In a flash of crimson eyes, it was done. Zucceta's devastation undone in mere moments. Weight was lifted from Zucceta's shoulders; not all of it, for the pain she wrought in her actions before her time as queen of saiyans was not negated. Nor could she look back at her past without regret, for they were her actions, after all, and a galaxy of people still hated her. She had placed the saiyan species on a path of self-destruction, and it would take another to move them from it.
Still, though, she felt relieved, and a truly warm smile lighted her face for the first time in years, dark eyes twinkling with a joy she hadn't felt since the last time hope had touched her. Despite her famous self-control, the saiyan woman's skin had erupted with goose-bumps, and she was shaking, holding back sobs. There were no beasts here.
She had heard Shenron's words; the Dragon Balls were gone. The hope of saving her boy, of giving him another chance, was further and further away. She briefly considers if she should feel angry, but she was filled with hope.
For the first time in what felt like eternity, Zucceta's soul had completely emerged from the waves of darkness that crashed on her interior cliff-faces. She had a ways to climb yet, but climb she would. She was filled with conviction--faith and dreams--her son would live again, truly this time, feel the chill of air on his face. This was her vow.
In her self-contained world, the saiyan warrior does not notice the golden glow surrounding Bing Gan, her saviour, her slave. She does not hear the thunder rattle, nor the Dragon Ball's drop to the Lookout, tile-shattering comets. What she does notice, what draws her out of her own head, is the cheery voice of Bing Gan, the human who had demanded that her life be spared after her failed invasion.
"... Don't think any glue in the world will put those things back together."
When he marched towards her, his face was stony, but Zucceta found herself smiling, her features soft. The grin would expand as Maeve broke between the two and kissed the human guardian, before Zucceta finds herself shaking Bing's hand, blinking rapidly the way only someone overwhelmed with emotion might.
"You fought well too, Bing Gan."
Once she releases the human's handshake, Zucceta moves to the centre of the gathered warriors and kneels down, her head dipped. She spoke, and her voice was charged with raw emotion, only one step away from tears.
"I can only offer my whole-hearted apologies to the gathered fighters here, and to those worlds that my callous apathy burned. It was my nihlism that took so many lives, and only today are they restored. This wish has not granted me a clean slate, but I hope it was scrubbed, and that the actions I take in future might lead to a brighter world."
The saiyan queen reaches down to her thigh-band, and from a small nook within it she produces a small brown kernel. She raises her Furiosa into the light, and all would see it: The Seed of Might.
"In accordance with my new ideal, I shall destroy my weapon."
Her mechanical hand, provided no-one rushed to stop her, would close around the devilish seed, and fine particles of brown dust would flow into the wind.
The queen of saiyans stands.
"I have some work to do. I must give away my crown, and I must find a way to bring my son back to the world, and then I must turn my hand to defending the people of this universe. I offer my thanks to all of those here who put faith in me, even if it did not immediately pay off--those who spared my life," she nods to Bing and Virtual Poi, "those who talked to me despite my horror," to Maeve, "and I also offer my gratitude to those who tried to stop my destruction via other means," she smiles to Walker, and Etoru.
To Koldar, she smiles. "You have every right to hate me, but know this: the path I walked, the path you walk? You will grow tired of it, should it not throw you off it with violence."
And, finally, she looks to Vi-Poi, knowingly. "I will find you when I'm ready."
Zucceta, her body enveloped in a sun-beam as Shenron's cloud finally dissipate, back-flips into the air and blasts away, should no-one stop her departure. Mid-flight, the Lookout dwindling, tears begin to trickle down her face as she grins, grins, grins.
ZUCCETA WILL RETURN IN...
THE GRAND TOUR
[(Attempted to) crush the Seed of Might. If someone wants to stop her destroying the item, she can be challenged for it.
Zucceta (attempts to) leave.

