Awakening Emer stood there for a moment, looking down at the small woman she spoke about stabbing him right through the heart. It didn't surprise him she'd respond in such heat. As if she was utterly pissed at him, though she had no clue exactly whom he was. Hell she hadn't even known him more than a few minutes now, and she was already threatening him. Thus was his fate as a Kagami, there's no reason she should act differently. Perhaps she was like Mimikku, someone that had fallen in love with a saiyan. That possibility wasn't to far off in his own mind. Hell it was within the realms of possibilities.
However, she began raising her voice yelling at him for a moment, telling him that he had been lying dead. It wasn't so far from the truth, he had it happen to him at one point. Limbo wasn't the funnest place to be after all. She spoke about how one time, he might now come back, and he'll be lost. Talking about what about the people that cared for him? Tilting his head slightly he looked at her. His eyes turning into an ice cold stare as he watched her for a moment.
She spoke about how he had no sense, what about his plan? "I'll tell you... I have no one to care about me. There's no one here that hasn't attempted to kill me before. Anyone I mention, anyway I have ever associated with has tried to kill me at least once. You wouldn't be the first or last. There is no one here that hasn't tried that I've meet." He said thinking back on Nai-ran, Mimikku, and Hinawa. All of those names still so fresh and in his memories caused him to shake his head at the thought.
"As far as my plan to free the Kagami, I will tell you my plan. I plan to fight and destroy anything in my way. But at the same time, I'm prepared, I will die more than once during this quest. I will die, there's no denying it. Some of the saiyans are far stronger than any you've meet. There's some that even makes the world tremble with their power. However, as far as my own body goes... It'll give out before long, It'll decide that it's had enough.." His eyes starring at her for a moment, the fire that burned in them was still present, he wasn't going to be giving up.
"So, when that time comes, if I haven't succeeded in my goal, it'll be another's duty to try and succeed where I have failed. If the Kagami truly want to be free, they'll get it through their head to fight back. The women of our race are warriors, they have more strength than any saiyans can imagine. Yet they're so beaten and docile it's not even funny." He said with a cold turn to it. As he looked down at the small woman shaking and cold.
The nights chilled air, with her wet clothing didn't help. Reaching down he picked up the cloak that had long since dried, as it was pretty much elemental proof, he stepped up wrapping it around her lithe body. She'd feel the sudden weight of the cloak, something heavier than anyone would be expecting, in it's own right it could simply push the girl to the ground, but standing within the small cloak, she'd feel her body begin to heat up, as the material it was made in, trapped her body heat within. "As it is, I warned you that putting on those clothes would make you sick." He sad as he watched her shaking start to slowly subside.

I KNOW WHAT RUNS THROUGH YOUR BLOOD
There was a change in the man. The whole time she was ranting only a few things would make him flare with anger. The one time it had been the surge of his ki. This time it was his icy eyes narrowing upon her form. She wouldn’t back up this time, wouldn’t give way. But she would wonder what caught his nerve. It would seem he would soon tell her.
He had no one to care for him. Everyone has harmed him or tried to kill him. Durian wasn’t sure whether to believe it or not. Narrowing her eyes a bit, she’d exhale through her nose. Crossing her arms over her chest and giving a brief shiver as she pressed the cold and damp fabric to her skin, she’d look at him irritably but hold much less volume to her voice. “You need to meet better people then.” She stated flatly. How could a person run into so many people that tried to take his life? Hell. Even Saiyans didn’t have that bad of luck.
The Kagami spoke no better. His life ending. Someone else taking up his torch. With a bit of disapproval, she would shake her head. It wasn’t a drive she wished to see. An empty one. One that still accepted death over life. Welcome death. It was saddening and irritating. But at this point in time, saddening would win over. The female’s dull eyes showing a bit of inner breaking, her hurt going out to the man even if she made no movement, said no word, and offered no solace. Durian didn’t know him. She could offer no hope for him in the ways of care or certainty. They were strangers that met in the night along the riverbank.
