Summer Sun; Cluster Fun! Current Power level: 127,185Heavy Weights ON: Thread Power level 31,796 Normally, the redheaded Bio Android ‘NOXA’ would be complaining about the clear skies and the sunny day. She was from a world where that was all it had to offer. However, the clarity of the morning was something that seemed to add to this place. A place that Noxa had long wanted to visit...
… And It was about damn time that she decided to do just that —visit a beach. A proper one. Noxa’s home world was one of sand and only sand; an endless wasteland of sun-scorched dunes arid beyond belief. So, naturally, it came as a pleasing shock that water — the quality that Noxa had been loving the most about Earth’s ecosystem thus far — would exist in such harmony with the sand she knew so well.
Here, in the South Capitol, Noxa had happily found a place where the two forces met in the most elegant way. Noxa watched from a distance as the seawater’s ebb and flow washed over sand so fine and bleached that it nearly looked ivory. The entire scenery had a therapeutic quality to it. Noxa, still in her full carapace gear, had found that the beach was mostly empty. There were a few hints of human activity; a volleyball court — a sport Noxa had become familiar with, vaguely speaking, thanks to television; a few sunbathing chairs; a vendor or two patrolling the beach with their cart.
Noxa, looked down at her right hand, extending in front of her a long one piece swimsuit. A sleek, black, form-fitting piece item with a red number written across the chest: 115. Considering that was Noxa’s designated number the item was a must buy. The metallic carapace that Noxa often wore soon fading into her skin, melting within her flesh as she yielded its protective qualities. Once the Bio Android was completely devoid of any coverings she swiftly dressed herself in the bathing suit. A tight fit, but nothing she couldn’t work with.
Her arms arched over her head; her spine bent just a little as Noxa stretched herself backward.
“Aaahhh~” A boisterous puff of air was exhaled as Noxa’s shape finally snapped in place.
The woman took a few steps further, her naked feet pushing into the warm sand; that was a quality she had almost forgotten — the heat of the sand as the sun neared its zenith. To Noxa, it was definitely a plus; the redhead loved the heated sand that sifted between her toes!
The feeling of the sand was enjoyed as she made her way towards the churning tides. The sea had been very active today; Noxa could see rather turbulent waves forming, churning and invading the sand. The sea’s unrest wouldn’t give any difficulty to a ki user — not to someone who could fly. However, she very well recognized that if a human who couldn’t swim was caught in the tug of the ocean… Well, it was likely the reason the beach was so empty today, that much Noxa was able to figure out. She knew locations like this were often a place of tourist attraction; a place where humans flocked to en masse.
She didn’t blame them. Noxa had only been here for a few moments and she had already fallen in love. The heat from the sand below; the caress of the warm sunlight above; the kiss of the gentle, salty ocean breeze… It all synergized to form the perfect biome.
Noxa ached to throw herself against the waves; she also ached to simply lay down and enjoy the toasty warmth of the sun mix with the gentle coolness of the ocean… But she would have time to deal with those later. For now, Noxa decided to really focus on WHO was around her, not what. Maybe some of them were ki sensitive; maybe some of them needed help; maybe some of them could offer some fun!
The woman’s ki would begin to flare — a brief second or two of a power up. Noxa released her suppression — although not her inhibition (heavy weights are flavored as power inhibitor). The eccentric girl essentially tossed up a flare to anyone who could sense ki, letting them know where she was and what her power level currently was set to.
With her little marker set, Noxa returned to surveying the scene for anyone interesting to interact with ~!
Tried to give a little insight to Noxa; create way for people to enter and interact.

Makaz had been nearby the beach, at a distance you could see him hovering above the seas. The Djinn had been playing with water, bored as he splashed it around. Of course he was too oblivious to see the redheaded bio-android..
He had stopped to look at her..squinting as he'd began to float towards her..

Meanwhile, outside the beach. Collan had decided to go buy some things, in preparation of the summer heat. Like sun-scream, swim trunks, and various other things that would take forever to list and would make most of this post seem like filler. But non the less, had had just been coming out of the store.
