I believe this is the same universe as Bing's "President Gan" verse, so I think he explains it.

Oh boy! Replies! I'm glad people are interested in my stupid little idea. ouo
Etoru It was hard choice between the SCAR, Realiginer Red, and President Bing universes, but I settled on the latter for now. Someone who sees the Z-Fighters in the negative light is kinda interesting in my personal, stupid opinion. ouob
Defrosch -evil laughter- I'm not sure how I'd properly incorprate Desfrosch, but maybe he could have been the one to take Chai's eye out before he escaped? I'd love to do something with Universe 5's Desfrosch. Fleece , Collan Vixen , Articho Reville All of your characters have been included in Chai's backstory! I'm... A little late to say this here, though. ouo; Thank you for your interest! Vi-Poi Yup, I decided to have Chai from Universe 5 in the Multiverse Tourney Suggestion Thread. Maybe he could be a good segway into the tournament if that ever happens? I dunno. I've put down all the official info about the universe I took inspiration from below! ouo
Ooh, I love these! Lemme expand on that President Gan one, and then add a few of my own!
President Gan and the ESF:In this universe, Bing Gan was not raised by his father. Instead, his mother kidnapped him at a young age, raising him as a harsh opportunist, and a nearly villainous person. He grew quicker in strength, resulting in a Bing that rivaled Super Saiyan's at a much younger time in his life. He quickly left his home when he reached the age of 17, where he began hearing word of some upstart army called the Blue Banner. During the battle of West City, where Vipoi attempted to overthrow the Earth's government, Bing Gan arrived at the scene. Due to his harsher training, he was able to not only match Vipoi, but best him in combat, partly in thanks to the Super Saiyan known as Athren. Alongside Vipoi, the Bio-Android Reikiko fell in West City, breaking down the chain of command in the BBA, and leaving them in shambles. The battle was a close one, definitely too close. If the Earth's defenders were going to have this much trouble with warriors on the home front, they'd need to do something about it. Bing allied with Athren, and unified the Earth's warriors under one glorious, bloody banner. Bing quickly rose to become the Earth's leader due to his immense charisma. With Bing's leadership and strength, none could withstand the Earth's power. Both the Saiyan and Arcosian empires quickly fell under his boot. With an entire galaxy in his hand, the tyrant known as Bing rests comfortably. Only remnants of rebellions remain fighting in this realm, with each attempt at freeing the universe from Earth's iron grip becoming less and less successful. Characters:1) Bing Gan, President of Earth: The ruthless, cold-hearted tyrant who rules this universe. His power rests at a level that rivals even a Super Saiyan 3. Though he could become stronger, he's yet to realize the potential he has left to unlock... 2) Athren, the Sword of Earth: Bing Gan's right hand man. Athren is a fierce warrior, though in the grand scheme of things he isn't all that impressive, with a measly Super Saiyan transformation being the only thing he's got going for him. Despite this, he can tussle with the best of them. (NPC. SSJ-Tier) 3) Zucceta, Sword of Vegeta: The once-proud leader of Vegeta, Zucceta led her people for barely a few months before the Earth's Special Forces knocked her door down. She rallied her people valiantly, but alas, it was all for naught. The only reason she still lives is due to Bing's interest in her strength despite lacking a Super Saiyan transformation. Though she is reluctant to assist the tyrant, she has little choice; disobeying Bing would mean the death of her child, after all. Like her canon universe counterpart, she knows the False Moon ability. It may be her saving grace against some of the tougher opponents out there... (NPC. Oozaru Tier) 4) Overlord Defrosch, Sword of Arcose: Standing at a fork in the road, at the young age of 14, Defrosch tricked his father Sleete to let down his guard and killed him in cold blood. This action sent him down a dark path, one where he would grow into a liar and a crook, with a gentle and helpful façade to cover up his truly ruthless and cunning intentions, he rose to power in the Arcosian Empire's security, training tirelessly in secret, keeping his raw power hidden from prying eyes... At the age of 21, he intercepted a broadcast from Earth which was from President Gan, keeping it to himself he saw an opportunity. Defrosch offered his services to the tyrant, promising to decimate the AE from the inside, unleashing a monstrous level of power while Bing's forces came in stealthily, able to quickly take down the Arcosian's strongest forces in the first battle. Though nowhere near the President's strength, he is still the stuff of nightmares. (Played by Defrosch . Mastered Royal Tier) 5) Wyntre, Shield of Arcose: Another former leader of one of the universes grand empires, Wyntre's Arcose fell just as quickly, if not quicker than Vegeta. She serves mostly as a diplomat, hoping to find alternatives to bloodshed for the worlds Bing sets his sights on. (NPC. Non-combatant/True Form.) 6) Etoru, The President's Protege: A young Saiyan by the name of Etoru. He came to Bing hoping to dissuade him from doing evil, but did little good. Instead of simply killing the boy, Bing took him under his wing, teaching him the ways of the Serpent Style. (NPC. Non-combatant/Barely 20k PL)
More to come!