Stepping away as the man began to move, she’d give him his space. Her body was quickly dropping in temperature due to her clothing and the night air. The desert held little comfort in its switch from one extreme to the next. He’d pick up his cloak and to her surprise, drape it over her shoulders. Dull eyes widening ever so slightly in surprise, she’d look to the male with that bit of confusion. Why? And why was it so damn heavy?! He could have set a mountain on her back and she likely wouldn’t have known the difference. Her body was weighted down and she could feel her own legs weakening. Her shoulders would droop a bit beneath the weight, the woman needing to focus to steady her balance again. But... it was warm. It wasn’t wet like her clothing, so her body heat would nestle inside the little weighted tent. It didn’t instantly fix her problems, but it helped.
“Thank you.” The woman muttered. Even though she would have trouble moving. Even though it was heavy as hell. He had assisted her. When she had spoken, her eyes would be focused on him. Durian wasn’t one to look away. Not shy away from something especially as simple as offering a cloak. He would speak again which would grant him an unimpressed look from the female. “I’m not sick. I’m merely cold. Which only means I should be leaving so that I can return to my camp.” She honestly should have left a long time ago. She just... had been infuriated by his thoughts. His want for death. She wanted to find greater hope in her brethren. Her hands moving to try and keep her clothes in her grasp but also remove his cloak from her shoulders, she would begin to shimmy the thing off of her. Give it back to him. Head to camp. Continue what she had been doing. She would get stronger and be of use to her people. Durian would be able to fight Saiyans and bring them down to release Kagami everywhere.

Awakening Standing there for a moment, Emer looked over the small woman. It seemed that the small chill was getting to her. As she crossed her arms over her chest. It brought that shiver back once more. When she had spoken about him needing to meet better people, he would of laughed if he had it in him. He just simply nodded towards her. As he sat there watching her for a moment. It seemed that she didn't think to highly of him, but that was fine for Emer. Cause he didn't think highly of himself, or anyone else. As there was simply no point.
As Emer's gaze never left her, he noticed something that made him tilt his head slightly, she was showing sadness? Was it probably because of what he was talking about? It was a strange emotion for him to witness, cause he hadn't seen anyone saddened by his thoughts, or the way he lived. All they did was offer their assistance. However, when he moved towards her, she seemed to hesitate and begin to move away from him, however, she didn't have time to get away from him. As the cloak wrapped around her tiny frame, the look on her face was price less.
She had a look of confusion upon her face, her eyes had long since dulled back to how they had been. She seemed to freeze in her thoughts. She spoke simple words, that brought a smile to Emer's face. It's not often he's told thank you... Let alone from a complete stranger. He did notice the small woman buckling slightly, as if the weight was pressing down upon her, However, when he spoke about how he had told her so, it got him a disappointed look. This was one confusing woman in front of him. She shifted so quickly through different emotions.
However, when she responded, about how she wasn't sick. That she was merely cold, and that she should be leaving. Emer just let out a small sigh, as she began to shift and try to get out from underneath his cloak. When he reached over, he simply lifted it off of her with that one arm. She'd probably not be so surprised he could do that so easily. But she had experienced first hand how heavy the object had been. However, when he removed the cloak, she'd instantly be hit with the ice cold wind of the freezing desert night.
She might not of expected that the cloak was trapping in her body heat, and warming her up from inside out. It was like she had a fire just instantly snuffed in front of her, while a bucket of ice was thrown on her. He tilted his head slightly as he looked at her. "I can't stop you from going anywhere. Well, physically I could, but that wouldn't prove anything to hurt one of my own..." He said with a soft voice. It wasn't the cold distant one he had been using earlier.
"However, you're free to do as you like. If you'd prefer to return to the camp than do so. However, if you choose to follow me, I'll lead you to the cave I reside in. I have a fire burning in there that i need to get back to quickly. It would warm you up if that's what you desire. However, feel free to simply return to the camp you came from if you think you can make it back just fine." He finished his statement and began to leave. Just giving her a simple option like that it was obvious what she'd choose right?
She didn't feel comfortable around the man, so of course she'd choose to go back to the camp. As if it was even an option. She'd choose the sickness, and fever that came along with damp clothes and cold weather. Just to get away from this gruff Kagami, and as it stood, Irith wouldn't blame her, nor would Emer.