Where out in the distance, he sensed a large energy. It had been coming from the beach! Though this power wasn't really moving, it was more of just...sitting in place. So he didn't really see a problem, but if there was someone powerful on the beach. Then perhaps it would be another person he could get to know!
So he quickly went into a place with no one around, and changed into his swim trunks. He then quickly dashed off, carrying the bag of things he just bought with him. When he had gotten there, he didn't see too many people. Which was strange (As previously stated by NOXA). But he didn't find it too strange, so he looked around and saw where the power had been coming from.
It was a red haired girl, in a black bikini. This girl had been just laying there, most likely trying to get a tan of sorts. He didn't see any sort of item that would be fit for carrying clothes. Did she usually dress like this? The though made Collan blush a bright red, a woman almost naked all the time seemed strange yet amazing to him.
But that wasn't what should be focused on! He shouldn't focus on things like that! He was already at the beach, so he might as well enjoy his time here! So he took out the sun-scream he had just bought and properly covered himself in it. After that, he had quickly ran off, making a pretty long jump (With the help of his Ki). Landing far out into the water.
"Woooo!" He had simply shouted as he did so.

"Capper's Normal Dialogue" <Capper's Telepathy>
SUMMER SUN; CLUSTER FUN!
While he was on the Earth, Capper had been lately trying to make an effort to enjoy the planet. His next stop was something Vegeta had very few of- the beach! He might as well see what the Earth had to offer. As long as he strayed away from the Earthlings, he would be fine! Capper was not quite sure how southern earthlings reacted to saiyans quite yet, but they all did talk kind of funny. The saiyan had already coated himself in two layers of sun screen, bought some flippers and a pair of snorkeling goggles if he decided to swim, and slapped on a pair of orange swim trunks with some white lines on the sides. He even bought a proper pair of black sunglasses that also functioned like normal glasses, so he wouldn't break his scouter by getting it wet. He did plenty of lawn-mowing for strangers and some pickpocketing to work up all that Zeni. He even had to sell some of his own, precious robots! This "beach" had better be worth it! The technically homeless saiyan walked up to the beach, dragging his clothes in his new, bundled up, and oversized green cape. After unpacking his things and deciding to use the faded green cloth as a makeshift towel, the saiyan lied back on the cloth, putting his arms behind his head and lowering his sunglasses, letting his tail hang low underneath him. Soon enough, the saiyan's scouter vibrated while it was set on the makeshift towel. Opening one eye and pulling the device near him, the saiyan saw that it detected several power levels nearby. One was around three thousand, while the other two were relatively low, but the saiyan faintly remembered the exact numbers popping up on his scouter sometime before. But where?... He couldn't remember. Shrugging, the saiyan stood up, sliding his scouter under his cape. Peering through his new glasses, the saiyan observed the people around him- there was a rather... odd looking woman in a bikini, and hey! He knew those people! There was that rather angry Majin from a few days ago, and that weird guy that was apparently his friend Jormungandr's nemesis. Sighing, Capper knew he wasn't on the best terms with either of them. But he had to show Ayumu he wasn't forever alone and make some friends to get off of the Earth and back home! The saiyan dipped his foot in the water, only to reel it right out. The water was freezing! Capper hadn't swam in forever- Vegeta didn't have many pools or clean lakes to swim in. The red water was no match for Earth's pure blue seas. Looking at the white haired man in the water, Capper shook his head. He had to make just one or two more friends before Ayumu would let him off this crazy planet! Ignoring the Majin and the red-haired lady for now, the saiyan strutted right over near the expanse of sea Collan was swimming in. "Excuse me!" Capper called out to the man. "You're that guy that Jor didn't like, right? I-I'm sorry we didn't get off to a good start, but can we maybe start anew here?! I'm Capper!"

Collan had swam around for a bit in ways that made it obvious he was trying to show off. But soon stopped, as a young and familiar boy had came to him. It was Capper! That boy who was talking to Jor! He had asked a...question that came pretty much out of nowhere. Which was...did he want to be friends with him?