Chai ; ye dude thats good, I'd imagine U5!Defrosch would love to mess up some rebels. Though since he'd be a.. For lack of better description; a mega-asshole. Given the go ahead to attack on his own terms, he would toy with Chai, primarily to just scar him and break his mind- cuz thats HIS forte as opposed to Bing not cutting any corners Full On Obliteration, that could be how he got the chance to escape in the machine (effectively making his Ki disappear, LIKE he was dead, if im understanding correctly); and he just took the eye to Bing like 'i guess this is all thats left, neat.' or something similar.

It'd be cool if you met the Etoru in that time line, which iirc, he's Bing's student just like in this time line, except with the more...evil vibe going on for President Bing, I'd imagine Etoru's not the friendliest either

Etoru : Neat! I'll try to incorporate Etoru in the story somehow. Ideas are appreciated, but perhaps he was the one that found out about the time machine and tattled to the ESF about it? Defrosch : Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy, I LOVE this. I'll add it to Chai's backstory now! Levlidian : I'm glad you are interested! Please let me know if you have any ideas, I'm a little stumped here. I'd LOVE to add Levlidian in somehow, though! ouob

Well Levlidian is a blood thirsty Saiyam, he fuels himself on his rage and arrogance so he'll more thna likely challenge anyone he deems worthy. At one point he could have challenged Chai, perhaps someone they knew and/or killed them to garner some form of Vengeance inw hich Chai defeated Levlidian or perhaps Levlidian simply stood against everything good they represented simply because he saw it as 'weakness', maybe he's worse in the alternate timeline, out right evil and doing terrible things because it was fun or trying to kill Chai because they were a challenge to him. Lemme have a think but maybe this'll trigger some ideas.