I KNOW WHAT RUNS THROUGH YOUR BLOOD
He smiled. It wasn’t something she had come to expect from the short moments knowing him. Had even a muttered thank you caused that? Or was he amused by something she did under that fierce exterior of his? Regardless, Durian wouldn’t take it back. He had helped her and made her warmer. Whether the notion was welcome or not, he assisted her. And thanks was necessary. At least, in her mind in this moment.
Durian wasn’t sure what had made him sigh and she was a little preoccupied getting the mountain of a jacket off of her body. She was lucky she stayed on her feet, let alone was getting it off of her. But with one simple movement, the one armed Kagami would take it from her shoulders and away from her. Hit with the cold reminder of the night, that her body was damp and her clothes were wet, she would shiver again. The desert was merciless. Hot in the day. Freezing in the night. Taking a shaky breath in, she’d focus her eyes upon the male and give a nod once again in thanks. While her body was cold once again, he had helped her with the removal of his cloak.
What caught her by more surprise was the softness by which he spoke to her. It was almost caring in nature. Odd. They had been fighting since the moment they met it seemed like, and even here he was telling her how he could force her to not leave. He was peculiar, if not a bit irritating. Still. The voice was welcoming. He was offering her warmth. But it also was accompanied by him, a stranger. Though he was of her own kind, she barely knew him. He hadn’t attacked her but that didn’t mean he couldn’t. There didn’t have to be trust between two because of a similar race. He offered a possible fire closer than her camp. Warmth but possibly not safety. He was unfamiliar and something she could not rely on.
He was already beginning to turn, but Durian had freed a single arm and gathered her ki around it. Calling after him, she would give her answer. As well as speaking, she would set her arm alight. Fire dancing over her arm and hand, giving off a sort of heat from the energy. To her, it hardly compared to fire. To someone she attacked... well. It wouldn’t give them any mercy in these flames.
“If your power isn’t a straight lighthouse beacon for Saiyans, I can pray that I’ll be unnoticed as I cross the desert. May our paths cross on free-er days.”
Lifting her fired arm a bit as if waving him goodbye, she’d likely turn away from him as well to head back towards her camp. It was funny. The end of her statement was nearing friendly. That she thought maybe of seeing him again. Maybe. Clothing still huddled in the other arm, she’d need to get there fairly soon. Her ki and energy didn’t give her endless amounts of time to hold such a ‘flame.’ She did very much hope there were no Saiyans in the area. Nothing looking to hone in on ki. She liked to be more secretive and less of a target. But one would favor his power over hers, right?

Awakening Just as he was about to finish walking away, he sensed the woman's Ki spike. Turning around nearly instantly with his own ki flaring up, Emer's blood red eyes stared at the smaller Kagami. It seemed that she was getting ready for something, and he didn't quiet know what it was. The young mans power, rising up to it's maximum, leaving her completely behind... Earlier he had only flared up to around twenty or so thousand... But now he had his blessing activated sending him reeling into the hundred thousands, as he starred at her... He wasn't sure what she was about to do.
The ground shook around him as his power sky rocketed, and small blue lines appeared on his skin. However, when she would speak, all of this seemed to disappear. As the young man blinked a few times looking at her. Nodding slightly he stepped backwards a bit, keeping his guard up around the woman now. she had shown some intent, perhaps it was misunderstood? But her arm now covered in a fiery inferno, along with the amount of Ki she was putting out, even if it was lower than his own, it still possessed a threat to someone that was suppressing themselves.
However, listening to her words, he realized what he was doing. Taking a moment, he let out a small breath of air, before his power sky rocketed back down, to that of the creatures around him. His eyes looking directly at her. IT seemed that he needed to be in better control of his own power. "I suppose that's true... We'll eventually see one another at some point." However he remembered something about the girl... She was an escapee from the saiyans as well. A small tilt of his head showed a little bit of interest in it.
"Hmm... The saiyans will most likely come for you, once they realize that you're a Kagami... Let alone one that has escaped... If you'd like to grow stronger, then head to the center of the desert, in three days." He said his eyes scanning her over, she wasn't a fighter, that much was certain, and she certainly didn't have the body to prove that she had been one. A hard worker maybe, she kept herself in great physical health after all. But if she was to be compared to someone that fought like him? Then no she'd be no more than a toddler.