Well I mean, Capper hadn't done anything bad. Nor had he seemed like a bad guy. So, this is all he could respond with. "Sure, why not?" And just like how Capper's question came out of nowhere. Collan's answer was very blunt. That's when a Majin had flown over, it seemed like many strange people were coming out today.
But Collan hadn't minded really.

Namorel Powerlevel: 27,064
Sun, sand, trap water... three things Namorel absolutely despised about Earth, but one thing he knew he didn't hate was blowing stuff to smithereens. The ocean offered a huge opportunity for him to do this on a free day without bothering anyone that would bother to retaliate to his chaotic outbursts of power. He had been dropping ki blasts into the ocean to watch the column of water and sediment erupt before him. However the activity had grown to bore him with some time, so he though it best to make his way to the shore and get himself a drink. He would rocket towards the beach, he had little clothing on for once in his time on Earth, only wearing the wrappings he normally wore on his waist area, taking the shape of what the humans would call a speedo. He would not be supressing his power level and would come in flying close to the water to make the waves ripple around his form as he launched himself ot the shore.

or those that paid close attention to the horizon, and indeed their energy sensing abilities if they had one, they would realize that a tremendous amount of energy was making its way towards their location-- fast. The energy's owner couldn't be really discernible at such a long distance, being more than just a dark shape in the horizon and above the waves, unless you've got some good peepers of course. As it stood once the shape got closer they'd see that the energy belonged to a dark-furred Zoan surfing on the waves. "Yahoo!" Samba laughed heartedly as he expertly rode the waves like it was second nature to him, performing various tricks and stunts when the waves become really high, especially when someone that looked like a Namekian—on a speedo, no less, he suppressed a shiver merely because it'd throw him out of his surfboard—kept throwing energy spheres at the ocean, blasting the water into high columns of salt water, and of course making the waves stronger, faster and erratic that way. His senses could detect various energy signatures at the shores, one of them being the strongest of the lot, while another one was so faint that it almost bypassed his senses, he had to focus on it to even detect it fully. He could also see a Majin, one of those pink-gum like beings that dotted the land now and then, it reminded him that he still needed to talk to Presto one of these days-- though she seemed like she was on a vacation of sorts, oh well perhaps when she returned they could chit-chat. Or go hunt some evildoers, as he joked once when Walker was within hearing distance. The deadpan face he received still flashed across his mind to this day. "Almost there..." Samba muttered, stabilizing the board as much as he could as his ride seemed to be almost over since the shores were getting closer and closer by the second. In no time flat his paws were firmly set on the sandy grounds, his surfboard underneath his armpit for safe keeping for the time being. "Man, that was intense. This is exactly what I need to relieve some stress."Taking off the sunglasses he was wearing and letting it dangle by his fingers, the Zoan regarding his surroundings with a curious expression. "What should I even do now? Make a sand castle?" Samba side-eyed the sands that surrounded the whole beach. "Plenty to get around if I choose, or perhaps go for some burgers?" The dark-furred wolf licked his chops as he spotted some of the vendors nearby, the succulent smell of grilling meat easily smelled in the air. "Burgers it is." The shirtless Zoan patted his grumbling stomach with a smirk, his footsteps taking him towards the vendor's stand with a clear one-minded bullheadedness. But thankfully his senses alerted him of a large energy signature right in front of him, and in good time too because he almost bumped into a red-haired lady-- the owner of the large Ki signature, he realized after he focused on her presence. Blushing slightly at how his daydreaming almost made a fool of himself, the Zoan brushed the back of his nape and almost shyly introduced himself to Noxa. "Hey there, sorry I almost bumped into you. I was daydreaming for a bit." Grinning wolfishly, the Zoan stuck out a hand in greeting. "The name's Samba, nice to meet you. You must be the one with the energy flare, I gotta say, you're pretty strong."As it stood, not bad for a first impression, or so Samba desperately believed, at least he wasn't making a fool of himself-- yet. Beach day had apparently been a wonderful idea! It had hardly been a few long moment since the swimsuit-clad Bio Android had arrived, and already a multitude of creatures had seemed to buzz to Noxa’s ki signature like moths to a flame! Well, not necessarily to her — it seemed that of the noticeable fighters nearby a handful of them had gathered over yonder. A pink Majin — who the redhead instantly assumed had some relation to Shemha; a fair-skinned human with vividly ivory hair — his power level was noticeably higher than the two others that seemed to move closer to him; and a saiyan whose frame was quite a bit more frail than what Noxa had come to expect of the males of that species.