As the shine of the Dragonballs faded, Walker lowered his hand. For the first time in ages, Bing Gan was whole again. It was like the pain and torment of the past few months had never happened. Even the queen of the Saiyans, as evil as he had thought her, was destroying the Seed of Might before his very eyes. It was incredible. What had happened had happened, and there was no real erasing of that fact, but the tree's heart felt lighter than it had in ages. Much lighter, in fact. It was... Why... What had... The tree's hands flew to his head, and there was a moment of stillness, before he shook violently and collapsed to his knees, body seeming to shift and spasm as his eyes screwed shut, a muted mental whimper the only sound that escaped. It felt like his mind was splitting in half. On the outside, Walker's body seemed to be coming apart at the seams. Wooden roots that made up his form came uncoiled, writhing about and interlocking. His aura flickered, then vanished again. After a long, long moment, the chaos stopped. He reformed, his hands on the ground as he stared at the surface of the lookout, staring into the floor as he blinked. "... How... how far did I fall? NO. I did not fall, it was... was it necessary?" It wasn't an argument, not exactly. His thoughts in a whirl, the leader of Wild Hunt looked at the events of the past few months with fresh eyes. It was... unsettling. His confidence in the necessity was somewhat shaken. Had Plato really needed to die? Was it possibly he could have been saved? Or would that attempt at mercy have lead to only more death, in turn? Where was the line to be drawn? Seeing his friend returned, seeing Maeve and Bing re-united, it was leading him to question his choices. There was more than that, but Walker had not yet put that particular puzzle together, so distracted was he. Standing up shakily, he stared around. Something about the way he was carrying himself was different now. Looser, less forceful and tense. "I... I think I need to go. This... I don't....I'm sorry. I'll congratulate you later, Bing?" His head turned towards the human for a moment, before falling back again. What had just happened to him? Lifting up slightly, he went to wave a hand, then settled on simply rising up as if to fly off. Unbeknownst to the Bio-Golem, it was quite simple indeed. The wish made by Administrator Azure had been to undo all the destruction caused by the tree of might, as well as everyone ruined during their sowing. Walker had been born, and existed for very little time, compared to the others there. He was, in a very real sense, shaped by the events that had occurred since the tree was planted, the first true conflict he had ever experienced. With that wish, his very sense of self was fluctuating between the hurt, justice-obsessed Templar that he had become, and the peaceful being that had once tended the very gardens nearby his current position. The two faces of the coin spun, around and around, balanced on an edge. The side it would land on was not yet determined. (Walker attempts to leave the thread.)

'...What the hell is even happening?'The hybrid had finally mustered a will to move as Bing Gan had finally regained his organic form. Celmaru's eyes averted the Eternal Dragon's shine; his vision blurring in its glare. Once the light faded, however, it was one personal moment after another. The Kami of Earth becoming flustered, an oddly rival-esqe interaction with the Queen, even Etoru seemed ecstatic. Between the overbearing presence of the Earth's God and her lip-related contact; the hybrid was left with a shining scarlet. It was by then that Walker began to crumble.A shambling figure of the once composed tree had caught the entirety of Celmaru's attention. Practically floating above the ceramic tiles, the hybrid had only approached Walker as he heard audible inquiries. Despite this, the hybrid's lightly branded mentor would only stare upon the Lookout's surface. Celmaru was compelled to pat the poor Bio-Android's back, however it somehow seemed...inappropriate for this scenario. An unsteady palm hovered briefly, yet receded swiftly. Once again, the hybrid felt useless.
"...."
'Walker...please don't act like a snapped twig, I-'
'....'
"Its disappointing to see you like this, Walker. Perhaps you could rest at our-"
Evident lack of consolation or not, the hybrid was at least attempting to recover the tree's seemingly broken state. Walker, oh so suddenly, was then upon his wooden feet; appearing rather distant. Celmaru would only blink in response to all this, the tree-man's exit becoming increasingly swift. Glancing between Walker and the present group, the hybrid was once again frozen. Feet cemented atop unknown territory. Darting between them, two options were presented before him; remain with a group of galactic destroyers and/or protectors...or follow Walker in what manner of a state he's in.
'...Dammit Walker.'
"It was nice to meet you all, less so Koldar, however I'm afraid Walker may require some assistance. Please pardon me."
With a hasty bow of his head, the hybrid took off behind the tree. A brisk stride, merely hasty, escalating to a sprint. Unfortunately, more than Walker was abound.
'CELMARU ANTON WATERFIELD!! WHERE HAVE YOU GONE?!'
The hybrid nearly fell completely atop himself upon this mental message.
'Phae I-'
'You better return home this instant mister!'
'After I-'
'No excuses, husband!'
'Phae, Walker is-'
'I didn't say in the next few hours, Celmaru!'
'...I'll pick you up. I'm not ignoring this.'
