Bing stared up at the Dragon, his body suddenly feeling chilly as Shenron revealed the cost of this wish. He glanced towards the others gathered; hopefully none of them objected. This was an important wish, but was it worth losing the Dragon Balls--possibly forever?
"Maeve," started Bing as he turned to his love. "You're the new Kami, and I was your predecessor. We both know at least a little bit about how these things work. If we study the creation process -perhaps go to Namek and speak with the Elders-, do you think we could make a new set of Dragon Balls to replace these?" His expression gave off an air of confidence, both in himself and his future wife. He just hoped she held that same confidence in herself.

Maeve's gaze shifted from the thoroughly exhausted commander as Bing called out to her. She materialized her wooden blade as she practically glided towards her fiance. The golden Kami stood before the dragon as she reflected on Bing's words. She frowned lightly before she bowed before the eternal dragon. "As the new Kami: I would ask for your forgiveness Eternal Dragon. I wish not to ail you or cause you strain." She looked to Vi Poi for a moment, knowing the Premier would more than likely agree with her judgement before continuing. "Shenron... We need this wish..." She said softly, thinking of all the destruction and chaos that could be undone.
She slowly turned, looking to the group of people. "If anyone... Has anything to say about this new arrangement I feel they should speak now." She turned back to Bing and forced a smile as she let her clawed hands trace across his metallic jaw. "...Though, I think your idea may be worth discussing Bing. I've read on these Dragon Balls and what your suggesting seems feasible. Though, as I said it might be better suited for later. Let us focus on bringing you back." She smiled, her hand tracing down his chest before she caressed his metallic arm. Her scaled fingers lingered on his for just a moment before she finally pulled away.
She looked aside to the trembling Etoru before placing a hand on his shoulder, pulling her to his hip. "It's okay Etoru, no need to be frightened. Things will be okay..." She reassured him before trailing her gaze back up to Shenron.
"No need to worry, you lot!" While a few were putting a dampener on things, Defrosch masked his own similar concern to give the rest of them some form of hope. "We've come this far in our own lives, and now reaching this place at this time to do the right thing; putting aside what personal plans we could have; for something greater!" He turned to face the group with an energetic thumbs up and a sly ol' wink. "So whats the big deal if we just have a little bit more of a challenge?"
Defrosch's attention was back on Shenron, the Arcosian hero gave the mythical dragon a respectful bow before addressing the mystical creature. "There is no need to worry, noble Shenron. If the Dragon Balls were created once, they can be created again; we'll see you once more and you'll be just fine. You can count on it!" Making such promises to nigh-omnipotent magical creatures would usually be seen as ridiculous in most cases, perhaps still in this one... Yet, Shenron was far from the typical tricky genie, there was just something about him that gave Defrosch that impression. "But yes, I agree to this wish... Thank you, Shenron."
Etoru stared at the dragon anxiously. He felt butterfly's in his stomach. He needed to stay tough though, he wasn't some scaredy cat. He was Etoru Aeum! The boy noticed how many wishes were being thrown around, but didn't really have time to dwell on that thought as he was still caught up with his fear of the Shenron. Suddenly, he felt something grab his shoulder and reel him in. He blinked blankly, looking up to see Maeve's face. His blank expression transitioned into a stubborn pout. "I-I'm not frightened....I-I'm...just...erm...cold..." He grumbled in embarrassment. Putting those thoughts aside, he looked at the group. Etoru furrowed his eyebrows, glaring at them in annoyance. "If i got to pick the wish, I wish you'd hurry up and MAKE A WISH." ---
short post...didnt have much time to actually post a decent one~
The commander was having a hard time comprehending what was before them, even as his senses recovered enough. He was at a loss of breath, figureative and literal although slightly less than before. Before him, radiating from these glowing orbs, a dragon of immense proportions floated in brilliant green and bloody red eyes!