A pair of fleshy fingers pressed down on over the lower part of the woman’s hourglass figure. That group seemed like a great contender as to where Noxa should start her little social adventure. There was already a good group of rather interesting individuals; approaching them would be the logical choice, however, something else caught Noxa’s proverbial mind’s eye.
Over in the distance there was an extremely familiar ki signature — a ki signature that made the Bio Woman giddy and ecstatic just by feeling it; Namorel, her Namekian buddy, was close by! There was a change in the woman’s posture as she took a few more steps towards the sea, her black eyes and xanthic irises gleaming with elation.
Just then, with Noxa turning, something bumped into her. It felt like a wall of muscle and fur. The second the bump took place Noxa was also washed over with an intensity of ki the likes of which she never felt at this proximity before. The 6’3” woman stumbled back, her hair gaining a fraction of volume as it began to writhe — twitching and moving despite the lack of an immediate breeze. Her eyes widened, her jaw dropped a little — something that Noxa was swift to fix. Once her mouth was quickly closed there was a hard gulp. This power… It was many times that of Noxa’s, but…
That wasn’t what had overcome Noxa so quickly.
“P-please is all mine...” Stammered the woman, finding her eyes fixed onto the fuzzy yet chiseled chest. She wasn’t sure why her eyes gravitated there, or why she felt as though a heavy fog settled over her mind.
The woman shook her head quickly, pushing it all away.
“Pleasure is all mine, fuzzy man!” Noxa repeated, tweaking her sentence up now that she regained her eccentric mindset. “Thanks,” a big, toothy grin found itself slipping into her features. The slightly goofy, yet overly amicable expression stuck around a little longer, “You’re kidding — right? Strong? Have you taken a gander at yourself? Your power is huuuuge!” Noxa exclaimed, arms stretching outward by her sides as to further indicate just how massive his power was.
The woman found herself taking another step back, giving the zoanthrope one last head to toe scan. Once her glowing yellow irises found themselves locked back into his gaze she resumed what she had to say, “I’m Noxa, by the way! First time on a beach and I—” Noxa found herself pausing just a little. The woman stumbled off to the side, “Please excuse me for a moment.”
The carapace-less hands rose to Noxa’s face, cupping around her face as to aid her intensity of she was about to do. The woman’s upper body leaned back just a few degrees, her torso expanding as she took in as much air as she could hold.
“NAMOREEEL, GET IIIN HEEERRREEE!” Noxa’s hair shot backwards, extending outward in reflex as to her straining strained her voice; the woman’s roaring voice shot over the tumultuous sea towards the Namekian that approached the shore.
The vixen nearly doubled over, left hand gripping at a bent knee as she coughed up a storm; she was sure she inhaled a grain or two of sand in preparation for that howl. With a little coughing fit coming to a low stop Noxa found herself straightening up, looking over to her zoan companion,
“S-sorry about that.”

[ Thread Power Level: 146.374] [ Suppressed Power Level: 3.000] The Earthling Saiyan couldn’t help but feel like he’d have taken a break for one day; spending all his days training somewhere couldn’t certainly be healthy, not for his body, nor of his mind! Of course simply chilling out in a cave in the North just like he could have done, wasn’t definitely the definition of ‘taking a break’ that he had in mind, he felt as if he definitely needed some fresh air, and what place better than a beach! The sand with its fantastic color mixed with the crystal clear water, where sea-dwellers lived and in constant motion could definitely serve such purpose!