Kicking off the Lookout's tiles, the hybrid would make his attempt to leave. Between Walker's sudden distance and Phae's recent awakening; one couldn't decide what's worse. With a burst of brilliant white Ki, his path was set.
Celmaru has begun his attempt to leave! Zeni, please. ouo7

Post by Vi-Poi on Nov 20, 2016 6:02:28 GMT
The small android jolted as the tiles cracked around him. It wasn’t the sound of the falling stones that startled him – calamitous as their impacts were – it was the sudden and violent silence from his Magical Operating Device. After feeling the edges of that infinite ocean of magic, for all of that power to suddenly be completely gone was a shocking and somehow eerie feeling.
“Just stone,” He marveled softly, staring down at the nearest rock, split as cleanly in two as a cantaloupe on the cutting board. It’d been his Seven-Star only moments earlier.
A strange idea crossed Vi-Poi’s mind. If objects of such magical magnitude could suddenly snap into mundane rock, could the opposite ever happen? Could the ordinary or inert suddenly become omnipotent?
A flash of light and a hiss of smoke turned him from his thoughts. A tall, gray-haired man emerged, giving a familiar grin. Wooo! Bing’s back! Poi clamored, no longer in hiding from the Dragon. Gonna give him another hug for us?
At Bing’s mention of growing a beard, Vi-Poi replied, “I don’t know about that. Gray hair, gray beard, someone might assume you’re all washed up.” Old man Bing. We’ll call him Bingo.
He watched with building amusement and relief as Zucceta and Bing grasped hands, and Maeve found her husband whole. Even Etoru seemed to be dealing… better… with the company, now that it was done. Maybe Vi-Poi had judged the kid too harshly. Poi’s ghost was flipped on by the displays of flesh-and-blood emotion and positive fellowship, closer to his circuits now than he ever had been before, and Vi-Poi himself curiously thought he could vaguely feel his machine heart beating and blood rushing in his ears, though both were physical impossibilities.
A tremendous feeling of goodness and rightness washed over him when Zucceta crushed the Seed of Might. There would be no more corpse worlds. Earth would no longer live under the threat of a vampire tree.
Though the mood was turning decidedly happy at the revival of so many lives and worlds, not all on the lookout were happy campers. The Arcosian Defrosch – who Vi-Poi found himself impressed with, for some unidentified reason -- had sensed it first and was trying to stave it off, but Koldar was bitterly railing against Zucceta just as Zucceta was nearing to make her leave. The Saiyan Queen offered what sounded to Vi-Poi like a heartfelt apology for her past self, but the Arcosian’s words had been hot with rage, and Koldar didn’t strike him as the easy come easy go sort.
The android moved at his maximum, hurtling through the air with a flickering burst of speed to appear beside Koldar, flinging a brotherly arm around his neck. He found that he had to float slightly off the tiles to manage the move, feet dangling. “Koldylocks, buddy. Our war with the Saiyans is over. Everything else is your business, though if you or your emperor were to ask my advice, I’d say that the centuries of peace between your two empires did much better for you both than the brief time of war. And as the duly designated representative of Earth, I’ve gotta level with you – she’s my guest for as long as she’s here,” He pointed a finger to Zucceta. “and I don’t expect any of my guests to break peace on my planet.” He gave Koldar a meaningful look.
Vi-Poi floated up and away, nodding to Zucceta in understanding at her words. He'd see her again, he knew it. Deep down, in a way he could never explain, he knew.
Walker looked like he might be angling for a nervous breakdown of some sort, but he quelled himself before he could really Cha-Cha-Cha-Chia out. The old caretaker left, and his quiet Saiyan friend left quickly as well, and Vi-Poi waved to them both. He had a feeling he’d be seeing them again too, and wondered idly in what manner.
"Whelp. Guess I’m out of here too. Got some paperwork to do at King’s Castle, then I’m going to swing by West Capitol and catch a game,” He clucked his tongue as he imitated the swing of a baseball bat. “Anyone want tickets, let me know. Box seats. Bombers and Huskers. Bombers look, uh, competitive? This year. Maybe.”