"W-what is this-"
He was cut off by the banter going around them, with the main thought being wishing for the undoing of the destruction brought by the tree of might. He looked at Zucceta for a brief moment, before looking back at the dragon, thinking, "Can this beast actually pull this off... Wait, Namek was destroyed before, was it not?! Then, it was suddenly brought back," Koldar rationalized, remembering the snsors of his ship picking up the scouter's message relay of the planet while he was at the Aoi Brenchia. For a little while, it was nothing but stardust, and news from Earth explained that Vi-poi had decimated it himself! He continued, "Then my children could..."
"This thing," Koldar queued in, talking the group as a whole "If it can actually do so, then undo that one's destruction, with EVERYONE. There must still be remembrance of the death that weapon of hers committeded! From there, we must re-establish a new treaty, with the Solar Saiyan empire paying reparations for all the devastation it committed. Even if everything is being repaired through the dragon's power, it is to make amends for atrocities still committed.... For the next Fifty years, I would say appropriate!"

Scargot? Another soul of interest? A brief curiosity sprang about within the hybrid's mind...yet one couldn't forget the mystical dragon before him. As the frozen hybrid stared upon the Eternal Dragon, what the creature had stated left an unfortunately timed chill. Between the seemingly pregnant Kami of Earth and this "Eternal" Dragon; Celmaru couldn't decide who provided a greater fright. The hybrid was only likely to bring forth mere blinks as these events progressed. What was he doing here? He wasn't of any major importance, much less so in comparison to the present company.
'...This is a bit...concerning.'
Once again, the hybrid's thoughts returned to what Shenron had spoken of; the Dragon Balls and their waning power. Was this it for the mythical Dragon Balls? The one time Celmaru is involved with them, they begin to wither away? With a nervous twitch of the brow, the hybrid found himself somewhat irritable...at least, in regards to the subject. '...Not sure why I'm surprised.'
'Bah...I've seen the sights, made an intrusion. Phae is likely to arise from what slumber she's had soon enough.'
The consideration of taking his leave sprouted within Celmaru's mind; albeit a mere fraction of an action yet. Mustering a halfhearted shuffle, only a few half-paces away, the hybrid slipped a brief message to Walker. 'Perhaps I should be taking my leave soon. Possibly its only my imagined unpleasantness, however this may be something a bit more personal soon enough; I'm not one to bother with imposing on such events.'
An unfortunate gauche was likely evident if one were to stare enough. Tucking away what potential he had, Celmaru now stood a few more mere feet away from Walker. Underneath the spectacle of Shenron; the hybrid was considering figuratively removing his nose from this variety of business.
...I once again apologize for the shorter post. ._.
Vi-Poi wriggled his fingers at one side, keeping his chi loose while peering at each of the others warily, the slow build of the Dragon’s immense magic taking hold over the Universe as his wish percolated somewhere out there. He could only sense the vaguest outlines of the event with his clumsy MOG, but he knew that even Scargot’s magic was feeble and fleeting trickle next to this ocean the Namekian had unlocked.
There were still arguments, of course. Nine fighters, each one with power to rival another, from different backgrounds and with varying, sometimes vying interests. It was a small wonder that the Timeless Lookout didn’t shake to pieces.
“We’ll have to find other ways to make things right, then. We can’t always rely on magic to fix our problems,” He said staunchly to Shenron, agreeing with the Dragon’s terms. Namek might one day produce its own Dragon Balls… and if not, well, science was its own sort of magic. The wall between life and death was lined with doors. Who was to say that technology couldn’t engineer a key?
He waited with quiet humility at the feat being formed, Poi’s ghost completely dumbfounded by the cosmic powers churning around them and for once at an utter loss for words.
The Dragon's glowing red eyes would flash as his magic spread throughout the cosmos. Life that was once taken was restored, lands that were once ruined were brought back anew. It was as if the devastation brought by the Golden Queen was but a nightmarish echo in the annals of history. Shenron looked upon the warriors as the vermilion light in his eyes faded. His scaled lids lowered as he gave into his fatigue. A low rumble escaped his maw as he sighed.
"With that...I must leave you all...I need...To rest..."
His massive form was engulfed in a vibrant golden glow that seemed to darken the sky as his form began to disappear before the heroes' very eyes. With a blinding flash and another mighty roar the entity known as Shenron disappeared just as miraculously as he had appeared.