Going to the beach, for some reason, required a proper attire which didn’t include any sort of shirt, gi or anything like that. While Cornatto had gotten used to wearing such clothes, he could do with wearing just a swimsuit colored similar to his gi; blue, and a white belt. It fit him just fine, so it was perfectly fine. He had debated over bringing a shirt or some, but he’d rather just enjoy the day without bringing with him spare clothes and stuff like that.
Obviously, that implied him being half-naked, showing off his muscular shape; which, while he wasn’t as huge as some other people that one could see around; just like Samba, he definitely was more than just toned. His figure was nowhere to be seen as he didn’t hesitate to fly straight into the water. Everything was truly pleasant, so much that Cornatto had been relaxing even way too much! His body floated from below as he was seemingly laying on the sea’s gentle waves, his head gently dipped into the water which granted him the balance to stay like that.
“Aah, it feels so nice.” - he thought to himself, a soft smile slowly cracking on his face. The Earthling Saiyan was at peace… until something ruined it-- probably aided by someone who had been shooting Ki Blasts in the water. The waves turned high and even higher! They were far too overwhelming for Cornatto to keep his balance, falling down in the depths of the water. And it was in that moment, that the Earthling Saiyan became aware of his surroundings; picking up on a few energy signatures, a few of them were evidently above the average and then one… was enormous! The shock was enough to cause his eyes to widen, not even in the Super Saiyan form he could reach such heights, he immediately darted off to the surface, causing a small splash, exhaling softly as he looked out in the distance, following the Ki’s path as he immediately came across-- “OH MY GOD!”
He exclaimed to himself, his eyes set on the Zoan who possessed such nasty look enough to take anyone by surprise. The Earthling Saiyan’s hands reached for his eyes, rubbing them slightly as he realized that he was simply seeing things. “Huh… I guess I shouldn't eat as much as I do before night time.” - he thought to himself. Regardless of that experience, he decided to give it a try and go check on him and his companion; a redheaded woman who looked just like a Human, or so he thought.
He took off and floated towards them, as soon as he was close enough, he let his feet rest on the ground, standing in front of them as his hand rose in greeting. “Hey, you both are really strong! Hehe, I’m Cornatto. And who are you guys?” - he asked, offering a friendly smile to both Samba and Noxa.

Collan looked over to the distance, seeing more people on the shore. They were all more powerful than him, but that's not what made him not to want to go over there. He just felt like he'd be ruining their fun somehow. So he just stayed in his little spot in the ocean.
(Sorry for this super short post. There wasn't much I could say).

(PL:3,500) Marcel found himself casually walking on the sandy filled beach in the South Capitol. Everything appeared normal here on this bright, and sunny day with nothing to really complain about except for the sweat that ran down the hybrid's face from this warm weather, and the....eyes that were looking his way. Marcel glanced around with an eyebrow raised. Was there something on his face!? Toilet paper attached to his foot!? Mud on his...rear? Or perhaps it could be his attire which made him stick out like a sore thumb? Everyone Marcel came across were sporting swimwear while he was just wearing his usual clothing which may actually be the reason why he was sweating so much as well...The sweat itself wasn't really bothering him too much since he has to deal with it whenever he trains hard, but what was really getting to him were.... The eyes..... Some people continued to look at him, strangely while others whispered among themselves. Marcel, who still didn't understand it was clothes continued to glance around. Why were they staring, why were they whispering? Could it have anything to do with what occurred with those robbers, and the red Maijin earlier? Or....could it be because of the..."incident" that happened in the women's restroom prior to that? The hybrid's cheeks started to glow red as he thought about it, lowering his head down as he continued to walk. Suddenly, he felt a hand grab his own, causing his head to shoot up. He looked down to his side to see a little girl who tried her best to pull him to wherever she wanted to bring him to despite his arm not moving a muscle. "Oh? What is this matter, little girl?" the hybrid spoke softly as he knelt down to her level. "Are you lost?" The girl silently pointed over to two more kids who were sitting a round a pile of sand, appearing upset. Marcel looked over, confusingly as the girl tried to pull