The technique branches work as follows:
N1 > UP2 > MP3
N1 > UP2 > UV3 (you can buy the variant last)
N1 > V2 > UV3 (or you can buy it first)
You have to have a UP2 before making an MP3, because the UP2 represents the 66% power, so it always comes first before getting the MP3. There is a graphic that illustrates this idea in the rules as well.
Also, SU is just straight up SU > SU2 > SU3 (also sometimes noted as S2 > S3)

A friend told me about the site, sounded cool, so I've come to check it out. Looks like fun, but none of the available races are Kais. Since custom aliens can come From any planet, could I make a Kai using the alien template or should I just pass on the idea and roll with something more reasonable?

What... is the air-speed velocity of an unladen swallow?

Are we talking about the African or European Swallow?
If it's the latter studies seem to suggest that the average cruising airspeed velocity of an unladen European Swallow is roughly 11 meters per second, or 24 miles an hour.

Rei, why you no answer serious question? As for you, princess, not too sure, leaning towards no. But it would probably be best to go with something more reasonable to start with.

Also, here's a question for Vi-PoiIf a character has boasted about how he was going to gather dragon balls or that he has some.. Can another character without a dragon radar challenge them for the balls? Do you need a radar for challenges? Or do you need to get one?

You always need a Dragon Radar for challenges, no matter what. Else, the strongest person in the game could quickly gather them all.

Wasn't there a WC minimum for each tech learnt? You needed at least 500 words for each tech learnt, wasn't it?

Before I'll ask this question, I am not here to demand anything. I'm only asking as someone apart of the new members of the community... I've also looked around to find the answer but never found anything. I also read not to sound demanding so I promise not to sound like a demanding person ;_;. Now towards the question! What's happening with the grading for characters? Now, I'm not usually the type of guy to get very questioning and such for this and I'm patient but it's scaring me because there's over 10 people now waiting on their character profiles being checked. Now, I 110% understand if mods/admins needs some time off or have IRL issues then that's perfectly fine! I know there's been a few mods/admins who've been busy in life where they have little time but shouldn't there be at least one person grading the characters if someone is absent to do so? I've been admin for GMod servers and stuff for RP and I understand that things can get in the way of grading and all. I'm only concerned because I don't want y'all to be stacked with all these applications to where it gets tiring for you (I know the pain! Reading app after app gets boring). Please don't take my question wrong as if I'm sounding annoying or anything! I'm just a little concerned and such for all of us. I've also been told that y'all are putting in a new grading thing for auto-grading (Correct me please if I'm wrong) which may be part of the reason but I'm not quite sure if that's really the reason. Thank you for reading! P.S. I love the community by the way! It's so much friendlier here then the Bleach Forum RP I was in. I'm looking forward to RPing with everyone!

My questions concerns this
How much of a boost would the technique version be capable of? Could I make the technique version as strong as x8, or would it have to be a x3 boost?
And the reduction of the multiplier... is that for each post the boost is active for, or just each time I turn it off/on? For example I use it in a thread first time around, and it... gives me the max boost available via technique of... x8 for the sake of this example. I then turn it off after in theory defeating this foe. The enemy then activates their own transformation, I activate the technique again, but its now x7... is that how it works?

You spend a technique slot to increase the multiplayer by 1, so to get it from minimum to maximum with tech slots alone would cost you 5 tech slots. It decreases in value at the end of use (so generally the end of the thread)

Kilo I'm certain that you already had this question answered elsewhere, but I'm going to reply regardless just so others who check this thread know. wodsouls.freeforums.net/thread/5256/major-grading-overhaulWe're doing some behind the scenes maintenance, and even though certain threads are given priority, on occasion the staff are simply unable to get to certain requests in a timely fashion due to real life getting in the way. We try to make waiting periods as short as possible, so please bear with us as we work towards making the Souls experience a more efficient one!

Hello there. I have a question!
If someone say buys the three tiers of weights. Could they possibly say if they had heavy weights on. And got into a fight. Drop down to medium weights or light weights and receive the bonus of the lesser weights they dropped too?
For instance. Say a fellow is wearing his heavy weights. Has a spar. An rather then drop weights entirely drops down to light or medium weights. Could they get the gains of using their lower weights if they don't take the weights off entirely? I know already weights don't stack I am merely asking if it would be possible to drop to lower forms of weights and gain the bonus of the last one worn the lowers tier you had on OR if going from heavy weights to mid/low weights would just forsake the gains of weights altogether.
I had a idea for Green to perhaps wear his heavy weights as the under blue shirt and flavor wise perhaps have the two little weights on his wrists. And was curious if I had both heavy and light weights if I take off the heavy weights if I could switch to using light weights in a thread basically. Thus abandoning heavy weight gains for light weight gains assuming those too don't come off.

Hi! I was wondering. So far, in my rps, I haven't mentioned/used one of the techniques I have. Would it be possible to change it? (As in, canonically, it would never have existed and it was always the new technique?)

You can't stack weights or wear two weights at the same time. That isn't allowed. You were told no when you had asked this before on skype, green. As for Yocho, I'm likely going to go ahead and say no. Sorry. Adtually, after speaking with the other staff, Yocho, it's allowed. Just reapply and say you're changing the tech you want to change for it. Forgot I had done the same thing in the past. xD So as long as you didn't do anything with it in the past, it's all good.