As the light faded: 7 stone spheres would fall from the sky and crash into the ivory tiles of the sacred lookout. Each one would crash and crack from the impact only to leave the air hanging with a somber silence as everything was said and done.
As the Dragon's form engulfed itself in golden light, Bing soon found himself coated in that same glow. He was forcibly brought a few feet into the air, where the intensity of the glow increased, until it became nearly as blinding as the light of the Dragon! No sounds escaped the Former Guardian as the light suddenly morphed into a pillar of energy, blasting Bing with the Dragon's mighty powers.
With the sound of thunder, the light popped, leaving an incredibly large cloud of smoke in its wake. The sound of metal clanging against the tiles could be heard from inside the fog, but otherwise, it was eerily silent.
Slowly, a figure made its way out of the smoke, footfalls echoing across the floating plateau.
"Hey guys, how's the new look workin' for me? I'm thinking a beard might complete the whole 'I have an actual face' thing I got going on."
He gave the group a bright smile as the smoke fully cleared, revealing his body had returned to its old self. Gone were the cybernetic enhancements and Saiyan armor; in their stead was real human skin, and the Gi of the Serpent School. He turned to Maeve, giving her a sly wink as he approached. Before he could do much however, the light of Shenron began to fade, and the Eternal Dragon returned to his slumber. Instead of the Dragon Balls dispersing across the earth, they instead dropped to the tiled floor of the Lookout, cracking into pieces upon impact.
"Man, when Shenron said the Dragon Balls weren't gonna work anymore he wasn't kidding. I don't think any glue in the world will put those things back together."
The Former Guardian sighed. He knew this wasn't going to make things easy with Zucceta. She was supposed to be granted the next wish from Shenron, and with him gone, she might not be happy. He turned to the Queen, his expression turning deadly serious. He marched towards the Saiyan slowly, stopping directly in front of her.
He paused for a moment, simply staring at her.
He outstretched his hand, offering a handshake to the woman who'd killed him and made him a cybernetic murderer those few months ago.
"I never got to properly congratulate you on your victory. You pulled off one heck of a move back there. I can't wait for a rematch. Maybe we can incorporate less murder next time, though."

Maeve watched in awe as the surge of magic coursed through the air. Her gaze settled however on her fiance as he returned to his normal self causing a swell of joy to spring up in her heart. She looked down to the young boy at her side and ruffled his hair lovingly before pulling away to go to Bing. She didn't care if she was interrupting a conversation or that there were so many people gathered. The Demon Goddess went to her fiance and took him in each of her arms. One pair was wrapped around his waist, another rest upon his shoulders, and the last cupped his cheeks into the palm of her hands. She took a moment just letting her fingers trace over his restored jaw and lips.
"You think you're going to get away with giving me a look like that and not follow through?" She simply asked, ignoring Zucceta and everyone else as she looked into his eyes. Before he could respond or anyone could interrupt she pulled him into a kiss letting her lips finally meet his after so long. For that magical moment, she forgot she had an audience. As she broke the kiss and smiled, she'd remember suddenly where she was and tense up pulling away with a heavy flush.
"E-eheheh~" She giggled nervously as she clasped her hands together in a nervous fidget. "T-thank you everyone for coming, this is a happy occasion despite the cost." She addressed the crowd, her glowing gaze cutting briefly to the cracked spheres as she spoke. "After...After I deliver this child I shall begin studying a way to fix this situation." She looked down, and let a hand rest upon her notable baby bump as she mentioned it. A soft smile curled on her lips as she rubbed it for a moment. "U-unless there is anything else needed of me I should go and rest. I've probably strained myself too much today as is." She sighed, recognizing and acknowledging the fatigue that had overtaken her.
She looked up to Bing and quietly added. "I'm going to go lay down, can you escort everyone but Defrosch and Etoru off the lookout after you wrap things up? The overwhelming presence is a little daunting and I would prefer any festivities to take place elsewhere..."
Afterward, she would bow her head and attempt to enter the lookout unless she was stopped.