"Look for a giant white and blue ship. It's my training station... It'll allow us to access a device these humans use in order to make themselves stronger. It's not to complicated to use, and will allow us to grow exponentially stronger..." He said that last part... Us, not just her but himself. If he was claiming that he needed to get stronger she did as well. He looked over at her once more, the cold wet clothing on her. Taking a moment, he approached her carefully with the still glowing arm. And draped over his undercoat.
It wasn't made of the heavy material as the much larger black coat, but the white one was made of the same material that kept her body heat trapped within. His eyes looking down at her as he did so. "Keep that for now, you can return it to me when we meet again... It'll be something that'll keep you warm on your way back to camp." He said in the same dry tone of voice he had earlier. He wasn't sure what to think of her really... But he held a value to never let another Kagami become hurt... Whether physically, or through sickness..

I KNOW WHAT RUNS THROUGH YOUR BLOOD
Durian was turning to leave. He was going, she was going. Her arm would keep her warm and that was al- what the hell was that. Her eyes would refocus upon the male Kagami. Her senses picking up a huge disturbance of ki. His ki. Looking to him, he was basically surrounded with an overwhelming source of power. Lines of blue would shine across his pale skin. The dull-eyed Kagami would widen her gaze, surprised and confused. Possibly, a bit fearful. The amount of energy surging off of him was huge. Even the ground quaked at his power. Taking a step back, making damn sure her back was to the desert and not to the male Kagami, she’d keep her fire charged upon her arm but make no more moves towards or away from him.
She would further explain her intentions, she had already planned to. But Durian never expected this much power from him. Giving a hesitant nod as he said they would see one another again, the female wasn’t sure she now welcomed that thought. The amount of power she just saw now shrunk her down to nothing. And she had exposed it from him for merely pulling fire to her arm. Was he dangerous? Cautious? Or both?
He’d then tilt his head and speak to her. Tell her that if she wanted to be stronger that she was to head to the center of the desert. What... did he mean by that? There was a light bit of confusion upon her features that would light up from the fire upon her arm. Was she to meet him there? Was it merely to survive? Was she going to find an annoyingly large scorpion out there? Whatever the case, she’d give him another nod. She didn’t have to tell him anything right now. If she wanted to go there in three days, she could go there in three days. Or not. It was her life, her freedom, her choice.
Durian didn’t debate she needed to be stronger. She knew that. And if there was anything to say in her comparison to his power, she needed a lot of help. He explained that it would be him she was meeting. With a training station. Interesting... and a little nerve wracking. “I’ll think on it.” The woman spoke honestly. It was a bit to process. Not working and living, but living to train and grow stronger. To actually be closer to the goals she wished to achieve. What she didn’t expect was for him to draw forwards. He took his undercoat and flung it over her shoulders. Nestling it around her body. She could already feel it keeping her warmth within it. Looking at him with confusion once more, she’d let the fire dissipate from her arm.
She’d look up in return. His red eyes looking down to her near grey ones. There was no reason to hold back, he had repeated the action. ”Thank you.... again.” She spoke more clearly and sincerely than the last time. Now that she had his clothing... it was more of a reason to return to him. She could still deny the offer. Not show up in three days. It’s possible she wouldn’t feel guilty. Durian didn’t know and would have to think on it. Suppressing her Ki back down to the level of other creatures in the wilderness, she’d take a few steps back from the man.
“I’ll see you in three days. Maybe.” There was the smallest hint of a smile to the Kagami’s face. She’d then turn, surprisingly with her back to him, and walk for her camp. It would be easier with the warmth of his dry cloak over her body. She’d make it with little problem and time to spare. Pulling the cloak closer to her body, she’d hesitate one more moment and glance over her shoulder. “The name is Durian, Emer.”
The hadn’t introduced themselves. But the goddess that resided within the male Kagami had let his name slip. That time of anger against Durian’s anger. Another voice had taken over. Another being. It revealed his name to her. And so, he could have that much back. It was possible they would never cross paths again, afterall.
