Conan sighed as he walked through the fiery pits of HFIL. It had been his home for more than two months, making him officially 15. 'Wasted two long damn months here,' Conan thought to himself as he continued on his trail. He didn't exactly know where he was going. He just needed some time to think. Conan missed the upper heavens and Earth, but he couldn't exactly leave until he fulfilled his promise to himself, to become the Super Saiyan that surpasses all Super Saiyajins: A Super Saiyan 3. After two long months of research, training, soul-finding, and other such things like those, he still hasn't even gone SUper Saiyan yet. One good thing from those months, though, was that the savage part of Conan had finally been subdued. It still came back from time to time, but only if Conan needed its, or his, assistance in battle. Puffs of black smoke floated everywhere around Conan, and some had stopped and watched him walk through the crowd. He could feel the non-existent eyes on him, burning through the back of his head. Conan chuckled and said to himself, "I never got this much attention before on Earth.." But before he could fully amuse himself from this, a huge shadow loomed overhead, and engulfed Conan. He stopped and looked up at who had blocked his path, and he was sure horrified at what he saw. A huge, buff saiyan had stepped in Conan's path. Conan looked him in the eyes and said in his usual defiant voice, "Hey, get outta my way." The older saiyan laughed and said to Conan, "Why should I? You can't do anything abut me. Surely not. You're just a kid, a pipsqueak. A weakling. A sad excuse of a saiyan." Conan waited until the man was done and when he finished, Conan sucker-punched him in the gut. The male Saiyan gasped and took a step backward. "I don't have time to deal with idiots like you. Now, either got out of my way, or," Conan then formed a large Ki-Ball in hand, "I'll have to make you." The male Saiyan growled in disgust and charged at Conan. Conan ducked and hit the saiyan right in the stomach once again. The Saiyan grunted and grabbed Conan's arm, throwing him into one of the nearby mountains. The older Saiyan laughed, as he thought he had won. Oh how he was wrong. Conan floated out of the debris, unharmed. The Saiyan's expression changed from arrogant and prideful, to one of shock and horror. As Conan slowly descended toward the Saiyan, he said to him, "Next time, follow my orders, or else." And with that, Conan made the killing motion, his famous uppercut ripping across his jaw. A sickening cracking sound ensued, and the Saiyan slowly sank to the ground. Conan stepped over the body, and walked away, leaving a trail of shocked souls in his wake.
A lot had happened in the two months in the living world too, not just Otherworld. Someone made a wish, and now all the damage from the SSE had been healed. Bing was saved too, so that was a win. But the sad thing was that no one wished for the people dead from Eotru's rampage to be revived, so he stayed here while most people were revived. It frustrated Conan, and he hated the unfairness of it all. After weeks of denial, he finally came to terms with it, knowing that this would be a good place to train. But his power had only gone up a little, since most of Conan's time had been engulfed in research, surprisingly. Conan wasn't that dumb, he knew that it wouldn't be reasonable just to keep training without having any goal to work towards. So, for the first time in Conan's life, he put training aside for something even more important. From his research, Conan discovered almost nothing, other than some legends passed down from the ages, one of which included a Saiyan defeating a emperor, who was an Arcosian, in a hard-fought battle in Namek. The Saiyan surpassed his limits in that battle, and had become a Super Saiyan. Conan, no matter how many times he tried to replicate it, had no results. For the rest of the time, he rested. Sure, he had work to do, but you need some relaxation. The Saiyan in Conan was disappointed. Conan, himself, wasn't all too sure. But, one thing Conan was sure of was that he wasn't going to get any better if he just stood around here. So, Conan hovered off the ground, and started flying around looking for trouble. Usually, though, Trouble finds Conan. Every single time.