Aye! I'd like to sign up as a Crimson Striker rebel member! (I am open however, for becoming the Rebel Leader if (AHEM) if certain people die....) History: F-Kazar: Years and years back, he was someone would could compare as an average everyday warrior. Able to be a Siper Saiyan but the trigger for him hasn't yet come. Although the SSE has fallen, he still stands strong on Earth to protect it. Since then he's been training and hasn't ever stopped. Years flew by and Bing, became President of Earth. Although politics hardly mattered to him, it would mean something to him soon. He needed the zeni and he does have an apparent knowledge of engineering and mechanics. So he joined the Capsule Corporation during Bings rule. For a long time, he's invested very well in Capsule Corp, and has helped in developing new robotic technology that can revolutionize robotics itself... Only for the time being he believes the shit that Bing coughed up. But however though, over time everything went south. Only not that long after his rule, so many bad things happen. Eventually, it happen. Bings true colors emerges, and he starts to kill. So many after another has fallen trying to deny his rule. Most of the public view these people as terrorist and support Bing for killing them, but the cold truth is. Bing's just a cold-blooded tyrant with a lot of power in his hands. So many people he knew was killed, that he's met over time. But now they're all dead because of Bing...Most fighters of earth that had ever denied Bings rule is killed on the spot. Kazar didn't stand a chance against him, but he knew a way of betraying him without the phrasing 'Off with his head' on the spot being used. He smuggles over some advanced blueprints and some passwords to banks being used by Capsule Corp, over to the Crimson Strikers. He's only caught Rumor of them but he knows they existed. Who else would irritate Bing to the extent such as trying to kill off a group of people only rumors talk about? Once he got there he trained and busted his ass. While he trained, it became noticeable he was only a few of the Hybrids even left. Himself and the Rebellion Leader Kaula was also a Hybrid as far as he was concerned. He's used his Potential on the battlefield and in training, to try and make it more difficult by slightly straining his body. But on a fatal day in the battlefield, his red aura flared proudly as his Potential was active. But during this fatal day on the battlefield, he saw Kaula get wiped out from the field, and destroyed by Bing....So many people flee'd the battle as Kaula fell..But he stayed there and just stared at Bing. His eyes trembled at the sight. What put the chills down his back was the sight of Bings eye looking at him. And from then on He's been busting his ass even more everyday, training relentlessly and non-stop. Time has passed since her death, and Chai replaced her as the leader. He sat in the training room alone with his head down. His jacket was battered, and scratched, his shirt and pants had been damaged badly. His training was brutal. But it wasn't enough, not enough to become a super saiyan not enough to avenge Kaula! He slams a fist down into the bench he sat on, shaking the whole room and possible others. He groaned to himself loudly as he gets sad..He isn't angry, he's sad. He's sad that his own efforts aren't enough to yet do what he wants, to do what is needed for the Crimson Strikers...Tears roll off his face and hit the floor, his fists clench tightly. He begins to hold his head tightly and yells in sorrow. He falls off the bench then onto his knee's. More and more his sorrow built, tears flowing like a stream. Kaula's dead because of Bing, the very person he looked up to for inspiration! The very person to give hope to the rebellion! And she's now gone! Every effortlessly training he's done is doing nothing for him! He'll never become a Super Saiyan! He'll never be able to be like Kaula! EVER! And then it snapped, inside him awoken his power. He slams both fists into the floor and cries out to the heavens above him, his aura flaring into a golden texture, his hair flickering into a Golden Yellow mixture, his eyes becoming white. His power rose incredibly high! Although not as high as Kaula's...it's a start. Once his transformation settles, he looks at his hands, his aura, he feels his power surging in him at a wild pace. He's done it- He's become..A Super Saiyan! (And end of story up until Sketchy/Chai-Sama edits up for a ref sheet eventually) Now that this is finished, i wonder how the ref sheet will look. Chai This any better? If so i'll msg you back if there's a problem in it. I assume it's all fixed.

Aye! I'd like tp sign up as a Crimson Striker rebel member! (I am open however, for becoming the Rebel Leader if (AHEM) if certain people die....) History: F-Kazar: Years and years back, there was a staggering day in his life. A final battle to end all battles he could fight, a final battle against Carva. The Super Saiyadroid! In this battle, he had won against Carva and against Noxa, the (Half or not half Heran) lady that apparently doesn't care for slight public nudity but most importantly, a women who is very interested in strong people or opponents. It was a battle that he'd remember for years to come. Since that day he's trained his SSJ state until he mastered it. And from then on he kept fighting, and protecting all he could. Years flew by and Bing, became President of Earth. Although politics hardly mattered to him, it would mean something to him soon. He needed the zeni and he does have an apparent knowledge of engineering and mechanics. So he joined the Capsule Corporation during Bings rule. Only for the time being he believes the shit that Bing coughed up. But however though, over time everything went south. Only not that long after his rule, so many bad things happen. Bing turns evil, as suspicions of people was apparently true, and became a cold blooded evil dictator. So many people he knew was killed, Celmaru, Phae, Core, and the rest that he's met over time in his recent years such as Zeraf or Rose. While he trained, it became noticeable he was only a few of the Hybrids even left. Himself and the Rebellion Leader Kaula was also a Hybrid as far as he was concerned. He's used his MSSJ in training against fellow comrades etc. But on a fatal day in the battlefield, his golden aura standing strong and mighty. He saw Kaula get wiped out from the field, and destroyed by Bing....So many people flee'd the battle as Kaula fell..But he stayed there and just stared at Bing. His light blue eyes trembled at the sight. What put the chills down his back was the sight of Bings eye looking at him. And from then on He's been busting his ass even more everyday, training relentlessly and non-stop. He's going to reach the same form as Kaula but he's gonna take it further! If there's a form beyond Super Saiyan! Then there's one more beyond a Super Saiyan 2! And he's going to keep training until he can claim this unknown legendary form and strike Bing down onto his knee's freeing everyone of his rule... Kazar Winters As cool as an idea as this is, I... am spotting a few plotholes here... A few edits will have to be made if I want to fully incorporate this into Chai's story. - The battle between Kazar, Carva, and Noxa would likely never happen to begin with in this universe. The SSE fell long before, and Carva would have no reason to go to Konats where he was fated to die and be turned into an android if there was nobody to send him there in the first place. Kazar would need a separate trigger to go Super Saiyan for the first time in Univers 5. But hey, there are plenty of opportunities when you're under a tyrannic rule! There are so many potential SSJ triggers- I'd love to see what creative twist you can do in this AU! ouo
- In Universe 5, Bing's in charge for a reason. From what I understand, he doesn't turn evil- he's always been that way. Earthlings still follow him and respect him, save for the rebellion. The Rebellion may be a bunch of extreme terrorists in the eyes of some. Keep in mind Universe 5's President Bing is super charismatic. He's in charge because the people put him there. I don't image him as a kill-everything-in-sight type of villain. While we are entering headcanon-land here, I imagine that President Bing over here isn't viewed as a villain by everyone. Heck, he might even be viewed as a hero to the Earthlings- destroying every potential threat like the Arcosian and Saiyan Empires! Some humans might be happy in this world. It isn't a ruined apocalyptic world- the cities are most likely in great condition instead of being ruined wastelands, though I can't say the same for the civilizations on Arcose and Vegeta. I mean, Evil Bing over here is one of the main reasons I chose to have Chai from this universe. The possibilities are endless in this reversed world!
Aside from that, I like where you are going. Keep up the good ideas, buddy! ouob