With that he shot up into the sky, hurtling back into the larger world.(Thread Exit! PL puhleez and thanks! )

As he awaited Zucceta's hand, he suddenly felt the grasp of many scaley hands on his back. Suddenly he was yanked backwards into the embrace of his fiance, her intentions made painfully clear by her words. He stared, trying to muster some form of reply, but was caught by complete surprise when Maeve locked lips with him. His heart began to pound furiously, fireworks exploding in his brain. Eventually the kiss was ended, leaving Bing dazed and confused. "...WOW! I forgot how that felt!"After a short moment, the new Kami finally came to her senses. Bing chuckled when he noticed how furious Maeve was blushing. He always thought it was cute when she did that. The Dragon-Demon quickly scurried away, asking Bing to make sure everyone was escorted off the Lookout as soon as possible. He nodded, waving to her as she disappeared into the temple. He turned back to the group, eyes settling on the Queen. It seemed she was serious about turning over a new leaf. As she crushed the seed in her hand, Bing smiled. Maybe his cyborgification was a good thing in the long run. He was just glad that it was over now, regardless. He would have liked to revive Reikiko Kaula and Zerori alongside all those on Arcose, but they were all immensely strong warriors. If Jarvis was able to return from the dead, so could they. With Zucceta on her way out, it seemed only a few people were left. He barely noticed Walker and Celmaru leave, much to his dismay. He'd have to visit the two of them when he had more time. His attention turned to Vi for just a moment, waving to him just as he took off. "Hey Vi! I'd love to catch a baseball game with you sometime! I've always wanted to try a hot dog! Let me know when you can get us tickets!" Though Bing would have been happy to just get into the temple and sleep for the first time in months, he had one last loose end to tie up. The Arcosian Commander, Koldar. The alien seemed to be pretty miffed, and even after taking an electric shock to the face, he was still intent on trying to stop Zucceta. He walked over to the commander awkwardly, waving sheepishly at him. "Hey, so, uh, I think everyone's kinda gone already. I know you're mad and all but there's not much you can do here. I've been in your situation before. I wanted to just rip into the Queen and just end it all... But that's not the way we should go about things. If she's willing to change, don't you think we should give her the chance?"His eyes turned back to the sky, watching Zucceta's trailing Ki as it slowly left his vision. Koldar still had a chance to interrupt her escape, but Bing really hoped the Arcosian wouldn't take that chance. He was prepared to incapacitate the Arcosian if he tried anything. "Look, why don't you go back to your ship or house or whatever and check your scanners. I'm positive you'll see that both Kanassa AND Arcose are good as new. Maybe that will change your view on the Queen just a tiny bit?"Regardless of what happened with Koldar, he'd turn to Defrosch and Etoru, smiling brightly. "Etoru! Defrosch! I think we have some training to do. I think we should tussle... After I take a nap." Attempting to Leave thread. PL please.

"Whats wrong Etoru, you afraid of cooties or something?" Defrosch gave a smirk at the young warriors typically childish reaction to the romantic reunion of Maeve and Bing. The way that Etoru conducted himself after that was quite the surprise to Defrosch. The youngster was actually being a fair bit more mature about things than he would regularly be. "Well now, that was very grown up of you. I'm impressed!" The Arcosian gave Etoru a thumbs up before noticing Zucceta step forward... Only to bow?! Defrosch almost completely lost his balance at the sight of such a gesture... He appreciated the humility, but the fact that Defrosch-- an Arcosian-- was among those the wayward Saiyan warrior was bowing to? He hardly had any words to react with, and was mostly left with an expression of complete bewilderment. His eyes would only widen in surprise as the vile Seed Of Might, a nasty pale yellow little vein-y thing was burned to cinders in Zucceta's hand... So much for suggesting that it be destroyed! The fact that she did it of her own accord was a pretty good sign, fantastic even! That son of hers... He must mean quite a lot to her if she was willingly doing any of this. "Heh, I wonder... Maybe your boy is gonna be better at fishing than you~" Defrosch snickered, giving Zucceta a short two finger salute as she attempted to make her leave. The Arcosian found himself curious if they would ever meet again...
His attention was now on Walker, who had suddenly begun to twitch and curl over... What was he freaking out for? Perhaps the wish had caused a chain reaction within the bio-golem? Defrosch was unsure, and he would've offered some sort of support had Walker not made his move to leave as well. Defrosch quickly turned to Celmaru while gesturing to Walker. "Yo, Celmaru! Could you see he safely gets to... Wherever it is he lives now? Thanks dude!" Giving the duo a short wave he felt a chill down his spine... Not out of fear, but out of raw embarrassment.