The intensity and sheer power that Shenron was still able let off-- even in such a weakened state-- was a phenomenal thing to experience. In a flash, a pillar of light engulfed Bing and just as quickly as it had came, it was gone... Now there he stood; back to normal; human. Safe and sound. Given the wording and parameters of the wish this was a clear indicator that something had worked as intended. Much like when Namek had suddenly been revived-- it was as if a rift in the flow of the universe was patched up; and it was on a much larger scale too, it affected two planets after all!
The mystical spheres that were once the Dragon Balls crashed onto the floor, and having kept some sort of eye on the good old four-star, Defrosch winced when he saw the remains crack in half.
In the end, he wouldn't admit it or really notice it himself, but a tremendous weight was lifted from Defrosch's shoulders. Progress was made, but clearly Koldar and Zucceta were still at odds. "Would you two please put a lid on it until you leave? You're ruining the moment."Defrosch shook his head at the two that would no doubt continue to bicker as he folded his arms leaning casually against a nearby wall. 'Maybe not even Shenron can help with that mess... S'probably better we fix it ourselves anyway.' There was still work to be done, sure, but it would only be natural to celebrate to some degree. Maeve was way ahead of everyone in that regard at the very least; having used all of her newly acquired limbs to hold onto Bing... Defrosch just barely stifled a snort of laughter as he saw the pair's embrace. 'Heheh, what a set of dweebs.'

Etoru's eyes widened as a bright flash of light struck his master. The boy watched, both in awe and anxiousness. When the flash was gone, Bing emerged once more, but as his true self. Etoru's eyes lit up at the sight, his lips curling into an excited smile. Maeve gave his hair a quick tussle before she dashed off to Bing, embracing him in a hug. The boy watched blankly as she traced her fingers around his face, before planting a kiss onto him. Etoru grimaced in disgust. He turned his cheek, flaunting his dissatisfaction. "B-Blegh! Gross...!" He huffed, before remembering a key detail about this whole scenario.
Zucceta's wish. She was supposed to wish her unborn child back right...? Etoru had a slight frown. "...Must suck..." He thought. "Ah, oh well, not my problem I guess..." Despite thinking this, he felt a tinge of guilt and maybe even felt a little sad for the former queen. By now, he could tell she's changed. He may have even taken a small liking to her in his own, weird little way. Possibly his Saiyan side? The boy puffed his cheeks up stubbornly and began to stride towards her. He stopped, looking up at her with a small pout. "...Sorry about erm, your...wish or whatever." He grumbled awkwardly. A tinge of red began forming on his cheeks. He averted his gaze to his right side towards the sky, furrowing his eyebrows. "...You're...not all that bad....I guess. Whatever, I dont care, just leave." The boy turned around, and began to stomp away before he stopped. Without looking back, he began to speak. "And next time we fight, don't think you'll stand a chance...." With that being said, he walked back towards Defrosh, just in case anything else was planned before he took his leave. ---
After a dazzling array of lights, and a solemn farewell, several things occurred before Koldar could berate everyone there! Firstly, Koldar sensed the power of what was formerly a android, or at least what Koldar could tell, turned back to human. His power was as incredible as the others here! Secondly, the lizard-like woman jumped right up at him, and soon retired after getting all flustered up... It reminded the Commander of the days of his youth... Which was then ceased by the very same man going up to shake the hand of Zucceta, as if it were all peachy keen!
Veins throbbed on Koldar's head, he crossed his arms and sarcastically agreed, "Oh yes, the victories that she achieved were so great! It's not as if she went up against incompetent military leaders and demolished worlds of innocent people... Whom I feel had suddenly spawned into existence, I do actually admit," he stated with a pause, before snapping his fingers and iterating, "Oh yeah! That's right... All those people killed, on both sides, are alive again! Surely their rage will be subsided after being revived!"
The commander mockingly laughed at the rhetoric, before his anger roiled over once more, as he exclaimed, "Had it occurred to you all that, during time you'd been gathering these magical items turned to stone that the remnants of Arcose had been recovering? Had Defrosch here not explained that full situation to you, about what the current Emperor is planning?!"
(There is no chill to be had here..! Zucceta, your go! )