Yes, good. Perfect. I'd imagine Levlidian still being a villain of sorts, maybe even an old rival of Chai's that he can't quite kill? Like the Vegeta to Chai's Goku, in a sense. Chai's merciful most of the time, I don't think he would outright kill Levlidian unless he gave him a damn good reason to. Still, I don't think Chai and Levlidan will get along, with their clashing ideals and natures. If you have any more ideas, hit me up! ouob

Hm..... hey, what if the demonic soul in that sentient sword Chai uses is actually Jormungnadr's soul instead of Guardia's? I think that'd be kinda cool Jormungandr probably wouldn't have done much in the way of reformation in this timeline, though.... maybe a little, but she'd never be trustworthy or anything. She was likely trapped in the sword by one of the villains, which would explain why she likes the Crimson Strikers. Honestly, I don't think the overall personality would really change that much

I think the Vegeta and Goku dynamic would be perfect for Levlidian and Chai, perhaps clashing all the time as rivals who push each other to be more powerful. Levlidian's obsession with power would fit this and he could always have been one step behind Chai all the time. This'll infuriate him and push him to fight him even in inopportune times; example, Chai faced off against an enemy and Levlidian showed up to fight on the enemies side JUST to fight Chai or perhaps he's shown up from time to time qith the quote; "No one kills Chai but me' before teaming up. Overall he's chaotic but holds a darker sense of how the world works.

Capper Hofferson Chai - tagging you to make sure you get to see this! I missed a chance to tackle this earlier, but better late than never... I think in Universe 5, as I understand it, Hinawa could easily have her worst possibilities and personality traits take over... Making her part of the rebel hunters as a sort-of assassin with her shapeshifting abilities being in stronger focus. I could see her being a constant thorn in the side of the rebellion at first, but never having her heart fully in it - because as what basically amounts to a glorified mercenary of President Bing's rule, she'd never feel connected to it at all. With how Chai seems to be a merciful soul, I could see her starting to become conflicted on her role eventually. So maybe when Chai finally has a chance to save everyone, Hinawa ends up betraying the other special forces sent after him and his rebellion - dying for it, but giving him a valuable moment of time required to escape. He'd also be the only one to know that Universe 5's Hinawa was not an emotionless monster or remorseless killer, though her path probably still lead her straight to hell even with her sacrifice.

Yes good. Perfecto. I'm a big softie, and I'll gladly accept this alternate Hiwana into our arsenal of Universe Five characters! However, our current flashback thread which occurs when Chai escapes Universe 5 with Bing, Defrosch, Collan, Levlidian, and myself is a liiiiittle full, although we may be able to squeeze you in as well so Hinawa can go through and help Chai at the last minute, as stated. ouo

I always miss things like this...damn it.
So how about getting Riku in that action, eh? Maybe he could be a rebel member that cut communications with the Rebels and is fighting on his own. Possibly making a sudden appearance in a decisive fight/moment where Chair and company are? Just some thoughts, but I'll gladly think on whatever you would find better.
Except dying without super saiyan