him some more. He stood up, and decided to follow her. As they made their way over, the two walked passed a redhead, and what appeared to be a wolf zoanthrope. As soon as he passed them, he felt their enormous power, causing his head to perk up. At the same time, he felt other impressive powers around the area. Before he could turn his head to find the source, he felt the girl pull his arm more, noticing that he was slowing down. He brought his attention back to her, and continued to move a little faster until they reached the other two children. As the other two kids, both boys which all three appeared to be siblings looked at him, Marcel observed the small area they were in, noticing a some shovels, and pails. After a few seconds of thinking, the hybrid finally figured out what it was they wanted. "A sand castle?" he looked around at the three as they nodded, the girl tugging at his sleeve for him to sit down. Marcel smiled softly, and nodded his head as he sat himself on the ground despite the sand. But sadly, before they could make any progress with the castle, the children's parents came by, and quickly scooped up their kids before giving the hybrid dirty looks. Marcel looked at them confusingly as they walked away while the kids looked towards him sadly with small waves. He returned the wave, and shrugged his broad shoulders, looking back down at the sand. He wasn't surprised about any of this at all, but felt bad for the children, feeling that it was his fault that they had to leave now... He looked down at the sand, and the tools that were left behind. With a small smile on his face, he picked up a small shovel, and began to work, wanting to have a sand castle up for them in case they'd return.

"Capper's Normal Dialogue" <Capper's Telepathy>
SUMMER SUN; CLUSTER FUN!
Good. It seemed like he and this currently nameless fellow- as Collan had never given Capper his name yet- were on good terms. Yes! Did he finally have enough friends so that Ayumu would get him off of this planet? There was Jor, Rafar, Ramina, Phae, and now this guy! That was five! He was free! Fist pumping, Capper decided to soon put phase two of his master plan into play- now he just had to find the old fart again.
Looking away at the ocean for a moment, the sunglass-wearing saiyan caught eye of a Zoanthrope dog- or wolf, The two species were hard to differentiate- surfing across the ocean, before coming to shore and talking with the red-haired lady- but an apparent earthling walked up and began talking to them as well. Ew, social activity. Not Capper's strong point- he'd better stay away from there. There was also another man making a pitifully small sand castle- how could such a small fort be suitable to be called a castle...?... He had an idea. He had a genius idea.
"Be right back, Earthling! I have an objective that has incomparable excellence! Fuhuhu!" Running away from Collan, Capper skidded over to his bag, leaning down and unzipping it. Pulling out several multicolored orbs with colorful valves and four spots on their sides, the saiyan had set down about two dozen of the orbs. Picking up his Scouter and putting it back on his eyes, the saiyan pressed a button on the device, causing all of the spheres to shake for a moment. Hovering legs floated out of the spots on their sides, and the valves on the front opened. The many tiny robots scampered around, but one with a large antennae seemed to whistle, the little ball on it's antennae glowing as it took control of the other droids. The leader promptly scampered up onto Capper's shoulder, looking at him with anticipation, despite it's lack of facial features. "Alright, you lot. I have an idea- so listen closely...!"
Capper crouched down as the group of Plexbits inched in, as the saiyan raised a finger and began to explain his master plan. "Here's the get go. We are going to make a TITANIC fort of these seaside particles of "sand" as the Earthlings call it. Fort Capper will be INVINCIBLE! Now I want you to gather as much of this stuff as possible- we need to lay out a foundation first." All of the robots raised a leg, forming a quick salute, then the two dozen of them scampered off to get to work.
While his Plexbits were out using their solvent to make some sand packable and beginning to outline the foundation for the giant fort in the sand, Capper stood several feet away from some vendors, where the earthling saiyan, zoanthrope, and bio-android were chatting. Raising his hands as they became coated in an orange glow, The saiyan lifted a large chunk of sand out with his telekinetic abilities. His arms quivered a little from the weight of the massive chunk he picked up. Swinging one arm to the side, the large mass of sand was sent flying near the saiyan's towel and setup. "Alright... time for part two!" Ignoring the trio behind him, Capper scampered off and whistled for his robots to come over.
