the energies of the two fighters collided, the Kai could easily tell the outcome before their clash even finished. The smoke cleared, revealing that Articho, while damaged, was still in fighting condition. Pieter on the other hand was in serious pain. The blue-skinned deity hopped onto the stage, glaring at Pieter, before turning to the crowd. "Wow! After some very poor use of the Kaioken technique, Pieter has conceded from the entire tournament! Such a shame... Perhaps we'll see him again next time." |