The Arcosian hero had turned back to the remaining warriors only to see Koldar still quite irate-- which was understandable-- but Vi-Poi's response wasn't exactly tactful. "Woah woah, heyyy, lets not be too hasty here. Koldar, I don't know a damn thing about what the current emperor is planning. Granted I could've asked when I last met you but... I... Really don't care unless they're planning to do something stupid like... Y'know, start another war." Defrosch paused, in his mind such an assumption was pretty much a bulls-eye. "They're planning exactly that, aren't they?" Pinching the bridge of his nose, Defrosch groaned.
He wasn't meant to get grumpy today, but alas... At least Bing's offer of a sparring match would enable him to let off some steam. "Yeah, sure. I just gotta go pick up Cerci, 'kay?"

Etoru's cheeks burned when Defrosch regarded him. He glared. "Cooties?! Yeah, it's disgusting. Like, you eat with that thing." He grimaced in disgust. "But I'm not afraid...I'm not afraid of anything...!" He glared. Pretty soon, people were starting too leave.
He watched everyone make an exit. Walker went crazy. Celmaru awkwardly followed behind. That Arcosian guy still here, crying about something. Zucceta making some cool exit that made Etoru jealous. All and all it was a long day, but it all worked out in the end. Etoru shrugged. "Well, you guys can do what you want, I'm going inside. Later." He walked towards the palace, and towards his room. --

"Are you ki-"
Before Koldar could even express his concerns to Vi-Poi, who dashed a threat to the Commander, the Premier had proceeded to leave, whilst suggesting a sport for he and the now Human to play! Koldar was speechless! He was only a guest? A guest on this planet, rather than an ally?!
"..."
Koldar was silent, as Defrosch, who'd been the only recipient of Koldar's words, tried to dissuade him from chaotic reaction... Truth be told, Koldar looked him and at least thanked the son of Sleete, "Thank Kold you actually understand..!"
The commander looked at Zucceta, and, even with the threat given to him, he uttered to her, "We're not done with this! We'll be meeting again to discuss reparations for the damage you still committed! Millions of minds are scarred because of what you did... Don't try to leave this planet, Zucceta. And you too, Vi-Poi! We're going to settle this down before we leave this world!"
The now human tried to comfort Koldar, whom responded with disgust, telling him, "Don't speak where you do not know, filth!"
He was being harsh, but after what he saw here, he was not only disgusted in these people, but himself! He should've realized trying to negotiate with these people was impossible... Except for Defrosch, Koldar felt.
"Deforsch, if want this 'facade' to be true, you'll come with me. We'll be departing in a month's time to Arcose, if it's true that it's returned," Koldar told him, even despite his senses flickering something returning in him, "Of these people, you're the only sane individual. If you don't want this planet to be a target to their warpath, you'll help me..."
The commander levitated back, arms crossed as he looked at the younger Arcosian. He plead, despondently, "The choice is yours, Defrosch... Stop the absolute, or let more strife be brought forth."
(Koldar prepares to leave as well, seeing it impossible to negotiate with these powerful individuals, save for Defrosch. If successful, will be taking zeni for this.)

"M'kay. I'll level with you, Koldar." Defrosch took a deep breath and exhaled sharply. Try as he might; Koldar was really testing his patience. "I'm none too fond of your conduct. To be quite honest, I'm rather cross with you. You've continually ignored warnings and simple requests. Y'see negotiations tend to involve using your brain on most planets in this galactic system. But hey, if you want to fight Zucceta, go ahead. Do it. Just don't do it here. Do it away from a populated area too, got it?" Defrosch narrowed his eyes on Koldar, its not like the older Arcosian needed a babysitter. He had his own ship, he could just leave and see for himself. "You've got eyes, you go use 'em. If you're banking on me going anywhere... Call me later and ask again; without blatantly disrespecting my friend, attempting to pull rank on me when there is no rank to be pulled and threatening to bring another war into the galaxy, not to mention this planet that I now call home." Despite the very obvious frigid tone to his voice, Defrosch gave Koldar a winning smile, handing him a small chip, which was... Disturbingly cold to the touch for a moment. "You can call me on this signal. Tata.~" With that, he moved back, waiting for Koldar to leave before retreating into the Lookout...
