2. While I don't wish to get rid of charging the technique completely, perhaps we could change the interval it charges in? I was originally thinking intervals of 50% (making a total of 350% if charged all the way), but maybe we could bump it down to charging like a N1? (making a total of 300% if charged all the way).
3. Same thing as 1: I don't wish to use race attributes.
4. The Metamoran Master would be the leader of a school, similar to the Crane School, Turtle School, etc. It would be a player, of which I guess the mods get to decide who. It would have to be someone that most, if not everyone agrees is trustworthy enough to give real RNG results without modifying it in any way (screenshots will probably be necessary if not). Or we could set up a registration thing like we did with the Sealed Egg thing. The only move the Metamoran Master can teach is [SP] Fusion Dance. However, the Metamoran Master has a 100% chance of fusion success if they are the one fusing to make up for this. According to the DBZ Wiki, Metamorans live on the planet Metamor. However, since they never actually show up in the anime (?), let's just assume they've died out by now. As for someone discovering the fusion dance/becoming the Metamorn Master IC'ly, one could find a book or some form of log that shows people performing the fusion dance, and learn from there.
1. Alright, from what you have stated regarding the comparisons between Potara and Metamoran Fusion makes sense, however adding an extra +x3 defensive multiplier would be a more balanced alternative to adding an entire set of KP on top of the standard 3 KP. But alas, other options must be considered, I suppose.
1a. Replacing the +3 KP with a spare Durability function. Both Arcosians, Androids, and Majins can utilize Durability, yes, however none of the other fusing options make use of it (as of now). With this, the fused character could add an extra +x1 defensive multiplier per thread.
1b. A Barrier tech (likely flavored as a diluted Regeneration, if anything), that functions as an MP3, just as the Androids obtain with their fusion. It wouldn't reflect, and merely sustain damage for the user as if to tank the blast...appearing as if they partially regenerated, in a sense. Majins (what little was seen in the series) were known to regenerate profusely, after all. This could be a way to allow Majins to fuse with other characters w/ differing races w/o having to completely risk removing their full regenerative processes.
2. The fact that a fair amount of races allow for rather sufficient power level additions with the process of fusing, I must stand firm in my previous suggestion of removing the ability to charge the MP4 if it were to remain. With the fused character likely obtaining a sizeable boost from their fusion alone, an immediate x2 to their PL + any possible transformations atop that; it just seems a bit much if they're allowed to even further increase that. Charging it w/ a mere 33% per turn may be considered regardless, however I may require a while to considering it to pass (at least for me, I cannot claim anything for the Moderators and their thoughts on the subject). If you can create any sort of alternative that may appeal to both sides here, it may work out in the end in a sufficient manner.
3. Yes, yes, fair enough. I may not be able to convince you of otherwise (perhaps not immediately, for that matter), however I must notify you that the Hellzone Grenade is a Special provided by the Mazoku Caste on Namek. If you do not prefer to remove the MP4s, at least modify the Namekian's MP4 to avoid confusion.
3a. (Side Note) Perhaps even allow the fusees to modify the MP4's name themselves, combining one of their own MP3s (or any of their techniques in this case, really) for a more personal result with the Fusion Dance. Just a bit of flavor for everyone, I suppose.
4. This is a nice start. I personally like this, however, make sure that the technique cannot be so easily widespread; it'll just cause chaos in the end. If a Player does indeed become the Metamoran Fusion Dance Master, please consider restrictions for his teachings, as making the Dance evidently common would ruin the special spectacle that is Two Becoming One. If you do not prefer anything such as a limited teaching process/method (beyond only 2 students at once), also consider making the Metamoran Master an NPC for a Moderator/Admin to control. For all we know, it may very well be in safer hands that way.
Regardless, have some more walls of text. XP
I do hope this may continue to assist you in your suggestion. Thank you once again for your time. ouo7
